Rodger and two other guys did great job for heating and AC installation. Rodger sent a message to let me know he was on the way to my house and came to my house on time. They did professional work to remove the old AC and heater, cleaned the area whenever they finished one part and continued to another. They explain anything I asked. I am so glad to find this company to work for my house. If you plan to install or reinstall your AC and heating system, please try this company. Thanks guys for your excellent work!

From start to finish, Delfera was a wonderful company to deal with. Our salesman Bob was kind and honest when he came over and provided us with an estimate within an hour after he left. We were able to have our new HVAC unit installed within a week’s time. The team who came to do the installation which was led by Ricky was very friendly, clean, and efficient. As a treat, we were left with a gift of some chocolate covered pretzels. What a nice touch from a local family business. I highly recommend them!

We are very happy with the service we received! Everyone we dealt with at the office for service and scheduling was very knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with. The technicians who installed our new heater were great. Friendly, hard-working and well-qualified. They removed all the old equipment and left everything clean. They showed us How to operate the heater and thermostat and how to change the filter. All of the equipment was then rechecked to be sure everything was working properly. We will definitely recommend Delfera to others.

I put in a service call today because my heater decided to stop working. They told me an on call technician would reach out to me. No problem. Many hours later they called me but the number was private and somehow my phone was blocking the number and sending it right to voice-mail. The tech was not leaving his phone number for me to call him back. He called three times and left three voice-mails all without his number and all from a private number. I'm not too literate with figuring out the settings to my phone to stop it from blocking private numbers, but this is a service company with techs going to people's homes. They should be reachable. Give them company phones that don't need blocked numbers or tell them if they want to call from their personal phones they can't be private numbers. I just think to offer emergency services in the winter for heating issues, you need to be accessible. I called the company and instructed them to have the tech call my wife's phone, or to leave his number when he calls. It's 5pm on New Years Eve and I have no heat and two kids in the house, and I cannot get in touch with the tech. Let's see how this shakes out.

On Saturday, 1/21, I woke to a chilly house. I called DelFera a little before 9:00am and Brett arrived within a half hour. He ran multiple test and he determined that the blower was shot. I believe he even tried to get the blower to work, to no avail. Since the heater was over 30 years old we decided to replace my system, heat and air (AC was 26 years old). On Tuesday, 1/24, Rodger arrived 30 minutes ahead of the estimated arrival time. Matt arrived shortly thereafter. In about 6 hours these guys had stripped out the old and installed the new; both heat & AC. They were finished and I had heat. After they had finished, Bob stopped to make sure I was satisfied. I think the word awesome gets overused these days, but these guys are AWESOME!! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. As for the price, I don’t know. The estimated was much lower than I expected so I was happy with that. Having talked with Ray in the past, and having Brett here to assess, I wasn’t shopping around. I had a good feeling about this group. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or call them in the future should the need arrive. Thanks guys!!!

Scheduled them for regular maintenance and determined it was time for a new system. 20 years old so it was time. Scheduled for 4 days later to match my schedule. Can’t say enough good things about everyone there. Very professional and friendly. Excellent work and very respectful. Walked me through how everything works. DelFera Heating & Cooling completed the installation of two heating and air conditioning units at our home last week - in one day! Andrew and Joe and at least three other men (Roger, Nick and another whose name I forget) came with five trucks, all the equipment and material needed, and drop cloths to cover my floors and rugs. They removed all of the old equipment including our hot water heater which they also replaced. They cleaned up everything afterwards, too. We are set for many years now. The men were very courteous and very informative. They went over everything they would be doing before they started, and they made sure we looked over the installation and understood how it all worked, including the use of the digital thermostats. Their prices were competitive, and I highly recommend using them if you need a contractor for this work in your home. The owner, Ray, and his son, also Ray, stopped at our house before the project started and during the project. Very professional. Very practical. Competitive pricing. Very courteous and friendly team. Very efficient.

We contacted Delfera when our air conditioning was suddenly not cooling as well as it had been. Our unit had an amazing 23 year run so it was inevitable that a new one would have to be installed in the near future. They had a technician come out and assess that it would be uneconomical to invest in a very short term fix, and offered to have a project manager come out the same day to give us options for pricing on new equipment. They were extremely prompt in the turnaround and we had a contract signed and work started within two business days. Not to mention, they helped us get by these 90 degree days with some temporary cooling! The installation was a seamless process. The team showed up ready to get to work, introduced themselves, was mindful of wearing booties in the house, laid down drop clothes in traffic areas, kept me updated as the day progressed, and answered all questions. After they finished, the project manager came by later in the afternoon to inspect their work, the equipment, and to make sure we were happy with the service. We are so happy we made the choice to go with Delfera! They really are the company that cares!

