Good quality service and they made it out the day I called just an hour later and diagnosed/repaired my AC unit. It was a thermostat issues and they replaced it immediately. While he was out here I also had him service the AC and added refrigerant/coolant. Loved service enough to subscribe to their program. Have to say it was good quality service I will use them for heating/cooling/ and plumbing now(they partner with other companies in town for plumbing) recommend and the tech was friendly felt comfortable having him in the house.

We had an Indoor Air Quality system installed over 8 months ago. The service was great, and I've been very happy with the differences in my home. You can no longer even tell which room our dog spends time in while we're at work! I'm excited to see how the humidifier we're having installed tomorrow improves our indoor environment even further :)

Our furnace stopped working and everyone involved in getting us a new furnace was amazing. They were always on time even though we were having winter storms and they worked with us every step of the way. A friend recommended Aire Serv based on their own past positive experience. I couldn’t be happier that I followed their advice. Aire Serv repaired my furnace just ahead of another wave of cold and snow. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. The techs finished the repair earlier than I anticipated and walked me through the process while answering every question I had. Aire Serv delivered for me and left me impressed with their entire company.

We highly recommend AirServ! Our 29 year old A/C unit went out in 100° weather on the weekend. Kyle came right out to inspect and describe the issue. Once we decided it was time for a replacement, they were able to send Brad, the salesman, over that same day to give us a tutorial on the options we had. As we would have to wait for the new AC to be installed, Kyle made sure to set us up with portable AC units to keep us cool (especially important to us with young kids at home; one being a newborn) until we could get the install complete a week later. Brad did a phenomenal job continually following up with us and keeping us in the loop on our expected timeline for replacement. The day of the install was so smooth…Kyle and Kamren were pros! And Brad made a stop to check in on everything. We felt so well taken care of from the phone calls to the office with Joy, to the service techs and to the salesman. And we never once felt that we were just any ole customer to them. Everyone also made sure to wear their shoe covers anytime they entered the house, which is so important to me. ;) Very respectful company!

He was open and polite with us and we were very impressed. He was able to get our furnace working again and with South Dakota winters, that's a necessity. Especially with 3 kids in the house. We had to replace an outdated and failing heating system while the temps were below zero. We were not given the typical sales pressure by Ian, just fair options and treated respectfully. Jay and Jeff who installed the new system were efficient, careful to explain the changes that needed to be made, and clearly are well-established professionals in their trade. Woke up this morning to a chilly 58* house despite the furnace being set at 68. Called Aireserv at 8am and they had Peyton R. at the house by 830am. Peyton did a fantastic job explaining what he found to be the culprit in why the furnace was not operating as it is intended. Additionally, Peyton did a thorough inspection of the entire unit. I was super impressed with the service, communication, and expertise that Peyton provided. Highly recommend Aireserv and Peyton.

Even after finding the problem, still tested everything else on the whole system and tightened up a slight rattle in the blower motor. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Tyler and Luke installed our furnace today , they were both so professional and knowledgeable and did the installation in a timely manner! After they were done Tyler explain how to use our new thermostat and walk me true what they did and how everything operates! They also made sure everything was cleaned and picked up after they were done! As a military veteran myself I was happy to see that most of the guys they sent were veterans and active service guys so that made me feel "at ease" Even the music they had while on hold during a phone call was hilarious. Our service started with a diagnostic by Darien about an hour after I noticed blower wasn’t working. Very pleased with how fast he was available during very cold weather. Darien presented options for repair/replacement and patiently worked with us (after normal business hours) to ensure we had plan. I appreciated the call I received the following morning to alert me crew was on the way. Tyler and Luke did a great job installing our new furnace. They were courteous and kept me well informed. Very impressed by extra efforts they made to minimize tracking (recent snowfall) and to clean up area after install. Luke and Tyler answered questions and provided a tour of the new system. The install went very smoothly and was completed in less time than estimated. My kids were thrilled to come home to a warm house. Our heat pump went out and it was either pay $4k for repairs or $8k for a new system. They didn't pressure us either way but we thought it best to do a replacement. Brad Plaga came out and explained everything in detail so we could make the best informed decision on a new unit. They couldn't get to it for about a week so he came back with two portable AC units for our bedroom and the wife's office. Then on install day Kyle Neuschwanger showed up to install the new unit. He was professional and quiet, I work from home and forgot he was here unless he asked a question or I heard him go outside. I will always recommend Airserv and won't hesitate to call them in the future. AAA+++!

