let me tell you a few things about my experience with Meyer Heating and Air. First off Brandon came out the same evening I called to get a second opinion on my old ac unit from 1997. When her arrived he was very understanding and empathetic toward my situation. During the evaluation he presented me with seven resolutions to choose from with positive and negative effects. He DIDN'T try the "used car sales tactics" like the prior experiences I have had. At the end of the evaluation he made it clear that he was always available for any questions I may have and didn't even charge me the $75 fee for the inspection. After my wife and I went over the options we made a decision that we were hesitant on. I called Brandon about it and after getting it scheduled Brandon went above and beyond to get us what we really needed. When scheduling for the installation of the hvac system I spoke with Karen. Karen had a date set out two and a half weeks out and assured me that if my system stopped before my installation she would have a technician bring out a temporary in home unit. To my surprise Karen called again on Monday and explained that she had a cancelation and could install Tuesday two weeks early. I obviously said yes. On Tuesday Trevor and Jack showed up promptly at 8:30am for the installation. During installation they both were very respectful and motivated to complete the install. At the end of the installation Trevor walked me through all of my new equipment showing me how to preform the basic things as well as what to do in case anything goes wrong. After Trevor and Jack left there were no signs of any trash or dirt from them spending 7.5 hours installing, everything was clear and clean like it never happened. Overall my experience with Meyer has been 100% 5 stars. I was even able to speak with Mike about his workforce and got some insight to how he runs his business. This is a wonderful opportunity for you as a consumer to experience and support a local business that cares about the customer and employees. So if you are in the market for a new HVAC company give Meyer Heating and Air a chance to show you what they showed me.

Meyer Heating and Air always has great service. They give you a 3 hour time of when the tech will be there, they send you updates via text the day of for when the tech will be there, and even send a picture of who it is, which is awesome. Most importantly they don't force you to do something to your system. They make recommendations on when you should do something by/how long that part might last and give costs up front. Paul (Supervisor) and Jamal (Tech) are the ones who have come out that have been great! I think it's rare to see a Supervisor taking on jobs at a company and I think it shows professionalism in having their Supervisors remain in touch with service aspects of the job. Both were extremely kind, personable while professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly efficient. Highly recommend Meyer Heating and Air!

I scheduled my yearly checkup with Meyer Heating & Cooling and as ALWAYS, I was thrilled with their service.This company is by far the best in town .Whenever they come , the technician is so thorough and really spends a lot of time checking Everything! Today , a highly experienced technician, Eleen, promptly arrived and was simply amazing . He even took time to explain some different settings on thermostats n corrected the batteries I had inserted incorrectly. After he carefully checked the air conditioning unit , he hosed it off as well . As a “ single senior parent”, it’s extremely comforting to be able to trust technicians from Meyer Heating & Cooling .I’m not very knowledgeable about these systems and I’m thrilled that Meyer Heating & Cooling always does a most professional job !!

With temps over 100 this weekend, our 25yr old AC unit couldn't keep up and quit on us. I started making calls to all the emergency AC repair companies. Meyer was the only company I called where I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a callback. The gentleman I spoke with was kind, set an appt for me, and gave me clear expectations as to what to expect. I received a text informing us of who our service tech would be, Trevor, with his picture and a little blurb about him, which I really appreciated. Trevor arrived and was very professional, quick, and able to fix the problem immediately. He explained why our unit stopped and even gave us real options to fix the problem in the future. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with him working on our AC unit or in our house. He was terrific and our hero that day! All in all, we had air back on by 10:30am. I am very impressed by the service I received. We will definitely be using them again.

Emin was on time and professional, he did his work quickly and answered questions. The company sent me a text that he was coming with his picture so I knew it was him on my doorbell camera. Great communication. I got a furnace from Meyer in 2020 and they were affordable and installed it all in a day. Even though I don't have my central air through them, they always inspect that system at the same time. The annual service contract covers 2 visits a year for the price of 1. Recommended!

