Our old system has been on it's last leg for awhile. Reached out to at least 4 companies to discuss new A/C-heat pump install. Most either pressured for a 'quick decision' before the "special pricing" expired, or they sent someone who couldn't answer some simple but important A/C questions. Acree was different. The sales rep--Marcus--knew his stuff, quoted two options, no pressure. They were willing to negotiate a few line items at our request. They installed two days later on a Saturday. The installers were on time, polite, professional, protected our home, cleaned up everything, and made sure a couple items missed on work order got followed up on and completed within 2 days. Love our new system-- fast, efficient cooling, compact size (variable speed side discharge) and extremely quiet! We know we're ready for summer and that our new system will be well-cared for by Acree in the years to come!

Zach Butcher was a great technician who came out to service my AC unit for its 6months scheduled cleaning. He was on time, communicative, and patient with me when I asked all my questions about the repairs needed. He was respectful of my financing options decisions and did not push the whole sales tactic on me. He was able to do all of the repairs in about 30min and the cleaning took him 40min. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC work done, as he has the patience of a saint. Thanks again, Zach!

Alex was awesome and on point. Showed up on time, very professional. Assessed the needs and gave me a direct price. Stated he was available to do the work, which I had him do. All the work was done beyond standard, he even fixed smaller issues to make sure the bigger job was done correctly. He kept me in the loop as to the progress and cleaned up after each job. I would recommend this company, but I will only allow Alex and his co-worker to continue with further projects. Awesome job and super professional.

We called Acree thinking we had a burst pipe in the wall. Riccardo came out to the house and explained everything and answered all of our questions. He was so nice and professional. We had an emergency plumbing issue. Brandon and his partner arrived less than 2 hours after I called for help. They were prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. Excellent service. I would be remiss to not mention Natalia, a delightful, considerate, extremely helpful voice of reason. She kept me on track, and reassured me about the seriousness of my problem. I had the water spouts for my washing machine leaking. Called Acree and Daniel arrived about 2 hours later, about 10 minutes into the 2-hour window that they had given me. He was able to confirm the issue and offered me a.couple different options to take care of it. He got done quickly, cleaned up everything, and even helped me move my washing machine back into place and ensure everything was working before he left. Truly outstanding service!

My kitchen faucet was leaking underneath the cabinet and you cannot do without a kitchen sink! It was very easy to set up an appointment. Brandon came the very next day. He was very professional and wore a mask when I asked him to. He put on booties which I really appreciated. I was hoping for a brand name faucet which I didn't get but the installation went perfect and the faucet works well. I guess the only thing I will say is it was very expensive. I could have saved $400 if I would have gone and bought my own faucet. But when you really need a kitchen sink and your kitchen is really torn up I chose to have it done immediately and pay for it! $827 was a lot of money to me on a fixed income. I did like the company though they were very friendly and professional.

Did they come out to my house on time and professional? Yes. Did they fix my issue? Yes, they did very well fixing the issue with a well trained crew. Did they charge an exorbitant amount of money to clean out a crack where 2 pipes joined and small root that needed to be removed? Yes. The Plumber came to my house, did his diagnoses and then explained what would happen. They would come out, add in a cleanout to meet city code, remove the root with hydro-jetting, coat the inside of the pipe. Done. We were given the choice of Friday before Christmas or Monday after Christmas, obviously we chose Friday as it was before Christmas. They came out to hydro-jet and the guys thought they were performing a full house hydro-jetting. Because of the amount of money they were charging us, ($2,100 - just for the hydro-jetting alone!) we wanted to ask if we were charged for a whole house clean and then they ghosted us on return calls, both the office and the plumber that diagnosed us. When choosing to have the work done before Christmas we were told it was all to be done in 1 day, Friday. After they Hydro-jetting on Friday morning they told us that the rest team would see us in about a week to finish? I had to call the office to confirm and to also ask why, and if we could use our bathroom over the holiday. They told me the pipes needed to "settle" and that it had nothing to do with the emergency we overheard them talking about having at another house. If that's what happened that's fine, just let the customer know what's going on and if we can use our plumbing instead of having to call to find out. My takeaways from this company; The staff doesn't communicate well. The plumber they sent out to diagnose was well trained and explains everything, just be sure to discuss price in detail. You can't get anyone to call you back. The person in the last step of the process will take the other half of the payment and they of course can't answer any questions, a very convenient set up. They do very good work but are horribly overpriced. There are a lot of good plumbing companies out there that do good work like this one, but next time I will not pay this much, I'm sure that means that I will have to use another company. Read the Yelp reviews as well!

