Been using them for years for maintenance with zero complaints, but they really came to our rescue when our AC finally went out during a heat advisory! Replaced our unit super fast for reasonable expense and answered every single question we had along the way. Definitely recommend!

Professional and knowledgeable! One time they did service and was friendly with my kids in the house. They cleaned ducts and vents did so well! When heat or cooling goes out Kacie is willing to walk through a trouble shoot before she sends out her crew at no extra charge! I’d recommend!!! Trust worthy company!

I left a message at almost 9pm last night after our AC went out. At 7:15am I got a call saying I was the fourth person for the days calls. By 9:20am the capacitor was replaced and my AC was up and running. I appreciate the fast and friendly service along with not being pressured to replace our 28year old system when a simple fix was able to get it running.

I was selling my house and upon an inspection my furnace and A/C unit were needing to be replaced ASAP. I had called a couple different outfits and they were quoting me $10,000+. This was quite the sticker shock. Then I reached out to some good people for recommendations and that steered in the direction of One Hour Heating and A/C. I'm so very glad that I reached out. KC and the guys made the entire process easier on me! Not only were they friendly and honest but they saved me quite a bit of money too! On top of that they had everything installed and working before my closing date. I will forever recommend them to everyone for their heating and cooling need! You are amazing, keep up the great work!

We found our go to HVAC Company here in Sioux Falls! Our AC stopped running and I called Friday night to have someone come out on the weekend to check it out. Response time was phenomenal, they were able to look at and fix our AC the next day Saturday around 9 A.M. The guy that fixed our AC was very professional, knowledgeable, and educated us on what was wrong with the unit and provided tips. We couldn't be any happier!! Would recommend them to anyone! They are very honest and have fair pricing! We will be customers for our entire stay here in Sioux Falls.

Amazing customer service and a very knowledgeable & hard working staff! First off- my call was answered immediately and the lady that took my call was very knowledgeable & kind. The employee that came out to look at my air conditioner was VERY thorough! I appreciate him looking at the entire unit and not just the area that needed he fixed. By doing this he was able to tell us that within the next couple of years we will probably need to purchase a new unit (ours is very old). I thought that was really wonderful because now we can plan ahead and save up for when the time comes! I can't imagine how busy they are this time of year so I was very impressed when the lady on the phone was able to give me a TWO hour window of time instead of 6-8 like I've experienced elsewhere! I'll recommend them every time to family and friends because of their great service (on the phone and in person), honesty, & timely service.

These guys did an amazing job. They came out 2 hours after I called them to schedule an appointment. They were actually couple hours early from what I wanted. Came diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. Had no issues and Jaimie is a super level headed guy and very easy to work with.. super happy I went with these guys. Definitely recommended!!!

Other companies that I called said a week wait for them to come out. I called One Hour, said they would be here after 1pm, they were here before noon! Very fast and reasonable priced. Will definitely use again!

First, the receptionist (sorry I forgot your name!) was amazing. Everywhere was 2+ weeks out on a Service call, she said she could try to squeeze me in within 48hrs, and nailed that time frame perfectly. She even followed up to make sure I was home and ready for her to send someone earlier than expected. Then the service guy shows up, Nate. Exceptional. Just starting with a good handshake and a "Hey great to meet you" sometimes gets lost in this day and age, so the fact that's how it started set a good bar in my mind. Was a quick capacitor change, Nate was in and out in about 10 minutes, which was amazing. Super friendly and personable throughout the entire encounter, even sharing knowledge with how AC units work. Overall, ecstatic on the immediate time-frame that the other people on google couldn't meet, and every aspect of their service was completely above and beyond expectations. As nice as it would be to never have to see or hear from you guys again, solely because it means something wrong, your level of service have moved you to the top of my list to call if anything with my HVAC arises in the future. THANK YOU all for being amazing!

Returned from vacation and found the next day that the heat was blowing cold. Not only did the tech come out on Sunday, he then returned early Monday to replace a motor and get the heat working. A few days later found we had a 2nd undiscovered issue with the flame sensor. He was out almost immediately and replaced it promptly. I was very impressed at not only the prompt service but the commitment to get the job done. No doubt that of we have any issues with heating or AC we won't hesitate to call them. Great Job!

Kasey the receptionist was an extremely nice. She recommended several options to try and fix the problem before a tech was sent out. James came out, diagnosed the problem and was out the door within an hour. He was extremely friendly and even dealt with our hyper active Corgi! I'd highly recommend these guys to any of my friends or family.

I woke up this morning and my house was only 50 degrees. I was stressed because I knew that I would have to go to work and my family would be stuck until the weekend was over without heat. On a whim while at work, I gave a call to One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Not only did they answer right away, within minutes I knew I was going to have a great experience. On weekends and after hours, it it usually quite expensive to get taken care of. I was blown away when I was consulted over the phone on how I could possible fix it myself so that my family didn't freeze. They even offered to walk me through the whole repair process if I needed it. On top of it, they said that if I was unable to get it going myself, the would be over Immediately. 5 star service!

I called 1Hour recently, was in a rush so didn't leave message. Got a call back within 5 minutes. It was right after 8pm so it would have been after hours service call. I just needed one part and didn't want to pay for service call and labor. The guy directed me to a local business for part that I can get next day they open. Very helpful! I appreciated that very much. Definitely recommend!

Called on a Sunday thinking I'd have to leave a message to get a return call Monday....Noop they came right out and found the problem. Next morning they showed up and and was back in business before lunch, and reasonably priced. Over the top service, I'd highly recommend them.