Update for service on June 21. Ben visited my home during the heat advisory on time. My AC unit was still functioning correctly, and he discovered I had an airflow problem. Our furnace was not installed correctly prior to us moving into the home. Our furnace kept going down in -30 windshield in an old house, and they came out to find out what the problem was. Darien caught that due to it being wrongly placed the furnace it was leaking CO into the house. Ian stayed late that night explain cost very in depth so no hidden surprises. They made a frustrating moment better by being friendly, flexible, and quick. They even gave us space heaters for the night since we couldn't use furnace. Very next morning Tyler and Luke put in the new system and showed us how to use it. Very professional, very quick, and thorough. Super grateful this winter!

They kept me informed as to what they were doing / what the plan was and worked wonders with the limited space they had within my house. I know it wasn't an easy installation by any means. Ian did a fantastic job explaining exactly what I was purchasing and what the plan was for installation. I was able to email him with a few extra questions and got a quick response. He even helped got things coordinated with Mr. Electric to replace my power panel. Not having to coordinate getting an electrician on site myself was a massive time saver. I ran my new furnace over the weekend and my house was the most comfortable it has been in my time living here (and that was even without the UV air cleaner running yet!). Our A/C decided to die, after 22 years of service, on the hottest day in August in lord know how many years. Well, it was beyond repair, so a new system was needed. Decided to replace both the A/C and 22 year old furnace. A shout out to all involved; Peyton R, Ian S, Kyle N, Kamren M, Cedrick H for all they did during the replacement process. Bravo! We recently had AireServe repair our furnace but then did not have full function of our thermostat. They sent out Jared to check in out and he was AMAZING. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fast at getting the problem resolved. After he fixed it he even insisted on doing the thermostat settings in each zone for me. Aire Serve is always on time. You get a text reminder the day before and also one when the tech is on the way out. So amazing and companies should learn from this service. If you have to have a furnace replaced, I absolutely 100% positively recommend Aire Serv of Sioux Fall. Folks I have to tell you, I work with contractors all of the time, and not all contractors are honest and or responsive. (almost none in my experience) Air Serv is the exception. I was having a problem with my furnace turning on and off, on one of the first cold days of the year. I called on a Sunday, and they scheduled an Engineer to come out the proceeding Monday morning. Tessa the tech did a quick diagnosis of the furnace...turned the furnace off, and immediately and told me not to turn the furnace back on. She told me that I had a fire in my furnace. ( I know you are supposed to have fire in a furnace but this was the bad kind). There was soot all over inside the furnace, I am certainly glad that we didn't have to wait for someone to come out and diagnosis. Tessa told me that Ian from there sales department would reach out the same day. Ian came out to my house at 6 pm that evening and we made our choices, Ian recommended one of the best filters and UV light system on the market to clean the air going into the furnace, one of the best choices I could have ever made! My son has Asthma and is allergic to cats, my daughter had cats in the house and he was always experiencing issues... she has since moved out, but we still had a problem with cat dander in the house. I am glad to say since we put the filter/UV