I recently had Phase Heating & Air Conditioning install a new air conditioner and furnace for me. Overall, I'm pleased because they pointed out some problems with our setup (we needed more return air and didn't have enough duct work) and suggested making those changes. Chris was very knowledgeable when he showed us the options and the best options. Additionally, the installation team appeared to have a high level of expertise. I ought to also give credit to Kyle, a technician at Phase Heating & Air Conditioning, who consistently performs admirably on our maintenance projects. Our 15-year-old system is nothing compared to the new one.

On Spring 23rd in the early evening, we chose to supplant the heater and Ken composed his group to be nearby in the span of an hour and played out the substitution rapidly following that. Called Phase Heating & Air Conditioning this am and within the hour tech was here fixing our A/C. The unit wasn't cooling in our balmy southern weather and found out the capacitor was shot and the unit needed a little more freon. I was extremely impressed with the fast and efficient service as it seems nothing in the south is fast or efficient. Definitely will use Phase Heating & Air Conditioning for future needs.
