Gabe Leonard did a very thorough job today [8/22/2019] on a scheduled 6-months maintenance. He is skilled, personable, and a great asset to your company! I am impressed by the two Easy A/C technicians (David Bailey, Austin Coulter) who installed a REME air purification system and cleaned the vents and ducts. They were on time, courteous and did an excellent job!

Original(04.2019) Had a great experience with Easy AC. They were very quick, efficient, and professional. They were able to identify our issue quickly and install a whole new system in the same day. I recently purchased an Air Conditioner from Easy AC. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The price was more than fair and there were no hidden costs.Their representative (Victor) was courteous and answered all of our questions. Their installer (Doyle) was also very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. They not only did an outstanding install but cleaned everything up and left the place immaculate before they left. When Deivy Gonzalez arrived with easy AC he was polite and professional, he even made sure he had his boot covers on before entering the house each time. I had an issue with our AC system not cooling. I called in at 8am and was made a second call after working on another job near me. I thought I would wait for a long time, but was pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived within a few hours. The technician was Davie. He had a very pleasant personality and introduced himself as he came to the door. He wore his protective booties so there was no dirt or debris dragged in. That tells me a lot about the person and the company, very professional. He began his troubleshooting and within minutes, he discovered a bad capacitor. He came in and explained to me what had failed and the reason for the failure. I went out with him and he showed me all the issues with my unit and took care of what he could with no additional charges. We had let our scheduled visits lapse and he explained how important it is to stuck to the schedule to prevent issues. Very pleased with him personally and look forward to seeing him again for our regular maintenance visit. I highly recommend Easy AC and especially Davie, he went above and beyond on the service call. Keep this man happy and well paid, he is a rare find and needs to be rewarded for his extra effort. One happy and "cool" customer!

I had Deivy Alonzo Gonzalez come by and do my annual services on my unit today. He was great, very personable, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and meticulous with his work. Easy AC replace my air Handler and Condenser a year ago, they did a great job coming out quickly and getting it done and at a respectable price. Great to see that they now do electric work as well. We purchased a New AC system from Easy AC in 2013. We have continued to use them for maintenance and tune up service every 6 months. I really appreciate the service the techs perform. They are professional and make helpful recommendations without upselling on products and services we do not need. I have had several technicians over the past few years (all of them have been good) but Deivy Gonzalez clearly goes the extra mile with customer service explaining the benefits of products etc. The few times we have needed service and replacement of parts the prices have been reasonable. I would really recommend Easy AC for anyone looking for a replacement AC system and more importantly they are a company that does a great job providing service and support after the sale.

We just had a new Carrier system installed. We specifically wanted Carrier so we have no idea what other brands they may deal with. Working with their office staff, their field representative and their installation team was fantastic. And, to add, their price was by far the most fair and competitive of the three we got (all for the same equipment). It is too soon to speak to their service and we hope it will be a long time before we have experience in that area, but this company knows what they are doing and how to treat prospective customers.

GREAT experience. Called for service after hours on an AC unit that I knew needed replacement and Rodney Lopez responded promptly and had us up and running quickly and for a fair price. He also provided us with detailed information regarding replacements for our AC/furnace. He was very polite, professional, knowledgable and pleasant and Easy AC's price on the system installed was very fair. We decided to proceed with the installation which was done a few days later. Casey and Brad arrived a few minutes early, did a great job on our installation, were professional and polite, and cleaned up well before they left. We received follow up phone calls to ensure we were happy with the new system and I can say with confidence that we are. The house has never been this comfortable and the system is extremely quiet. We are very impressed with every facet of our experience with Rodney, Casey, Brad and Easy AC and we will definitely recommend them and use them for our future AC and heating needs.

Great customer service. Recently had a problem with my AC and Easy Air responded at 8:00 pm. Deivy Gonzalez was polite (little afraid of snakes) and stayed until the problem was detected. Even though he could not fix the problem (due to needing more supplies) he made arrangements for the next day. The next day, they came and took care of the problem. Easy Air is responsive and VERY REASONABLE. Thank you Easy Air!!! Ok, we had EASY AC come to service my AC again and again, Deivy Gonzalez was the tech. This guy is awesome. He remembered the house and we had a nice chat before he went to work. He was quick but thorough. We really like this guy and the service Easy Air provides. They arrive on-time and their prices are reasonable. I will keep using them for all my AC issues.

