Had a fantastic experience with Thomas and the All Climate installation team with installation of a new air conditioning system and return vent. Thomas came out to my property and did a comprehensive estimate for two differently-sized AC solutions, and even suggested some alternate installation locations. Unfortunately when the install team arrived, they discovered that there was no space in the wall to install the return vent as originally planned - they took an entire morning to investigate with me to figure out alternatives. We settled on a return vent directly through the floor, through a very tight opening between the floor joists. The install team went above and beyond and worked out a way to get a sizeable 8x20 return vent installed in the second floor to prevent the upstairs from being thermally isolated in the summers. Overall 10/10 experience, given the old house and limitations, I couldn't imagine the process going any smoother. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install air conditioning in their existing forced-air heated home.

They did really impressive work retrofitting our house in only 7 hours for central air conditioning, a new furnace, and new 220 V breaker switch and conduit to power the condenser! Also, we got sick near the scheduled installation date, and they still installed the system with no contact and windows open while we stayed in our office room. Great! From sending my first message to getting AC, it took less than 2 months. Their competitor Brennan through Costco took 9 months of communication back and forth and had a list of reasons why it was too tight and couldn't be done. All Climate just makes it happen, thank you!

Company and technician that actually cares! Same day emergency service even on a Sunday in the middle of a heat wave! Christian was calm, cool, efficient, friendly, and on time. I am even more impressed by the accuracy of his arrival ETA estimation. I appreciate his willingness to work long hours (18+!) outside during a heatwave to ensure that all the customers get service when they need it. I was so delighted to hear how well All Climate treats their employees, with mentoring and recognition and qualitative metrics, rather than sales and sales conversions. I appreciate his honesty and that he finds that All Climate also values honesty. My AC unit capacitor went out in the middle of a heatwave, and although I called multiple HVAC companies advertising 24/7 service, his was the only company that actually responded with a real person (rather than voicemail that never got returned) and had a tech available. He was clearly communicative about his ETA and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and added preventative measures (which I in my ignorance had declined years ago at the original AC unit install) and he was respectful throughout. I recommend!

Troy H came to my house yesterday to clean and perform annual fireplace maintenance on my double-sided glass fireplace. Christian was so responsive, professional, and hardworking. It's hot weather and 90+ degree in the house after my AC was broken. I called All Climate Heating & Air Conditioning after 9pm and got call back from him 5 min later. He told me he's on his way to Seattle to handle one more service and will be at my place around mid-night. Not many people work that late. After he came, he quickly found the issue of a broken capacitor and get it replaced. He also told me my filter was clogged and gave me the information so that I can replace it later. For this problem, I called other company too. None of them have this kind of quick response. Some companies has much higher after-hour service fee. And I also had some bad experience fixing AC before with other company (Beacon). So I'm super happy with Christian's service this time. Highly recommended.

Accessible - They will get in touch with you quickly and keep you in the loop throughout it all. 2. Extremely professional - follows up before and after the work is done. 3. I had the most amazing experience with this company and specifically their service tech Christian A earlier this week. On what was supposed to be the hottest week of the year my A/c went kaput. I have two little ones and the temperature in my house was in the high 80’s. I called about 20 companies in the area and most were not taking new clients, or booked out 3 -4 weeks and totally unsympathetic. I called all climate after finding them on google, spoke to a super kind dispatch person, Christian called me 20 minutes later, showed up an hour later and fixed my air conditioner(blown capacitor) in 20 minutes. Phenomenal customer service, I have reached out to all of the neighbors in my community and told them to give them business. I am going to switch out Bob’s who installed my air conditioner for these guys. Super honest, super efficient, super customer service.

All Climate replaced my dying air conditioner with a shiny, efficient new heat pump a few years ago, and I recently noticed that it wasn't cooling as well as it had in previous years. Troy came out to do a diagnostic and quickly determined that there was a tiny leak coming from a brazed joint in a refrigerant line. Despite only being here for a diagnostic, he decided to go ahead and fix the joint under warranty and recharge the system, just in time for some upcoming warmer weather. I've been very happy with All Climate (and Troy, specifically!) through the process of determining that my old system was dead, as well as the sale, installation, maintenance, and now service of the new heat pump. Highly recommended!

The All Climate Technician did a great job at repairing a disconnected duct as well as cleaning the ducts. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain his findings and recommendations. There was a small accident while the technician was here (things happen!) that required some drywall repair, but All Climate was great about taking care of getting it fixed. Thomas was great to work with and very responsive to my questions. Christian from support team was very helpful. He replaced a defective component that the install team identified the day prior but didn’t have a replacement and got my heat pump to work. Alex and team were great with the installation. Only thing is I wished the team had plastic or tarp to cover things so not to get saw dust on things below when they had to cut out.

Our ac went out. I called several places. All Climate actually answered. then they said they could come out that night everyone else was a week out. Our babies room was 90° at 8 at night. We needed repairs asap. The tech came and was super nice. I wish I could remember his name. He was younger than I had expected. But he was definitely well trained and he knew his stuff. he quickly diagnosed our issue and had the parts on his truck. When he gave me the bill i was surprised in a good way. the other quotes i got to come out the following week. With out repair labor and parts just troubleshooting where $200 more they they charged me For same day emergency repairs. Baby and family slept well!. I am forever grateful! All Climate deserves honorable mention for their professional and no-nonsense approach to customer satisfaction by acknowledging where they fell short and making us whole. Alan Fossen, Service Manager, took the lead and assumed responsibility. Following a fall inspection of our unit that determined that it was running well without need for repair, a part malfunctioned rendering the system inoperable during December's deep freeze for over one week until a technician was available to replace the part. Weeks later the same thing occurred that left us in the cold because the emergency line did not return our call, and when we reached the office after the weekend we were told that it would be yet another week to have an appointment. We had no choice but to seek another HVAC company for help following which I contacted Mr. Fossen to discuss the issue. Although our initial HVAC needs fell below their high standards, we were reimbursed for our losses without hesitation, and assured that they will uphold their service commit ment and to their current loyal and future customers. Their accountability and transparency were exceptional which I feel are unique qualities for a company worthy of contacting for service.