They cleaned the calcified pipes under my home faster than I thought. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Great prices for running the camera through to check the pipes. A lot cheaper than their competition.

Called them in a pinch after we were completely stood up and disrespected by another plumbing company (Largo Plumbing). They were able to come and assess that day and made sure we had our problem resolved within 24 hrs. Luis was professional and courteous and I immediately felt at ease with him. He did a great job.

Very professional and very efficient. Marcus came out to give us a quote and was very honest. This company is the most professional company I’ve ever encountered starting from the first phone call. We received pictures of the employees who came out for the quote (Marcus) and the gentleman who installed it with his assistant. Jesus and his assistant came out and installed the ac unit in 6 hours or less. I would definitely recommend this company!

ACREE Plumbing Replaced a shower control valve. Tech. was competent. Work was completed satisfactorily. They were early to the appointed time. They communicated well had picture and bio of the plumber. - Can't speak to the quality of the valve. - Replaced valve no longer leaks and operates well. - We noticed a drop in shower water pressure. They returned same day to check this out and replaced valve insert. Could not tell any difference in water pressure. So, end result shower feels weaker than before to my wife and me. - Quality & Satisfaction follow up from manager took place over the phone. Very nice that he took time to follow up! Manager discovered there was a billing error. He refunded $350.00. This has never happened to me before - Excellent Customer Care after the service!

Hot water tank started leaking and they responded in an hour and me tank installed today. Called 3 other services and the earliest was Monday before they could respond. Water leaking ,making a river through your garage is not a 4 day wait project. Jermaine was very nice and professional. Did a great job. Will definitely use Acree for future needs.

After talking to Marcus I decided to go with Acree. I knew right away that I was talking to someone who was upright and honest. He stood above all the others that came out for estimates on a new HVAC. He didn't throw any BS around and didn't do any hard sales. (Like some other companies did, which was a total turn off.) He gave me a quote and let me know about Acree and how they stand behind their product and installations. Devin and Quay came out for the installation and they did a great job. They were professional, polite and work focused. After installation Devin went over the paperwork and how to operate the system. I feel like I'm with a company that is based on honesty and integrity. And that in itself makes a huge difference! Thank you to all of you for such a great experience!

Lightning struck in area woods behind house copper tubing was damage with pin hole and flooding occurred. Acree was prompt and answer my call to my home. They crew came and repiped whole house. In about an hours time, Marcus provided me a quote for new HVAC system replacement, handled the financing and scheduled the installation for the next day. Now that’s what I call service. Our circumstances were unusual because our condenser unit was stolen 10 years ago but not replaced due to non occupancy and Marcus able to save us unnecessary expense by using the existing line set which I had already anticipated having to replace. Thanks Marcus! I can’t begin to say enough about Albert Mejia’s team. They were professional, courteous, clean and efficient working as long as necessary to complete the job by the end of day. Before leaving all old parts and waste were removed, floor swept and manuals provided as well as showing me how to use the system. Albert clearly explained a few preexisting issues that would be addressed to bring my new install up to code and I expect that work to go just as seamless. Great experience, I only wish I would have called them sooner.

Very professional. We called yesterday a.m. early and a tech came out to service within a few hours. We needed a new a.c. and we got approved for in house financing that day. They next morning the installation team was at the house at 8:00 am and finished by 1 p.m. They showed us how to use the new thermostat and left all warranty paperwork with us. Very pleased!

