We used Matt and his crew for our shop unit last year and they did us right! Paired with the insulation we can maintain a 72 degree inside temp throughout weeks of the high 90’s into the 100s no problem! It’s made life a lot better thank you so much . If you are looking for a quality crew you really can’t go wrong with these guys.

We were experiencing a problem with our furnace. With the outdoor temp being about 30, we needed heat. It was Saturday evening when I called. Mindy was very quick to say she would get someone out to my house to help. About 40 minutes later, Matt showed up, ready to go to work. About an hour later, we were back in business. Matt was very friendly and professional, regardless of the fact that it was a Saturday night call. Our experience with D&M Mechanical has always been first class. We were very pleased with D&M's service and response right from the start! They were able to come out to help us, even at the end of the day. We discovered the issue with our AC at 4pm and they were on-site by 5 after we had tried calling other repair shops. The problem turned out to be a error by another tech 2 years before that they were able to quickly diagnose and repair. We loved their customer service and their honesty. We will continue to use them in the future.

Our AC quit putting out cold air and overnight it has reach 87 in the house. Matt was at our house 1.5hrs after our call in and had parts replaced and unit cleaned in under 1.5hrs. D & M technician arrived punctually to conduct the annual service and cleaning of the HVAC unit they installed a year. We have had zero problems with the unit. Mathew did an excellent job of cleaning the unit disassembling where needed and doing a thorough cleaning and washing. He then checked the refrigerant level with test instruments that linked to an application on his cell phone. No wasted refrigerant this way versus the old guage and hooking up method. Totally professional, knowledgeable and uses up to date technology and tools. Impressive and I highly recommend D & M Mechanical. 10/23/2019 Followup visit by D&M on a duct problem in the basement with another 5 star rating! I had heating ducts that needed to be adjusted to fit the new drop ceiling installed in the basement. They secured the whole duct system and installed new vents in the drop ceiling. They were quick, the install was solid and done professionally and looks good too! The price was very reasonable and worth it. They did a good job of cleaning up after fixing the ducts. I strongly recommend these guys. 4/24/21 My son purchased his first house and asked me to recommend a heating/cooling maintenance company and I wholeheartedly recommended D&M Mechanical. They showed up promptly, diagnosed the equipment and completed needed repairs efficiently and quickly. He was impressed with what was done as I was too. Strongly recommend. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work. Was having issues with my AC and the day after they quoted me, it went out. They were at my house within half an hour of me calling. Great customer service and excellent craftsmanship. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the office manager who took my first call, to Matt who came out and gave me the proposal for my HVAC system replacement. Then lastly, Justin and Jesse who came out and did the replacement job. My AC quit working on a Friday, I called D&M on Monday morning and they were able to get me on their schedule that same afternoon. I was surprised by the way D&M sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and proposals via text message/email which is really nice and convenient. When Matt showed up he was friendly and very thorough with getting all the necessary information he needed to give me several proposal options. He also offered at no charge to me, to get my current AC cooling well enough to keep my house cool throughout the next week until they could get out to complete the replacement job. I called Matt several times over the next week to ask questions and make sure I was making the best choices on my new system and he was always happy to help and answer all my questions. Never acted like I was bothering him, which I'm sure I was... When Justin and Jesse came out to do the replacement, they were both friendly and professional and they got to work quickly. They put down sheets along the path they would be working and walking to protect my carpet. They worked all day and I think they only took one break for lunch. They both seemed to work well together and got the job done perfectly. Everything looked clean, professional and best of all works great. I would definitely recommend D&M to anyone in need of HVAC service or replacement. This is a great company offering top tier products and top notch service, professionalism and craftsmanship. Matt, Duane and the rest of their team did a phenomenal job. We spent several months going over multiple options and several different variations to our whole house system replacement. Never once did they get pushy or annoyed with all of our questions and concerns. They came out several times to visit with us, prior to the decision to use D & M. During the install, we were without heat for 24 hours. Matt and Duane personally delivered several space heaters to help keep the house comfortable for our young children. Awesome service! They have been out twice. First time was a Friday night and I really needed my AC fixed Matt came right out and got it going. He had what he needed on the truck. Then again on july 4th A HOLIDAY! I expected to pay big bucks. Nope! They just billed me for the normal charge! Update: I now have a new system (3 years later) they did an excellent installation (this is saying a lot since I am very picky) they went above and beyond and I now have an awesome system with a lot of upgrades (that I specifically asked for) and they are also changing our some of the rotted ducts under the house! Our central heat and air system was installed by Comfort Systems 10 yrs ago, but one unfortunate day one of their techs neglected to replace the a/c filter which just really caused a mess in the evaporator coil. He returned and cleaned it (sort of) but not really well enough to work for long. When I asked them to clean it again, they wanted $600! Since then I've been cleaning it myself, but lately it became evident we needed more coolant in the system. I called @ 6am this morning, got a call back at 6:15. Their tech Jesse came out early afternoon and had the evaporator coil thoroughly cleaned and added a pound of coolant, very reasonably priced. We received excellent communication, great customer service, and enjoying a nice, cool house on this 95 degree day. We'll definitely have them come back this fall to service our furnace. I highly recommend D&M Mechanical and so appreciate their professionalism.

