I was very pleased with my installation experience for my new Carrier furnace yesterday. The crew that came was on time, friendly, took care to keep the space clean around where they were working, and to avoid damages to my house as they moved the equipment around. Despite the snow and cold temperatures they were able to complete the job in half a day and the system is working great this morning! I appreciated this company’s professionalism in giving a thorough and honest quote for the job, especially noticing a venting problem, that no other company caught when they came to bid, and their offer of free zero interest financing for one year right on their website. Overall a great experience, and I would recommend them to any residential homeowner. Thank you so much!

Eight days ago our furnace stopped working. I called several places to come out and look at it. King's was the only one who was willing to squeeze us in, every other company said they couldn't because they were too busy. King's made it a priority because we were without heat and have a baby. They sent someone out the next day. Richard called ahead to ask if he could come early, was thorough, and explained our options to fix or replace. We knew it needed to be replaced soon since it was over 20 yrs old. We opted for that option and King's sent someone to give us a quote that very afternoon. Bi came, was friendly, also thorough, and spent his evening finishing up the quote so we could have it ASAP to make our decision and get a new furnace in quickly. We decided to finance for 12 months with no interest. Michaela made sure we got all the documents signed and approved in time for them to install today, a Saturday! Mike and Michael agreed to work on a Saturday to get our family heat. They arrived early this morning and did an amazing job, started their work with no power (power outage), explained everything, installed our Nest thermostat, and left everything clean. I am truly grateful and amazed at how kind everyone is at King's and how much they went out of their way. Truly grateful and very happy with the service. Definitely recommend.

From the estimate process with B, scheduling the service and discussing financing options with Michaela to the great furnace installation by Josh and Michael, everyone at Kings has been very knowledgeable and helpful in our furnace replacement. Josh and Michael were able to fit us in a day ahead of schedule and get the job done fast! It was also nice to hear them whistling while they worked and being friendly with our dog. We feel well taken care of! Highly recommend!

Working with Kings was a very positive experience. Chris gave us a fair estimate. Additionally, he gave me a free Air Scrubber…a $1250.00 value with the installation of the HVAC system. Josh and Mike spent two entire days on the installation and they were on time, stayed on task and provided me with a great overview of the entire process. We have had this AC/ Ductless heat exchanger in for over 4 years now and I can't tell how happy we are with it. We have had no problems. During this HOT Seattle weather it really keeps our 2,400 sq. Ft. house cool. The cost was about the same as before but we are comfortable now. We had rooms that would get up to 90Deg. Kings Heating is a great company. They are a 3rd generation company. We have had several friends who have used them and are happy as well. Thank you for Making and keeping us Comfortable. <3

The owner and all of his staff were some of the nicest people we have ever met. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs when our furnace failed in mid-winter. A new furnace was installed within two days, and it is a beautiful new system with some of the latest features at a reasonable price.

We had an A/C disaster off hours. I called Kings and they responded immediately to offer troubleshooting. When that didn’t fix the issue, they called me first thing the next am and managed to fit in a diagnostic visit that day. They sent out a representative (Nick S) who was incredibly nice, very professional and super competent. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. I’ve used Kings before and have been pleased but this was really exceptional. A+

I was a contractor myself for a number of years. I must say your company is what companies strive to be, but seldom are. Everything went according to schedule ( which is a big plus these days). I must say your tech’s Josh and Michael are a valuable asset to your business. Their knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism were top notch ( what every employer wished they had )! Not to mention a hostile 134 deg. attic to work in. I never heard a single complaint from them! What a dedicated pair of guys. The install was a thing of beauty. We recently had Kings Heating & Air Conditioning replace our gas furnace and install an air conditioning unit for our home. It was a very positive experience. Chris came to do the estimate and bid the job. He sent a thorough quote in a timely fashion. Michaela was great with scheduling and explaining financing and the permit side of things. The two professional installers, Mike and Josh, did a great job and were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time in answering our questions and explaining the new furnace and A/C unit controls and functions. We are now awaiting warmer weather when a technician will come out and finalize "firing up" the A/C unit as it needs to be warmer weather to do this properly. Bottom line is, we are very pleased with the results and would recommend Kings to anyone looking to have HVAC work done at their home.

These guys deserve 10 stars! My heater and thermostat stopped working during our single-digit cold spell and these guys were fantastic. From my initial call all the way through the appointment they exceeded expectations with every opportunity and interaction. Seriously... superb service! The lovely lady who scheduled us took the time to help me troubleshoot ahead of making my appointment. Then they called to say they were able to move our appointment up by a full day (much appreciated since it is still freezing outside)! THEN David, our amazing service tech, knocked it out of the part by diagnosing, testing, retesting to ensure he solved the problem and that we would not have any further issues in the future. He also took the time to educate us along the way. All in all it was a beautiful collective effort with excellent communication and service excellence every step of the way. We can't recommend these guys enough. Heating service superheroes. Thank you guys!!

Kings installed our furnace 6 years ago and we had them come back this week to install central A/C. Josh and Mike did a great job on the install and explained the process the whole time. Kings takes great care of their customers and helps you through the whole process. Chris, the estimator, was also top notch and helped us understand our choices. A couple of years ago Chris came out to Troubleshoot our 18 year old furnace & fixed it on the spot. So it was without a doubt we would have Kings put in a new furnace & AC unit. Very honest & helpful right down to Makayla the receptionist. It was a two day job for Mike & Michael. They did amazing work. Josh and Mike came out to replace our old oil furnace with a new gas one. They were able to connect it to our existing gas line no problem. They kept us updated during the whole process and made it very easy for us to continue working from home while we had the new system installed. I have to rave about King's Heating and Air Conditioning! The whole team is amazing and the technicians they sent out on THREE different jobs I had for them. A new furncace and A/C at my house with some duct work as well. And a furnace and A/C at two contracting jobs I lead. Mike and Mike went above and beyond to finish up my A/C installation just before a hot weekend and did it with class and professionalism. Clean work site and when they were done answered all my questions and more. Josh came back to do a separate job on some duct work and also solved some tough problems creatively and professionally - and it looks great in a very visual area. Each of the guys sent to do something were knowledgeable and great workers! Chris the salesman is a pleasure to have come to your home and definitely knows his stuff. And Mikahla (sp?) in the office is fabulous to work around crazy scheduling and timing requests. I would highly recommend them and as General Contractor, will be using them on all my jobs!