When I purchased my home a little over a year ago in Del Rio, Tampa. I found out Easy AC had installed my AC unit about 4 years prior. The previous owners continued to use Easy AC services after the installation. With the excellent performance and condition of the AC unit after nearly 5 years, I elected to stay on board with them for semi annual preventive maintenance and services as required. The various technicians sent out over the last year, have been prompt, professional, clean and honest. The last technician that was out for this year's semi annual Martin, was even more professional than the others before; I hope to see him in the next services ahead. Not only did he perform the typical inspection, he displayed personal interest to review and tune as needed for another six months of reliability without call back. I am excited to find Easy AC and recommend them for all your new and existing Home AC services. This last service visit I found out they also offer electrical services, I will be sure to keep that in mind for future home improvements.

I’ve had two great experiences with Easy AC so far. Our AC unit died about two years back. Easy AC was fast, courteous, and did an amazing job overall. The sales person wasn’t lying when he said that our electric bill would be sliced in half because it was! Now tonight, Deivy Gonzalez came and serviced our unit. I have used Easy AC for several years now after moving to the Tampa, FL area. They have been great! They are great about communicating when my maintenance should be done and the technicians are always on time, professional, and take pride in their work. Deivy Gonzalez performed my winter AC service and I was very happy with the service. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and he showed up when he said he would and within the original timeframe I had been quoted. He was very courteous, answered all of my questions, showed me ways to improve how I was caring for my system, suggested some new products, and offered to replace my UV light and filter. We have been using Easy AC to service our air-conditioners for the last three years and they always do a great job. This time we had Billy come out and he walked us thru the process and informed us of what he was checking, cleaning and how the components worked together. For our next service visit we will definitely ask for Billy again.

LOVE THIS COMPANY! My AC went out on us and I called EASY AC. Jennifer said she had a tech in the area so they would waive the service fee. Rodney Lopez showed up and was completely honest with me! Told me we needed a new unit. Gave me all the facts. Wrote up quotes for my husband to review when he got home. He also gave me his cell phone number in case my husband had any questions about the paperwork. He did not force me to sign any paperwork. He was GREAT! We decided to go with EASY AC for installing our new unit and the techs were great. They worked pretty quick and did everything great. They had to redo my whole inside unit and it looks amazing. And the AC works great! I can't wait to get my first bill in with this AC. OH and EASY AC has the BEST financing options on the area for new units! DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Excellent experience from start to finish! I called Keith Westbrook and that evening a technician was at the house and prepared an estimate. The price was excellent, so I agreed. The next morning the installation technician arrived. They laid carpet protection down and were very professional and courteous. They replaced the entire air handler and outside AC unit. The installation was completed and the the home was cool by mid afternoon. They provided an excellent programmable thermostat that works perfect and once set I have not had to touch it since, it is amazing, to have temperature lower in the morning, up a few degrees while gone, then back to cool when we get home in the evening, then back up a few degrees while we sleep. How cool is that! Thanks so very much Keith and gang, excellent job, great company!!!

Great customer service from start to finish! Our AC went out on the 4th of July last year and we were calling around to see who was available. Easy AC answered right away and booked us an appointment the same day. Rodney was very knowledgeable and understanding. He even went as far as bringing us back mobile units to use until the next day. While we had a couple other companies come out and quote the new unit, Easy AC was the obvious choice. The install was completed quickly, efficiently and to our satisfaction. Thyme was always helpful and there to answer any questions we had. Deivy recently completed our one year inspection. He was polite, thorough and answered all of our questions. I give 10 STARS! I've have only good things to say about my tech, Rodney Lopez and Easy AC. My a/c went out last night, I called Easy AC this morning and Rodney was here in about 3 hours to save the day. Can't beat that service! He got my old unit up and running so I won't have to spend another night in 88 degrees! And they'll be back early tomorrow morning to put in my new Carrier! I already knew I needed a new unit and Rodney verified that for me. They're going to redo my air handler setup (it's inefficient and I knew that too) and redo the pad the AC unit sits on outside. The price is great for the new Carrier unit and I couldn't be happier. Rodney explained the problems my old unit has, explained the new system and what needed to be done for even better efficiency and got everything set up quickly. An Easy AC customer for life! I finally found a company who is truthful and fair and values customer service! : )

Been using Easy AC since they installed a new AC unit in 2015. Pat, Dave & Dave and a couple other senior tech's are honest and competent and do good work. I've always signed up for Easy AC's maintenance plan. I've had a few issues/concerns after the install BUT they have always taken responsibility and fixed any errors. A good trustworthy company overall and 1 I actually recommend.