Christmas Eve we woke up with no heat. Our oil company was closed and never. Asked us back for 3 days. But you guys came right out. Brett was very helpful. Here our outside oil tank was frozen. After he left another gentleman from your office called me and came out to help my husband add the additive to the tank and supervise him wrapping the electric heat strip around the outside line. On Christmas Eve. It was a true miracle. My father is very ill and was spending Xmas with us. If not for these guys helping us get heat that day, he wouldn’t have been able to spend the night. This is above and beyond service. You guys always pull through when we need work done. When our contract is up with our oil company, we’re getting a service contract with you. My blower motor from my 1993 system stopped working this year on a 100° day. Dave came out and gave me an estimate and did some quick troubleshooting of my system. Since the age of the system, it was time to upgrade and replace my unit. A few days later, Rodger showed up to my home at exactly 7am right at the beginning of the time frame that was set. He was polite, courteous and patient with any questions I had. I stayed out of their way to let them work and I am blown away by the detail and craftsmanship of their work. My neighbor had suggested them when my AC needed replacement. He recommendation was spot on and I will definitely be spreading the good word about the work they performed. The pad outside at the condenser is level, the thermostat was level, and the furnace is clean. There is zero leakage of air at the furnace from what I can tell. They took the old equipment with them too and left nothing behind. You wouldn’t even be able to tell there were here. My home around my furnace and outside is cleaner than it was when they arrived! If you need service for your system, this is the company to go to. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work.

Blower stopped working in the furnace during the heatwave a few weeks ago (on a Wednesday). Called a family friend that used to be in the business who retired and he recommended Delfera (on Thursday). Called them and they said they would be out the same day between 12 and 4. Received a text with a photo of the techinician coming and that he would soon arrive. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a quote to fix the blower but said that the unit was old and should be replaced. Unit was 21 years old so I expected this outcome. Gave me a quote for the unit replacement and knocked off $500. He left saying the job could be complete by Saturday. I asked him to give me an hour to call around. Paraphrasing...he said that he would save me the time and that they would be in the middle price wise, lower than Oliver or Horizon and that their workmanship was excellent. Fine, we went with them and they called later that day and said they would be there Friday morning. Friday morning came and they sent another text with a photo of the installer. 2 guys showed up, worked for about 5 hours, cleaned up and we were back up and running. They indicated that we get a 2 year maintenance program with the installation which was an added benefit since I never did anything with the previous furnace. An hour or so after they left, got another text stating someone else would be over to look over the work. He came and looked over the work, asked if we were happy and brought gifts (box of chocolate covered pretzels from Kelly's Candy in West Chester (I think)). Overall, they were very professional and I would recommend them and would use them again.

This year I received a mailer from this Delfera and decided to give them a call for a heater replacement at my primary home. Bob was super kind and professional and came out the next day. They also did a tune up for one of my rentals. Dave came out, was on time and super friendly and efficient. Lastly, I had an issue with another one of my rentals today and they came out same day. Ricky was the tech and again, very professional and kind. I love that they send texts out with the name and picture of who is showing up. DelFera exceeded my expectations to say the least! My central unit stopped blowing out cool air for weeks so I knew something was wrong. I immediately began researching local companies and their reviews when I was drawn to contact DelFera! I contacted them on a Sunday and the receptionist was even willing to offer emergency service. Although I didn't find it necessary, she assured me I would be contacted the next day. Not only did I receive a call first thing Monday morning but also a technician, Dave G., was available within 30 minutes! I even received a text message with photo to be aware of who to expect upon arrival. Dave was very cordial and provided honest feedback about my system issues & recommendations without pressure! I appreciated it greatly and decided to move forward with a new installation of my central air and furnace, which was 15 years old and had did its time. Returned home late at night from vacation to find heater was not working. Called Delfera Heating first thing the next morning. By noon two technicians were out to diagnose the issues, which was a blown motor. They explained that either a new motor or a new furnace would be necessary. As the system was almost 18 years old we chose a new system. They returned the next morning to install the new heater. They worked cleanly, efficiently, and made sure we were completely satisfied and understood how the new heater operated. We are very happy we had Delfera and highly recommend them.