Daniel did a great job. They arrived 2 hours later than the anticipated window we were provided. Acree is very expensive for the work performed. My initial charge was $419 to snake the kitchen drain. After snaking the line outside it was determined the roots destroyed my line and the fee was reduced to $259. I cant believe the prices now. Hopefully the repair will be not as expensive.

Our old A/C unit stopped working. Temperature quickly rose above the temperature outside. I had seen Acree commercials and would prefer doing business with a larger more established company. I called and within hours had a service call and with the age of my unit I opted to purchase a new unit. Zachary and team were awesome! You see, Zachary was training a new employee. Zachary is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I learned quite a bit about my A.C. System, because Zachary took his time to explain, in detail, all that needed repairs. I was very impressed with how thorough Zachary inspected the inside unit as well as the outside unit. He ran tests and showed the electrical amps for all related devices to my Air Conditioning Unit. Who does that now a days. I now know that Acree Plumbing, Air and Electrical does. There are not words to express how happy I am with Acree and Jeremy and Brian, both Master plumbers. Our water heater was just about to cost us a fortune on our new house. They were both very knowledgeable and had tons of experience and were also very nice to speak with. Jeremy went around and checked the entire house for anything that needed work, or was not up to code. They both explained everything in detail. It is so difficult to trust any contractors nowadays and I am so happy that we found them. I am actually looking forward to the HVAC and electrical from Acree to come in and fix the rest of our problems. All I can say is get your own inspector, do not rely on the sellers home inspector when buying a new home.

Don’t believe their website claims My dishwasher had to be reconnected. They said they don’t overcharge beyond estimate I signed. I asked the two who came for this one plumber job to pull out and inspect it before the estimate. They refused. Midway the trainee who did all the work announced I needed a new valve for added $60. When I refused to pay more, plumber went to Home Depot and gone for an hour to bring back an adapter. They admitted that wasn’t as secure on old machine and I could still be flooded after paying &415. A widow on a pension, I felt they violated their company policy and do not feel job was completed satisfactorily. I refused to sign that it was. Called manager who lied that the estimate stated valve not included. I’m fact lead plumber Joe would not include any details on estimate as I requested. I told them I wanted the new valve they should have figured into their estimate. Still do

We had a plumbing emergency so I called many companies that claim they answer the phone 24/7 but after 7 tries, Acree was the only one who answered! They sent out someone first thing in the morning and he was able to fix our problem, even though a bad tropical storm was happening. You advertise that your vans are a "warehouse on wheels"...but Christian had to borrow drill bits. Also the tech(s) we're supposed to show up between 8 & 10. I called at 9:45 to see if someone was showing up today and they told me it had gotten re-scheduled for between 1&3. No one called me to inform me of the change. Also, tech had to go out shopping for drywall insert...took him over an hour to locate one...and it doesn't fit well. Please send someone else to finish the drywall work. Christian did a great job on the plumbing!! 😁

About a month ago we had to have a whole new ac unit installed. Brannon was our Sales Tech that came out and assisted us! He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was the problem and what was the best route to take. He let us know the different options that we could choose from, we could have it repaired or get a full new insured ac unit! Our old unit was over 10yrs old and had been giving us problems every summer! Our new ac unit is amazing, it runs smooth, quieter and the hse is always at a nice cold comfortable temperature! Can’t thank Brannon enough for his help and our new system! The only complaint that I have is that they told us we would be getting a new drain line and since the ac unit has been installed we have had to go outside with a shop vac and cleaned out the drain line 4 TIMES already!! This is the only problem we have because we didn’t get a new drain line like we were told that would be installed!