When searching for a new HVAC maintenance contract last summer, I found Easy AC to be fast skilled friendly and affordable. The technician found some problems and the resolution pleased my husband and I. After that we decided to have them install a means toward improved indoor air quality. After having Easy AC just install our unit I could not be happier. Casey, one of the repair guys came out two times prior to us having to replace our unit and was very professional and honest. Even though my unit was hold he didn't just try and sell me a new one. He repaired a part and had the air running within minutes. Unfortunately due to another issue following our repair we decided to replace our unit completely instead of putting money into something on its last leg. Brad and another installer came out within one day of our decision to replace the unit and had it installed in less than 5 hrs!!! Talk about professionals. Today I had my final inspection by the county and everything was perfect!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs. We had our AC put in on the 7th of January 2016 and they did a great job. They were prompt and courteous and took the time to answer all our questions. On September 21, 2017 I was also having an issue with my AC. I called the office after hours and they sent out Pat Farrar to fix it. He went above and beyond. He was very professional and courteous . She also stated that someone would call me a half hour before arriving at my location. I received A call from Deivy and he did arrive 30 minutes later. The Easy AC, Plumbing and Electrical team are AWESOME! I called them for my Spring/Summer projects and they coordinated everything. They installed new UV lights and performed my maintenance for my AC. They installed a new Halo water system. And they installed a new electrical panel/breaker box to bring me up to current standards. Last night we noticed our ac wasn't working. Called Easy A/C and they set us up for a first call in the morning. Deivy Gonzalez was here soon after 8AM. He took all the necessary precautions with a mask and gloves and no contact. He had our ac up and running in less than an hour. He was very polite and efficient. Called late Sunday afternoon (7/28/19) because thermostat was not working. Was contacted within 20 min by Deivy Alonzo Gonzalez, Tech. He was at my home within a very short time and steamy hot as it was he got into the attic space where the air handler is located and traced the problem to a wiring issue. He was very courteous, efficient and totally knew his job and did it very well. He deserves all five of these stars. My two fur babies and I are very thankful for his excellent service.

After watching the tv commercials for 11 years, I tried Easy A/C for a repair. They arrived early. Had the unit repaired before I even arrived at the home. The price was $20 less than the exact same procedure performed on the unit 4 years earlier. I decided to replace the old unit 4 weeks later. After an exhaustive question and answer session on my part, we agreed on a price. David, the consultant was patient and provided all of the stats and numbers I required. Chose a better unit that I originally intended because of David's assistance in understanding the models and features each offered. The installation was flawless. The techs, Brad and Juan were professional and thorough. The unit is amazing. After 1 night, the house has never been as comfortable. The Carrier system with dehumidifier is worth every penny. I tend to be critical of HVAC service, Easy A/C is my HVAC source for life!!! Just had my 4th PM from Easy AC. As with the 3 previous the technician Deivy Gonzalez was fast, efficient, and provided outstanding service. He arrived on time. Performed a thorough cleaning and inspection of the system. As with all other service and installation from Easy AC, the work exceeded expectations.

Had a service call for no cooling on a new install. Deivy Alonzo Gonzalez was the service technician today. He immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. The problem was a clogged evaporator drain line which he vacuumed out, flushed and sanitized. In my opinion, this should have been done yesterday by the crew installing the new system. I was truly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by today's tech, and will request him by name whenever I need service.

This is my first experience with Easy A/C. I won this free maintenance visit at the Florida State Fair and of course was unsure how this service visit would go. Easy AC was one of 4 quotes that we received for a full replacement (and got their name as a referral from 2 families), and they were FANTASTIC, both in speed of service and price/value! Came out the day after I called for the quote, and had availability the next day (a weekend day I might add) for install. We weren't able to make a decision fast enough to install over the weekend, but they were able to come first thing Monday. Team of 3 completed the complete replacement in about 6 hours and we had cool air again by Monday evening. Kind, professional, and clean employees, and the owner even stopped by during the job to introduce himself and check on everything. Absolutely excellent service and value. Deivy has been out to the house a few times to help us with our new AC. We've only ever used Easy AC since moving to Florida and can't say enough about their service and the experience! Deivy is an awesome tech and dose a great job explaining things to us. They have been nothing but fair to us! Highly recommend to anyone.

