Highly recommended! We’ve used comfort all stars multiple times now and it’s always pleasant. They are all professional, informative, and friendly! Most recently we had to get our AC unit replaced. Spencer found the issue, gave us our options for repair vs replacement and allowed us to make to decision rather than pressuring us! He was awesome around the kids too! This was on Saturday and Comfort All stars was out Monday to replace the unit. Emery and John were our techs for the AC installation. Again extremely friendly and professional! They got the job done quickly (but not sloppy) cleaned up all of their work and verified everything was working and that i didn't have any questions or concerns. They went above and beyond by doing a simple fix on the broken drain pipe without me requesting it. We’ve only had the unit for a few days so i cant comment on the quality of the equipment quite yet.

I’m so glad I went with Comfort All-Stars! John the salesman explained the process perfectly and the crew delivered big time. David and Abdel worked so hard and did such a great job on the new system. The inspector said it was one of the best installs he has ever seen. The airflow difference is amazing, it’s incredible what they engineered in such a small attic space. Emory and Jonathan did a superb job on the insulation. I’m so happy with the whole process. Everyone was sure the place was spotless when they left. I’ve never had a contractor clean up that well after a big job like this. Great job guys!

Then they were scheduled to install a replacement part for the unit and even though initially they struggled to find the piece they were communicative about it, David Rodriguez came installed the part and made sure everything was working accordingly, David was also professional, detailed and efficient. Robbert and Travis came on time and were friendly and knowledgeable of the work needing to be done. They worked with great professionalism and efficiency. They found a problem from some previous work ( everyone is human) and worked extra to resolve the matter completely so that there are no further issues. It is rare for a company to show up on time, do quality work, go the extra mile and adjust a financial bid to compensate for work done. This company works hard to accomplish all that. It seems to be especially hot and we slept Thursday night with no air when my compressor fan stopped working . The normal fix most people might try did not work and I was out of my league, hot, tired , very busy with my own Company and could not even ask for service until 1 pm Friday because of work concerns .the tech found the circuit board issue, made the temporary fix to give me ac and we will deal with getting a board (maybe - it's really for heat) as needed. Can't say enough how great it is to know when we make the 40 mile drive home tonight the house won't be 93 degrees. Absolutely terrific execution and flawless text and email alerts for arrival, completion and I assume invoicing. As a business owner who has found the business of business challenging I can only say it's not just awesome to be done with this it's inspirational to see how tech and customer service can be used to really enhance the entire experience. We called Comfort to assess our HVAC. They were extremely professional and even explained to us that some of what we thought we needed was un-necessary. I would definitely do business with them again. Edit - we just used Comfort again. Our air conditioning gave out, when it was 93 and extremely humid. We called; they were extremely busy, but they promised they'd have someone out at 6 PM. At 2:30 we get a call - can they send someone by at 3 PM instead? I can't say enough positive things about Comfort All-Stars.

Despite two separate conversations explaining my situation in detail for a screen room ceiling fan install, I was initially quoted far too little for the actual work needed. I would have expected better understanding in the pre-work process. All that said, Robert and his apprentice David made a very neat job of installing the fan and thouroughly cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job!

Comfort All-Stars removed two old units and handlers and installed two new handlers in a utility cabinet and two quiet units outside, and reconfigured duct work and wiring to accommodate the new location. They did an exceptional job. Above and beyond in their customer service and quality of work. **Update** Comfort All-Stars came out to troubleshoot an issue with one of the units and were exceptional in all areas from first contact, appointment booking, customer service, appointment reminder, technician arrival, problem solving, helpfulness, professionalism and to correcting the issue. 10/10 experience once again. 1.Nest thermostat shut off, Gary came out and figured out what was wrong right away. Took care of cleaning out the drain pipe on each unit. Don't start messing with You Tube videos, Just call Comfort All Stars! They are excellent at what they do, and are wonder people. 2.We have used Comfort All-stars for the past several years. They really helped us out of an emergency situation and we've been with them ever since. After our recommendation several of our friends use Comfort All-Stars with great success. They were tired if being overcharged. Comfort All Stars are professional, friendly and fair, they are not about taking advantage of you. They perform our annual check ups and servicing. We recently joined the MVP program and had an Ultraviolet light installed. I can't say enough positive things about Jack and his employees. If you don't have a company you can count on and trust, please call them they are really good people and extremely competent.