He was so personable, it was like we were old friends. He even put two clamps on a water heater hose that was a bit long so that it was now secured to the wall. Brandon and Jack both were very professional and very knowledgeable. We live in a manufactured home community. Our problem was I had turned off our main shut valve to do some minor plumbing in our home and when I had finished the valve would not turn back on ,(it was a gate valve and the gate portion of the valve had separated from the valve stem and no longer would open). Brandon came out and accessed the problem, it was after 6:00 pm on a Saturday and since we could not turn the community water supply off I had decided to hold on the repair until I could contact the park manager to see if I could get the water supply off. My request was denied by the park office. I was told the water shutoff would affect 800 homes too..Jack was the tech who came back out on Monday and had to remove the old valve and install a new one while the water was on. To say poor Jack took a bath on this job would be an understatement. He was superman holding back the geyser of water coming out while installing a new ball valve in seconds. Simply an amazing feat. I highly recommend him and his company. Thanks again Jack for a job well done!!

We found ourselves in a pickle trying to install a new kitchen faucet ourselves. We sprung a leak (on a friday afternoon no less!) In a panic we called Acree plumbing and they sent Daniel to the rescue. He did a fabulous job repairing the leak and installing our new faucet. The managers were nice and responsive and the employees were nice, but there were several mistakes made. These people are courteous and professional, but there is a serious breakdown of communication in this company. When the manager tells a certain department to do something, that department does not get the message across to the workers. This resulted in them sending me the wrong price quote, failing to come out to do an assessment when the manager said they would (and having to reschedule because of it) , installing the wrong water heater in my condo, my tub water pressure being non-existent, tub water being cold, the worker who assessed the problem not doing the assessment properly, and then mislabeling my electric panel. Every step of the way, the manager Cody was very professional and very responsive in fixing these things, but they should not have happened in the first place. When Cody told people I needed something done, it should have been done. If you have them work for you, you need to stay on top of them like white on rice or the job isn’t going to get done well because nobody communicates internally. A lot of home service companies do a bad job and refuse to make it right. At least they make it right and do it quickly. The three stars is for their willingness to fix their own mistakes immediately. If it weren’t for that, I’d give them one star.

Austin came right out(called and scheduled the day before) and looked things over. repaired the leaks and explained what was going on with the disposal. He gave me a quote on everything with a couple different choices. While he was doing one repair I went and picked up a disposal. By the time I returned home he was almost done with the repair so timing worked out very nicely and he began replacing the disposal. Austin was very easy to work with and explained it all. I had no problem with the work that the technician did... It was dark when he arrived and he did a good job of fixing the problem. I was unhappy with the overall condition of my system, which Acree maintains with semi-annually cleanings and inspections. A significant reason for the capacitor burning out was due to clog ports and the outside unit being very dirty. A maintenance check was overdue (last cleanup was completed in September 2021) which could have contributed to the system problems we experienced. I feel that at the very least, I should have gotten a discount on the capacitor replacement of $400 plus. I feel that that was excessive considering I am an Acree maintenance support member for over 10 years.

What an amazing service. Eric Shelton was our technician and I can’t say enough about the incredible job he did! We lost our hot water heater and working over the weekend, Eric repaired our heater and did it in the most efficient and professional way you could imagine. I will start off by stating the technician was professional and did his job to repair my a/c. With that said I will never use this company or recommend them. Completely ridiculous pricing unless your a member. I was given a book to look at with the member versus non member pricing the minute they get on site. It cost me a whopping 457.00 to have a dual run capacitor (part was still under warranty) replaced on 4/16/22. So you can see the inflated labor costs. Lastly, I was given a 2-4 pm time window for the technician to arrive. At 3:45 I had to call and find out if they were still coming out because no one had called with an eta at this point. I was than told that they were running behind and I was next. At almost 6pm I get a call from Acree to tell me the technician is still on his last job and my new window is 6-8 pm. Horrible communication and extremely inflated labor prices. **Update** 4/18/22 I would like to add that Chris (Customer Service Manager ) did contact me to discuss my experience. He expressed his apologies for the poor communication and did reduce my bill. I appreciate the efforts to try to right a wrong. I still disagree with the pricing but do appreciate the efforts and customer service response.

