Of course, during the Holiday and recent cold snap, my HVAC systems had issues! After several calls to other businesses with no response, I called Air Pros. Leo showed up within 20 minutes! He promptly troubleshot my issue and had a solution fast! He listened to my concerns, both with the system and the cost, and presented a few options. Unfortunately, I need to have a lot of work done, but at least I feel confident that I am in good hands. I was treated professionally, and with great courtesy and respect. I'm glad I made the call!

Did a great job in fixing my blue light and small repairs. They cleaned and sealed my AC ducts. I am sure this will help my lung and severe Asthma breathing problems. They did a neat and clean job. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. Polite and friendly workers. Marie C.

Mario got my system to cool again and he went further by showing me debri accumulated within the blower and proceeded to spray with cleaner. I yet have the need to utilize the heat, which was my initial request for the call, but when i do i am confident it will work just as well.

Gio was very helpful and informative, and honest - we will happy to call on him again or refer this company! He saw an issue with our A/C pressure output and called in backup. So, Rob drove over 2 hours to get here that same day. Found a major issue we had been having and we knew there was a problem but no one had been able to diagnose it. So grateful for this stellar team of professionals and for Rob showing us what our home needed to run efficiently! He got a team out her the next day to replace all the old, (would have passed inspection) duct work. Now it’s like a new house! Thank you so much. I forget the names of the guys from today but they were all great. Amazing team!

Very professional and detailed. Treated me like a person and Not like a number and finally I felt good to be recognized as someone who needed help and my technician was willing to help. Even took time to look at AC unit at home and serviced to see if there were any issues that could be causing my issue in question. High quality service!

Paul came for a maintenance visit. I feel he gave my unit a very good inspection and maintenance. He also educated me on aspects of a/c I did not know. I am definitely considering purchasing their maintenance plan because of his professionalism.

I'm not pleased with the follow-up services that Air Pros failed to. The company completely failed me in those regards, however; staff members Paul, Duke and especially Braven, give the company the high ratings they deserve. Braven kept me informed on the process and got the unit up and running in less than 10 minutes. Its workers like him that keep me coming back to Air Pros.

I'm sorry for having this company talking me into this situation. Not I have a 5000. Loan that I didn't need. I'm a handicap veteran and I feel I was taking advantage of. They told me me that I would save on my electric bill and I received the new bill today and didn't save nothing. I think the next call will be BBB.

My husband and I share a duplex with my aging parents and we have 2 AC units. We had them installed by other companies, and switched over to AirPros based on discovery, review, and price. AirPros discovered major leaks in both duct works, as well as major biological growth in our upstairs unit and the surrounding boxes. They went above and beyond to make this massive problem manageable and left us with a great deal of peace of mind. A special shoutout to Luis who helped provide solutions for the project, Konrad for taking the time to resolve and educate on issues and services, and Jamie and Jason who were especially thorough, hard working, and communicative on site. Performed all work in a professional manner. Leo, showed up on time and diagnosed our HVAC system and recommended a top of the line system for our home and he was right on point with his recommendation.
