I wanted a ductless mini split heat pump system for our upstairs bedrooms, which become sweltering in the summer. Another company would only quote us on a full furnace replacement. Vlad from Green Top did not try to upsell, just took a look and sent me the quote. Coco was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Price was in line with my expectations. I was able to get the install scheduled sooner than expected (a little over a month out). Adrian & Andres we're very skilled, efficient, and did a great install job. Igor figured out a runway for the electrical that was a bit tricky, but no damage to the drywall. Start to finish, only 1.5 days. We are very pleased with the entire process, and with our new heat pump!

I had a new gas furnace and a heat pump installed, along with a new thermostat. Adrian and Andre (I believe) were professional and friendly and worked very hard to get everything done in a day. I also appreciated how they were able to run a thermostat cable through the wall next to the furnace room to install a new thermostat without having to tear into the drywall at all. I would highly recommend GreenTop for HVAC work since they do high quality work and have very reasonable prices ($10k+ cheaper than Seatown or Greenwood Heating on this particular job).

Had a complex job in a tight space with a bunch of new rectangular duct work on an old house. Greentop was one of the few contractors willing to even do this kind of work. So many other companies don't have crew with the skills needed. Greentop does. Their crew did a fantastic job. Everything was high quality and professionally put together. The electrical, duct work and communication were all there and they showed up to the job on time.

My old heat pump quit working on November 5. This is the worst time as we have been having consecutive cold days. My wife and I were lucky to have a mini split in one of the bedrooms. I made my first contact to Greentop on November 9, received a same day reply with a site visit firmed up for the 10th, received an estimate in the evening of the 10th, firmed up the installation for the 12th and had a working Bosch condenser along with my existing air handler by the end of the day. The team has a streamlined and highly efficient process which allows me to minimize my suffering during these cold days. Greentop did not take advantage of my hardship and gave me a very reasonable price. The team was professional and paid attention to all details including moving equipment in and out through a difficult or not properly maintained sidewalk area.

Pretty amazing experience using GreenTop Heating. I had four separate bids from reputable companies. GreenTop was the last one to bid for the work. Not only was it the fairest bid, but the equipment they were going to install was more efficient (4 ton instead of 3 ton; 21 SEER instead of 16 SEER). Was able to quote my installation and install the very next day! One of my other bids said they couldn't fit me in for 4 months. I ended up having a new Furnace, Heat Pump and a Tankless water heater installed. The team took several visits to get all of the work done. Had three separate crews out at my house and each team was professional, courteous and did fantastic work. Best money I have ever spent. Heat pump was installed during a 93 degree day. The team worked through the heat all day long. I was enjoying a cool house by the next day. Roman, Alex and Vladimir installed my furnace and heat pump. Adrian and Andreas installed my tankless water heater.

Green Top Heating & Cooling was one of several companies that I had contacted for estimates on a Mini Split ductless heating system. Ruslan B. (the owner) arrived and did a walk through and suggested what would be the most beneficial for my home. I was given a detailed estimate which outlined exactly what you were purchasing (equipment, model number, etc.) on the same day. There was no up sell, just plain honest answers which was greatly appreciated. Their pricing was competitive; however Green Top Heating & Cooling was my choice based on integrity. Ruslan, Vova and Roma arrived on time and did a phenomenal job installing a Mitsubishi 2 Zone mini split ductless system. The team worked so well together and took great pride in their work. They ensured that my bamboo floors were protected and anything else that was nearby and cleaned up all the areas they worked in. From start to finish, the installation was completed in about six hours. Couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable team of installers. Ruslan explained how to use the system and answered any questions that I had until I was satisfied. I am enjoying my system and wished I installed this a long time ago. The office staff Coco, Julia and Olga were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Green Top Heating & Cooling and would do business with them again.

Our heat pump was malfunctioning so Vlad did a complimentary diagnostics check for us. He was efficient, professional, and fixed our issue pretty quickly! They even gave a quote for a replacement unit since we have an older unit. Would highly recommend this company, especially for diagnostics.

Totally impressed. Highly highly recommend GreenTop. Ruslan and his team did an amazing job installing our mini splits. I called 5 other HVAC companies, GreenTop had the most competitive pricing and unlike the other companies was able to give me a firm project start date. From the first time I called GreenTop to finished installation was less than 3 weeks, all of the equipment was on hand, and they installed right away. I couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with GreenTop. Update: 2 months later I asked that they come move a drain away from a window and they responded right away and took care of it. Edited: Unfortunately, we had a lot of miscommunications with GreenTop about scheduling and about what the actual problem was with our heater. We made an appointment weeks in advance, but then they cancelled the appointment last minute offering us the next available time an additional several weeks away. Then someone actually ended up surprising us and coming to our house on the planned day, despite having cancelled. Their supposed repair unfortunately only fixed our heater for a few days. Fortunately, they did provide us a full refund for the ineffective fix.

Our house is 100 years old. The last several years, it’s been unbearable on our top floor in the summers. That’s where our bedrooms are. We contacted a different company at first and they said there was no way they could install a heat exchange for us because there was nowhere to put it. Then, a friend recommended GreenTop and they figured it right out. They’re so friendly and knowledgeable. They wanted to make it work for us and they did. Plus, they came in with a very reasonable quote and in the end, came in under it. One day of very unobtrusive work. They didn’t make a mess, and it was done. Now we’re ready for next summer and we don’t need our space heater in our room anymore. Five stars for GreenTop!

