Excellent customer service from Joshua! I had our heating system maintenance from another company and two days later when I needed heat, it didn’t work. The company refused to come back because I obtained their services through a home warranty. The home warranty made me pay and additional fee for service. Joshua from NP Heating discovered the issue right away. The previous tech turned off the gas valve. Joshua could have signed off and left. Instead, he took the time to explain a few things about the system and some things to look out for. He even noticed my filter was missing. Something the previous tech didn’t put back. Since I needed a new one anyway, I was able to purchase on the spot for a great price. I will be using this company again. 10/10!

After having some initial issues with billing after a furnace repair, I got a call from Nat in the main office who took the time to call me and listen to my side of the issue. My billing error was quickly resolved after talking with Nat and I might add the furnace is working great now. I wouldn't hesitate to use No Problem in the future.

My heat went out and when I contacted them it was after hours, but they actually reached back out to me even though it was after normal business hours…I was impressed! Each person that I spoke with was very informative. There were several things wrong with my AC and my furnace was old and not working well. Upon inspection and review of the entire situation, they did not just give me the highest price. They provided 4 different options ranging from the least costly, which is a patchwork, to the greatest which was replacement of the a/c and furnace; I appreciated having those options to be able to make an informed decision. Our 30-year-old furnace went out on Sunday; they came out the next day to assess, and we were able to have a brand new system installed within a couple of days. Our AC went out late afternoon and I called No Problem Heating and Cooling late in the evening and left a message with them. I received a return call first thing the following morning, scheduled an appointment for LATER that morning, the technician arrived within the scheduled window and completed our repairs within 45 minutes. The other service providers I spoke with had 3-4 day wait lists. This was a very good experience and would recommend No Problem Heating and Cooling without hesitation.

We recently purchased a new house with a zoned AC and thermostats we didn't know how to use coming from Nest land. We made an initial request through our home warranty company that sent out another company that actually BROKE our thermostat and didn't answer any of our questions. Kevin & Andrew from NPM not only fixed the mangled thermostat, showed me exactly how to use it, how to program if necessary and offered upgrade options should we want to streamline everything. When he arrived, he came with a mask and covering for his shoes, which I truly appreciated. After hearing my concerns, he went right to work investigating the situation. I ended up having to purchase a new air conditioning system, but even there, he assisted me in determining what was good for my home. With all the recent storms, we noticed the thermostat show that our temperature was 85° the past 2days!! We have animals and the concern for our well being was there also. We contacted our home warranty company who then assigned NO PROBLEM HEATING AND COOLING and when I tell you we are VERY satisfied with the outcome!! Chad not only arrived within the 3hr window given, but he was also very knowledgeable when it came to out central air unit. Our air conditioning unit had frozen and the temp in our home was up to 82. Without delay they had checked our unit, added freon and let us know what to watch for to prevent more issues. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use No Problem again.

Everybody I have worked with has been very accommodating and seems to really care about fixing my AC issue. Our AC went out 7 days ago. After some back and forth run around with our home warranty co, No Problem was sent out. Ryan was amazing on the diagnostics visit. Unfortunately the install of the new system had some issues. We were able to get a technician out the same night. Cody figures out what happened and fixed the issue that night. The next night, I was concerned about the knocking sound and temp differential between the thermostat and the until turning on. It was 2am but after calling the after hours phone number, I got a call back within 20 minutes. That technician took the time to walk me through all my concerns and put my mind at ease. I am about to drop my home warranty company and join their club membership. Thank you.

I had an furnace issue last night, my house was 63 degrees in the morning when my heat was set to be at 71 so it was very cold and scary to have that issue in the winter in MO! I made the call and they were out the same afternoon to get it working again, no problem (hence the name). He took the time to explain everything that was going on and it ended up being a very simple fix. Appreciate the quick turnaround, understanding and professionalism!

My husband and I needed an entire new HVAC system. We had 3 estimates done and we chose no problem heating and cooling because the service we received from Nikki and Mike was amazing. I swear Nikki lives there. Our system finally went out Monday night at 7pm. I called Nikki and she had someone here 36 hours later installing a completely new unit. I contacted Nikki twice via email and both times she called me within minutes. Mike did our estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable. Had No Probem come out to give me an estimate on a new furnace. Mine was 20 years old and had a cracked heat exchanger. I had received previous estimates prior to their arrival. Bryan came to my house right on time and looked over my old unit. He then explained to me, in great detail, the ins an outs of how furnaces functioned and the differences between the different efficiency and different blowers. They then gave me 5 different estimates that where all great prices. They where able to install my new furnace the very same day at an awesome price for a high quality unit. They did great work and were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company. 5/17/2018- Had No Problems come out and service my AC today. Andrew was very professional and caring and explained everything to me in detail. Even though the unit was not installed by then, it is now running top notch and better than ever. Again., this is a great company and they do great work for a reasonable price!!

