These people came out the next day. Got our A/C running even though it was old and needed replacement. It took a few days to get the new units (we did the heat and ac). It took most of the day but they did a great job. I think our price was reasonable, it seemed lower that other people I knew paid. I highly recommend JC&JC!

Great service — responded almost immediately to my email, and then came to check out my HVAC within 5 hours. I've used another company before who kept trying to upsell me. JC&JC told me that my HVAC was getting old and becoming less efficient, which is why it isn't performing as well as it used to. They didn't insist that I needed a new system, but gave me an installation price range for when the time came. I will definitely be calling them again if I have issues in the future.

My HVAC went out during a heat wave. I attempted to call so many HVAC companies and did not get a response or they canceled on me. JC and JC came out immediately and assessed the situation. Unfortunately my unit was 20 years old and they recommended replacement. I wanted to be sure they gave me a fair price, so I called more companies to get additional quotes. Jc and Jc had the cheapest price and could install that day. Karla in the office was very gracious with my 5 million questions and even explained the financing to me. They installed while I was at work so that I didn’t need to miss work! My home was locked back to my instructions and the construction zone was cleaned back to perfection. They took care to ensure my cat didn’t get out while they came in and out. Overall they made a very frustrating experience a breeze

JC's team worked promptly to diagnose AC failure and replace outside condenser as fast as possible during abnormally hot May weather. The biggest source of delay was our inability to get comparison estimates during a weekend from anyone else: as soon as we confirmed that JC's pricing was competitive we OK'd the job and they executed asap. I have to say that sadly my HVAC system is over 40 years old and I've had a home warranty company that refuses to replace it. So I have to keep doing "patchwork" repairs. Anyway, today, I had an urgent service call and was so grateful to use JC&JC. They quoted me a service window and arrived early and they kept me informed through text on their arrival time. I liked that I could electronically view my service invoice. Antonio was absolutely professional, even came with his own shoe slip covers and mask and used proper social distancing measures. From start to finish this service was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my home cooled down within a few min. I contacted a few companies before choosing them and I'm very happy that I did.

I had a wonderful experience in dealing with JC HVAC. They installed a total package from Goodman - gas furnace, evap coil, condenser unit, humidifier, electronic air cleaner, and new line set. I bought my own Nest thermostat and they were very accommodating in setting up the new thermostat for me also. The unit works wonderfully. And also, it looks easy on the eyes compare to my old units. The old ones had tar tapes covering the line set coming out of the evap coil inside - it was inefficient and hard to look at. Totally, they brought a lot of values to the table and that was the reason I chose them.

Throughout the years, I’ve had my share of disappointments with service contractors but JC & JC HVAC Mechanical Contractors certainly changed my opinion. My HVAC system failed after many years and was left without AC in the peak summer season of ’18. After speaking with several HVAC contractors, it was determined that a new system was needed. Not satisfied with the quotes received, a friend highly recommended I contacted JC & JC, who recently replaced a system in their home. I contact them and spoke with Antonio, who quickly came out to inspect, confirmed a new system was needed and knowing the urgency, had his office send an estimate. Not only was the system quoted superior, the price was considerably less than any other quote received. We immediately signed the paper work and Antonio and his crew came out the following morning, carefully removing the old system, ensuring there was no damage to the house and installed the new system, all in ONE day!! Antonio and his technicians went the extra mile for us. We were quite impressed and found them very knowledgeable, courteous and fully proficient in handling this install. System was up and running without a hitch. Afterwards, Antonio took the time to explain and make sure we fully understood how the system functioned. He even followed up personally a few days later to make sure we were fully satisfied. JC & JC has our highest recommendation, top-quality talent. They clearly showed they cared and were compassionate towards our situation. We will continue to do business with them in the future.

I had an emergency leak flowing steady from my ac unit. I reached out via the amazon portal to JC JC late in the evening and was relieved to get a response right away. I got a next day appointment. Jocelyn, the lady answering my call when there was a time window issue, was courteous and professional. My window issue was resolved right away. Antonio, the technician, was polite extremely knowledgeable and patient. I could not have wished for a better emergency response to a basement with water coming from the ac unit and a week of 100+ temps ahead! This is my second time using JC&JC once for a furnace replacement and again for a AC replacement. Both outdated systems. In both cases they were very responsive when I called and friendly and courteous, from phone staff to mechanical personnel. I would highly recommend them. The only reason for only 4 stars was because due to the urgent nature of the repairs I did not have time to get multiple quotes to compare thier prices.

Customer rep was friendly and attentive to my needs. The repair person was punctual and gave me a call to confirm estimated time of arrival. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved my problem, explaining what steps he was taking and why along the way. He also gave me sound advice to avoid similar problems in the future. Thus far, the AC is working fine. My only concern is that the rep noted an $85 assessment fee that would be reimbursed if the work was completed. The repair person stated that that was only for services greater than $300 - which mine was under. I didn't protest it, but I do think that's something should be cleared up front between customer rep and potential customer. Regardless, the service was good and I'll recommend them to friends.

UPDATE: After posting my initial review, the company contacted me to see what they could do to make this right. They sent a technician by emergency dispatch, and ultimately they were only late by 30 - 40 minutes. They tried their best to put things right, and I appreciate that effort, so I'm giving them another chance. - ORIGINAL REVIEW: I set up an appointment for a new HVAC estimate, and was given confirmation of the appointment timeline of 11am to 1pm. At 12:35pm, I called to confirm the technician was still on schedule, and was only told then that they were running behind and MAYBE could be there two hours later. I'll be giving my business to another company that can either keep to a schedule, or at a minimum be bothered to contact me and let me know if there are expected delays, rather than forcing me to call and find this out for myself. My recommendation to others is the same.

These guys are fantastic! Over the weekend my HVAC unit decided to build up frost. It's an old unit so Antonio recommended that we get a new one. When are AC stopped working, a guy came out within a couple of hours of calling them, and was able to fix it in about 20 minutes. He was very professional, and he explained and demonstrated the problem (bad capacitor) and how he would fix it. He also gave me plenty of helpful tips on how to prevent future damages to our AC. In addition, his price was better than the testimonials I found online of people who had gotten this service from other companies. Very impressed.

We woke up to a flood in our living room, and JC & JC came out to help us. Ivan was very kind and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. My toddler was asleep when he arrived, and he managed to do some drilling and vacuum out the standing water without waking her up! He also showed me how to change the filter in our humidifier, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be calling them again!