combination in the house he has not had a reaction since. The system has been in the house for 2 months. It made a difference the first day. Unbelievable I know, but absolutely true! We did have Air Serv clean the Air Ducts also since we where replacing the furnace, I fully recommend doing this. The guys where great and quick, I have a 3000 sq. ft. house and they finished in the less than a day. The furnace was installed in less than a day. We had to wait only 3 days for Air Serv to come and install the whole system. I would like to give a shout out to Alan, Tessa, Ian, Jeff, Don and the whole team at Air Serv Sioux falls. Send an email for an updated quote at 8pm and by 815pm had a reply! After hours was a surprise to me. Was at the house the next day looking over the project taking video for the installation guys and scheduled for Monday install. Time of quote to installation was about 48 hours. Quote came in on a Thursday morning and installation completed Monday afternoon. Received a morning courtesy call from dispatch they were in route and arrived 15 min later. I read the Google reviews before selecting Airserv. Most of the review comments were about high prices. I chose Airserv anyway and here is why. I had two companies come out to give an estimate on duct cleaning. Their price was $300 less. One of the companies told me they couldn't access one of the main duct lines, and I would have to hire a contractor to cut a hole in my basement ceiling, and come back and patch the sheetrock after they were done. The other company told me I didn't even need to clean that duct line out, despite the fact that I told him I have severe asthma and I haven't been able to breathe right in my new home. Neither one of the companies could figure out exactly how the duct work was connected. I hired Airserv. Two gentlemen came out. The duct work is a little out of the norm, but the technician figured it out before I even had a chance to pull out my blueprints. They were able to access all lines because they knew how to find them and they have proper equipment. They cleaned the vents, and my asthma has been under control since. But it doesn't stop there. The technicians checked everything. They told me my water heater and heating system were connected to the same line, and it's not safe. I'm just a single mom, so I'm thinking in the back of my head, "Okay are they just trying to gouge me like the reviews said?" I hired a home inspector, for goodness sakes. Wouldn't he have caught that." Well the safety of my kids is important so I hired them to fix it. In the meantime, I talked to someone from the City about getting it inspected and told him what was wrong and he said, "that's a big no no." I also talked to a guy with mid American energy because he was locating the gas line, so another company could install underground cable. I told him I hired an inspector, but they didn't say anything was wrong with my HVAC and asked him to check my gas connection over to make sure it was safe. Word for word he said "That's a no no." At this point I'm pretty confident there was no price gouging, they were genuinely looking out for my safety. Today Kyle fixed the "no no" issue, which I think is industry lingo for someone really messed up. He showed me the work, told me where he made the connections and why he did it that way. He checked for signs of corrosion from the spot that was formerly PVC on metal. In the long run, had I not selected these guys, my home would be unsafe, and I either would have had dust sitting in one of the main ducts aggravating my asthma, or I would have spent more to hire a separate contractor to open up my ceiling and then come back and repair it. I confidently disagree on any claims that they charge too much. You get what you pay for and experienced technicians are very much worth it.

