Absolutely FIRST CLASS Professional service! Shawn is the owner who I find is honest, reliable and I highly recommend you call him for any of your AC issues. This past time when my AC unit shut down, I called him at 0800 and he was at my front door at 0830. He replaced the blower unit and the system was up and running by 1000. Thanks for all the GREAT work Shawn!!!

I highly recommend Merc Air! Shawn came out, checked the unit outside and in the attic, explained the situation, cleaned the gunk out of the line, gave me a heads up on what I can do moving forward and even took the time to walk me through resetting the control panel. If you want honest & affordable, look no further.

We love Merc Air. They kept our old system running since 2010, it should have died a long time ago. It finally died and they installed the new one this past week. Shawn has always been reactive to any issues, keeps the mess to a minimum and prices fairly. We love Merc Air!

Found out that we needed a full system replacement (AC with heat pump) so we chose Merc Air after having met with several other companies. Shawn came out the next morning after I called to meet with me and took the time to thoroughly explain how the system works and ask me about our needs and usage. He educated me about the equipment, how it works, and installation more than any other company I had spoken with. I felt completely confident in Shawn's abilities due to his knowledge and forthright manner and he even scheduled our installation for the next morning knowing that it was going to be quite warm that day so that we didn't have to endure the heat without AC. Shawn was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, he treated his crew with kindness and respect, and there isn't anything they could have done better throughout the entire process. We decided to hire Merc Air for the quality product they offered, Bryant, and the excellent price we received. We were quoted much higher prices for other systems from unknown brands by other businesses that we ruled out. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of the product we received. We will be lifetime customers of Merc Air!

We will not call anyone but Mercair for purchasing or repairing our A/C system!!! Hands down the best in Tampa Bay Area.
