I could not have been happier! We had our tankless hot water heater go out in the most magnificent fashion on the coldest day of the year. He responded to our after-hours call promptly and arrived earlier than promised. He got the job done and everyone involved was professional and friendly. Great service. Heater went out on a day where the temperature was negative and the clerk put my request in as urgent. Doug followed up with me and was adamant about being of assistance. Didn’t necessarily need their service as my heater cut on prior to their arrival. Service was splendid though!

Furnace went out Sunday night. 10 degrees overnight. Newborn in the house. Not ideal! Just a simple component failure, but too much for my untrained hands. Put in a regular service call at 7:30, they were there by 8:30, & done with everything by 9:15. Friendly & careful throughout. Based on this experience I would be very willing to consider them for more substantial work. They asked me to mention the service person by name, so a personal shout out to Benjamin Flores. But if they hadn't asked me to post a review, they'd still have five stars.

Connor Edmondson repaired a broken drain line from our laundry area that was leaking water and gases in the crawl space. He was friendly and informed me of a leaky outside faucet that I was unaware of, too. He offered to have his company repair the leaky faucet and suggested alternative diy temporary solutions. I will definitely consider American Services for future plumbing and HVAC service needs.

Today was the third time that I've used American Services. The first two times were for HVAC issues/maintenance, but today was for a plumbing issue. Each time I called American Services, they were professional and treated me as though they valued my time. The workers who arrived at my house were friendly and also professional. In all three instances, the work was completed quickly and for a relatively reasonable price. I hesitated going with an unknown (to me) company, but I'm happy to say that the reviews don't lie. I will happily recommend American Services to anyone who asks.

Our furnace started squealing so I turned it off and called to get it it fixed . Since it was a weekend I thought I would wait until Monday to have the work done then reaIized Sunday would be below freezing and our house would not keep warm enough with just a space heater so I called early Saturday morning and was able to have a man come right away. I thought the bearings in my furnace motor were bad but when Ben came he examined the motor and determined it was just a loose belt. I appreciated his careful exanination and replacing the belt in a timely manner. Ben had a very friendly and helpful attitude. Too summarize: I was able to get help right away. The job was done effeciently and well. The workman was pleasant.

I was looking to have a Cedar deck built in my backyard, I was recommended by a friend that Tony Hereington at American Services, he was the the best at what I needed. I contacted him and he quickly responded and came out to my house to give me a quote and we were able to get started the next day. I was able to hand him a layout of a deck I found online and he was able to customize the plans and get it exactly the way I wanted it. My wife and I have never been happier being able to enjoy our new deck, it's built correctly and professionally.

I had a great experience with Patrick who helped me troubleshoot our tankless water heater. He was very thorough and diagnosed and explained the problem and its solution in a very comprehensive and understandable way. He answered all of my questions and did an excellent job. When we elected to install a tank hot water heater, we specifically requested Patrick because we knew that he would do a great job. And indeed he did! He also placed in in-line automatic water shutoff device which gave us a discount on our home insurance. I can recommend Patrick and American Services highly and without any reservations!

American Services moved a washer and dryer hookup to the main level of my home. They did an excellent job. Patrick did a great job with the plumbing work. He was able to connect the new dryer vent into the existing vent going outside so that we didn't have to cut a new hole in the side of the house. Ben did a great job at patching the sheetrock in the rooms where they needed to cut holes to fish wiring and piping through the walls. The areas around where they worked look seamless. I definitely recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Patrick from American Services did several great jobs for us. First, he replaced our sump pump on a Friday afternoon, working us in so that the new pump would be ready for a rainy Monday without having to come out on the weekend. The sump pump was beneath a radon system, so it was a complicated job, which he handled quickly and efficiently. Next, he replaced our water heater, again quickly and efficiently. Finally, he performed a tricky toilet repair. Patrick does great work. Donovan the dispatcher for American also does very good work.

I would like to brag a little about, American Services… In November I had a gas line ran to the garage by two excellent experts “Casper – Ben”, running line under a deck and nicely tucked in and around the area getting into the garage for a natural gas heater for the winter. These guys did an excellent job and definitely in a timely manner with happy results! Unfortunately, later that evening I had a little issue with my old furnace pilot light…. Again, American Services to the rescue and Austin was the individual that took care of this issue. In short, none of this could not have taken place without the assistance scheduling of Aggie Zimmerman. Thank you Aggie and American Services!

American Services worked hand in hand with the general contractor I used for a bathroom and laundry room remodel. They came out and plumbed some of the older piping that needed a good upgrade. They moved my washer line for me to the other side of the room. They installed all new piping for the toilet drainage/sewer. I will have no hesitation reaching out to them in the future to have any repairs or new plumbing work. I also liked that Aggie from American Services followed up with me about two weeks later to ensure that I was satisfied with the services they provided. Doug and Donovan were nothing short professional, honest and knowledgeable. After being told by another local air conditioner repair company that I had a bad compressor and that i needed to buy his unit, Doug and Donovan came to the rescue. They fixed my two-year-old air conditioning unit that had a small leak and I couldn't be happier with the total experience! A gentleman named Casper came out gave me an estimate, a day or so later a gentleman named Donovan called me to set up a time to do the work, Casper showed up exactly on the time set for the appointment, performed the work in a timely manner, the amount charged was the exact amount estimated. Very professional people, I will use them this fall for another Plumbing project I was extremely happy with the whole process.