Although I read reviews, I'm not the type to write them. The thermostat on my AC unit decided to go out at 8pm on a Saturday of all days. Not to mention, my wife and I just bought the home a week ago. When I called Easy AC that late in the evening, I wasn't expecting anyone to answer my phone call. To my surprise, a pleasant young lady with excellent customer service greeted me. She had a technician to walk me through troubleshooting before they scheduled me for a service call. The very next day, Mr. Scott arrived at my home with confidence, knowledge, and exceptional customer service. He solved the problem and explained in great detail what caused my dilemma. Bottom Line Up Front: Impressive service from the whole team! My dog judged both technicians Dave and Pat to be of excellent character and she was right. Easy AC has surprised us with great service several times, now! They diagnosed that we needed a new coil just before the hurricane Irma evacuation. On our way back, one of Easy AC’s wonderful receptionists (so sad I forgot her name) kept on top of our case from the quote, to the updates, to making sure everything worked properly after the install. We found out our part was backordered due to the hurricane in Texas. She and Easy ACs parts manager reduced our fix from 4-6 weeks (without AC in Tampa?! Our house was 84*, Yikes!) to less than a week by thinking outside the box. Thanks to Dave for a great install. They saved us A LOT of money and distress by making our house livable again so quickly and they did it for much less than their competitors quoted. We also appreciate Easy AC’s military discount. Just today Pat found a leak in the pump and replaced it at minimal cost to us AND gave us a great recommendation on where to order filters for cheaper than buying from the store. Both Pat and Dave were very respectful and friendly technicians and both showed up at the earliest parts of their appointment windows.

Last September our old AC died. We contacted Easy AC first because we see them everywhere in our neighborhood and their shop is right around the corner. It ended up being a major installation replacing not only the AC unit but also all the duct work. Every person we worked with was helpful and kind. When they were not able to get us cold air that day, they even brought in portable units to cool us overnight. Yesterday the cold air stopped and we called at 4:45pm. By 5:30pm Pat Farrar was here and by 7pm he had the problem fixed, at no charge of course. As with everyone else on this team he was very helpful, kind, efficient and just a really nice guy! The Safe T Switch went bad on our A/C unit and I caught the main air duct filling with gallons of water in the evening. The tech showed up first thing 8 am and it was only a $25 part but he did a full check and sweep of the A/C and Condenser, answered all my questions, was courteous, and was not the silent and send you a bill type. We are a customer of Easy AC - about 3 weeks ago Deivy Gonzalez came out to unblock the line on the air conditioner - he did it quickly and efficiently. Also, last fall when he was here for our semi-annual service call, he suggested that we put an Ionizer on our air conditioner - it seemed to us like an unnecessary thing to do - but he took the time to explain the benefits we would get from the Ionizer - one being that not as much dust would accumulate in the house - we were skeptical, but decided to go ahead and have him install it. It turned out to be an excellent decision - before the Ionizer was installed, I could literally see a lot of dust on my dresser - since the Ionizer was put in, there is little to no dust that accumulates over a week's time and, for the first summer after 16 years in our house, our electric bill was reduced by 70% - the filter doesn't get as dirty and therefore helps the AC run more efficiently - before the Ionizer was installed, the filter would be full of dust and dirt at the semi-annual checkup - with the Ionizer, the filter was very clean. Easy AC came out to my home on a Sunday to try and make a repair to my ac but it was my bad fortune that the parts that were damaged were not worth repairing. I chose to buy a new AC system and they were able to install it the next day. thank goodness no more heat and humidity. I had another unusual situation where my spouse is Deaf so I made sure that the installers knew that they would be having to write notes to her for communication on what was going on. Even better, they were able to send out one of their employees who was also Deaf and could answer every question my spouse had and more. He was able to explain the systems operation and maintenance so we would be sure to make our new system last.

