The entire experience was both friendly and pleasant. The technician, Brandon, arrived on time and after some time discussing the issue with me and taking the time to address the issue eventually came to the conclusion that it was time to replace our 20-year-old unit. Josh, the Comfprt Consultant, came the next day to discuss the best unit for our type of house. He also went over financing options as well. Today, the installers arrived early in the morning and on time. They installed a new unit (heating and cooling) in about five hours and all I could say is "what a difference" when compared to the 20-year-old unit that came with the house that we purchased last year. I found everyone that came to the house to discuss and eventually replace our HVAC Unit to be very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Steve was excellent. He explained everything. I even asked if we could get a senior discount and he went to the boss and they gave us a discount. That was very thoughtful of him. What impressed me the most was that he found some inconsistencies and it did not change the contract price, in other word he did not nickel and dime us. The contract signed was the final cost. For being so young he acted super professional with a ton of knowledge. He is an asset to the Henderson company.

This company is amazing. I am a single woman who for the first time in my life has bought my own home. W M Henderson has installed a new hot water heater, heater and a/c unit, installed a new toilet and dealt with a sewage back up issue. Prices are fair and reasonable. They explain to me what the issue is and how they plan to resolve it in terms I can understand. All times they have arrived within 24 hours and every job has been a pro job. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive, complete the job when they say the job will be completed and communicate every step of the way. I don’t know how they do it but I am so grateful they can. Knowing this company exists gives me great peace of mind. I will never use anybody else, I am a customer for life. The technician, Joseph was super friendly and thorough. We knew our heater was reaching the end of it’s life and he helped explain where we were going to have issues and how to economically buy us a little more time. We were also having trouble with our whole house humidifier and was able to trouble shoot that for us as well. He also explained the different kinds of humidifiers and which ones work the best for when we do need to replace our whole system.

My job was to have our thermostats upgraded throughout the house. I expected that we would need a tech to come out one time to diagnose, and then one more time to perform the upgrades. Here is a summary of my actual experience: 1st Trip: Tech comes and diagnoses the thermostats. He informs us that we only have a two-wire system, so we should buy Ecobee thermostats instead of Nest. This was helpful to know, and we were able to save some money by buying the thermostats ourselves. He also suggests we find out if smart thermostats exist for our high-voltage heated baseboards (we found out that only one such product exists, called Mysa). Tech was on-time, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. 2nd Trip: Tech arrives after the four-hour arrival window due to previous projects overrunning their schedule. This was a little frustrating as we'd already needed to stay home all day, but it wasn't the end of the world. Please just fix our thermostats! He pokes around for a while and installs Mysa thermostat #1, and Ecobee thermostats #1 and #2. However, he then finds that the hookup for Ecobee #3 has actually had its wires cut, for reasons unknown. He says he can't finish the job that day and that he'll need to return again at a later time. This was very frustrating to hear, as this should have been discovered during his first trip. But there was nothing we could do about it, so we had to schedule a third workday. 3rd Trip: The tech arrived within the arrival window, this time with a 2nd tech (who reeked of cigarettes) to assist. They were able to reestablish the hookup to Ecobee #3 fairly quickly. However, they also spent a lot of time and effort trying to wire a fresh hookup to Ecobee #2. They asked my permission to drill a giant hole through the wall to make their wire routing easier, which I roundly declined. Not only would that require patching and painting that I wanted to avoid, but it would also cause significant damage to the >100-year-old brick beneath the drywall. I countered by pointing out the internet hookup at the base of this same wall and contended that if the Xfinity guy could figure out how to get through the wall without damaging it, so could they. They conceded the point and tried to figure it out, but they said there was a 2x4 in the way and that they couldn't do it. I then realized: "Wait a minute, why are you even installing a fresh hookup to this thermostat? It already works!" "The hookup only has 2 wires, and the system won't work in its current wiring configuration." "Okay, but you told me that the Ecobee would work with only 2 wires. What changed?" "Oh, well, I guess that's true, but we would have to wire it differently." "Well then by all means please just wire it differently!" They ultimately were able to get a fresh 10-wire hookup in this location without damaging the wall beneath. They were "done," stepping outside to write up the work. While outside, I watched the 2nd tech litter his used cigarette butt into the street. We live in a beautiful neighborhood where people really care about keeping the sidewalks, yards, and streets clean, so this was very disappointing to see. I picked it up and threw it away into the trash. When the 1st tech came back inside to have me sign for all the completed work, I told him that neither of the Mysa thermostats were working. He told me that they would need to be activated by a smartphone app, but fortunately I had come prepared and knew that something was still wrong. The techs came back in to continue working on the Mysas. They first used a voltmeter to confirm that the hookups were hot (why hadn't they done this before?), and they saw that they were. Then they used the wiring diagram in the manual and realized that they had rigged them up incorrectly. They rectified the issue, and the thermostats booted up right away. Update: WMH, I want to thank you for reaching out with a partial credit for the work. While the gesture doesn't undo my negative experience, it was appreciated and a professional/appropriate way to respond. I've bumped my review up by 1 star.

