Prime System just installed a new high efficiency furnace for my house. My old furnace was too old and broke down on the coldest day this winter. Referred by a friend and texted Prime Systems in the evening. Got a reply within 5 minutes and a very nice guy stopped by the next morning to do a free estimate, and offered options all with very good value. Got the new furnace installed 3 days, including Christmas, later. Also included in the package is a new smart thermostat. So responsive, efficient, punctual, and professional. Everything was taken care of meticulously. Final bill is exactly as quoted. No hidden cost at all. They even did things not included in the estimate for free. Highly recommended!!

Prime systems is an amazing company to work with. I had an issue with my furnace/ heat pump and they came out quickly and sorted everything. Explained everything in detail and fixed the issues promptly. Couldn’t recommended them anymore and will continue to use them in the future.

Can't recommend Serghei and Prime Systems highly enough. We had multiple other HVAC outfits look at our system and tell us it could not be repaired & had to be replaced (which would have cost ~15X more money...). Serghei came out and told us he'd first explore repair options, then prepare other estimates if he was unable to track down the replacement parts we'd need. He found the parts in ~10 minutes and we scheduled the repairs immediately. The tech who showed up (Lakiv) was on time, very friendly, professional, and completed all the repairs very quickly and efficiently. He was also super patient and answered a few additional questions we had while he was working. The system is now operating perfectly again & the heat pump now runs as quietly as if it was brand new.

I picked Prime System after looking at 3 estimates. Prime Systems was the best value and I didn't have to wait months for installation. They installed quickly and I have a very efficient AC unit now. After installation I needed a few adjustments and Sergei stopped by and offered suggestions on how to make the system perform better. Totally recommend Prime System and I will call them when my furnace needs replacing.

Excellent job. The crew arrived on time even though they had a long drive and finished the job quickly. He managed to install cooling coil in a tight space inside the closet where the furnace is located. Outdoor heat pump was placed and installed per manufacturer instructions. They insulated and protected all refrigerant piping. A new thermostat was installed and they give me instructions how to use it and program it.

Everyone at Prime Systems is pricelessly dedicated and professional! They installed a Navien NPE-240A2 for us. Serghei and all the other guys were punctual and attentive to the smallest details. They finished the job on time. The TWH and all the accessories work flawlessly. Purchasing a quality top-of-the-line TWH is only 20% to the finish line. If one wants to successfully cross it, then for true peace of mind one needs Prime Systems!