Very pleased with my recent heat pump system change-out. Technician Bob Charret was on-time, courteous, as well as very thorough and detailed regarding my estimate. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns, including a known issue regarding uneven heating/cooling in one section of my home that was both annoying and troublesome for years. GREAT SERVICE! Our air went out at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. We immediately called Easy AC, and they quoted me an arrival time of 5-9pm, but if a tech was around and free sooner, he would come ASAP. Rodney Lopez arrived at 3pm, and diagnosed that our compressor was dead. We needed a whole new system, which could be installed Monday morning. I received a call at 6pm the same night from Rodney, who said his boss was worried about the weather (possible hurricane) on Monday, and could they come Sunday morning? "Of course!" About 7 years ago my AC in my new house took a poop!! Living in Florida AC is a basic necessity! Easy AC came quickly The tech spoke to me straight. He said I could pay for the repairs and be on my way, but I would ha e this probably over and over. My AC was probably from 1987 original with the home. Or I could replace the unit Of course there’s a sticker shock when it comes to this sort of thing!! We decided to go for it. AC offered 0% financing for 5 years or something like that. Couldn’t pass it up. They came and redid the whole system! New duct work and installation too. Fast forward a few years ago my AC popped out again. The lady that answered my call mentioned we had a free tune up we had never used. Sent some one over 123! All good and with no balance! Here we are with one of the hottest of Florida summers ever! I woke up this am around 330 It was 80* and the AC was set to 73*!!! We have a heat index advisory of 115* set today until 6pm. The dispatch sent in my order and Scott showed up about an into the service quoted time frame. He was out back for maybe 5 mins. Came back in with the broken compressor part. He had already put the new one in !! I was ready to go! Paid cash and here we are enjoying our cold air!!!! I will always call this company! Not just a A/C company. It’s THE company. Got a new unit installed had some issues at first with new unit, but every service call was same day or first thing next day, and the tech (Pat)was great. Very knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering any questions. If you are considering a new unit, and your current unit is on the older side of years, just replace it. The cost will be recouped by a lower electric bill and the piece of mind that your unit is warranty for repairs. This company will stand by their work and replace your unit in a day or less. In all the services I have dealt with remodeling my house over the years, no company has sent workers that were as efficient, knowledgeable, and POLITE (Wow) than these guys. A coil went out last weekend on our 3 year old AC unit and Easy AC sent Deivy out to take a look on a Sunday. From beginning to end Deivy was professional and courteous. These guys are good. From the beginning they were professional. The tech, Rodney Lopez, did an excellent job. Short Review: Terrific service, I wish more companies were as pleasant and professional as Easy AC. They installed a complete duct system for me, including fiberglass duct plenums with vapor barriers, a UV light inside the AC unit to prevent mold, mildew, and bacteria, and a 100% airtight system eliminating the chance of any moisture condensation, all at a great price and on my schedule. They also provided a 5 year warranty on the ductwork which is terrific. In Depth Review: I scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday, and a tech (Rodney) came out to inspect my HVAC unit. My wife and I moved into the home about a year ago and had never had any maintenance done to the unit so I figured it was long overdue, and sure enough I was told the ducts were filled with holes. Rodney gave me a chance to talk it over with my wife, and then actually drove out the next day just to help me sign papers. That's going above and beyond in my opinion. Easy AC was able to help me get the financing in order (a terrific rate, 0% APR for 24 months). The same week on Saturday Doyle, Frank, and Juan came out and installed completely new ductwork, new vents, boots, collars, grills, fiberglass duct plenums, all completely insulated and sealed for moisture. On top of that they use anti microbial plenums which is a big bonus here in Florida, as well as a UV light installed directly in the system to kill bacteria, mold, mildew, and viral growth that may happen. The whole process only took them about 3 hours, and they also removed the old ductwork as well as sweeping dusting and vacuuming to make sure the house was tidy after. Considering that between Monday and Saturday, so 6 days they were able to come out, clean my AC unit, get me financing and replace the ductwork on my schedule is terrific service.