Steven, the plumber that was sent, was on time in the window we were given. He was very respectful of our home the entire time he was there. Steven did a great job of answering any questions I had about the water heater and did a great job explaining the work he recommended. I really liked the fact that the work, even with extra parts needed, only took one visit as well. Overall a very positive experience.

They were above and beyond fantastic. I had an emergency call for a toilet shut off valve that would have closed a small pre-school if it wasn't fixed. I made the call at 9pm, they were great on the phone, got a text from the technician saying that he would be there before 11pm. He was there at 10:30pm, looked at the problem, told me the solutions honestly and professionally, and then got to work. Perfectly fixed 80 year old hardware and had a smile the whole time. Dan Brusco was a great technician and I will be telling everyone I know to use Henderson for any plumbing needs.

Michael was fantastic. Our water heater was in a very difficult spot. He not only got it replaced, but did so without damaging anything at all, which I was prepared to tolerate knowing how badly positioned it was. He went above and beyond with making sure everything he touched was left better than he found it, and was an excellent communicator. The team, from Lee, the salesman, to Tim, Michael and Nicholas, were all spectacular, dedicated, professional and thorough on our big, complicated job. Tim, the team lead really went the extra mile to help us, and was really impressive in his knowledge and trouble shooting. The team even stayed late one evening to get us hot water for showers with a half day left for the job. Our heat is so much better now than the system they replaced, we are never going back to another company. Amazing experience!

We have a tankless hot water system (aka "on demand hot water") that was not operating properly. Our neglect of the yearly maintenance (must be descaled annually) was the culprit, and the parts had become damaged as a result. James, our highly-skilled technician, identified the problem, gave us two options (descale and replace damaged parts or purchase a new unit) and we chose to have him rebuild the system. We anticipated a long wait for parts, but a week later, James was back with the parts, his exceptional understanding of this type of system, and firm coaching on having the unit descaled annually. We are delighted with his expertise, prompt, friendly and professional service. Many thanks to James at Henderson. I'm very impressed! Five star all-around!

During the recent freezing weather and icing we lost power 2 days before Christmas as did many others. There was a power surge that fried the capacitor and we were unable to get warm air to blow through the house. It was below freezing and all the local companies were swamped with emergency calls. We have 2 small children so we were panicked as the temps in the house were in the 50s. Jeff heard our service request call come through and knew what the issue was and where we lived. He was able to get out to us before anyone and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. For me, the best things about Henderson are: 1) they respond quickly to any service call; 2) they do the job right the first time, work quickly, and clean up thoroughly; 3) their employees are courteous and knowledgeable and willing to answer client questions and give clear explanations. Only drawback is that they're more expensive than other companies I've used over the years. I've hired them to replace a cast-iron sewer stack that split ($3k), a failed water heater ($1500 for emergency service), a leaking water line ($6k), and now a full furnace replacement and AC installation ($18k). BIG jobs. And they've done them all expertly. The cost strains my budget, but the quality of their work makes me feel confident that these problems won't recur. I want any repairs to supplement the value of my home, not detract from it. If you agree and can swing the cost, hire Henderson.