Gave me all the options to go about fixing or replacing my unit .i did not feel like he was selling me an expensive unit, so I appreciate him showing me pictures and taking extra time to install the camera into my unit and show me what it looks like in there.. Gross by the way! I appreciated all of the extra effort. He was kind and polite, engaged with with my son and had great conversation about schools since we just moved to the area. My dog dropped a ball into the heating vent. Paul was great at making sure the ball was in a “safe” place. Said if we really wanted it out we would of course have to cut into our drywall ceiling in the basement. He gave me the info, but ran a bunch of tests and reassured me we are probably perfectly save as it landed in a heating duct and not a cold air return. He did not try to oversell me. He also pointed an issue with some of the settings on our furnace and reset them for us. I would definitely recommend Meyer and Paul

First impressions are everything and Meyer heating and air nailed it! From the simplicity of booking online to the company reaching out to confirm the visit. On the day of service I was pleasantly surprised with a message letting me know my technician Emin was on his way. Within the message they also included my techs background and a photo. Emin arrived on time and was very polite. He got right to work and had the problem diagnosed in no time. Everything was explained to me before he started the work and a detailed estimate was provided. He then got right to repairing the unit and to my relief, fixed my issues! My appointment was only 2 hours ago at 2pm and it was 90 in my house. Now it's a little past 4pm and my house is a very comfortable 74 degrees. I am thankful to Emin and the staff at Meyer Heating and Air!! And to the owner: You can be very proud of Emin. He was kind and knowledgeable and had no problem explaining everything to me. This review will likely come in stages. I called in a desperate moment when we had been without air conditioning for three days. Meyer was responsive and understanding in our situation. A technician was here within four hours to fully assess the situation. Unfortunately, due to the age of the unit it needs to be replaced. The repair/replace options were fully explained. I’ll update this review as we go through the replacement process but my initial experience indicates we are in capable hands and I look forward to working with Meyer. We just had the first maintenance check and Brandon did a great job! I highly recommend Meyer!

We had an individual named Jamaal (last name omitted for privacy). He was incredibly polite, friendly, professional, and got the job done efficiently and quickly! We had a time scheduled between 12-4pm, and he arrived right about noon. Prior to his arrival, we received a text and a picture of him so we knew who to expect. Meyer performed a full HVAC system replacement. They were on time and performed the job efficiently and delivered what was promised. They were able to work around our schedule too! Although there were a few minor issues found after installation, they were promptly addressed in a professional manner. I reported the issues on a Saturday and the owner personally followed up and came on site the same day with the lead technician who sold the unit to ensure everything was taken care of! Was not necessary but the owner insisted on the urgency to resolve the matter! You know when the owner is willing to do anything a technician will do (and on the weekend), they have a solid business model and likely happy employees as well! I chose Meyer because I wanted a quality product and service. Their 10 year PARTS and LABOR warranty gives you peace of mind and tells me they stand by the products they sell! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Meyer to anyone needing heating and cooling services ! Look forward to many more years of quality service, thanks Meyer !

Paul was fantastic. He showed up at the appointed time, he was polite and respectful, he even put those little shoe booties on before coming inside. He started his diagnosis and explained what he was going and why it was important. He discovered the issue and quickly corrected it (well, we will know for sure when it hits 100 degrees again…lol) and cleaned up the area. He explained in simple terms what was going on with they system, and why we were having the issue. He offered advice and guidance as to how to maintain and manage the system and got us back working in about an hour. From the moment I contacted Meyer through their website, I was treated professionally and promptly. They were able to send out Brandon and Trevor the same day for an estimate on repairing/replacing our attic fan. After the assessment, we’d determined the best value would be a replacement unit. Brandon priced some new units and quickly responded with a cost for parts and labor (very reasonable in my opinion). They came back a few days later for a quick install. They were friendly and paid close attention to detail. I was most impressed that before leaving Brandon came back in my house with a portable vacuum and cleaned up the dust and small particles left behind!! I’ve never had a service provider do this. The little extras are what set apart good companies from great companies! I’ll be seeing the Meyer guys again in a few weeks when they come out for a bi-annual inspection of my HVAC, as I purchased a service agreement! Thank you, Brandon & Trevor!

Emmin showed up on time, was calm, cool, and professional. Those attributes held firmly dispite our house being run as a noisy dog boarding facility. He was friendly with the 2 dogs that came up to him. It took him no time to tell us that our heater was alright and gave us basic recommendations for our air filters. If we have HVAC issues again, we surely will call Meyer first.

Our A/C unit had been limping along for a few years with us "patching" it up enough to get through each summer adequately, not quite ready to part with the expense for replacement. As the heat settled back in this year, we again ran into a unit increasingly unable to keep up and maintain a comfortable household. Mike was immediately responsive after my call, got creative with some scheduling to have my a new system in place the next day with the impending weekend heatwave, and was what I'd consider extremely fair and affordable. With most products and services these days, many different entities are capable of providing what you need. It's that often-lost "personal" touch that makes a difference with my money, and it's a bonus when BOTH are considered. Meyer Heating & Air provides a wonderful service, but there's also no doubt in my mind that they have a genuine passion for walking away knowing that they've helped somebody as well. This is a dying custom... but not here!