My whole experience from top to bottom was simply phenomenal. From the very beginning, Bob Malinowski came to my house to look at my current old HVAC system. He was prompt, courteous, and most importantly, honest. I had done my research before hand, and he didn’t try to oversell me anything or steer me in one direction or another. His quote was also much more reasonable compared to three other quotes I got from local family run companies. In addition, two months had lapsed before I finally decided to pull the trigger, and he was kind enough to honor the original quote despite the fact that cost of equipment had increased in the interim due to supply shortages. My heat had broken in the interim, and he scheduled me for two days after I officially decided to go with him…Another sign of great customer service. He even included two years of free maintenance checks and service with the original contract. On the day of installation, Andrew and Joe (the installation technicians) were prompt, courteous, and very clean. They explained to me what they were doing at the onset of the project, were very efficient throughout the day (an approximately nine hour job), and when they were all done, went through each of the new features with me, showing me what each of the components were, what to look for in emergencies, explained all the different components in their operations, and waited around extra to make sure that everything worked properly with my generator. In addition, Bob came over later that evening to double check the work, make sure I was satisfied, and also confirm that I would be receiving and efficiency unit rebate. The heat is back on, and our house is no longer 35°… I would choose them again and again, and highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone!

I called DELFERA since the previous homeowner had their sticker on the unit. They set up service for the same day & the technician arrived within the 4hour window provided. He was professional. However, their prices are a bit outrageous. They charge $89 to diagnose the issue & it doesn’t get credited towards the service performed. Then charged me $375 to replace a condensate pump (part itself costs about $60-65). All in I ended up paying $ 464 for something that was fairly simple for them to replace & took about 30-40 minutes. I would give them 5 stars if I didn’t feel outrageously overcharged!

Delfera replaced my mom’s HVAC system in June 2021. A few days after the install I noticed the flex collar, which is located just above the heating unit, had holes in it and was leaking cold air. This was the original flex collar which was 35 years old. Contacted Delfera and they sent a tech out the same day and replaced it with a new vent just below the basement ceiling. Ricky did a beautiful job! Great service, but the company rep who came to inspect the work right after the install should have caught it. It seems pretty basic. Only reason I’m giving them 4 stars. Overall, great experience and would recommended Delfera.

I called because one of our units stopped working overnight. Not knowing when they would be able to send someone out. The person who took my call was wonderful. I had a technician, who was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, arrive at my house within 4 hours. He found my compressor was bad and he was done within 15 minutes. This experience had me call to have my 2 units serviced with them. They gave me an appointment 3 weeks from now. This is not bad considering this is their busy time. I canceled my service with horizon (who scheduled me for my service in October, after the summer season). I will be using Delfera from now on. Call them, you will not be disappointed.

Put an offer in on an older home in Aston that had no ductwork or air conditioning. Reached out to Delfera to request a quote based on good word of mouth reviews. Immediately I was contacted by Bob, to schedule a walkthrough of the house to discuss our needs. Bob looked at the layout of the house, listened to our requests and made some equipment and setup suggestions to optimize cooling for our split level house. He was polite, professional, well-versed in cooling solutions and extremely responsive to any questions I had after the visit was over. Received the quote shortly after our meeting, and they were able to perform the install a few weeks later (since we still needed to close on the house). Originally they expected it to take 4 days for the ducts and main unit installation, as well as a separate split unit on the main level, but it ended up only taking 3 days! How often do you work with a company that beats their own estimate? As you know, the most recent heatwave has been brutal. Not in our house! My kids have been cold in their rooms and each floor of the home is comfortable. We have been so impressed with the work and professionalism of Delfera that we will also be using them for an oil to gas conversion later this summer for our boiler and hot water heater. Definitely and highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed.

We had such a great experience! We originally contacted Delfera (our first experience dealing with them) because our heater was leaking. It turned out that we needed a new furnace because our current one was over twenty years old and on its last leg, hence the leaking. We made the original call on a Friday, they came out the same day. By Tuesday, we had our furnace installed and ready to go. All of the employees were very knowledgeable and honest. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of us (like another company we had dealt with before) and they recommended and did everything in our best interest. Delfera repaired our old AC unit a couple of times in the past and we were happy with the responsiveness of their office and techs. Early this summer the compressor failed, and given the system was by now 20 years old (10 with us) and extremely loud, we opted for a new one. Ray structured for us a deal that addressed the specific needs of our own home: unit tonnage and efficiency level that made the most sense. It took me a bit of time to conclude this, after comparing quotes and doing some research. Once we agreed, a crew of three completed the job in one day. I was around that day and can say Rick, Chris, and Drew worked together like clockwork. The new AC had since two months of hot summer “break-in period,” and we can not be happier with how well (and quietly) it cools our home. We feel fortunate to have Delfera nearby and will continue to use their services. Update 05/21/2022: first repair needed; air handler motor failed and needed to be replaced. David from Delfera showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. I maintain that Delfera team does a great job. Their labor is not cheap, but it is high quality. The downgrade in my initial 5 stars rating goes to Rheem: a motor should last more than 3 summers.

