Super appreciative of Expert Home Service. From the call for scheduling to the technician, they were super kind and got our AC going again. Leo and George were super kind and efficient when troubleshooting and fixing my AC unit. Leo was great in explaining the issues and answering my questions and George quietly and quickly fixed the issue. I did not get a chance to get the dispatcher 's name but she was also kind and very empathetic. Very happy with what I experienced today. Thanks, all!

My property manager hired them : we had same issues in the beginning BUT that was due to the previous tenants. I’ve been in contact with one woman who was very cooperative and communicated all the issues that needed to be fixed. The actual A/C guys took a couple times to actually fixing anything; I think the notes weren’t passed correctly (my speculation, I don’t actually know) but she got in contact with me today telling me what’s wrong with my systems and quickly ordering the parts I need. The woman I’ve been in contact with has been very kind and working with my schedule to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Excellent job installing new a/c system in our house on Thursday before the Christmas. Alejandro and Gerardo arrived on time, removed the old system carefully, made necessary prep work and installed the new system with great care. Adriana was perfect with scheduling, follow up and registration of the new system. I would highly recommend Expert Home Service.

Sometimes HVAC systems go out like a set of stacked dominoes. Our did this year in August and within the first weeks of living in a new home. Dispatch was extremely helpful and responsive and we have a close to new AC system now. Energy efficiency is now better as well. We are grateful for the responsiveness most as they helped keep the home temperate while the extensive work was done and new parts were being ordered.

Justin is knowledgeable and professional. I had difficulty adding cleaning liquid to drain pipe and he installed a small pipe to make it easier. I have had trouble getting the filter out and he placed a tape as handle to make easier to pull out. The technician from previous company never helped me nor went out of their way like Justin. I highly recommend him.

I WISH I could put 10 stars! Wagih is the best technician I've ever had come to my home, for any reason. My freezer had been leaking for months. Immediately, he knew what was wrong and ordered the part. A week later, my freezer and floors are dry! Not only was he professional and courteous, he was super fast- in and out. He definitely knows his stuff. He even took the time to explain to me the issue so I could see it for myself. He is very friendly and I would HIGHLY recommend him and this company to anyone! They even send text updates and reminders with a real time map of the technician traveling to your home so you know exactly when they will arrive. A+++++, will call Wagih again and again!

Oven went down right before Thanksgiving! To say I was a bit anxious over this would be an understatement. Invitation homes immediately contacted Expert Home Services and John arrived quickly at my home as scheduled. Board had to be replaced and within 24 hrs the board was on its way n a scheduled visit was immediate. John arrived on time, was professional n QUICK to resolve the problem. Now my oven is working and all because of Great Service from John and great customer service from Andrea. Was very impressed with them

Their rep George came out late Sunday evening, even after his family day, and found the issue was a part(non-warranty) had just stopped working. He got it fixed quickly and we had cold air flowing again. George was very courteous and professional in his work ethics. I was very impressed with the timely responses with the customer service. They even responded to a text on a Sunday night when I had to cancel a scheduled appointment for Monday. The employee who came to the house was very professional- very kind and very punctual. He also made sure I was able to take advantage of replacing items that were under warranty besides fixing the issue scheduled for. I was very pleased and am glad I came across this company. The Technican trouble shot our AC unit that was not producing cold air. Issue was found and corrected. All good with the service received. A second technician came back when AC was not producing cold air again. Technican found Freon leak. Freon was added and unit was producing cold air again. Replacement coils were ordered to fix leaks found.

I have been using Expert Home Services for years (back when they were All Florida Appliance & Air Condition). Adriana is truly the backbone to this team. She answers the phone and takes all service request and makes you feel like your repair or installation is the most important need of the day. She is responsive and has moved mountains to help me with all of my HVAC needs. Just recently my existing unit was in its last leg in June 2022. I called Expert Home Services and the unit I needed was on back order. Adriana was able to locate an upgraded unit (better than the one I was quoted for) and guarantee installation within 4 days. The technicians were very professional and cleaned after themselves. After the unit was installed, the next morning I noticed the unit was leaking water. I called Expert Home Services and once again, Adriana was able to get a technician out the same day (On a Saturday). The leak was repaired quickly by the technician. I am beyond pleased with the Expert Home Services team, they are the only ones I trust with my appliances and HVAC services.

All Florida Appliance & AC, their AC techs and Adriana, the one who coordinated everything between me, my landlord and the AC technician have quite possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced with a company. Adriana was awesome to work with on the phone, and the technician (I feel bad that I don't remember his name) was on time, super friendly, honest, patient with any questions I had and did a fantastic job. This is the second time I've had them over to repair my aging AC system and both experiences were the same. They even followed up days later to make sure everything was working. Kudos to them, their technicians and whatever it is they do to hire, and keep great employees!

Dishwasher has not been fixed due to technician would not attempt to fix because there were additional plumbing problems. Technician promised to come back after plumbing has been fixed Plumbing fixed on a Thursday dishwasher tech back Monday morning. Tech still has concerns about fixing the dishwasher, putting in. a request for replacing the brand new dishwasher that was used 1x. Now 7wks w/o.a dishwasher. Gotta love mgt co.