We hired AireServe as a second opinion after having a not great experience with another business. I have been using Aire Serv for 5 to 6 years now. Al, the owner, repaired our A/C after hours one hot summer evening and went out of his way to get it working. Their service has always been outstanding. This year our furnace was diagnosed by Dane Miller, and he found high levels of CO from a cracked heat exchanger. The next day we met with Ian Strum, and he explained our options. Ian was very good about answering our questions, and I did not feel pressured into purchasing a system I could not afford. We met with Ian several times throughout the process, and he was very flexible with setting appointments that worked with our schedule. Our heating/cooling system was installed by Kyle Neuschwanger. I can tell that Kyle takes ownership in the work he performs. The install looks very professional, and Kyle installed the furnace and A/C in 2 days. The electrician was Rick Rackow. Rick performed a safety check and found a bad connection in our main electrical panel. Rick took care of the connection and made it safe. I can tell that our new heating system works so much better than the previous one. The temperature in our house is more consistent, and the new system is quiet compared to the old one. All this improvement and we are using less energy. NICE. I have been very pleased with the service and professionalism of Aire Serv. I would recommend them to anyone.

So we called Aire Serv and they told us, that next Wednesday would of been the soonest they were able to come out but they will also put us on a Emergency wait list just in case something opens up and they get out there sooner. Typical situation where the AC quits working on the weekend and the house is already 81 degrees. Called Aire Serv at 0651 AM on a Sunday - and a representative answered the phone. (The company that installed the system just 2 years ago, did not have weekend service coverage). The representative clearly explained the charges and provided the name of the technician that would call me back. Merrill called and scheduled a time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained the problem and explained how and what would potentially be needed to correct the issue. He gave me options on how to proceed. I was introduced to Aire Serv when I was having air conditioning air flow in my house and it was not working efficiently. It was very hot. I emailed them at 3 am in the morning. Brad contacted me in the morning to schedule Tessa Jensen , technician to come out and check the air conditioner unit. I was thinking that they were not going to call me right away. She states it wasn’t good at all. It would cost me more to fix over 20 year old unit. They had Ian Strum to come out to talk about my options on a new air conditioning unit and furnace with humidifier feature as well due to both units are more than 20 yrs old. Jeff Iverson and Jared Iverson, installers came in and started the next day. I was surprised that they did quickly so my family wouldn’t have to suffer through the hot days. We had central air that same day. They came back and call us beforehand to be sure we are going to be home. They scheduled someone to clean my air ducts and Rick Rackow, electrician make sure that everything was working properly. Kyle made sure to keep us informed when the all was done. Ian came back to do a follow up and assist me to have the date and time set on my new thermostat to the correct and showed me what is needed to keep my new furnace running. They always call around the time that they are scheduled to confirm that you are available to meet with them. They have done outstanding job. We are going to enjoy our new system. Winter is around the corner.

Been a good experience over the past few years as I have had a service plan with them since I believe 2017. I had my fall service done and they recommended full replacement this year due to the heat exchanger showing signs of wear and an undetermined life expectancy. Keep in mind the unit is also 19 years old. I was told up front that they are one of the more expensive in the area. I got a quote from another reputable company in town and they came in significantly lower for the replacement cost so I opted to go with the other company. I will say though that I never had a bad experience, just decided to do what was best financially for our situation.

The technician and receptionist were both friendly and professional and came the same day. I spent $500 replacing a couple parts the technician showed me. He said he would email me more information on repairs or maintenance my AC may need. I never got the follow-up email. Several days later the AC wasn't keeping up. They are however very good at following up on payment as its due at service and I wasn't home when he completed. I received multiple voice mails and calls to get paid that day. For a repeat customer I'd expect an invoice in the mail since I couldn't stay while the technician finished. They also left an annoying advertising yard sign without asking me first.

I appreciate the 24/7 service you provide. My A/C went out on a very hot day and I needed someone to come on a Sunday. I called Aire Serv at 8:45am, had someone on-call call me back at 10:45am notifying me that there was one person a head of me. Received another call at 11:25am saying they would arrive in 15 minutes. Tristan arrived promptly and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. In no time he was able to pinpoint the problem part. My experience with Aire Serv has been great. We recently had the blower motor go out in our 18 year old furnace. Dane Miller was the tech that came out to look at the furnace. He knew right away what was wrong with the furnace and gave us an estimate on fixing it. We decided that we did not want to put money into a furnace as old as ours, so we made the decision to have a new furnace and AC unit installed. Not something anyone wants to do but Ian Strum made the whole process easy and stress free. He met with us the next day and explained what all happens when a new unit gets put in. He was very knowledgeable about the different units they offer and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. Tristan Weber and Don Jeitz did the install of our unit and the duct cleaning. They were professional and friendly. They got the new unit installed quickly and had Rick Rackow come and do the electrical work. The electrical work was done very quickly and he even did a home safety check which was much appreciated. He recommended that we replace our old smoke detectors and let us know how to do it ourselves. Once the new unit was up and running we did have some noise with the ducts. Ian worked with the installation team and got the problem resolved right away. Our new unit works beautifully and we are so happy we decided to have Aire Serv do the job for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My furnace went out over night and when we woke up it was 42* in my house. I called around 10 To get a tech out and Zach showed up around 1030/11. Worked quickly to figure out the problem and found out we needed a whole new unit. Ian came in to talk about costs of a new unit and financing options. I had Aire Serv do a preseason checkover of our heating system. Service Technician (Jared Iverson) arrived on time the day of appointment. I was pleasantly surprised on how thorough he was. All aspects of the furnace operation were checked and found to be in proper operation and performing at prescribed factory standards. When finished, this 10 yr old Heil furnace needed no parts replaced. This too, was a nice surprise. My thanks to Jared for doing a great job and explaining things as he went through the preseason checks.