I had no heat and placed a service call to my regular service provider. They came out and diagnosed the issue and stated it would be a significant expense to repair the issue and my heater was at the end of it life expectancy and that it might be time to replace. If that was the case I was going to get multiple quotes. I received my quote from them and had called Delfera for a quote as well. During the conversation with Bob @ Delfera I told him what happened during the visit and that it wasn’t sitting right with me. We spoke about getting one of their maintenance mechanics to come out and look at the unit. With no heat he helped me get it scheduled that day. Andrew came out, I told him what the previous diagnosis was and he went to work. Within 30 minutes he had it diagnosed and up and running again shortly thereafter. It was not what was previously stated by the other companies technician. Nowhere even close. It was a simple fix that has my heat back on again without the significant cost of repair or even replacement. Giving me the time to plan on a full replacement. Needless to say Delfera has my business going forward for service and other needs. If you want a small local business who cares about their customers, not the big outfits who claim to have customer service and your best interest in mind, Delfera is that place. Even while writing this Bob called to make sure everything went well during the service call, he had already checked with the technician and knew we were able to fix the issue. Highly suggest using Delfera for your HVAC needs and it is great to support a small local family run business.

The tech really tried to salvage my extremely old heater (spent 2 hours) and gave me 2 realistic options, with zero pressure. Delfara has been a fantastic company to work with - especially with our very old heating system! We recently bought a house with a 16-20 year old gas boiler that Delfara actually serviced and up kept for years for the previous owners. Over the weekend, our boiler's pilot light went out and we were unable to reignite the pilot light safely on our own. These folks are fantastic!! We discovered at 7:15 pm on a Saturday evening that our hot water heater wasn't working. Panicked, I didn't know whom to call, but found Delfera nearby in a quick internet search. I called, a tech called back, and he was here at 8:30 pm. Wow! The tech (Phil) was great – he was courteous and efficient, and he was really smart, he knew just what to do. Luckily, it was just a bad thermocouple so he replaced it and we've got hot water again! He also discovered a small gas leak near the hot water heater and fixed that. This was unrelated to the problem with the hot water heater, but wow, I'm glad he found it and fixed it. I realized that my 40 year old furnace was not working on a Saturday. I called Delfera and in less than an hour someone was at my house. Cracks were found in the heat exchanger and on Monday morning they were here replacing the unit. The technicians were here early. The guys were courteous and professional. While they worked, the men identified gas leaks both in my basement and outside from where the Peco line runs in the house. I used Delfera for several years for repairs and service of my old HVAC system. I have recommended them to neighbors. Their service was always professional and timely. When my current system became old enough that it wasn't worth fixing anymore and needed complete replacement I chose Delfera without reservation. I had a Ruud system installed, complete heat and AC, all components. The crew worked two days straight and had us up and running. After the summer ended and the winter set in problems started. A few components had to be replaced on the heater. I was told they were "weak points" and "common failures" I wasn't happy about it as it was so new but there wasn't much I could do about it. I also didn't like paying $300.00 for a part that I found at a local reputable supply store for $75.00. When I complained about it I was offered a special discount... A season or so passed, system is approximately three years old at this point and no longer cooling. They came out to find I needed 7 lbs of freon, it was essentially empty. They topped the system off, when I requested finding the leak they had all kinds of guesses and numbers up to $1500 to evacuate and pull a vacuum etc etc. They really didn't seem like they were interested in helping that way. I talked to Ray a few times about it and nothing was able to be solidified. The following summer the compressor was so loud neighbors were complaining. It also wasn't cooling. I called Delfera again. A tech came out and I pointed out to him how loud it was and his response was "they all make noise" See above were I said neighbors were complaining..... Two days after the tech came out the compressor seized up completely. The compressor is under warranty but labor is not. I called and talked to Ray. I was told I was going to get a "really good price" on repair. Ray felt as though just replacing the compressor wasn't smart because the lines could be contaminated etc. So I was given prices up to $2000 to put an entire new outside unit. On a four year old system. I finally called Ruud and was given the name of another authorized dealer. He came out and leak tested, found the leak, which was schrader valves not tight enough, an installation error and the compressor seized up because when Delfera added 7lbs of freon they added no oil and the compressor ran itself into the ground. The tech from the new company ordered a new compressor which was covered under warranty. He spent three hours working leisurely, even took a few calls, removed the old compressor, soldered in a new one and a receiver dryer for $650.00 and was done. We are now a year into the repair and everything is working flawlessly. Delfera created the issue during the initial installation causing the leak. They charged me labor and materials every time they came out to repair their issue. Then created a bigger issue charging the system without oil and gave me very high estimates to repair their problems. I don't think any of this was intentional and I had positive experiences with them in the past. This review would have never been written if they were more willing to work with me and not just tell me of some great deal they are going to give me while quoting numbers three and four times more than what I paid to have it fixed properly. Update: I did not respond to Delfera's response to contact them. The owner reached out to me. We discussed the issue and he is going to address my situation. All companies have issues, it is how you handle them. The call from the owner (Ray) and willingness to address our issue went beyond any experience I have encountered with any company in the service industry. Because of this I will use Delfera's services again.

