We had All Star install a new Trane heat pump, propane furnace, high end air filter, and a new highly efficient propane water heater about four years ago. When they installed the equipment, the price was fair. The crew was very professional. They handled ever detail and made the experience quite seamless. We also signed up for a maintenance plan. Every year, All Star has paid us a visit and kept everything in good order and running as expected. Then, about four weeks ago, the heat pump stopped working due to a rodent eating through most of the wires around the control board. All Star quickly diagnosed the problem which required them to order parts to fix. It took a couple of weeks for the parts to come in (not All Star's fault, but due to Trane and likely the impact of Covid-19). The afternoon the parts came in, we got a call from All Star letting us know a senior technician would be out to fix our heat pump the next day. The tech showed up on time and a few hours later, everything was fixed. This is not a warranty item and All Star was very fair with their pricing! The bottom line, based on our experience, we would highly recommend this company!

Special thanks to Michael this time for giving me some suggestions to try on my own in chance it would help, and sure enough this time I was able to make the correction myself to the pressure switch and learned much in the process. I will gladly consider All Star Heating for future installation or repair requests and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a 24x7 reliable and trustworthy heating expert. All Star recently upgraded our heating system, and we are very pleased with the entire experience. We had 4 companies out to bid the project, and we felt most comfortable with Matthew's knowledge and expertise. He was very patient and offered guidance as we navigated our options. I liked that he didn't make the choice for us but rather educated us to what is available for our particular home needs, giving us the pros and cons of various choices. When it was time for installation, we found the installers to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

We’d called All Star for our annual furnace servicing and for repair of a gas fireplace that had stopped functioning. Our service tech Dave arrived right on time and got to work immediately. After repairing a faulty ignition switch and making some other adjustments our fireplace was back up and running and the furnace check/servicing was completed quickly and efficiently. While he was working Dave explained the pros and cons of the appliances he was working on and gave helpful suggestions for improvement or replacement without us ever feeling like we were being pressured to buy anything. He was both friendly and professional and based on his representation of the company we would definitely recommend All Star Heating and Air for your HVAC needs.

The scheduling staff were great and so was the technician. The service tech arrived on time to diagnose and repair our furnace the same day we called. Communication was excellent. Nonetheless I rate 3 stars because I thought it too much to charge $230 for a $30 igniter replacement part and 20 minutes labor. There was an additional $98 trip fee. Maybe this pricing is normal. I don't have much experience using service technicians. Also, they were very forthright in their pricing. After diagnosing the problem, the technician told me exactly what the repair would cost.

David was fantastic in helping get my Nest Thermostat installed. I thought the process would be relatively pain-free on my own but it turns out our furnace was not wired to properly support the new thermostat and we had blown a fuse trying to install it. Within seconds, David properly diagnosed the problem and had everything re-wired and running in about an hour all in the cold and rain. We recently moved into this house and David was very helpful by answering all of my questions throughout the process and explaining the intricacies of our setup. I feel very satisfied by the service and came away more knowledgeable about our new home in the process.

Matthew Z. was very helpful with the estimate and set-up, John & Jai did a phenomenal job on the installation, and Bryce and Cameron did a very thorough job on the vent cleaning. Had our furnace serviced and cleaned by Josh and Jeff on 1/21/19. They did a fantastic job! Very professional and personable. Josh also checked out our AC unit and cleaned the gas fireplace in the family room. Went above and beyond in making sure everything was in good working order and clean. Meticulous would be an understatement! I highly recommend them. Fabulous service at a reasonable price! We will definitely use them in the future.😀

This was a TERIFFIC company to work with! We had a new air conditioner installed at our home and we could not be happier! From the very beginning stages with Matt, the All Star Estimator and Comfort Specialist, all the way to the end with Robert, the All Star Service tech. Eddie and Cary showed up right on time to get the job started. They were easy to work with and were very clean and tidy during the process. Robert was very thorough in his work and stayed to make sure the job was complete, done correctly and answered any questions that we may have had. They show quality in their workmanship and I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who wants to stay cool this summer! Thank you All Star!! You may pay a little more than other competitors, but if you want a job done right the first time from a company who has been in the business for years, you pay the extra money :)

Christopher T has helped us twice with our furnace needs. The first time was when we moved into our new home in 2008. Something wasn't right and no one was able to fix it for us. We called multiple companies and no one could figure out the problem. Finally, All Star came out and recommended Christopher T. He was able to install a whole new piping system for us. My husband and I were so overwhelmed with the process, but he fixed it quickly and has helped us ever since with all of our furnace service needs. If you call All Star I would ask specifically for Christopher T. He is fast, professional and knows his stuff.

Excellent service and install our our furnace and AC. All Star arrived on time with a full crew, Daniel was helpful answering all questions and presenting our options. There were some modifications to the order which were handled without issue. He took the time to walk through everything on completion and the entire job was completed on time with minimal disruptions in our home. Only negative was with the electrical, which was subcontracted. The electrician did not cleanup after his work (though 10 minutes with a shop vac took care of it, so it wasn't bad), and didn't fully handle the permit until the next day without consulting us on availability for the inspection. Would definitely use All Star again in the future.

I have used All Star Heating & AC for several years to do preventative maintenance on my furnace. I believe they are doing a good job, because in those years I have only needed one true service call to fix a problem. The technicians have been prompt and knowledgeable and very willing to explain to me the work they have done. I am able to pre-pay and get next year's maintenance set up at the same time as the current year's maintenance, which is helpful. At some point I will have the large expense of furnace replacement, and I will definitely consider All Star for that work.

