Technician was very prompt with work and completed project way ahead of schedule. Installed the tesla charger and made sure it was 100% working before they left. Definitely would not hesitate to call Norman and his guys if me or my family ever need any sort of service.

Prompt & excellent service. Technician was very professional. Called Nortech to have my Furnace repaired during the cold spell Service technician showed up at the house almost instantaneously. He did the diagnostic and pin pointed the defective parts right away. Our furnace is very old so he had a difficult time searching for a part supplier. Technician has to go and pick up the part 20+ miles away from the house. He made sure the furnace is fixed and got it operational right away.

Technician by the name of Hai is very detailed in explaining what he is doing with our furnace and that gives us reassurance that he can fix it most especially in this cold weather. Nortech has helped me out twice, and I've been happy both times! They are very professional and quick to respond. The first time was when my furnace stopped working altogether. It was the middle of winter and I was afraid that I'd lose all of my heat! Nortech came right out to look at my furnace and were able to get it up and running again within a few hours. The second time that I used them, it was because of an issue with the fan motor. Again, they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it fixed in no time. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I plan on using Nortech for all of my heating service needs from now on.

I live in a large, historic home in Seattle, so when the heat exchanger in my furnace began leaking carbon monoxide into my home, I called a number of businesses to come inspect it. The company, Nortech Heating and Cooling, was one of the ones that I contacted. It was a pleasure to have them at my home because they were kind and respectful of my property. They wanted to know whether it was acceptable to me if they came into my garage and looked at the furnace. Of course, I responded affirmatively. Opening the furnace revealed that there was a crack in the heat exchanger, which they were able to identify very quickly. They quickly repaired the problem and had my heater up and running again in no time. I was quite happy with the results of their efforts.

I want to share my greatly positive experience with Nortech, which has been mainly oriented with David Oh and his team. A little bit of background, my house was in need of an HVAC solution, but was unique as my house is a very long rectangular shape with no access to the rooftop, and even worse the electrical panel is located on the basement with no crawl space surrounded by concrete. Due to the circumstances, David came out 4 times within 3 weeks to reevaluate the most ideal solution, and constantly worked with his team to bring the most ideal solution to our home. For each iteration, David gave new insight on how the placement of the outdoor unit affects the efficiency of the units, and how the piping can be hidden so the aesthetic of the house is unaffected. David also helped to gain insight on the electrical work required by getting help from other experts and explained thoroughly what is being required, as it required drilling decent sized holes across two floors around the concrete wall. Out of other 4 HVAC contractors I have received quotes from, David’s team has been the most genuine and professional in installing the minisplits for the difficult problem I have brought. I strongly recommend this company if you are in need of HVAC solutions for your home.

Our AC died right before the hottest recorded day in Seattle history. I called every HVAC place we could find, and I wasn't able to find anything earlier than 3 weeks out—for the places that called me back at all. Norman at Nortech was able to schedule us for the next day, and extended his hours into the late evening to get our AC fixed and get my family back into our house during this heatwave. Along the way, he answered all of my questions about our system, and walked me through how he diagnosed what went wrong and common AC system problems so that I'd be better equipped in the future if I had a similar problem. Getting the repair was pricey, but less than I would have spent on in a hotel for days or at the ER after electrocuting myself trying to fix the system on my own. Norman's the man.
