From the very beginning we had nothing but great experience. All technicians are very knowledgeable and provide no nonsense professional service. Installation was completed ahead of schedule. I'm writing to express my gratitude to Zen Heating & Cooling guys. When our air conditioner broke down last summer, I chose these people solely on the basis of their positive reviews. They're well-deserved, too. Joe and his team patiently worked with us to figure out how to fix our air conditioning problem. We called them again later when we had a heater problem. We went back to them later when we needed a small air conditioner installed upstairs. In the meantime, I communicated with Joe via email on a regular basis, and he was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. I consider myself a lifelong Zen customer who would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend to anyone Zen Heating & Cooling and their monthly service plan. HVAC systems can run along time if they are properly maintained and having it done twice a year under the monthly plan is really helpful to identify any issues before they get expensive. They took their time to make sure it was done right, and explained everything when I had questions. If you ever need repairs or replacement definitely call them.

Of course my furnace stopped working on one of the few cold days we have had this new year. I was very grateful that this company has emergency Sunday hours because that is when I needed them. The technician was exceptional. He found the problem in less than a minute and fixed it. He also took the time to make sure the rest of the unit was in good shape. I will definitely be using the company in the future for both furnace and AC.