Had a leaky drain on the blower by the furnace and AC in the basement. Needed a replacement on both. Called Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire and received a prompt, professional answer. Ian came to the house and took his measurements and surveys. Instead of trying to upsell, he informed us that our AC was too small and our furnace was too large. He was honest and up front, advised us to take the middle-of-the-road package for our home size. Didn't try to sell us on some fancy platinum package. I received a phone call every time they had an open tech before the installation appointment just verifying that our AC was working because they could dispatch an open tech if needed. Techs were prompt to the appointment. They were very clean, professional and did a great job. 5/5, would use Aire Serve of the Sioux Empire again.

The service was replacing several Ground Fault plug-ins and moving a AC and Cable wires from an inside wall to the outside wall which was enclosed as a screen porch. The wall was approximately a full foot width, and 2x4 ‘s, to go through, creating a major project. This was accomplished and checked out to ensure everything was working. The Air Conditioner wasn't working so we called the landlord. He called Aire Serv. Now, being a retired Police Officer and a veteran suffering from PTSD I am reluctant to whomever I let in my home. The Technician (Jess Jensen), arrived within just a couple of hours of calling. Her appearance was professional and her attitude and mannerisms put me at ease right away. She put on her booties and got right to work. She found out what the problem was within 10 minutes.! She told me what the problem was and got to fixing the problem. It was all done within an 1hr. Jess also took her time to give me tips for how to keep the house cooler in the summer, for example closing certain vents and closing the blinds of West facing windows in the heat. After a few more minutes of talk she left. Excellent experience! But here's the kicker, later that evening I was talking to my brother on the phone and we got to talking about the service. He said" was it a lady who looks...…? " and described Jess to a T. Come to find out that Aire Serv had done extensive work on my brothers house this last winter when he was having condensation build up under his roof. When he called Aire Serv they sent the whole Marine crew, 5 trucks! .My brother also told me of one of the Technicians who actually climbed up on the roof in cold winter to cut a hole in roof to install the vent with no problem. M.E.K. and J.G.K Ian, the home comfort design Specialist, spent three hours with us as we decided what type of Air Conditioning and heating unit to purchase. He was very patient and went through the different options which were available. Ian did not pressure us in any way. He answered all of our questions in full. The only thing we wish he would of discussed with us is the air filters. This took us by surprise! When it was time to install the new system, Jeff and Josh did an outstanding job. They were able to take out the old air conditioner and heater and replace it within five hours. They were both thorough and detail oriented. Jeff and Josh answered questions on how to change a filter and helped explain the different options of the thermostat. Mr. Electric Man also did a wonderful job with the electrical work. We hired air serv to install a mini-split system in our house as our primary HVAC system for heating and cooling in late 2017. Ian spent hours with us over the course of several days researching and answering questions for us so that we could make an informed decision. When the technicians installed it, they were very helpful by explaining everything and showing us how to properly maintain the system. A year later I called to have the units inspected, the technicians that arrived were unfamiliar with our service history and this type of unit. After some fumbling with the plastic housing, informed me that they needed to be cleaned. After being told that this was not something I would be able to do myself, I watched them spray some cleaner on the units. That's it. I googled the two products they used and found them both on amazon for roughly $30 for the pair. The bill for the work they did.....$367. Dissatisfied, I left some negative feedback regarding the whole experience. Ian promptly contacted me and explained that the lead technician was newly hired and there was some confusion on their part as to what to charge us for. Air Serv voluntarily refunded the entire service fee! Ian also explained that the work they did is absolutely something we can do ourselves and explained that the cost of the cleaning service we received is normally significantly lower. I am impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen and technicians sometimes make the wrong decisions when on a call, but the company as a whole has never let us down. We will continue to be Aire Serv customers for all our heating and cooling needs.