After contacting multiple companies, American Services was the only one to respond to our request for inspections on our water system (well and septic) and our HVAC. On the consultation inspection, the owner came out to inspect everything and provided written and detailed quotes for everything. For our first service call, we had American Services install a new pressure tank system and replace the water lines. It was nearly seamless service. For our second service call, our heater quit working in freezing temperatures. The technician was our that morning. He troubleshoot the system, repaired the previous installers bad wiring and replaced the control board in short time. We will not call anyone other than American Services for our needs. Excellent customer service, professional and knowledgeable technicians, timely responses and cost effective. What are you waiting for?

And when Pat came out to install, he was very professional and respectful of his surroundings (including ensuring our dog didn't escape!). Really friendly, too. I recommend using American Services. (February 2023) Casper was friendly and informative. Educated me on a few items I'd have never known. A great experience. Would recommend to others.

Had a couple of plumbing issues. They were here the next morning, very personable and professional. I have asked them to bid a remodel on my bathroom I was so impressed. Great company to work with! ****UPDATE: What was initially a simple plumbing call turned into a pretty significant remodel project. Not only did I get an all new bathroom with beautiful Onyx shower and sink, but new floors installed in 4 rooms, a new water softener, updated plumbing, new sink, disposal and faucet in the kitchen, and a major correction of a floor support gone bad in my dining room. Three cheers for Tony, whose patience and expertise was evident through all the issues uncovered in my 1960 home. Also hats off to Pat and Ben who also played a significant part in getting all this done. We're not finished yet, as I have also asked American Services to install a heating system in my garage. If you've got a project that you are considering, I highly recommend that you give this team a call!

I have been using American Services for 3-4 years now at both home and the shop. The techs are on time and knowledgeable. The part of their service I appreciate the most is using their experience to do a check up on the whole property. While out for preventative maintenance they keep tabs not just on the HVAC but also on the water heaters, faucets, toilets, etc..and have been able to point out problems before they become costly issues.

Doug and Donavon and the whole team were SO amazing! My husband was deployed when all our pipes froze, then rusted shut! I had no running water and nowhere to go with my three dogs so I was panicking. American Services came out SO FAST to at least get me CLEAN running water since I'd been drinking rusty water without even knowing it! They were super prompt and INSANELY fast!! They did a beautiful job replacing my bathtub and my shower as well as all the pipes in my house. When my work schedule didn't allow me to be home, I trusted them in my home and just left a key for them to work and I always came home to clean work areas. If I have one small criticism, it would be that they don't have a visual verification system for orders. For instance, with the shower, I'd mentioned that I wanted frosted glass for the doors but we ended up with clear, which actually looks fantastic but there's no documentation showing that I asked for frosted since everything was done verbally. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

10/10 recommend. Our AC wouldn’t keep up and Tyler installed a new unit for us. He showed up quickly after we called, got it done fast, and was very professional. Services aside, he was very friendly, great with the kids when they were curious about what he was doing, and loved our two dogs. I'm elbows deep in a remodel from the late 1960's... American Services came out right away and gave me a NTE (not to exceed) amount for the work I needed to relocate my new shower. They performed the work flawlessly and all in 1 day. I received a bill the next day for half of what the NTE was. Talk about amazing customer service, professionalism and quality. I will definitely do work with these guys again!

I called to have them look at what we suspected to be a leak on our shower. They scheduled an appointment to look at it that same day. They were on time and very professional. They cut an access panel in the drywall to get to the shower valve. They looked for over 20 minutes with the shower running but was unable to find a leak. They left and there was no charge for their visit. I kept watching the valve through the access panel over the next few days and finally was able to find the leak. I called and they came out a few hours later and fixed it. Prompt and professional service at a reasonable price. I will call them again for future needs.

They were awesome. Doug was very kind and came out on a Sunday on short notice to help us out. Found a lot of tree roots in the sewer line but only had a 50 ft. Snake so they came back on Monday with a bigger machine to get it all cleaned out . Great value and extremely helpful. Didn't give up until he knew it was totally clear ! The technician kept me informed of his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He came in I told him what the problem was he made an assessment and proceeded to unclog the drain. When he was finished he cleaned up after himself. From the time he arrived to the time he left he was there about 45 minutes and he was very polite and professional.

This review has been a long time coming but much deserved. My experience working with ACRS has been wonderful. Not only did they come to my rescue once, but twice, over the last 8 months. Both times I was out of town and of course that’s always when something breaks down at your business, right! The first time was over the summer at my hair salon, the A/C went out. ACRS had a tech out within an hour and had the unit repaired shortly after. Then this last time my furnace went out at my daycare and ACRS had a tech out in less than 30 minutes!! Unit repaired in less than an hour!!