Being a first time home buyer, I will admit that I hadn't thought much about getting my furnace serviced. I decided that it was probably overdue and called a large and well known company in the area. I called them because the previous owners had used them and there was their sticker on the side of the furnace. Unfortunately I should have done my homework. After the technician completed the service (which was very pricey) he told me that I had failed secondary heat exchangers, and made me sign a document stating I knew this was an immediate danger to my household. He didn't show me the damage or give me any other details than that. I was very skeptical, as the furnace had been working just fine and is only 13 years old. It seemed to me that this technician was only concerned with selling me a new furnace (at a hefty price tag). Wanting to get a second opinion I asked around for recommendations on an honest HVAC company and All Star came up. They were extremely easy to work with and were able to schedule me in right away. Josh was the technician that I worked with. He was very professional and took the time to take apart the furnace and have a second look at the exchangers. He also ran other tests that would indicate if the heat exchangers were failed. All tests were negative and Josh said that he did not see any signs of failed secondary heat exchangers (surprise, surprise). I can't recommend All Star enough. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and reasonably priced HVAC company than give them a call. I literally saved thousands by getting an honest second opinion. Thanks Josh and All Star!

Chris was thoroughly professional in repairing the furnace blower and performing routine maintenance. He talked through the process and ensured he left everything in better shape than he found it, installing a grommet to protect wires going to the motor and rerouting and tying up wires to avoid sharp edges and high temperature areas. He improved the wiring going to the igniter which had been improperly mounted. The staff at the office kept us advised of when we could expect him to arrive and always responded quickly to our calls. We will definitely use All Star for all of our future work.

I had nothing but excellent service from both the office as well as the technician, Michael B that came out to service my unit. He was extremely informative and very thorough checking my AC for leaks. There were none. However, I needed the freon pipe moved out of the way to put a stacker washer/dryer unit beside the air conditioner unit. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend this company for their honesty and wonderful service. No pressure on selling me parts.

Furnace was not working, so I went to a review site and found that All Star was at the top of the list. So I gave them a call and they sent out a service specialist (Robert F) the next morning. Robert was on time. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, and fixed it on the spot. He didn't charge me a penny over than their standard diagnosis fee, which was under $100. I was prepared for a larger bill, so this was a very pleasant surprise. All Star was very punctual, courteous, and inexpensive. I would highly recommend them!

My A/C breaks down on the hottest day of the year. I call at least 20 HVAC including the one that installed it. Knowing how overwhelmed they all were I was not excepting any call backs. Two called back to tell me we were out of the area they service, and ALL STAR telling me they were a week out would I like to make an appointment. Which I did and they actually got me in sooner. The tech JJ was great. They didn't just get an appointment they got a new customer.

Aman & Jesse were friendly and professional cleaning our ducts and vents. They complied with covid practices. They told us what they were going to do, asked for our input and advised us on their findings and what we do after the cleaning. I highly recommend their work. Our house already feels cleaner from the work that they did.

The Annual Maintenance Contract has saved us a lot of money on weekend/holiday rates! Service Technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable and gone above and beyond to provide good service.

I called them up in the morning to have someone come over and take a look at my heating system (which stopped working) and they were prompt in their responses and gave me a two hours time window (and not a 4 hours time window). Michael B showed during the time frame and told me about a notice that was on my front door from PSE about them shutting off my meter due to some maintenance and expected me to call them back before they can restart the meter. So, it turned out to be not an issue with the heating system. Michael's behavior and professionalism was amazing...I was willing to pay All Star's standard investigation fee, but Michael immediately told me to not worry about it. He indicated that customer service is his utmost priority and will not take the fee without rendering any service (even if he showed up at my door steps for it). Thank you, Michael. It's good to see someone in a service industry with a true sense of customer care. I appreciate it.

Serghei S is incredibly knowledgeable about furnaces. He came over for routine maintenance and managed to figure out that an upstairs fan, which has not worked since we moved in, was wired incorrectly in the furnace switch box. He explained every step he took, kept asking if I understood or had any questions, and demonstrated great competence in fixing the wiring and maintaining the furnace.

Sergiu was great! Arrived on time (early, actually), got our furnace tuned and faulty parts replaced. He recommended a wait and watch approach for a part that's possibly bad, but still working, rather than an additional costly repair/replace. Great service, great attitude. Highly recommend!

I have never been impressed by any member of the HVAC industry but today, Michael B. Of All Star Heating & Air managed to impress me. He was punctual, arriving at the promised time. He was very polite. The job involved draining the water tank. He took the trouble to drain the water as far away as possible from the house so as not to have mud near the home. I received exceptional service from Serghei from All Star Heating & Air. I had a problem with a tankless water heater which is only 4+ years old. It was a Friday night so I had an emergency plumbing service come out. They looked at it for $400, said it could not be repaired and gave me a $5500 estimate to replace it. I then had Serghei from All Star Heating & Air look at it. He found the obvious problem, which the other plumber must never have even looked at, and fixed it within the hour. He explained everything to me. He also did the maintenance on my furnace, and found something that should have been turned on. I am a customer for life.

Joe M came out to help with a furnace that kept turning itself off and wouldn't restart. In a jiffy he had the problem identified and fixed with a couple of inexpensive parts off his truck. He was fast, efficient and affordable - and personable too! If only all service technicians could be as good as Joe and the All Star Team!