We had another well known heating and ac company come out. That tech was extremely rude, tore apart my furnace, and left everything in pieces in my basement. We were told the estimator would call us back that following Monday to talk pricing. That call never came. I found No Problem by chance, saw their reviews, and immediately called to set up an appointment. Ryan came out and assessed everything and gave us an honest quote with an explanation that someone who knows nothing about HVAC(me) could understand. Financing was quick and easy, and they came out the very next day. After a week and a half of no AC, sleeping in an 80 degree or more house, I’m now sitting in my chilled living room, enjoying the 73 degrees that Brad and his partner made possible with a new furnace and inside coil and parts for the AC. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!

I've had No Problem Heating & Cooling come out to my house twice for two different service appointments and both times the technicians were right on time. They were diligent about notifying me that the technician was on his way via email, text AND a phone call. We were having problems getting serviced with another company through our Home Warranty Service Provider. The other company brushed us off for a 10 days giving us the run around about not having a part- Blower motor for our furnace. We have been without heat for that long and staying with family living out of suit cases. We contacted our service provider to get another company to fix our furnace. AHS recommended No Problem Heating and Cooling. We were contacted within an hour after our service provider put in the call. No Problem set up an appointment for the VERY NEXT DAY between 10-12pm. Josh (service tech) called me at 11am. He came and assessed the problem. I received a call from the front office and was told Josh was coming back with the part. He installed that part in less than 1 hour. WE HAVE HEAT!!! This company excelled higher than my expectation as far as professionalism, friendliness, compassion, and fast service. I totally understand why they are called NO PROBLEM. OUTSTANDING Service!! I highly recommend this company.

After picking his brains for a bit it was clear that he had a deep understanding of his craft. Service Date: 1/2/2019.. No Problem Heating and Cooling was GREAT from start to finish. They were able to come to my home within hours of me putting in my request with my home warranty company. He was knowledgeable regarding our heating/cooling/humidifier system and he was very courteous. Kevin did a Fall cleaning on our furnace, cleaned the humidifier, replaced the filter, and also did a Spring cleaning on our AC. Our home had a home owners protection plan when we purchased it and therefore we had to go through our provider and they had us contact NPM Heating & Cooling. The other night after work, I found out that my air conditioner no longer worked. If you have ever been on chemo, you’d know that in temperatures as they are now, I would not make it. My second call was here. NPM maintains my AC and heating unit and they are also my home warranty service contractor. Three weeks ago, evaporator coil on one of my AC unit failed. Chris from NPM came out and verified that the coil needed to be replaced and it would be covered by my home warranty. Very excellent response rate and services! Within an hour of my call, there was a servicemen at my house ready to diagnose and fix the issue. My air conditioner was not running efficiently and my house was experiencing a level of humidity that hasn't been this bad for as long as I've been living in here. Within 2 days after installing a dehumidifier off of their suggestion, the air quality in my house was VERY NOTICEABLY better!!! It astonishes me how something I never knew existed can do so much. What also impressed me was their follow-up, after fixing the issue they suggested they come by a week later to make sure everything was working fine FREE OF CHARGE!!! I used NPM in conjunction with a home warranty claim I had filed when my central AC fan motor and capacitor needed to be replaced 6 months after I moved into my new home. I was skeptical to use NPM as the company my warranty service required, rather than my normal AC service company, but was pleasantly surprised! Tim, the technician, was polite, ON TIME, and was able to fix the problem in an hour. Also, NPM gives you a 2 hour service window, unlike some of the other companies that give you a 5 hour window which knocks out most of your day. Time is money! I would definitely recommend!

Our Heater was not working from last 10 days and one of the company that came over to look at was not able to fix it and gave us the reason to move the water heater off the way before they can work on the heater. I called NPM in the morning and I had a service tech at my door by 12:30pm. Chris came out on a home warranty service call and replaced a broken thermostat. He did it quickly and professionally (he even put those booty things over his shoes). I was impressed. So impressed that I bought the annual HVAC service contract where they service the AC in the spring/summer and the furnace in the fall/winter. Chris asked if I would like to have the AC serviced now per the just implemented contract. What? Of course I did! There was no high pressure sales pitch on the service contract or anything else. Chris was patient and answered all of my questions. I must admit that there was some enticement in writing this review. I was promised a gift card (for what and how much is unknown). Yes, I can be bribed..... But, honestly, I would have written this review without the offer. I am hopeful that todays experience will be the same in the future.

Our air conditioner went out on us last night, I called them at 8:30 am the next morning and he was here by 9:30...by 11 we had air conditioning back on and blowing awesome cool air back into our 90degree house!!! Furnace stopped working on 12/23. After much frustration, home warranty company made appt with NPH morning of 12/24. Got called by NPH morning of 12/24 to say that home warranty company canceled appt. However, NPH said they would hold appt until I cleared home warranty’s problem on the scheduling. After 2 hours of frustration w/home warranty company, NPH was cleared to follow though with their appt, and we had heat for Christmas Day. They came out and got my air conditioner working again, same day. Apparently a mouse had built a nest which restricted air flow and ruined the capacitor. In addition it had chewed through several wires. My tech was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations on how to prevent future infestations as well as good tips on keeping the fins clean without damaging them for optimal air flow. Our air conditioner went out over the Fourth July weekend. This has been the hottest recorded summer in decades, so my partner and I were deeply concerned-- not only for ourselves, but for our litter of newborn kittens that we're fostering.