Our very old furnace completely broke during the holiday period before the New Year's Day. Based on automated messages, it appeared we wouldn't even get a quote until after the new year. We were lucky to find GreenTop Heating. The whole process from first contact with Julia in the morning to furnace working with everything done was a single day. Pricing is clear, transparent, all-inclusive, and consistent throughout with no attempt to add extras (and I believe this is a good price for a high efficiency furnace that qualifies for PSE rebate and tax credit). The website gave an estimate immediately, with two simple choices of regular and high efficiency furnaces. I wasn't sure about some questions on the website, so I talked to Julia, who gave and immediately sent a written quote with the exact same cost. An hour later Ruslan called back about my questions related to our specific install, and an hour after that he dropped off the furnace, and an appointment was made for install at 3 p.m. Igor showed up right on time, and Alex showed up a bit later. Both of them worked until maybe 8-9 p.m., with freezing cold weather outside, to get all the various aspects done as discussed, including some requests specific to our needs. Again, no attempt to add any extra charges. Alex was very helpful with open and transparent communication about all the options and reasons for the choices they had to make, to install in a limited utility room space we have, but doing it a bit differently from before because we preferred more room for washer and dryer. We were happy and surprised to have the heat back the same evening even before anyone else had even gotten back in touch with us about an estimate. Even outside a holiday period, I would recommend GreenTop Heating if you need a furnace replacement, for their no-nonsense consistent value pricing with a fast install.

We used Greentop Heating and Cooling to have a minisplit heatpump system installed. Before the work, they were really responsive; answering questions and offering a price for the work that beat the competition. During the installation they were respectful of the home. They put down dust covers and immediately cleaned up after themselves. For the outside lines they offered suggestions that would make installation harder for them but provide a much cleaning finish for us which we very much appreciated. The work also only took only a day and a half to complete. In short, highest praise I can give is that I felt like they installed the system as if they would have done on their own home.

GreenTop is by far the BEST mechanical contractor that I have found in the Seattle area. I'm an Architect/Developer and for my own home, i collected 5 different bids for a new minisplit heat pump. GreenTop gave me the best price (by far) and then provided excellent service, which is too often not what one receives from the lowest bidder. Everyone that I dealt with at GreenTop was professional, honest, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure they exceeded our expectations. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend GreenTop to everyone I can.

I had a really good experience with GreenTop, it makes sense why they have so many excellent reviews. I had an in person estimate scheduled quickly after I put in the request for an A/C installation on their website. Ruslan came out to my house and walked through, explained where mini splits could go, the work that would be required, pretty much everything that was going to go into the project. He also promised me an estimate by the end of the week. The estimate came in on time and was very competitive. A few weeks later Adrian, Igor and Hennadii arrived on the agreed date and did a fantastic install of the heat pump and mini splits. They were very polite, professional, and took good care of my home while they were here. The work that was done was top notch: all of the refrigerant lines were concealed in covers, the technicians did a great job with mounting the units and cleaning up debris from their work. After installation, Adrian walked me through the work that was done, the system/remotes. Everything was first rate service/quality. I recommend you work with Greentop for heating/cooling needs.

Our water heater burst and was leaking everywhere, we needed a new water heater in a pinch, every other plumber in the city of Seattle wanted to rip us off and over charge, Ruslan was the only person who took our phone call, quoted us a fair price for a tankless water heater, not only did they have the best price, the service was EXCELLENT. Our water heater was leaking and stopped working last year so we started getting quotes to get it fixed. The heater also provides radiant heat in the house so there were not many places that could provide this service. GreenTop were prompt in responding and provided a reasonable quote. They came the next day and got the heater replaced. We noticed the next day that there was still some water leaking so reached out to GreenTop. They asked us to send some photos and then came to fix the issue. I would recommend them for sure.

Ruslan and his crew did an amazing job on my house. I had a pretty big project, a multi-zone ducted heat/ac system and natural gas line ran with a tankless water heater install. I got a few other bids from bigger companies, but GreenTop's price was by far the best. I was a little apprehensive just due to them not having as many reviews as other companies, but they did a really great job, quickly and on time, at a great value. I will be recommending Ruslan to anyone I know needing HVAC services.

Ruslan of Green Top has been a pleasure to work with on my heat pump installation project. I had several bids done and he was excellent at communicating with me from the beginning to end. His price was initially very fair and he gave me three price options for different units. After some discussion about electrical changes in my box, he was actually able to lower the bid a bit. During the inspection he noted a problem with my existing heating unit filter and offered a solution before the work was started. With the subsequent changes in required work habits due to the virus, the price initially quoted was not changed, even though the costs for him had to be higher due to the measures needed to protect both his workers and the occupants. The work started on time and was done professionally. Ruslan sent before, during and after pictures as I could not be there when the work was done. If you are looking for good pricing, quality work, workers that show up when they say they will and good communication skills from a contractor, Ruslan and Green Top are your answers. If I could give Green Top 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Ruslan and his company.

I had a great experience with GreenTop Heating & Cooling. First of all, their pricing was highly competitive than others. At the very least, you should definitely get a quote from them. I was initially worried about the small number of reviews (although they were all good ones), but as I asked more questions to Ruslan and saw his patience in answering all my nitty gritty questions, I decided to give it a shot.