Duane brought a portable window unit over and installed it until they could get my new air conditioner installed. It allowed me to be able to stay in my home until it was replaced. My AC went out last year during the hottest part of the summer. On my homeowners insurance I have this new insurance that will cover things inside the home. We were having to wait for that and so I went several days without AC. DM bent over backwards to make me comfortable and to do what they could to get insurance to move faster. They brought down a portable AC unit to help to cool some of the home so I could find a little relief. Once we got the OK from the insurance they got right on it and my AC was installed in one day and I was just blown away on how fast they worked. My insurance had them fill out forms just several things and they did it and did it with a smile they tried to respond back fast to do anything they could to help my insurance speed it along so I could get my AC in and running. I found out about DM through a very close friend of mine that they put in a new AC and heater in their home. They were very pleased with them and because of that reference that’s how I chose them. I am just so pleased and thankful that I found them. This is the amazing company that they are. Next door to me is this couple that I found out that DM did their AC and heater. While they were working on my home they noticed something on top of the neighbors roof that was wrong something had blown off or something happened to it it was missing. At the end of the day they went over spoke to the neighbors told them what they saw went up and fixed it without the neighbors even having to call in and ask. Now that’s how amazing and trustworthy this company is. Again I feel very blessed to have found them and to be able to have them work on something in my home. Our AC went out at the hottest part of the summer. Matt was out within an hour of calling to see about getting the cooling back on. The were out of portable units, so Matt ran to the store and bought another just to get some relief in our house. The system was beyond repair and we had many concerns with the overall HVAC in the house. Matt and Duane both spent a great deal of time assessing the entire HVAC system and designing a new system that fit our needs and beat every competitor in town on costs, by a long shot! Their installation is one of the cleanest I've seen - you can tell they take pride in their work. Since then, we've had a few other items addressed by D&M as we're working on the house, and they've done a phenomenal job.

Fast, friendly, affordable, and reliable service! Have used Dwayne 3 times now and is our go to HVAC guy. Has even traveled out if the area on a Sunday in 100 degree weather to fix my unit that stopped when no one else would. In a rental we were in, Dwayne was booked so his dad came out within the hour, after hours, to do an emergency repair on the dying unit so my family didn't have to go to a hotel. Also get their service plan, it doesn't make sense not to.

At the turn of each season I always somehow found myself tinkering with my junk AC unit or antique Furnace trying to keep it running or patching it together to just get through another season. This year I hit my breaking point. I tried calling numerous other companies who wouldn't answer their phone or wouldn't even return my call. (That was probably more frustrating than the junk system I had.) After asking a friend that works in the HVAC field who he would recommend he said to call D&M Mechanical. He also told me that he used to work with Matthew. So, I gave them a call and they actually answered the phone. Duane was able to make it out the very next morning. I told them I was done patching the old furnace together and I wanted to explore my options with a new AC unit and Furnace. Duane went to work and found me the best deal he could with the best warranty that could be offered. He patiently explained in detail what the new system would offer, what work would have to be done on their end, and what I would be gaining by going with the system that he was speaking of. I had a written estimate about 30 minutes after he left in the inbox of my email. It was very prompt. I called around and their price was very competitive. I decided to have them do the work. In the mean time, they delivered electric heaters for our house to keep our house tolerable. It was very cold outside at the time and the heaters they supplied kept us content until they could come back and install the furnace. They came back and installed the furnace. Matthew did most of the work while Duane did service calls. I was very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the install. The work area was left clean as well. Matthew swept up the area and you couldn't even tell anyone had been working there. You could tell they took pride in their work. They were scheduled to come back a few days later to finish the AC install. I totally forgot they were coming and we had a family get together that morning. So, after seeing how respectful they were in our home and how clean they were their first trip, I decided to just leave the house open for them. I don't even do that for family most of the time. The AC unit install was just as clean as the furnace and we are very happy with the way it all turned out. We will never hesitate to recommend D&M Mechanical to anyone who is in need of prompt, fair, and honest HVAC service. Thanks again guys.
