We had quotes from three companies and went with Wichita Heating and Air because they were the most professional, offered great financing, and carried the best product. Replaced entire AC and Furnace in 3.5 hours. I'm beyond impressed with the service. If I could change one thing about their business, I wish they offered portable AC's or something to keep cool between signing the contract and installation like some companies do, it was a hot week and I have a 4 and 2 year old to keep cool so I had to run to lowes and buy a portable AC for a couple hundred but thats life and not their job, just a good selling point for some. Overall 5/5 and will recommend them to friends and family!

Jake came out and not only checked to make sure my AC unit would get me by, but also checked the furnace and gave me some professional advice that would actually SAVE me money!! Sometime during the night our motor or capacitor went out on the condensing unit. We called early in the morning on Sunday and was more than pleased that Kenny called me back and was able to get out within a couple of hours and fix our problem (it's 100+ again today outside). He was more than professional and efficient. There were absolutely no issues and the service was reasonably priced as well. Give them a call if you need any AC repairs.

I don’t consider my experience very good. The guy came out and said that my fan speed was set to low and that he turned it up. He also recommended me to close vents. All in all I spent $105 for him to turn the fan speed on to high and it really didn’t fix anything. Closing vents didn’t really help. Could have been better.

Would have been nice to get a call instead of text, I didn't see saying they were coming. Fixed attic fan very grateful for that. Checked and gave advice about AC unit and duct in attic for vent to hot water heater that wasn't hooked up. Overall very professional and was grateful for the service I got. I believe service call amount is too pricey. Cost of new install ac unit and furnace are about same as anyone else but to do minor fixes like thermostat install its to pricey for me. I'll have to do myself and save for replacements.

We just bought a house in Udall and I was really in a bind. I bought a new fireplace insert but could not get the gas hooked up. I left a message with them at 8 PM in the evening and actually got a call back that night , and said they could make it out tomorrow and help me out. They were there 1st thing in the morning and took care of everything and were reasonably priced for such a short notice service call. I would highly recommend this company!

I had a broken evap coil. They were able to source the part quickly even during a shortage of parts. Erik and Dave were easy to work with and did a great job. They got the part changed out and charged up before noon. Everything is running well now and we are ready for 107° tomorrow. Thank you!

Our heater quit working when it was 11 degrees. We called the 24 hour service line and we had the heater repaired by 8:30 AM still allowing my wife to get to work on time. We requested a follow up to verify the thermostat was working correctly and the tech came back no questions asked. I travel for my job and with the wife home alone knowing there is a company that isn’t only knowledge but also polite and courteous it is added peace for me. The service we received was very good. Called them during 6 inches of snow and ice because my rental heater stopped working. They answered and got my information immediately. Then a technician returned my call within minutes and responded to my rental property within 5 min. It was an easy fix and they dropped the price because of it. Kenny was very professional. They serviced both of our units and did a great job. Absolutely amazing service and follow up. My issue was unique as it was one of those problems that never happens when they techs are there. Jake did everything he could to ensure what he could find was taken care of. When I called him after hours when the issue reoccurred he gave me directions on a few things to try, rather than leaving me high and dry! Sure enough it resolved my problem and I've been running great so far. Definitely a great company and a business I will use again for sure.

I put a service call in via my home warranty company over a very busy holiday weekend, when I called to verify that my request had gone through they were polite, explained why I hadn't heard from them, and offered to have someone come out the next day. My furnace quit blowing hot air around 6 AM. I called around 9 AM to see if I could request a service call. Long story short, my furnace was working again by noon. I had an issue with my furnace on a Friday about 7pm. I could not wait to have it looked the weather was cold and my 92 yr old grandmother with in the house. They had a tech out within an hour he had the issue fixed by 8:40pm. He was professional and not full of BS. The call out was just under $200 which I thought was very reasonable. I would recommend and will use in the future.

Scheduled Wichita Heating and Air as a second opinion. Erik came and looked over my furnace and after some troubleshooting was able to get my heat going. He then informed me of my system in what to expect when it runs and was also able to answer my questions about future plans of replacing both the furnace and air conditioning units. Impressive Trane system, high tech thermostat and great work on the installation. Jeremy & Casey replaced my entire HVAC system including re-running new lines that were installed incorrectly prior to when we owned the home. They made everything right and up to code. They took care of all the warranty paperwork for me so I didn't have to deal with it. They even cleaned up their work space and left my basement cleaner than they found it. They were patient with my kids and annoying dog. No regrets doing business with this company!