Wm Henderson is very efficient and has the best, most pleasant employees that know their job well. Service is great from the first point of contact, which is Vanessa who is always pleasant and very accomodating. I work at a school and arrival time is very important so it does not interfere with the students. Vanessa gets the plumbers there at the times that are needed always, especially in times of emergencies. Dillion is one of the plumbers that has come so many times. I think he fixed every toilet in the school this month. He works quickly, cleans the area when done and if he has to return the next day he is hear before the students arrive. He also calls me to let me know his approximate arrival time, which is so important. All the plumbers that come know their job well and are very pleasant and accommodating. They are always available and go out of their way to be helpful. I have never been dissapointed. The job is always completed in a timely fashion even if a part has to be ordered. I recommend Wm Henderson Plumbing to everyone. They are the best!

When we needed something done and could not wait for our home warranty company we contacted Henderson. their response was quick, effective, and professional. 25 year old Hot water heater repaired and a year later replaced. converted to gas from oil heat and the job was done on schedule, clogged sewer pipe done in a few hours as promised. every worker we have spoken to has gone above and beyond explaining everything and the work is impeccable.

We used Wm. Henderson for a leak from our second floor bathroom to living room ceiling. It was a Tuesday night at 7pm. After calling seven other companies and leaving messages with answering services, Wm. Henderson not only answered right away, they sent out a tech within 20 minutes. Dan was excellent. He quickly found the source of the leak and answered all questions. He helped me find a restoration company to clear the water damaged ceiling. Wm. Henderson reserved a spot so that we had an appointment all set once the restoration company gave the clear for plumbing repairs to be made. Dan and Chris did the necessary repairs and were wonderful. They did great work and replaced the outdated parts for our tub. The whole process with Wm. Henderson was smoothe in what is otherwise a stressful situation for a fairly new homeowner. The customer service was excellent. My husband and I will be using Wm. Henderson for all of our future plumbing needs.

The service and quick response I received from Wm. Henderson, Inc. exceeded every possible expectation. I called late Friday afternoon (5 PM), the day after Thanksgiving, with no hot water. I received a quick call back, and a technician was dispatched and arrived within about 40 minutes. The technician, Steven Blaskovich, was really wonderful. He quickly identified the problem, had a new water heater delivered while he drained the old one, he removed my old water heater and installed a new one which was up and running by 8 PM. I've been using WM Henderson for over a year now after tirelessly going through other service providers. For all of my needs they have been easy to work with on DAY 1! From plumbing to heating, I've been impressed and happy each time they visit for minor or major repairs. We had a pipe burst in a part of the wall which was hard to get to and as a result of some poor craftsmanship on a deck that was installed, which had exposed a large portion of interior space to the freezing weather due to a significant hole left in the exterior wall (which we were unaware of). The team from Henderson came out and identified where the burst was exactly, why it was happening ... and most importantly came up with a plan which reworked the pipe configuration to avoid the part of the house causing the issues, using pipes that should be less likely to burst if frozen again ... they even provided a temporary fix for the hole in the wall until we can get it addressed properly. They were quick, and smart about how they did things and provided a solid long term fix that went above and beyond expectations. Great experience despite a very stressful situation.

