Air Stream did a great job explaining and assessing the issue and then completing the A/C installation. Crew worked diligently with minimal disruptions to us. Have been using them for A/C maintenance at home and office for many years and they are always professional helpful and informative. Pricing has always been fair and upfront with no surprises. We continue to receive exceptional service from everyone we are in contact with at the company.

I am so grateful I called them for a 2nd opinion. First company we called when our AC started blowing hot air, came in, did quick assessment and immediately started quoting prices for new units and even had the various monthly payments for their finance plans memorized!!! I was referred to Air stream, and by 9:30 the next morning, my AC was up and running. The tech was so nice and genuine. You could tell he really just wanted to get us up and running and not JUST get paid. Obviously we all go to work for the $, but it shouldn't come at the cost of scamming people. Air Stream really came to the rescue for us.

I have been using Airstream to service the air conditioning units at my business for a number of years. Kenny is always prompt, and never complains about spending an hour+ on the rooftop servicing our units in the middle of the Tampa summer to keep us cool. My experience with this organization has been great, so I decided to give them a call to look over my home air conditioning system. I had a new Carrier system installed almost 4 years ago now to replace an aging and dying 16 yr old system. The organization I selected who shall only be referred to as being from Dunedin, sold me and installed a new system in November and everything was working great, until the heat of the summer started. It was apparent from the beginning something was not right, as it worked better than the 16 year old system, but wouldn't cool my house below 80 degrees. I had the Dunedin crew in for a look and they assured me that my ducts were bad or my returns not properly situated, or I had too many west facing windows, etc. I had lived in a warm house for 4 years when I finally decided enough and called Kenny in to have a look. It took approximately 30 minutes for Kenny to diagnose and fix the issue. It turns out that the company from Dunedin didn't correctly connect the unit, and it was stuck in "low" cool mode. Kenny took the time to find out exactly how to get this system connected the right way, and now I am enjoying a 75 degree house, even when it's 92 outside. I have found a great heating and air conditioning company who is knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't charge a ton of money for unnecessary repairs. I will continue to recommended Airstream to my friends and family.

Air Stream AC was AMAZING! I live remotely, and they took care of EVERYTHING to remove an old A/C unit and install a new one. Very good air conditioning and electrician service. I had called numerous services and most couldn't make it out until the following week. I had no AC in 90+ weather so this was not an option. Air stream came out the next day. They were able to come earlier than my appointment time which I greatly appreciated. They helped me fix my issue. The staff is very friendly and professional.

They took payment over the phone and registered the new system for us. Emails were sent to us documenting the payment and registration while we were on the phone. Outstanding service!