He found critical a/c needs and Bc of those issues he checked furnace for related connectivity needs and determined furnace needed repairs too. My wife and I first became acquainted with Aire Serv in March 2010 at the Home Show here in Sioux Falls. We had just moved into Sioux Falls and signed up for a plan to have our AC checked later in the spring and the the furnace in the fall. When they checked the furnace everything was working well. The furnace had a life of 15 to 20 years but had been in the home for 24 - long before we bought the home. In January, the furnace quit during the night. We called early that next morning and Al Hallstrom came to look at our furnace. Despite working on it for quite some time and trying different options, the best that could be done was a temporary fix until Al could install a new furnace the next day. Al explained why the furnace needed replacing, which didn't surprise us, and the options we had for furnaces. Al gave us a recommendation and some time to decide while he finished up some preliminary work that day. Al returned the next day with the furnace we selected and installed it well before the time estimated. The cost for the furnace and his installation time was VERY fair and at the last minute we asked about having a new programmable thermostat installed. He had one on hand and it was exactly what we wanted. So, he installed it too. Later that year (2011), we had a problem with the air conditioner late on a hot, muggy night with family staying at the house. Again, we called Aire Serv the next morning and Jeremy came. The problem was fixed VERY quickly and again the cost was VERY reasonable. We've had nothing but good luck with Al Hallstrom and the staff at Aire Serv. Whenever we have a problem, we call them first. If they can't fix the problem, they tell us they can't and offer advice on our next steps.

Came home Sunday 1/26/20 after being gone for a couple days to a cold house and a furnace out of commission. Called Aireserv and they had a tech out within 45 minutes. I have 2 furnaces in my split level home, one furnace kept losing pilot light ignition,so called Air Serve to come look at furnace,needed cleaning so while they were here I asked them to cleaned and inspect other furnace as they were 46 years old. I am so thankful to Zach Hallstrom for finding that my other furnace was leaking serious amounts of carbon monoxide into the house, so he called in Ian Strum to visit with me about new furnaces and central air unit as they would work more efficiently as all new units ,which I understood as my central air unit was repaired previous year and was told it wouldn't last much longer so we made a package deal with 2 furnaces and central air unit. To my surprise with temps in subzero's I didnt expect them to get me done right away. May I say this all started on a Monday, by Wednesday at 330p.m I had 2 new furnaces up and running and they came back and installed central air on Thursday (wow) I was impressed by there devotion and dedication to keep a customer SAFE and warm in such extreme conditions Kyle Neuschwanger and Jared Iverson did all the install ,I cant say enough about the thorough job installing furnaces, the ability to answer my sons and my questions and I believe they left my basement furnace area cleaner than they found it and Rick Rackow did an amazing job with all new wiring all the way to thermostats in upper and lower levels. Oh yah I almost forgot to mention Kathryn the receptionist that answered the call and got me started in this whole process she even called everyday and let me know when technicians were on they're way ,what great customer service . I think they will have my future business whether in this home or the next.

Most places were closed so I looked companies up online and after reading many reviews calles Aire Serv. That came and got my unit working within an hour of my call. As a disabled veteran who is inside a lot having working AC is important. I am extremely happy with our local Aire Serv and would happily refer them to friends.