Paperwork for my mew townhouse showed the AC unit was replaced in 2019, so when i began having issues with temperature maintenance, I contacted this installer.Luckily it was under warranty and they came out to assess the issue same day. Unfortunately the unit acted up again in 3 days, so a second tech came back and found a defective coil, which is scheduled be replaced shortly. My heat went out on a Saturday. Henderson was here the same day. Although they couldn't find the problem in the zoning, they made sure that I had heat through the entire house and came back Sunday. (all for $89.00) They did find the problem it was the zone control. I google the part and for a four zone system the part alone was $900.00 + labor + dampers.....I didn't ask Henderson for an estimate and since my system was 22 yrs old, I decided against putting that kind of money into it. I ordered a new system. Price was good for a Lennox furnance and a brand new 4 zone heating system plus new dampers. All guaranteed for 10 yrs!!!!! parts and labor for 5 and parts for 5. Everyone was so nice. Workers cleaned up. put drop cloths down and answered every question. Couldn't ask for better.

After three days without central air conditioning, we were determined to replace our expired fifteen year old Bryant unit with a system that could be installed quickly, rescuing our home office operation from the intense August heat. Aware that few shops would actually have their own equipment inventory, we decided to contact Wm. Henderson to see what they could do for us. We arranged to meet with Michael Cloughley that evening who recommended a system that could be installed the very next day, and by seven-thirty the next morning, a crew was on site making it happen. By two o'clock that afternoon, we had our cooling back just in time to address the ninety degree weather that was headed our way. Although efficiency in HVAC is usually measured by the seer factor, in this case it was measured by the incredible efficiency and craftsmanship of the men who put the entire system together in just a few hours complete with digital thermostat, outdoor temperature and humidity sensor, and a very sophisticated condensate evacuation system, all made possible by having the inventory on hand to get it done. Everything was done in a professional manner, and the cost for everything was quite reasonable. To my mind, Wm. Henderson is a true HVAC installation treasure that I am pleased to recommend.

When our technician (Frank) arrived he was nice, explained the problem, what needed to happen, how much it would cost, AND said he'd fix that night as long as they had everything we needed in stock. It was so nice of him to make a few calls and get us set up THAT NIGHT. We were able to have hot water before bed. I absolutely recommend Wm. Henderson, especially in emergency situations! Don't hesitate. Don't waste your time on anyone else. Give them a call!

Our family has had American Home Shield for over a decade. They sent us a horrible plumber. Three times and they made things worse. It just doesn't get any better than this! Wm. Henderson was so phenomenal, I just don't think I could give them enough sufficient praise for the work they performed! Every man who came to work on the project did an outstanding job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and thorough - every one of them! Even the ladies in the office were efficient and a joy to deal with. We had a misunderstanding about where we wanted a towel bar to be placed in the shower. My husband and I and the gentleman from Wm. Henderson discussed placement of the bar HORIZONTALLY. As to placement of the bar VERTICALLY, we just said that it should be "centered". Unfortunately, my husband and I were thinking that the bar would be centered ON THE WALL (as our old one was), only to discover that it is common practice for towel bars to be centered OVER THE TUB, which is how Wm. Henderson installed it. The big problem was that it was installed into our new tile wall, and removing it would leave holes in the new tile. Wm. Henderson (represented by knowledgeable and caring Dan) was so concerned that we be pleased with them and their work that they had the tile installer come back, chisel out two tiles and all the mortar and grout in the middle of the wall so meticulously so as not to break or chip the tile around it, and then reinstall two new tiles so incredibly precise that you can't even tell it was done. Tony, who is a master tile installer, was absolutely AMAZING! Each worker from Henderson performed his portion of the job with great care and was very conscientious in doing an excellent job. The plumber, Steve, installed everything as if it were in his own home, with such care, professionalism, and efficiency - topped off with an endless sense of humor! Never once, with all the different men who came to our house, were we concerned that they were anything but trustworthy. (We've had contractors who had some "sticky fingers" in the past.) In addition, although we tried to keep our dogs in another room, if the dogs came to greet them, every man was mindful of not letting our dogs accidentally get out of the house. Wm Henderson was also mindful of cleaning up after themselves. We were extremely pleased with EVERYTHING about Wm. Henderson.

