Olson installed my gas furnace years ago and have done the annual maintenance since. After replacing a faulty blower fan with the first few months under warrantee (i.e. no added expense to me) there have been no problems. Nice.

After 30 years we needed to replace our furnace and air cleaner - it was an easy choice to stay with Olson Energy G.A.S. who had done our original installation in the 90's. The price was right, the service top notch, the replacement installation was quick (less than half a day) and the guys left our home as clean as the way they found it. Olson Energy came to our rescue when our old heating system quit during very cold December weather. They understood that we were completely without heat and diagnosed the problem and installed a new heating system within days. We were relieved to get it replaced and happy with their work.

Olson energy did a fantastic job they replaced my gas furnace with a new Carrier model 90+ efficient. The ducting needed realignment; professional team did all the modifications. Now I can access the furnace ancillary parts including the condensate pump. The team cleaned up the furnace room and left it cleaner than it was before!

Olson's was very responsive to calls and replies -- highly satisfactory. The actual visit was scheduled 6-8 weeks out, which seemed long. It wasn't a problem, just unexpected. The reason for the wait was that we had heat: they presumably respond immediately to urgent requests. Further, Autumn-Winter is the busy season! -- quite satisfactory. The service person arrived exactly on time and the visit was very quick. They knew their stuff, diagnosed the issue, and requested the office to order the part(s). -- highly satisfactory The office called within the hour to confirm the order -- again highly satisfactory. I will definitely recommend them and will call them again.

Came out very quickly when I had an issue with my AC (within 3 hours). The fix was minimal so we weren't charged a service fee due to the scope of the fix. Really appreciated that level of customer service and approach and gained a lot of trust in the process.

In this cold snap, my thermostat went offline and my furnace was unresponsive. I called Olsen on Monday morning, left a message and got a call back later that afternoon. Since I was with no heat at all, they were able to get someone out to my house on Tuesday morning. Chris checked the furnace itself and quickly saw that the condensate drain was frozen solid so the furnace couldn't pump out the water to cycle correctly. He got his heat gun, thawed everything and my thermostat came back to life as did my heat. Nothing needed actual repair or replacement and I was thrilled to have heat again. Great team at Olsen!

I used Olson to install our furnace 20 years ago. The experience was out standing from estimate to installation. The workmanship and professionalism was the best . That furnace died a few weeks ago so my first call was to Olson. I was concerned, it had been 20 years, would the installers do the same quality work? Worked with Chris and chose and purchased a new Carrier. They were able to schedule an install date just a few days later. The same installer who had done such quality work 20 years ago stepped out of the truck. Huge sigh of relief. The installers Dan and Tom removed the old furnace and installed the new with all the care, attention to detail, and professionalism you could ask for. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was working properly. We couldn't ask for more. We would like to thank the staff and craftsmen for everything.

I did not check "on time" because the service person was delayed by heavy traffic due to the presence of President Biden in the Seattle area. This same service person performed the annual inspection of our furnace last summer. We were extremely pleased then as we were with the required thermostat replacement during this visit.

Started with Olson in 1990, when they delivered the heating oil for the house tank. A couple-three years later they pulled out the oil furnace and installed a new gas furnace. And about 24 years later, that was updated to a newer, more efficiency, and better build gas one.

Olson Energy installed my gas furnace about 4 years ago for what I considered a reasonable price. I recently had them service the furnace which I had noticed was a little noisier than usual. The technician discovered that it needed a new motor, likely due to some dust and debris from a kitchen remodel a couple of years ago. Fortunately it was under warranty so it was done at no extra cost! He also recommended a place for duct cleaning to prevent the place from recurring.

I wrote a negative review in frustration because I was unable to get Olson to address my complaints after the installation. The fan system was horribly loud. They explained that the current 'heat dome' stretched them beyond their normal capacity, they did come out and adjust the fan settings, and the system work well now. It did take them longer than normal, but they were very professional when they were able to come.

Great, quick response for a furnace replacement in a cold February. Chris was the sales contact, Tom and Larry did the installation. Great experience all around. There were some complications with the existing plumbing / ventilation, but Olson came back the day after installation to troubleshoot and make sure everything was up and running. Strong recommendation: Everyone involved was responsive, cheerful, and stood behind the work.

I have to commend Olson Energy. I had an appointment that didn't go well, and they made it right. The technician didn't know how to re-light the pilot light, which wasn't necessarily his fault - it's a very old model of furnace. Still, I paid a minimum service fee for a wasted service. Another company fixed it within 15 minutes. The Olson tech should have admitted he didn't know how to light it. I called up Olson and talked with someone who agreed to refund me the charge. The check arrived within a week.

I have had Olsen Energy service my heat pumps for past 10 years and they have always been reliable and fair on their prices. I also signed up for yearly maintenance contract several years ago that has turned out to be a good program for us since I don't think about the heating and cooling system unless there is a problem but, with yearly maintenance I head off potential problems that could end up costing more than routine maintenance. I highly recommend Olsen Energy for your heating and cooling needs.