Very disappointed. They said they would show up between 10 and noon, which isn't uncommon for that kind of time frame. I got a call at 11:30 saying the tech was on the way. 45 minutes later I called back and asked where the tech was. The person who answered said "he's on the way, ok". After another 45 minuted he showed up. I told him that I thought the dryer duct had separated, he looked at the duct inlet and exhaust, and then stood around for 15 minutes. He went to get his ipad and came back with an estimate for over $600 to fix it, saying "I am going to have to cut your basement ceiling out and patch it with vent covers". I told him we would think about it and then he handed me a bill for $95 saying it was an assessment charge. He should have handed me a check for $95 for wasting half my day. I will never call Aire Serv again. Update: I received a call from the owners. They were very apologetic for the time taken to get someone there and even refunded the $95 for the inconvenience. I appreciate the pride in ownership that they showed to call and ask what it would take to make it right. For that I will upgrade to 3 stars.

I had air serv to my house on 2 seperate occasions, The first was when a sensor which activates the pilot light started acting up, turns out that it was simply a port on the bottom of the draft inducer housing had plugged with some debris, Jeff K recommended that I add an elbow on the pipe coming out of the roof to prevent it from happening in the future, even pulled up what I needed to buy on a website to make sure I understood what needed to be added, no issues since that visit with our furnace. The second time I had Jeff out it was to replace a section of copper pipe that feeds my sprinkler system, I walked him around to where the pipe was located and he went to work on it, I'm glad that I got to see him repair it because it was literally so fast that if I had simply walked back to the front of the house I would've missed the display of a true craftsman at work. This company knows their stuff and they are a working class company, meaning they're not out to empty your wallet, they are out to get your stuff fixed right the first time, and back it with service after the repair because as we all know, "they just dont make stuff like they used to" it's nice to see a company that still runs "like they used to" Thanks for your help on my place Jeff and co.! My overall opinion with this compay is great, they do not have the highest price and they dont have the lowest, but they are very fair. They give you the correct number right off the bat and dont jack you around. I called 5-10 other companies and they were lower priced to start with and as you were getting closer to getting our business the price kept going up. HI MY NAME IS KERRY WENDT. I RECENTLY MOVED TO SIOUX FALLS, SD IN AUGUST,BOUGHT A MOBILE HOME. I HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL UPDATES AND REPAIRS . IHAVE 3 CATS AND I HAVE HAD MANY BAD EXPERENCES WITH CONTRACTORS WHO WERE CARELESS WITH MY CATS,CAUSING MY CATS TO BE TRAPPED BENEATH FLOORS, OR DOORS LEFT OPEN ALLOWING CATS TO GET OUT. THIS JANUARY, ON ONE OF COLDEST NIGHTS, MY FURNACE DIED. ISTARTED CALLING HEATING COMPANYS, NONE WOULD CALL ME BACK, EVEN WHEN ADVERTISE 24 HR SERVICE OR EMERGANCIES. THEN I CALLED AIRE SERV AND THEY SENT OUT A SPECALIST. HE ARRIVED AND ANALIZED THE SITUATION,BROUGHT HEATERS TO KEEP US WARM AND KEEP THE PIPES FROM FREEZING, UNTIL REPAIRS COULD BE MADE. AIRE SERV SPECIALIST CALLED THEIR COMFORT CONSUTANT TO BE AT MY HOME AT 8AM. HE ARRIVED AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION. MY FURNACE WAS 27-30 YRS OLD AND NOT REPAIRABLE, SO I NEEDED ANEW ONE. HE EXPLAINED ALL THE PROS AND CONS AND FINANCING. HE STAYED WITH ME UNTIL ALL POSSIBILITIES WERE EXPLORED. AIRE SERV AND THIER SPECIALISTS WERE ABLE TO INSTALL A NEW FURNACE WITHIN A FEW HOURS. THE SPECIALISTS ARRIVED PROMPLY AND INSTALLED MY NEW FURNACE WITH GREAT CARE EXPERTISE. THEY WERE KIND , CONSIDERATE AND CAREFUL AROUND MY CATS. NO STRESS OR ANXIETY. WE ARE NOW HAPPY, SATISFIED AND WARM. AIRE SERV WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE , RESPONDED PROMPLY, KNOWLEDGABLE AND CARED ABOUT MY COMFORT AND CATS. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND THEM TO BE YOUR 1ST AND ONLY CHOICE.