Great work but compared to other local plumbers they are quite pricey. Long story short, we had an issue I tried and failed to resolve and so I turned to henderson as our go to (which was based on the reviews on google). They do great work, I'll get that out of the way first. They are always kind and courteous and I've never had an issue scheduling an appointment. 5/5 stars for the workmanship. From the standpoint of value however, I had a suspicion that they run a bit high on the labor costs based on some work we had done. I was had an issue in our bathroom and was told I'd likely have to replace the waterline and drain line due to them being non-standard widths. This would require cutting into the floor (lots of $$). So I made appointments for estimates from Henderson and another local outfit. In the meantime I tore up the floor, removed the plywood and exposed the pipes that needed to be replaced. I figured this would cut the cost significantly since now all there is left is some work to cut the pipes and join in new pipes. When I got the estimates back, Henderson was double the cost of the local plumbing outfit. Pricing the parts out to do the work myself I came up with about 120$ and making some generous assumptions about labor, it came to something like 350$/hour for their work. Now again, they do great work, but that was just too expensive for me. I ended up ordering the parts and I'll try to complete the work myself. If I can't do it I'll call the local outfit to complete the job for 1/2 the cost.

Henderson came to check on my AC. Overnight, some nights, it doesn't cool completely. I'll set the thermostat to 70 and it will only cool to 72 or 73 and it will run all night as a result. Not the biggest AC problem but I want to know it's not a bigger problem and can be fixed. Technician takes his time to figure out what's going on. However, he can't say for certain what the problem is so I'm right back where I started, minus the $175 charge. I would hope for that price I could at least get a definitive diagnosis. Now what? (I initially gave Wm. Henderson 2 stars, FYI) P.S. Eric from WH contacted me and sent a different technician. Again, the first technician worked hard to diagnose the problem. Technician #2 figured out the issue and corrected it with no extra charge. Thanks, guys, I really appreciate the time and effort!

Chris and Pat spent a long hard day installing a French drain in our basement. Both were seasoned professionals who operated with the highest degree of courtesy and promptness. They appeared at exactly 8:00 AM and immediately got to work. What was very impressive was the care that they took in preparing to do what is a very messy job. They carefully set up plastic curtains to contain the dust from jack hammering the floor edge. They were extremely thorough with this, even taking time to plug every space between the floor joists and then doubling the protection by laying plastic over everything behind the plastic curtain. They worked continuously and made it almost all the way through the two day job the first day! Part of the project involved temporarily relocating the water heater. They did this first and fully piped the unit in the temporary location so we had almost no interruption in hot water service. This is messy work and they were very conscious of cleaning up as they went along, so that by the end of day 1, the work site was in great shape. They only glitch was that the water heater was not operable when they left, but a call to the Henderson hot line had a repair person at our house within 15 minutes and the issue was immediately addressed. All of these folks are well trained. I would not hesitate to recommend the Henderson team for this kind of work.

Service was top notch. Easy to schedule, although the lead time was a few weeks, my service needs weren't an emergency. I was sent a text message reminding me of the service, and another text message when the tech was on the way. The tech also called to let me know when he would arrive. These guys were really great. Steve came out to our house around 7:30 / 8:00 at night on an emergency call - our sewer line backed up. Steve and his assistant (never got his name) worked for close to 2 hours through a complete downpour in the dark trying to get our line cleaned out. They had to stop, due to only the machine breaking. Henderson was back the next morning promptly to finish the job. Paul came and finished up. I would highly recommend this company to perform work for you! They did make me and my wife feel like family, with how we were treated. As fate would have it, our heater went a week before Xmas. WM. Henderson and their team came to our rescue in our time of need. Bob Cras assisted us with estimating the cost and what we would need, and was very easy to talk with and reassured us the job would get done ASAP and it would be DONE CORRECTLY. I was very impressed with Chris McCarey, he was our installer. It truly is an ART to be able to assemble and run all the piping and wiring needed for a whole new heater. Water was draining across our hardwood floors into the kitchen. Henderson got 2 techs out who fixed the problem - involved working under the house to cut out the affected pipes. They were there until after 10PM and left with a smile. That's service!

