Can't say enough good things about Roger's. Have used for several jobs, with the last being a full replacement of HVAC system. They wre able to schedule sooner, which was great! But even better was the fact that their bid came in almost $3,000 under the other company we had do a bid... and that included more efficient equipment! If you need HVAC work, look no further.

When we moved into our 1st house we had Roger's install a new furnace and AC system. They did all the maintenance on that system over the years. We always got friendly professional service. That was over 20 years ago. We recently moved into a townhouse and had a new furnace, AC, hot water heater and water softener system installed. We got the same professional service as we always do. When we received the bill there was no surprises it was exactly what they quoted us. We never considered going any where else. They sell high quality products and give excellent service.

We had discussed and ordered the new systems with Chris 3 weeks before the install. On the Saturday night before we were to get our new systems, our AC gasped its last breath. We had to wait only 1 day before we were cool again! Perfect timing since our temps had been in the 90s. Michael, Mason and Chandler installed our new AC and heating system. They were very professional, on time and cleaned up and took all the old parts away. Michael explained and helped set up the new thermostat. I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.

I have used Rogers several time for both personal and business needs. They consistently do a great job. Recently they happily came out on a weekend to repair a leaky pipe for me. Rogers has been around since the early eighties, and as best I can tell they’ve been doing fantastic work the entire time! Highly recommend for both plumbing and HVAC

Job was done in about 2 hours. Too early to give a full assessment because time will tell if the leak is fixed because it was a very slow leak. So far so good but longevity will be the thing to look for. Nice people to converse & interact with. Ask me in 6 months if I'm home free!

After a horrible experience with our American Homeshield and their contractor A & J Sales and Service, Roger's came through for us. Chris evaluated our system and did not try to over sale us on something we didn't need but guided us through the options and what it would take to get our system going. We received the estimate sooner than promised and when we made our decision at 10pm that night Chris responded to us with in 10 minutes and he had his team at our home the next morning. The showed so much respect for our home during the entire process. The wood floor and carpets were protected with runners, the door to the utility room was carefully removed and shelves were moved and put back when the job was done. I contacted Chris on Saturday after the unit was completed on Friday with a concern I had with the humidity level in our home. His technician, Michael, contacted me within the hour to troubleshoot our problem. Michael returned to our home to find that there was a small hole in the wall behind the thermostat that was reading humidity from the adjacent bathroom and air return duct. Michael patched the hole, reprogramed our thermostat to tweak the system for our home, and had the system running perfectly very quickly. Michael was so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He spent over an hour with me making sure I knew how to operate the system. We have lived in our home 13 years and it has never been this comfortable. I really can't say enough of what a great company Roger's was to work with and how quickly they took care of the problem.

I decided we needed a water softener and called Roger's Plumbing and Heating to set up an appointment. The installer arrived right at the time requested, laid down tarps to prevent tracking and a mess, promptly completed the install, and gave thorough instructions on operations and care. Very professional service from start to finish and the invoice total was less than price quoted. Excellent experience and totally satisfied with the new soft water experience.

Our air conditioning went out this past summer so I called and received 6 different estimates on new AC/furnace systems. Roger’s Heating was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. We ended up choosing Roger’s because of the quality product but more so because of the fantastic customer service we received throughout the entire process. The customer service we received from Josh was second to none. Josh was product knowledgeable, patient and empathetic with our lack of AC during a 100 degree stretch of weather. Now that we have had the entire AC/Furnace replaced, I can say I would highly recommend Roger’s Heating and Plumbing!

We were extremely impressed with Roger's. Previously we had been told we needed a new a/c. Chris came out to quote us a price for a new unit and said he didn't feel right trying to sell us a new unit when he didn't think we needed one. He sent out tech Mike the very next day to come diagnose the problem. He was very thorough fixed the one small part that needed fixing. We were quoted a price for the service call and diagnostic, however when we got the invoice it was $100 less! Chris also took the time to call and check in and let us know he called to check on the warranty of our unit for us as well. We highly recommend Rogers and will be telling our family and friends!

After getting news from a different company (Air Serv) that I would have about $2,000 of repairs on my furnace or about $5,000 for a new one I decided to get a second opinion. I called Roger's and my technician (Nolan) checked over every aspect of our furnace. While the competitor wanted to charge me thousands of dollars, my technician informed me that it was simply due to a dirty filter. I had replaced the filter a little less than a month ago, but it accumulated a higher degree of dust and hair due to the high number of dogs my wife and I foster. I highly recommend Roger's and was more than impressed with the thorough diagnostic tests that Nolan not only performed, but thoroughly explained to me. Great service! Wasn’t expecting $284 dollar bill to replace an igniter for furnace... wowser, guy was there for 30 minutes and and igniter cost $50 bucks so do the math, I won’t get price gouged again by Rogers’s plumbing recommend calling anyone else

We thought there was something wrong with our heating unit. We shut it down and called them to check it. They were there within 1 and 1/ 2 hour, they checked it over. They called and told us what they found so there were no surprises. It worked great when we got home and have had no problems since. Rescue Repair should be one of your listings. We had a water leak and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Tyler was at our place as soon as he could be, investigated the situation and soon solved the problem. He was quick and cleaned up the small mess that came with the fix. CALL ROGER'S . . . Highly recommmend! Saw Rogers ad on the morning news . I had been using another provider and they said they “fixed my issue” with the first air conditioner fan in the spring of 2018. Then had another issue with the same air conditioner fan. I called Rogers and they fixed it and were honest. Then the second air conditioner unit finally went out in the 100 degree heat week. I called the original service provider to fix it and they couldn’t come out for at least a week. So I reached out to Roger’s again. Josh came out the very next morning and gave us plenty of options for a new air conditioner and furnace should I want to replace both as they were 30 years old, however he said I could have kept using my original furnace. I ended up replacing both the furnace and air conditioner with a new one. (Incidentally, my original 2 furnaces were Carrier and 2 airconditioners were Trane.). Josh was open and honest, prompt and courteous and professional. He also called just to check in and make sure things were good. He looked at the first furnace and air conditioner and said that they were getting aged but that I could still try to use them if I wanted. He told me the pros and cons of each along with showing me how the new ones would save monies and the amounts. They wore shoe covers when they had to go into the house. They even filled out the rebate paperwork for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. They also had a nice gift for us after all of the work. You can tell they are a hard working family business and have a great product and even better service. They deserve an opportunity and your business.
