Found this website searching for heat pump since ours went out. Companies wanted to charge us - 10,000 with install for same unit I ordered on BH&C. It cost me only 6,000 total including install ordering same Bosch unit a local company wanted to put in for 10,000. Do your research and save money . As always make sure it’s a licensed and insured hvac person doing install so your warranty will be valid .

I recently purchased an A/C unit with budget heating and A/C RA1636AJ1A condenser. After installing it , the unit had a bad vibration when operating, the whole unit was vibrating. I contacted David DeLorean with budget heating and A/C, he was quick to apply my warranty and send me a replacement fan blade for this unit, l had it replaced and now my unit is running smoothly. This is the second unit I have bought from Budget Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. in Tampa. The first one was a Diamond Air that lasted 12 years and I just replaced it with this new one. This one is a Goodman and it runs quieter than the previous one ever did and cools good so far. I bought a condenser pad with this one and I am glad I did because it is thicker than any I have used. Overall I am happy with my purchase and have recommended them to a neighbor and posted these pictures already.

Item in the shipment was broken, I reported it on the Budget website. I rec a call from the owner of the company who said they would send out a replacement bulb immediately, which they did. I explained that I had ordered bulbs frm them before , with no issues, and that I felt that it was FedEx who mishandled the item. I save around $70 compared to buying this from my A/C maintenance provider. I'll continue to buy from Budget.

VERY responsive company, $1700+ internet order on a new 3.5 ton Rheem A/C Condenser. We started out rocky on communication but quickly resolved communications - My concerns were addressed quickly & attentively. This company is worthy of a 5 star review & more importantly - your business. IF you run into any communications issues - ask for a manager. Unit arrived and is installed, saved $$$'s possibly $$$$'s- don't hesitate, save money as I did and have the same quality product that your local contractor will sell you - less their mark up. I did easily find a local company to do the install on "owner furnished equipment". You should also be able to easily locate an installer. Tell them you have your Childs college to pay for not their significant others Mercedes payment :) Thanks again Budget- you guys are worthy of a 5 star review & my trust as a solid internet company.

Budget heating and air is a great choice for your heating and air needs. They’re the cheapest price I could find locally or online shipped to my door(not just a dock). The transaction was all together smooth. From ordering, shipping, to delivery. Everything was as it says it would be. No hidden fees, or the run around. I even received a call from a sales rep (a real person) to make sure I had indeed ordered the unit I specifically needed. I highly recommend them.

Yes we received what we ordered, but how it all came packaged was pretty messy. The thermostat wire looked used, bent, and just thrown in the box. The copper line felt very thin and weak when trying to cut and bend it. The insulation tubing and all the pieces were not already set with the copper.

They sent me to Mike because he was pulling my order together and wanted to talk to me to make sure we had everything right. I had left something off and he added it. Currently you cannot find a pool heat pump in Jersey. Supply chain is a mess and everyone is ordering 2-3 months out. Called these folks, they had a heater in stock that they had on a truck ready to ship the next day. One week later it was in my backyard and being installed. Whole process was simple, easy, reasonably priced. Zero complaints whatsoever.

Ordered 50 foot thermostat cable and received it balled up in the box. To me it that much should have been on a spool. There was no communication when the item shipped. Had to call to find out it was shipped, the contact person was very nice.

He was very sorry for my complaint and I feel confident that what happened was a combination of a busy day which is to be expected from a company like this that is doing alot of sales. I bought a top-of-the-line Mitsubishi mini split from budget heat and air. It arrived with “concealed damage”Meaning there was no apparent damage to the box or to the unit when we opened it at the time the freight company delivered it. The installer later found the damage under taping. We started the warranty claim process and got nowhere with Mitsubishi. They expect us to Read their Website before you buy their product,go through a few clicks and discover in fine print how they basically don’t warranty online sales even if it’s a reputable company. However budget heat and air came through and worked with their distributor and shipped me A new cover to replace the damaged one. Thanks for taking care of me, your customer ! Particularly Andy the sales person I worked with out of Houston was knowledgeable and helpful.

updated: Trent called and offered to make it right. the ac was in good condition & a good price but the contractor was terrible which budget did nothing to facilitate with the contractor they provided. Contractor charged me for things he did not do, took supplies i was charged for, insisted he be allowed to get extra parts in case they were needed despite my insistence they were not then i had to drive out to return them and was charged a restocking.