On the hottest day of the year the Delfera Heating Company installed central air in our three bedroom Cape Cod. By the next morning both floors of our house were 20 degrees cooler. Of course the first floor was the easiest to cool but Delfera exceeded our expectations for the second floor. This is going to be long… My family and I returned to an 87 degree home after being away for a full week. It was about 6 p.m, which is most peoples dinner time. I had reached out to another local HVAC company and it was blindingly obvious that they did not want to come out for an after hours call and the man that fielded the after hours call was incredibly rude. I hung up and made which turns out to be the best phone call I could have made. I called Delfera Heating and Cooling. I was greeted by a very kind woman who considered us not having AC on a 97 degree day an emergency. Seeing as though I work from home and would be home for the hottest part of the day it was quite comforting to know that the AC was going to be fixed that night. She told me that the technician was wrapping up another call and would make his way to me once finished, she also said I would receive a text message when he was on his way. I was home alone with my 3 daughters, its unnerving this day in age to have strange men in your home while you are alone. The text message that I received had the service techs photo, a GPS tracking system of his whereabouts with an ETA arrival time. I was blown away and automatically felt so much more comfortable with my husband not being home. Ray Jr. arrived, he did not seem annoyed that this was past his dinner time (I did feed him), he was very personable and professional and he got straight to work. Unfortunately Ray Jr. determined that we actually needed a new AC unit and a new furnace (the old ones were installed in 1988 ,so I would say so as well) In the meantime, Ray said he was going to put some work into the AC unit to try and get it up and running to get a through to installation. He was successful in doing so and his efforts lasted all that night into most of the next day before it took its final breath. When I called Delfera to let them know that it completed died, I was surprised when I was told that a service tech would be out straight away to install window units in the home to keep us as comfortable as possible until installation. I couldn’t believe my ears, this was my problem not theirs. First the unit was older than dirt and second it wasn’t their unit to begin with, yet they felt the responsibility to make sure my home was cooler than it was. Fast forward to the day of installation, I received yet another text alert with the same information previously stated, this time the technicians were Andrew and Roger, whom were also friendly professional and wonderful all together! They worked the day away while I was also working, a tth eend of my work day I was leaving and going for a run which was going to keep me away for a few hours, by that time they were wrapping up. Before I left Roger wanted to show me a few things, like how to program/use the thermostat, where the air filter was, but what blew me away was when Roger showed me a flue pipe that ran from my water heater to my chimney, he said it was so severely corroded that it was likely leaking carbon monoxide, it was hidden behind the furnace so not visible to us. My children hang out and sleep in our basement all of the time. Roger proactively fixed it without extra charge and it wasn’t even close to his responsibility to do. I couldn’t believe it. I ended up leaving my house before they did, I said goodbye and thank you and just told them to lock things up before they left. When I returned 4 hours later the temperature in my home was 79 degrees. I knew something was wrong, it was on the cooler side that night so we used fans and decided to call Delfera first thing in the morning. They came out and Rich, fixed a connector piece from the breaker box that was fried. Free of charge. 5 days later a manager came to inspect the work, who does that? Delfera is a family run business that is doing it ALL right! We are so thankful to everyone there.