After a lengthy whole house renovation project, once we started to move in we found one plumbing leak after another. We were in the process of trying to get the contractor to take care of the multitude of issues when we made the ultimate mistake of doing a load of laundry for the first time late on a Sunday afternoon. Sure enough the water backed up into the shallow shower pan in the master next door. I called the contractor, he had no solution. I called another plumber, no call back. Then I called Wm. Henderson. Someone answered the phone right away and told me a plumber would call me back. Sure enough, Josh called me back in 5 min. I explained we had a washer full of water and it was backing up and even started to explain some of the other problems we were having. Josh said he was on his way to another call and would be at our house in 2-3 hours. He arrived 3 hours later at 7pm. He was very confident and calmed us by saying he would take care of our issues as he put booties over his shoes before entering. He followed us from one bath to the next and into the basement assessing the situation. First and most important was to unclog the drain. He determined where he thought the clog was and explained that he would have to remove our new toilet and snake from that point. He gave us a breakdown of all he needed to do and what all the costs would be. He gave us time to move things out of the way and cover the vanity. He was very careful entering through the rooms of the house to get to the bathroom with his machine and used a tarp on the floor. Once the clog was gone, we let the washer go through the rest of the cycle while he was there and while he moved on the the leaky valve in the other bathroom. Not only did he change the valve but he neatened things up where the original plumber had just cut the lines for the old washer and left them there even though the washer was moved to a different spot. We had another major issue with a leaky drain in the master shower pan, but since it was after 11pm by this time, we were going to have to reschedule that for another day. I was just so relieved that he accomplished what he did and he was so patient answering all our questions through it all. He said someone would call me the next day to schedule the other repair and sure enough they did! We had so many bad experiences through this renovation but I have to say Josh made this difficult situation easier for us because of his experience, knowledge and the comforting way he got us through it. After having had such a good experience with Josh we decided to schedule the remaining repair of our master bath drain with Josh as well. Once again he came prepared and treated our house with respect, covering the area he would be working in with a tarp. The issue we had was that the shower drain was leaking into the newly finished basement. Josh found that the original plumber had attached the drain on the bottom of the shower pan without using any silicone or plumber's putty and the piece was cracked. He installed a better grade of drain and moved on to an issue with the valve trim handle. It seems that the original plumber crossed the hot and cold water so the hot water comes out where it says "Cold" and cold water comes out where it says "Hot". That will have to stay like that but at least we are getting hotter water now and he put silicone to seal things up around the trim. Once again, Josh did such a competent, neat job cleaning up someone else's mistakes. I can't say how grateful we are that we found him.

Hello, I realized I had an AC problem on 6/25/2020 after hours. I decided to call Wm. Henderson to have the problem checked. When AC was on the fan in the outside condenser unit was not spinning after several cycles the problem persisted as warm air was blowing. Tom Hunt HVAC tech called and was on the seen in 30 minutes. He checked the unit outside and inside until he was able to replicate the problem and the fan stopped spinning after a few cycles. Turns out he discovered a pole connector was failing and possibly burnt. It was replaced. Overall, good service, quick response time, professional and friendly. I would do business with Wm. Henderson again.

Two months ago I gave Henderson a low review because I though they had replaced a hot water heater that was under warranty with an older heater. Dan Henderson explained the situation to me and it appears I misunderstood the serial number. I told the company they could take down my poor review but I see it's still posted. They phoned me several times for information but we never did connect. I had to call Henderson this week because I had no heat and my HVAC system is still under warranty. The sent someone out within the hour and he took care of my problem (which turned out to be a simple one) and I only had to pay for the service call. The young man who came was knowledgeable, did not smell of cigarettes (as the last service person did), and was very pleasant and helpful. So I have to say that this is the kind of service we had gotten from Henderson in the past and I am grateful for the excellent service on May 13th. They can remove my old one-star review.