Very professional, was explanatory through the process, and got everything repaired, sealed, and cleaned up within just a couple of hours. Recently I had a plumbing problem and called Acree Plumbing and Air. A young man named Louis came to my home and he was great. Explained what he needed to do and gave me a price-very competitive price! He also alerted me to a problem outside where the water would be shut off in case of a big problem. He told me I should inform the city right away so I did and they fixed it later that day. So I’m very pleased with the service I received and will call them and request Louis if and when I have a future plumbing project. I recently needed a new water heater and it was picked up by Acree at Home Depot and plumber found he couldn’t install right then because of unknown electrical problem. So Donovan, an Acree electrician came next morning did diagnostic test and found and fixed problem(I’m very thankful Acree has plumbers and electricians as well as A/C personnel. So anyway plumbers Daniel and Hakeem came following day and installed new hot water heater. EVERY ONE OF THE ACREE PEOPLE WHO ASSISTED IN THIS PROJECT WERE RESPONSIBLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE VERY NICE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. So I’d recommend Donavan(electrician) as well as Daniel and Hakeem(plumbers) anytime and also recommend Acree! They have the right people to get a job done and don’t stop until it is finished. I had to have my entire house repiped. After several quotes, Acree price matched another company. Score number one. They sent out three gentlemen, Junior, Barry, and Archer to do the job. EDIT: Needed some electrical work done just a day later, not due to anything Acree did, just updates on the home, and Barry, Minh, Nick, and Logan came out to do the work. They were on time, extremely professional, and hardworking as can be. They were clear on what they were doing, why they were doing it, and most importantly treated the work as if it was being done to their own home. No shortcuts, only perfection. If something wasn't right, they would take it apart and redo it until it was. Absolutely incredible company and employees. EDIT: We had a new electrical box installed by a different company shortly after purchasing our home. After many issues with said company, the new box did not pass county inspection. Not only did it not pass inspection, come to find out the company never pulled a permit to do the work. When called out, magically a permit appeared, after the fact. I reached out to Acree and the electrical manager, Cody, was the most helpful person with electrical knowledge I’ve ever experienced. When he found out about the situation, he wasn’t concerned about money or charging for a new box, as much as he was worried about the job being done right as a good person. After spending as much as we had with Acree, they knew we had become “lifers” with them and offered a way more than fair deal to come out and get the box up to code and done correct. Benjamin and Donovan came out and were very pleasant and efficient as could be. Maybe it was just our lucky day, but when they got here they explained they couldn’t get a 30 panel box (which was what was installed) and that we were getting a 40 panel for no additional charge. I can’t begin to explain how amazing this company truly is. In a time where people just want a quick dollar, these guys put money on the back burner and care more about being quality people. I will never recommend any one else except Acree. Thank you again for another amazing experience.

Easter Sunday, family visiting out of town and that night ac stoped cooling. Called Acree Air at 9pm, a few minutes later Acree retuned my call from dispatch. Acree tried everything to come out that night but didn’t have anyone available. The Acree Air rep promised me that their tech will be here at 9am in the morning. The tech called me after 8am and said he was on his way. Cody came out, on time, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explains the issue, walked through the repair process and recommended a couple of other things that he can do to prevent this from happening again. Was early for the appointment, took time to explain to my 90 yr old mom, exactly what he inspected, what his findings were, 1 of the things that needed to be replaced, Mark looked it up and found it was still under warranty and replaced it. I have the monthly maintenance plan that includes two visits per year. It is very obvious which visits they're there to do the regular maintenance, and which visits they're there to sell you expensive add-ons. Their prices are significantly higher than others in the area, so be sure to shop around. During my duct cleaning, they scratched up the bathroom vent and crown molding. The previous owners had installed crown molding right up against the vent, so some damage was probably unavoidable, but they should have notified me of the damage instead of saying nothing. I noticed the damage the next day when I found a piece of molding in my shower.

This was my first time using a Acree Plumbing and Air, and I was extremely pleased. My AC wasn’t cooling my home. The average temperature for a few days was 78 degrees, and I was miserable. When I called up and told them I had a backed-up drain pipe issue they told me it would be $79. That's just the initial fee I found out for them to come out at all it cost me $319 for him to unclog the line. The business needs to inform the customer better on the total cost.