07/01/2017 Contacted DELFERA for an estimate and Ray came out Thursday [6/22]. The work began Monday, and was completed Thursday eve. My older system ( circa 1960's) was BIG, OLD, and LOUD, and It took a full day just to get the entire system taken down. Once it was out, the new system was already on-site and the crew wasted no time. The new unit was re-located according to my wishes. Gas and water lines also had to be re-positioned. During the install the crew kept me updated and sought my input regards placement of duct work. I wanted everything 'high and tight'. Recovery of dead space - unusable space was a priority. The guys kept the area clean and neat every day. There was never any debris inside or outside when they left for the day. At completion, the placement of the indoor unit is perfect. The duct work is perfect - no more ducking/headbanging. More floor space, more wall space for shelves, more space - period! I could not be more pleased. Ray and company delivered! You never want to have to work with a HVAC company, because usually that means your air conditioner or heater isn't working. My A/C seems to never be working properly when the warmer season rolls around, so it seems like a regular occurrence that I have to get it serviced/repaired. The past two years I've had Delfera come out to help me, and I couldn't be happier with the service compared to companies I've used in the past. It's considered an "emergency" in my household when the A/C isn't working on a hot day, and they've always been very responsive and sent a technician out quickly. Their prices are very reasonable, and I recently decided to sign up for one of their annual service plans since it seems I need to get service regularly until I finally replace the A/C unit completely. My air conditioner froze up and needed to be replaced. Called DelFera and Ray, jr. came to access the problem. Needed Freon, but because the system was frozen couldn’t ad it and made an appointment to do it the next morning. At 9:30 that evening got a call from him saying he was on his way to ad Freon to hold me over until Wednesday when the unit was going to be replaced. That Wednesday, Ricky came and replaced my unit. I am so impressed with the service and both Ray and Ricky. Can’t say enough good about my experience with DelFera and would Highly recommend.

Wow, I am a customer for life! The expansion tank on our water heater cracked and started spraying water all over our basement at about 10 at night on a Saturday. After spending 3 hours cleaning up the mess I was worried that no one would be able to help us on Sunday. I can say that DelFera Heating and Cooling went beyond to help me and my husband when our heater went. This was at 1:30 in the morning when we realized we had no heat we thought it was the pilot light which we couldn't get lot. We called one company they never called back. So we called DelFera and in no time someone was at our home. We learned that we needed a new heater. and it would be a couple of days for the new one. They brought back numerous heaters for different rooms in our house. This was when we had one of the coldest years in history. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Cannot ask for a better HVAC company! Everyone was extremely professional and considerate of my situation and time. The customer service rep, the techs, the installers, and especially Ray the owner was knowledgeable and helpful. I called on a Tuesday, the techs arrived same day within the stated timeframe. My heater was 25 years old and I had to have it replaced. Ray called and said he would be over within the hour to provide me an estimate. Not only did he fully explain my options, he even brought a few space heaters for me to use. Installers arrived the next morning at 8 and my heat was up and running by 3! Woke up a 5:30 AM today to find circulating pump on furnace had failed and was not circulating water. Called company around 6 AM and they dispatched technicians who arrived by 8 AM. I began having a problem with my AC unit the day the heat wave began, and based on the reviews, I called Delfera. Given the temperatures in the mid 90's, I figured they would schedule something in a week. Wrong...I called around 8:30am, and they said someone would be out between 10 and 2. Ray and Steve showed up a little before 2, checked the system, told me I was very low on coolant, and they could refill it, but there may be a leak. After they filled the system, they checked the coils, and they were not leaking, and the system appeared to be working well. They were done within an hour, and my house is getting cooler as I write this. When it's time to replace the system, Delfera will definitely get the call.

I wanted to leave a different type of review to let you know what kind of people are working for this company (great ones!) Last Valentines Day I went to Starbucks in Brookhaven for some morning coffee. A gentleman in front of me driving a Delfera truck paid for my order. This was the first time someone had done that for me and I was brought to tears, and paid for the person behind me in return. Today, same location around 8am, I went for some coffee and as I was pulling in I noticed the same truck pulling in ahead of me and remembered him from last year. Once again, this gentleman paid for my drink in the drive thru and made my day. The baristas must look at me crazy with how happy I get knowing someone did that. I never forgot that truck the first time he did that and couldn't believe it happened with the same company (assuming same gentleman) again. Again, I paid for the person behind me in return. I had never heard of this company before, but now I never forget them. Thank you to the gentleman who has made my day twice now. You never know what someone is going through and something as small as paying for a coffee can go a long way :) And thank you for driving your work truck so I could make this review!
