This is a family oriented business Lawrence owner, Danielle and all the technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, provide quality service all for reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend this company! They came out to look at our ac on Thursday and find out that the whole ac unit needed to be repaired. It was not a surprise because when we bought the house we were told that it would have to be done. By Saturday they were installing the new system. They were very responsive of our home and our family. They finished the whole process by Monday. The price was very reasonable based on the job. The cherry on top was that they let us use an ac unit to cool our living room while the ac was in the process or being repaired.stem. They were very responsive of our home and our family. Phillip and Andrew were great, very professional and not only answered all of my questions but looked into my unit and hands on check out some concerns I had about my Ac/ductwork . They did a great job and left a very minimal dust leftover after they cleaned my Ac ducts, very good priced in comparison to other companies. I highly recommend and will use them in future if I need any Ac maintenance. The house feels cleaner already.

All I can say is unbelievable! They showed up on time, they was very polite, respectful and professional. They were at the door with masks and booties at hand. They looked at my AC unit in 15 minutes they diagnose the problem. They had the part in their truck! Didn't have to wait days for it, that's a plus in my book. They repaired my AC and their prices were very reasonable, didn't hurt my pocket at all. I was very pleased and I offered them a tip, they were reluctant to take my tip because they said that this is our job and your business was more than enough, we really appreciate it. Ask them to fix my ac, which just needs Freon charge! However, they asked me to replace the whole unit! Terrible experience with this company! Updated! It is my bad! I did actually replace my ac system because I hired another technician to take a look! He found out that the compressor is leaking! However, still give this company 3 stars because it didn’t tell me what is wrong with my system! They just said the system is too old to repair!

When our AC died out, Precision AC responded quickly and they were able to come out and inspect our unit. Phil arrived at the time we agreed upon, explained the issue and provided an affordable quote. Thankfully they were able to come out the very next day (a Saturday) and install our new unit! Phil and his team removed the old unit, installed the new unit, cleaned up and disposed the old unit within 4 hours. They respected my home and overall my family had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Precision AC! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and fair priced. Thank you!

Precision Air was one of the only companies available to come out so soon when we needed assistance. They provided a thorough hour long assessment and estimate, and were very helpful about discussing the root cause of the issue. Through our rental agreement we ended up having to use another A/C company to fix our issue. Precision A/C knew that we weren't sure if we could schedule the job through them but still brought us fans to borrow while our studio was 85 degrees inside to help keep our clients more comfortable during this issue. It is incredible to me that a company still exists that would help others without a promise of payment in return. Andrew and Phillip are super nice and the face of the company. I felt comfortable with them right away. If you like supporting family businesses, this one is for you. They do their best to fit your house with what you actually need. And, I haven’t seen such a hard working crew in a while..a long while. My A/C failed, and although I had a home warranty, the a/c failure was not covered. I called Precision and they were out the very same day to determine what was needed, and the next day they changed the a/c, which included scheduling a crane as they needed to access the roof of the 3 story condo building. Daniella was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and extremely expedient in her replies. The technicians were courteous and very knowledgeable. Their cost was 42% LESS than the company sent out by my home warranty company. I will call them again in a heartbeat! You should too!

I found their page on Facebook and since my AC was down and needed immediate assistance I called them right away. They came to my home they were fast and efficient and an excelent price ! My A/C unit stopped working and my house was stuck at 85 degrees. The next morning I called Precision and all I had to do was text my full name and address and within 25 minutes they were at my house. Ten minutes after that they fixed my A/C and everything was running again! Awesome price as well!
