I received a coupon in the mail from Boulden Brothers regarding a Water Heater Flush Service. I had never had this service done (to my knowledge) so I scheduled an appointment. Great experience all around! Each person I spoke to on the phone was courteous, professional and answered my questions. I also appreciated the confirmation calls and the text to provide the name and picture of the person who would be coming to my home. Todd was professional, courteous, answered ALL my questions and he did a thorough job explaining everything. Excellent service all around!! Yes, I will call them in the future for my heating/plumbing needs. I also wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I had 3 ceiling fans that all wobbled to the point I was not able to set them on high without worrying that they might fall. I called the Boulden Brothers to set up an appointment to fix the fans. Process was easy and they called the day before to remind me as well as 30 minutes before arriving which is nice since the window is between 4 hours. Dan the electrician arrived and was very respectful and eager to help. He went right to fixing the fans and was able to fix all 3 of them. The price was also reasonable. Definitely will contact them in the future for any other issues.

Sean, the HVAC technician did a fantastic job. Very informative and professional in his approach to my needs. Helped me to understand what he did and why it was important. This service was a significant investment for me, but I feel very comfortable that it was well worth it based on the work completed and customer service provided. I also had their electrical technician Daniel replace two ceiling light fixtures with one being over the basement stairs. I appreciated his analytical approach to determining the best course of action for each light fixture. The work was completed with high quality and I am very pleased. I would recommend Boulden Brothers to anyone for HVAC and electrical needs.

We bought our first home about a year ago and soon after signed a service contract with Boulden Brothers. The staff they send out is very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't feel pressed to buy or take on more than what the actual issue is. They are prompt and came out next day during a massive heatwave when called at 4pm. It's great to have a company so reliable and quick to call when things aren't going right. Travis was awesome. He was relatable, braved the high heat of our house, and really walked us through our HVAC system and what our options will be once we are up and running.

I called Boulden Brothers for a quote changing from oil to natural gas heat and also adding a new a/c unit. A young man named Austin came out the next day and was very nice and prepared ( we were very impressed). We are not easy to sell to being that we spent most of our time working in retail but you know when a good thing is in front of you. Austin spent time getting to know our wants and needs and he actually listened,he priced a couple of units and bam we made a deal. A couple of days later the installers were here not only here but prepared ( very important ). Isaiah, Ethan and Corey very friendly clean, professional and informative. They had the heater changed out and running that day, the next day the a/c went in. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner. Thank you Boulden Brothers.

Technician was on time, put on shoe covers before entering the house, introduced himself. I showed him the thermostat and the HVAC unit. He explained what he was doing. I asked him if I was the correct type of filter, he said yes. Before leaving he made suggestions of some additional work will need to be done to maintain the system. He was polite and helpful .

Very happy with their service. Super fast & professional. Called at 10am. Was told they’d be there the same day between 1-5pm. They called at noon & said they could come early. They diagnosed the origin of the leak & had a new piece of pipe installed in an hour. Price was probably about average compared to other plumbers. I highly recommend using them.

Todd and his colleague (Adam) were phenomenal plumbing experts with years of experience in water quality (Todd’s work in this area in the military is deep and impressive, and he shared his opinions and expertise to help us make decisions). From coming out to inspect our needs, consult with us and provide a comprehensive quote and recommendations for our home, to working on several projects (new plumbing installs to new water filtration system and water heater), they were professional, focused and engaged with the project. We felt they cared about our home and the quality of their work and the customer service. The Boulden team is very communicative from appointments set up to reminders, and we find that very helpful. A well-oiled machine striving for excellence, honestly approaching projects and difficulties and rectifying problem areas along the way, again, from the cheerful receptionists (thank you!) to the on-site workers to management. Very glad to have this option for plumbing in our area now.

Edit: after having electrical issues and having to change two capacitors (that were not bad, they were "recommended" to be changed because they werent at 100%) about $1200 total im a little dissatisfied to be told that we are also low on refrigerant and that "an estimate for a few pounds will be sent over with the original" so $1200 later and still we're going to have an AC that barely works. It would have been nice to not spend half our money on capacitors when that wasn't actually the issue we could just replaced one, or at the very least see if they can get someone to add refrigerant while they are here. I can't say I feel the same as I did but all this said the review is still at 4 stars for a reason. Just really wish they would have tried to get someone out to add refrigerant. This company was absolutely perfect! Very professional and nice throughout the whole process, cost wasn't too bad and neither was the wait! And our plumber Todd was super friendly, professional, and quick! He explained every step of the process as well which is much appreciated. I will definitely be using them in the future for anymore plumbing needs, and will be using them for any AC needs in the future as well! Thank you!! Edit! One year later and again phenomenal service (this time from Edwin :) ) he diagnosed the issues and explained every step of the way for someone with 0 knowledge like me this REALLY helps!! Eric and his assistant Tom came to my home for an electrical system safety and diagnostic check. I'd had a couple of minor issues that needed a trained eye. Eric found the source of issues and was able to repair it on the spot. He checked the breaker box, gfi switches and smoke detector wiring for safety and general wear, offered some suggestions on upgrades but assured me that all were safe and in good condition. The gentlemen were on time, professional yet friendly. Eric even gave me an estimate on project I'm considering in the near future. I can't say enough about the service I've gotten from Bouldon Brothers technicians and the company in general. They truly do make this old gal's life easier!

Woke up in the middle of the night to no heat. Got the furnace to cycle on but in the morning it was off again. Called at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning and spoke to the answering service. By 7:50 someone was calling saying they were on the way and they were there by a little after 8:00am. Johnny was professional, friendly and seemed very thorough. He told me what he thought the issue was and fixed it. He stated that there are some other parts that might eventually need to be replaced but was clear he didn’t think that needed to happen right away. By 9:45 we had heat again.