Our a/c was on it's last leg and was over heating so we called Easy A/C. Rodney came out later that day. He inspected our a/c and suggested a new one. Knowing we would need a new one soon anyway, we went ahead and bit the bullet. Rodney assured us the crew would be here 1st thing in the morning and he would be by to supervise the install. Here's where things went downhill. 8am, 9am, 10am then 11am rolled around... no crew. I called Rodney and we were told they got a late start and were on their way. Rodney said again that he would be by during the install. Robert and Doyle showed up at my place around 1145. They began their install. Robert was of little help and very slow whereas Doyle was a machine! Fast and Efficient! Robert had bad stuff to say about other a/c companies, bad stuff to say about other a/c brands other than carrier and most disturbingly, told me Rodney would tell the customers anything to "get a sale". That comment came about because Rodney marked on your paperwork that the crew will climb into the attic and visually inspect the duct work. When I asked Robert about that, he laughed and said Rodney will tell anyone anything to sell them a unit and if I wanted my ducts checked I better call Rodney and have him do it. WOW.... I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So they finished, well, Doyle finished and everything works great! After they left I did my own inspection and found they left a 1ft by 1ft hole under the corner of the new concrete slab.(which I also was confused about because when Rodney sold us the unit, he criticized my old slab saying it was a cheap piece of styrofoam covered with thin concrete....guess what they replaced it with? Another piece of styrofoam with thin concrete on it.) So with the gaping hole, I could literally rock the unit back and forth. I called Easy AC and expressed my concerns. They sent someone out to check on it. Turns out the UV light they installed wasn't working either so he installed a whole new light. To fix the hole problem, he went to Home Depot and bought miracle grow potting soil to fill the hole! HAHAHAHAHAHA! Are you kidding me!? Potting soil? I dug up the soil he put down, went to home depot and bought construction sand, filled it myself and then threw the potting soil back on top. For my troubles, the young lady I spoke with on the phone, Michelle (i guess the manager), told me she would give me a free year of ac maintenance and that I would receive the paperwork in the mail. I still have not received anything. So in a nutshell: They were late, Robert does little work and lots of people/company/brand bashing, Rodney NEVER came back to check on anything even though he told me SEVERAL times he would be here during the install, I was left with a giant hole to fill under my new unit, there was a can of spray adhesive left in my yard that my dog found and was chewing on, the UV light installed did not work and got replaced and I never received the paperwork I was told was being sent to me for my free year of ac maintenance. Would I recommend Easy AC to my friends and family? Not without warning. And my fault, I took the 1st offer we got... which was Easy AC. There are plenty of others out there that offer Carrier for about a $1000 less than we paid. I found that out after the fact. Would I recommend easy ac to my friends and family

The carrier Unit actually caught fire burning the board and the remaining components used in standard operations. I have called EasyAC on two occasions. The first time they came out and had to re-wire some circuit board in my air handler. It was a work-around but it worked and it's still working. I called them again because my evap core was freezing. The tech hooked his gauge to my system and looked at my evap core. He said the core had a coolant leak and that he could recharge it for $200 and it would just leak back out, and that the core was a $3000 part if it was even available. He suggested a whole new system. I started getting quotes and one of the techs that came out decided to double-check his work, he showed me on his gauge that my system was fully charged. The evap core was clogged dirty. He cleaned it up (for a hefty fee, but thousands of dollars less than a new unit) and the system has been cooling very well for several days now. I had to pay about $80 for Easy AC to come out and tell me I needed a new system when I really didn't. Three stars might be a little generous, but the first tech really took good care of me last year.

In a word, AWESOME! Wow! I am a disabled person who has endured 10 heart attacks, suffers from congestive heart failure and COPD. When my A/C short circuited at 10:30 pm the rainy night of June 26 I was in a panic mode. The first thought that popped in to my mind was to call 813-COLD-AIR. I guess I've heard their jingle so many times that it was imprinted in my memory. Long story short, their tech was immediately dispatched showing up within 30 minutes and their installers came the next day. My entire system had to be replaced, and I was back in the cool by early afternoon on the 27th. I don't think I have ever met a nicer group of people. They were all incredible people to deal with.

I had a new system installed about 3yrs ago and they also do all my preventative maintenance every 6 months...today Deivy Gonzales did the maintenance and he very friendly and thorough with his inspection... he told me about a few specials they are having for the ac ionizer and uv light but didn't pressure me to purchase when I declined to buy it....this place does plumbing as well, I had my whole house repiped including all the drains & they did a great job....
