On November 9, 2022, Dave Furlong, from Reddi, repaired the circuit board and the blower on our heating system. During his routine maintenance assessment, as well as with our specific input, Dave determined that these two parts needed to be replaced. We absolutely trust Dave and his assessment skills. The quality of work he performs is exceptional. After this job was completed, Dave then finished performing our routine maintenance check on our heating system. All else was in good working order. Dave is always professional and informative. It is obvious that he is knowledgeable and is committed to doing a great job. Dave is a true gem at Reddi. We are very grateful to know him.

I don't know where to begin with the Professional and quality of work from Reddi and their highly qualified team. It was FREEZING temperatures & David Welch came to attempt to repair our heater. We had another company come out prior that acted like they were not interested, probably because of the freezing temperatures. David got is temporarily working until he could get us an estimate and gather equipment to replace our heating & air which was beyond repair. Less than one week later David had the unit ready to install and the best team of installers we could have asked for. Jason Crumrine, Juevnal Fernandez & Eric Isbel worked as a well oiled machine and installed a new hearing & air system and explained every detail of our new system. We will definitely be working with Reddi for ALL of our service needs. These gentleman were fast, professional and felt like part of the family. Cole Wickham and the other tech did a good job on the installation of the heating and air conditioning systems. The entire process was finished quickly. The did not leave a mess took the old unit all packaging material after they left we so no signs that they were here. Walked me thru how to operate the system. We are please with the work they did.

I cannot thank Reddi Industries enough for the fast and reliable attention that was given to us last week. On Friday morning, my daughter-in-law was checking on our pets and noticed that our house was warmer than normal. We checked our Nest thermostat and noticed that the unit had been running for 48 hours. We immediately called our home warranty which could not send anyone out until Tuesday. Being that my husband and I were on vacation that was not going to work for us. Reddi Industries installed a brand new unit in our home in 2017 and I immediately called them after discovering that our home warranty company could not help us. From the time that Jason answered the phone, he became just as concerned as I was due to our pets being home and we were 15 hours away. He passed my information on to April who advised that she could set us up for Saturday. Within 30 minutes of that call, she called me back to tell me of the cancellation and that they could be at our home within an hour. As soon as Dave Furlong arrived, he was greeted by my son, explained what he needed to look at, diagnosed the issue, in which the capacitor went out, repaired it, and was on to his next call. For $150 and what took less than 5 hours to fix, my home and my pets were very happy within just a few hours. I cannot thank Reddi Industries enough for their fast service, quick responses, and keeping me up to date on our situation. We were able to continue to enjoy our vacation. Thank you again!

Reddi employee David Furlong greeted us at scheduled time. David is ALWAYS a gentleman and talks with us as if he were relation. He began his checking and adjusting of our heat/cooling system as needed. He spent some time with our outside heat pump. The weather was colder than expected this day. He put a very tall "tent" over the unit in order to get temperature to a warm level in order to test and regulate the cooling system. This was a new one for us. His work as well of his care for our unit was exclamatory!! Would I use David again? YES, we would be willing to wait for David's time to have him service/test our HVAC Sistem!! In fact, we had a several garden plants on our sidewalk ledge that the wind blew over on their tops on the sidewalk. Davud was kind enough to reset the small pots upright and actually replaced the garden dirt into the pots for us!! That is going above and beyond to help/assist us with the plants, see why we will always ask for David F. to be our service technician!! Thanks David!! PS: David, next time just ask me where I wanted the garden vegetable plants to be planted, I'd tell you anytime!!

I was given a 8-12 window and David Furlong called at 8:00 to let me know he was headed my way. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got straight to work. Our furnace stopped heating during the latest cold snap, so we needed a fix right away. I called in the morning, easily set everything up, and within a few hours had our furnace working again. Dave arrived right on time, had a great attitude, and even showed and explained the parts of my unit, how they worked, and how he was fixing it. David sizes your unit, doesn't over sell, and is customer focused. The installation crew did a great job, was on time and preformed quality, professional work. Of course our AC was down on the day it was supposed to jump to 90 degrees. A wire came undone from our outdoor unit and wasn't just a danger to us staying cool inside, but was a potential danger to our dogs and small kids playing outside. Kenneth came within a couple hours of my call, fixed our issue and hopefully prevented it from happening again, and we're no longer melting inside! Plus it didn't hurt the bank account too bad despite being a Sunday!

As our current system was not cooling he worked with us getting us back in a cool house the same day (outside+90`) until our new system was installed. 3 degrees below zero and I noticed that the temp in the house was down to 62 degrees. It was 5:00 pm and I was in a panic. I was able to live chat with a service dispatcher and was told that a technician would be at my house as soon as he was done with the call he was currently at. Within an hour, my hero Dave showed up and saved the day. He performed the service on my heater and got it going. My problem with the heater was that the igniter would come on but no gas would flow and the flame never came on. Dave got it going and did system checks to confirm the operation and cycling. I have had issues with the thermostat before and inquired about replacing it. Dave had one on his truck, Hooked me up and now we are warm and happy. Very professional service. I could not be happier with the service. Thanks Dave!

We were having an issue with our ac not blowing cold air so we called and set up an appointment. I was told the tech would call about 30 minutes before they got to my house, sounded great. Juvenal not only called me earlier than expected, showed up early and had the problem resolved quickly. He gave me pointers on how to help the part last longer as well, which was helpful. Lastly my dog, who is a barker, was out barking at him and he took the time to try and connect with her so she would calm down. Overall great experience!

Final Thought: After speaking with owners, my issue was addressed. Service is typically well priced with decent customer service, this one situation appears to be multiple issues that boiled down to miscommunication, and I appreciate them being responsive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. After dealing with SUZY MULTIPLE TIMES, I've decided Reddi doesn't CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. Without going into a TON of detail, I called in to have my HVAC worked on, and on Saturday I called to find out some information. SUZY was TERRIBLE!!!! FIRST, she began accosting me on the phone, while rebuffing my question. At this point I am irked and request a cancellation, I work customer service so let me assure you, I was professional but firm. ******MID SENTENCE SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!***** I call back to ensure my appointment was cancelled and let them know of her issues, requesting that my account be notated to not have her service, as she has lied in the past about something small (Service Fees) and with her service today, I had no trust), and GUESS WHAT!!!! SUZY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT I HUNG UP!!!! I seriously doubt that I'm the first to deal with her dishonesty, and I WILL NOT USE a company that employs such disreputable and disrespectful staff. I'd recommend you be wary as well. **The other service team is usually amazing, but she was so bad, I've lost complete faith.

I was very happy with the professionalism shown by Chad Poort and Bradley Schmidt during the installation of my new furnace and AC. And they were very careful making sure the door was pulled shut every time they went in and out so my cats didn’t get out. They cleaned up after the installation too. Kenneth came out and was able to resolve the problem quickly. Unfortunately we bought a house with a 10-year-old HVAC on its last limbs. Jason Crumrine and Brad Schmidt came out the next day and installed our new furnace and even braved the sub-zero wind chills to install new ac unit. He also said that he does not believe it will last too much longer, so it would be best to replace it this fall after the demand (and therefor prices for new A/Cs) drops.
