CMB Air came recommended by two neighbors. Chad came out promptly and gave two quotes for AC and furnace or heat pump set ups. He explained everything about each option. The install team was on-site next day and installed the new system quickly. They tested the unit and went over the details with us. Everything is running great.

CMB Air is by far the BEST place to do business with. They are professional, Fast and affordable. Chris was the first person to come to our place and give us a quote and he was extremely professional and polite. He kept his word with getting back to us on the day he said he would, and we were able to set up an install for a NEW HVAC system. The team that Came to do the install was PHENOMNAL. Dollington, Rico and Chad did such an amazing Job. They arrived sooner than expected, (which is an A+ in MY book,) and got straight to work. They were professional, courteous and Fast. I work from home, and they did everything that needed to be done with no interruption into my workday. I would DEFINITELY recommend CMB Air to ANYONE that wants TOP NOTCH Service. The Whole team is Just superb!!!!

Very good customer service. Two people stopped by in less than 1hr after my call. They are very professional and identified the issue immediately. The Capacitor on the condenser unit is dead, so it needed a replacement. They charged $315 for replacing a capacitor, which costs only $20 in home depot. I felt like the price they charged to replace a capacitor was way too much, so I would definitely say their service is very expensive. Except that I like everything about the company, and they saved the day by stopping by immediately.

I have the unique opportunity of working with CMB both at my personal residence and at our workplace. After fixing a surge related control board issue at my house, I asked CMB to quote me on installing a new 5-TON AC system in a motor control room at our workplace. They performed both jobs with 5 star service. My home repair job could not have been handled better, at their own discretion, they pulled any parts that might be needed for a control board related issue (motor, the actual board, etc.) and showed up with everything that could be needed. They only replaced what was needed but the fact they brought the equipment was a huge time saver for me. There was no repeat trips, no need to order anything, they showed up ready to solve the issue I had diagnosed to them over the phone. This is a big deal to me. I have a tight work schedule and this type of problem solving and time saving is priceless and appreciated. The work related job, the 5 TON AC install, was painless and perfectly executed. Chris and Chad finished the installed in what could be measured in minutes. In and out in the same day. They dropped a motor control room from an exhaustible 106 degrees to below 75 degrees with their work that day. This company is trustworthy, professional, and above all, they are experts in their craft and are without question, the only AC company I will call in the Tampa, Florida market.