Robert was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours. Spencer was my a/c tech and reached out to me within 30 minutes of arrival to my condo. All the reviews are 100% true about him. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He was able to explain everything to me in regards to my air handler. This company has an awesome owner that is honest and fair. They do great work and stand behind their craftsmanship. There’s always a text and email with a photo of who will be coming out and when so you know who to expect. They’ve installed 3 ACs for me so far and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them do more work for me in the future or all my family/friends. Also - Spencer has been an awesome tech that has come out to help with maintenance on the new ACs. Very friendly and professional. Great company! Highly recommend them Jack and his team worked tirelessly in the scorching heat. Removed old moldy ac units and ducts installed by a previous company. The units were replaced with high quality equipment down to the tape. I am ever so Grateful for all their hard work. Our home is now cooler than ever it’s hard to believe it’s the same home. John was very friendly and he actually contacted me to see if he could come earlier then originally planned. When he showed up we explained to him that we wanted/needed to replace our A/C system because it’s 20+ years old. He designed 4 different options that would best suit our family. He was very detailed in explaining each option and the benefits and saving of each plan. We ended up choosing the top option that was presented to use because we felt that was the best option for our family. We are excited for the work that will be done and pleased with with our experience so far. I was actually surprised at how quick John said they could be out here to get the job started and done. This company is amazing and Mr. Gary Garett that came out to service my AC is the epitome of professionalism. I outlined what I needed done to my system (defects noted by a home inspector) and Gary went to work. He meticulously checked off every item on my list, took photos, and sent me an itemized list of the completed work to my email. I needed to replace my A/C as it was on its last leg! Called Comfort All Stars on Thursday and Saturday morning I am up and running with a great new system! I call that great service. They could have come on Friday but I wanted my husband to be here. Courteous, efficient, kept my carpets covered upstairs as they removed and replaced the air handler. They were here at 7:00 am and left 2 1/2 hours later! They are a great company who gives you 3 quick quotes over an email and you can decide what unit is best for you after talking to them. I am more than thrilled. One caution when scheduling AC work. Don't make them come in the afternoons when it is 100 degrees outside. Same thing with roofing. If you can wait until it is cooler you get a better job. They were able to start early so got finished before it got too hot. My AC unit faces West! I would highly recommend Comfort All Stars for your air conditioning needs. PS - the owner is an electrician too! Having him come out next week to do electrical breaker panel work for us.

Updated after 2 years: Still use Comfort All-Stars for all my HVAC needs. They replaced my system in 48 hours when the old one finally died and are always diligent, prompt and friendly. Thanks! Original: Moved into a new house and noticed the AC wasn't working properly so I gave them a call and Jack came out the following day to take a look and checked over everything in detail and fixed the wiring problem while explaining what he had found. Could not ask for better! I've since used them for a maintenance calls with Tony and Spencer been extremely pleased with their work too. Very happy to have them for all my HVAC and electrical needs.

Today was the day I finally was able to get my A/C, its clean up and tune up. Heard about this company through a local radio ad and offer they were advertising. So, I said let's give them a call. See if they would come all the way out to Zephyrhills. I did schedule this appointment at least 3 weeks in advance because my availability during the week was difficult. I usually used a local gentleman but after a couple of calls and VM's, I had enough...Gary came out to my home. Very friendly, open and....honest. That's a huge thing for me with a growing family and costs can be tight. I explained my unit was a newer unit. It might be simple but Gary took his time explained to me about some fyi's even really looking at the filters. Did you know some filters aren't true to size? You need to read the bottom line. It advertises at 20×20 but it could be 19.75 × 19.5, those inches and centimeters help add up the dust and junk that clog your system. Gary was extremely knowledgeable, over 16 years. Working with Todd, the owner who is a really nice guy to talk to, we had to originally reschedule the appt. They are honest about their prices and service. Customer service goes a long way. I'm spreading the word in my neighborhood. I have the confidence in a company who I can trust. That's big to me. Thanks Gary and Todd! Until next time, enjoy the life you live.

Not only is Comfort All-Star a great A/C company they are also licenced electricians. We recently purchased, just finished doing a complete remodel of our home that was built in 1962 which did not have central heat and air. The electric had the old cloth wiring in it. We gutted the house and had contracted with Comfort All-Stars to completely rewire our house to today's code, and install 2 A/C units for our almost 3000 square foot house. They ran the duct work in our tight spaced attic during our complete remodel. This company went above and beyond with installing the latest LED lighting, touch button switches, and full gfi breakers in our electrical panel, also along with wiring the whole house smoke detectors all to code. They installed all of our light fixtures and ceiling fans, they installed exhaust fans in the bathrooms that were not require back in 1962. Our A/C units are dual speed and extremely energy efficient. We are extremely please with our electric bill. So remember Comfort All Stars is not only just an A/C company, they can do electric and so much more. I could not thank Jack and his crew for being a huge part into turning our house into a home during this remodel. I would highly recommend Comfort All Stars.

Jack and Tony with Comfort All-Stars cleaned both my air conditioners, and found a part in each one that had quit working. The parts were covered under warranty so they replaced the parts with new ones, no charge. Once when my AC was being cleaned by another company, they found a part that wasn't working and charged me $200 to replace it. That would have been ok except I later found out that the part was under warranty and there should have been NO CHARGE to replace it. I trust Comfort All-Stars implicitly for their honesty and integrity, not to mention their courtesy and professionalism.

Great customer service. Very kind and considerate. There was a small misunderstanding with scheduling. I called to get my duct work cleaned out, as that is what I thought the mold smell might be coming from. Apparently, they do not clean duct work at this time. I agreed to the system inspection as we just moved to Florida and bought this house. Air conditioning is a necessity, so, figured may as well do it. Glad I did, as my air return system is full of mold. Unfortunately, that does mean additional money needs to be spent - hopefully the take apart and cleaning of the system, as well as a installation of a UV light, will take care of the smell.

Based on the pictures I was sent, the job appears to have been totally and professionally done, my wife was able to hear the air exhausting out the new vent.