Michael was the best plumber to deal with! He came in and had to correct the huge mistakes of another company,( M***r Mechanical that honestly was as unprofessional and incapable of performing the simplest jobs required as anyone I've ever dealt with in my life) but Mike made it right, charged a VERY FAIR Fee for the services rendered, which was not even one quarter of what the other guy charged and he fixed the joist that had been cut by the other guy, gave us a solid pipe connection that didn't wiggle when you touched it, his work was neat and clean, Mike was patient in listening to what needed to be done and took the time to listen to our concerns. He also did a phenomenal job setting up the sink supply lines with shut-off valves and a P-trap for the sink. He supported the shower drain and reconnected a new pipe since the old one the other guy nearly had cut through to the point of leaking. It wouldn't have lasted long at all. Mike was Super Professional, kind, and courteous. I am forever in Wm Henderson Plumbing's debt for helping us to dodge a messy bullet created by another tradesperson that should not have a license. This is the Company to use for all of your Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs. Two years ago, I called them out of desperation when our Air Conditioner (installed by another company) stopped working on a Saturday night in August and my current company didn't return my calls. I was able to reach someone at WM Henderson by phone immediately and there was a technician at my home within the hour, which is almost unheard of on a weekend night. The recurrent problem was fixed at a fraction of the cost and time that I had encountered in the past using a local reputable company that actually installed my central air. The technician was terrific and he gave me the opportunity to use a coupon from the WM Henderson website. I couldn't believe it. I also recently had a plumbing emergency that was unsuccessfully fixed by a plumber on three separate occasions. I called WM Henderson and was thrilled with the prompt, courteous service, not to mention the cost. This company is exceptional for service, quality and customer service. The office staff were amazing to deal with especially because I was frantic. I was so impressed that I purchased a very affordable service contract from them even though I had an existing service contract with the other HVAC company. Just had Wm. Henderson do a full water line replacement from curb to house. My situation was particularly tricky given a stream in the middle that the pipe needed to go under, plus the sloping landscape on either side of the stream added difficulties. Henderson had a directional boring group do the job expertly without ANY need to destroy my landscape - truly remarkable. And the Henderson plumbers did the tie-ins beautifully. I had 4 different companies out to submit estimates. 1 never got back to me (after a lot of head scratching on site) and 1, a popular competitor with lots of ads on buses and trains, declined the job "for liability reasons." The third gave a quote slightly above Henderson and would have done it mostly by excavation, tearing up my landscape. They couldn't get someone out same evening to fix, and when a hot water heater failed, they couldn't get someone out for 3 days. My master bath toilet, Gerber Viper, backed up on Monday May 7 2018. i have a heavy duty plunger, however, something was causing the water not to drain out of the bowl and then to go back into the bowl when bailing water out of the bowl and lever pushed down. Therefore, after many attempts, I called Henderson Plumbing on Tuesday morning and Paul came out Tuesday afternoon. Paul was cheerful and explained exactly how he was going to test the toilet. We contacted Henderson and Paul M came out and, within minutes, identified the problem being a leaking hot water heater. With a pending ice storm, he called into the office and his colleague Steve came out with a replacement. Within a few hours, the two drained the old tank, removed it from the basement, delivered and installed a new tank, tested and commissioned the new system. We were pleased to sign up for the Henderson bronze plan to insure our new purchase and to enable us to call on Henderson for all our plumbing needs in the future. Paul and Steve did a great job.

They recently serviced my steam heater that had been knocking for years and is now quietly working, thanks to Dan M for suggesting to have their master plumber , Bob C to take a look at it. Today a new water service line was completed under the supervision of Paul Mc Gettigen and His efficient men. I am very pleased with their plumbing expertise , and highly recommend this company for all plumbing problems. Bob C and Adam C were victors who dealt with the hot headed banging steam heater. After many years of complaining of the noise that alarmed my grandchildren to the so called "professionals "that attempted to solve the problem , I finally came upon " master Plumbers" who knew how to resolve the situation.
