SAR reached out to me quickly after I put out the request for service. Tech was thorough and explained what he was doing. Only issue was the service call fee was cited in advance, but I had no idea what the final cost could be. I understand that they can't give me a price until they know what's wrong, but an estimate would have been appreciated. I am satisfied with the service.

It’s hard to imagine a better appliance technician than Stas. He has the expertise of an engineer and works tirelessly until he finds and fixes the problem. All at a very reasonable cost with no added surprise expenses. He fixed our Kenmore refrigerator and it’s working great now. The office staff is friendly and helpful and they send you regular updates by email and text.

The appointment was set for the next day without even placing a call. Stas showed up on time and ran into a problem with our flooring that made the repair impossible. He was very courteous and agreed to return immediately after we made the alteration. We solved the problem, and once again scheduled them for the next day. Once again, like clockwork, they returned, made the repair, cleaned up, and charged a very reasonable price given he made two trips. One of the best appliance service experiences I have ever had.

I liked SAR right away because their service call price (which was refunded when they got the job) was a bit less than others. But moreover, the gentleman I spoke with was very personable, took the time to talk with me about my problem, and gave me a general (nonbinding) idea of the probable cost. The work was done promptly and professionally by Stas, our technician.

SAR is very responsive, keeps you updated on your request and the status of the technician and they are very friendly. When we thought something was unexpectedly damaged during our dryer repair, they responded promptly and remediated the situation. They really take pride in doing good work, which you don't see too often anymore. We would use again!

We were very pleased with the service on our gas oven. The service was fast and reasonably priced. Scheduling was very professional and easy. The Service call was on time and the work was done well. They will be our first call next time we need service.

The technician arrived 20 minutes late but that was no big deal. He gave a visual inspection and then proceeded to check for freezer temperature. Stated that it was not cold enough to freeze ice. Eventually he found a jammed piece of ice in the upper part of the ice maker and he cleared it of any other small pieces put my ice marker back together and the stayed another 45 minutes to make sure freezer temp got to correct temperature. Buy that time my ice maker had made one small ice cube. He advised me that it would take about two hours a least to start producing ice. He assured us if we had any further problems he would be back first thing tomorrow (a Saturday ). WE woke up this morning to a full container of fresh ice. Yea! Oh and my cost was just $59.

I called SARS when my washer was shaking violently. They sent Stas Samson almost immediately. He was very professional, friendly and educating on my potential problems and what he could do. We agreed to the very reasonable estimate. We had to wait a day for parts to be available. He came right out fixed the machine.