We hired All Climate to move a gas line, we were referred to them my PSE as part of their recommended contractor network. I worked with Jason and his team, Jason was super helpful in getting a appointment scheduled and \ was proactive with some concerns he had with the size of gas line based on pics we sent and its ability to power the new gas range we bought, talking with Jason on the phone we concluded the pipeline would work and his crew came out. The crew were super professional and quickly moved the line to the specific location based on the gas range specs, they checked all the lines to make sure everything was a tight seal and even replaced another line to our tankless hot water heater than a previous contractor installed improperly. What i loved about the crew was their high attention to detail, superb pipework and friendliness.

I had a great experience working with Thomas and his installation crew on our recent installation of a central heat pump air conditioning system for a rental house built in the mid-1960's. I had other bidders but Thomas was by far the most comprehensive, thorough and detailed person I had. He carefully explained to me the various options and while some some of the issued other contractors raised could be solved. He always answered his phone with my questions and would cheerfully give me the information I needed. We did experience a few miscommunications with the installation crew but Thomas and company quickly and satisfactorily stepped in and fixed it. All Climate installed an A/C unit last September so, obviously, it was never used until recently. During the first heat wave of the year, I attempted to use it. It pumped out room-temperature air. I contacted All Climate and they had a guy out that afternoon. He determined that the unit was factory defective and that it could take several weeks to get a replacement, not to mention getting it installed. Working with Anthony, we were able to get this resolved in just a few days, not weeks. I highly recommend this company for their customer service.

Installed furnace with All Climate and have them done the annual maintenance since then. I like their service so far. This year, they found a weird issue during regular maintenance that ended up as a weeks long investigation. All Climate was supportive throughout and accommodated the urgency where possible. Several technicians visited and in the end, Troy nailed it with his immense experience. Furnace has been running great thereafter. Big thank to Troy and his awesome work that keeps my house warm in the raining season. Even with this lengthy process, and a couple of back and forth, All Climate waived all service fee beyond the initial annual maintenance cost. I appreciate their consideration and professionalism.

The technician, Qi Zhou, is on time, friendly, professional and skillful! However, I want to point out a weak point of the administration service of this company. The person who answered the call is abrupt and impatient. I sent an online request, but no one answered. There wasn't reminding call/text/email about the appointment, so I had to call them to confirm the appointment the day before. Due to the experiences I received, I don't know how good after-care service they are willing to provide.

Cal and the All Climate folks did a great job helping us upgrade to high efficiency furnace and water heater in an older home. Cal gave a great overview of our options, and the installation and new duct work was done very quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend All Climate if you're upgrading an older home. There's a ton of HVAC options, but not all of them work in certain homes/climates. All Climate is pricier but their knowledge and installation skill is more than worth the extra cost.

We had a complicated problem with our older furnace. All Climate came out quickly to assess the problem and had the parts on the truck to fix it. After a series of further complications (the furnace is old) that required them to come back, they communicated swiftly and set up appointments right away to follow up with our concerns. They went out of their way to be sure that we were satisfied -- they made our old furnace good as new. Their pricing is honest and reasonable. We first met Nathan a month ago when our furnace suddenly stopped producing heat. He arrived on time, mask properly in place the whole service time, immediately put on shoe covers, and was dressed in a clean, crisp uniform. He was completely professional, explained the problem and showed us what was causing the problem--heavy dust from a remodeling project that that company was just finishing. He fixed the problem, explained that we should check the new filter in 30 days, probably needing to replace it because of residual dust. We had purchased the top furnace a few of years ago, and Nathan explained to us that there were some switches that could be activated to give better performance. He made some other adjustments that had not been done before. Wow! His extra work, because of his knowledge, greatly improved the performance of the furnace. We had not scheduled our annual maintenance during the pandemic because we were protecting ourselves by not having others enter our home. Nathan was very courteous when we explained that. We scheduled an appointment right after that service for our annual maintenance on the furnace and on our tankless water heater. He showed us one of the fans and explained that cleaning it, which could wait until we had the next remodeling project completed within the next year. There was a small layer of remodeling grit on that fan, which reduced the overall performance of the furnace by, if I remember correctly, by about 30%. We elected to have the blower and the furnace interior cleaned now and then again after the next remodeling project. In no way did he push us to do that--that is one of his many strong qualities, that he explains the situation well, in terms we can understand, and then we independently make our decisions because he answers all of our questions, even when I know some of my questions may sound stupid because I do not know enough. He is patient. Then, I mentioned that the tankless water heater was slow to produce hot water. Again, because he is smart and knowledgeable, he said he'd check it out. He found the problem. It involved being aware of some setting changes he could make so that the water would be hot very fast, and the temperature was increased to what we had hoped. No one else had known how to do that. We asked him the question we have asked every HVAC technician who has come for furnace maintenance since we bought our furnace--is there a way to install air conditioning to reach the top level of our three-storey house? Each time before, we had been told a quick "no," that the cool air could not reach our thir-floor master bedroom I. the diagonally opposite corner of the furnace on the bottom floor. Again, his knowledge had him stop to think, and based on our I dividual furnace and square footage, he did some calculations. He mentioned two potential options that he thought might work, as long as our city allowed a unit to be placed outside a house in our neighborhood. He said he would pass along the information to All Climate so that the cooling experts could contact us. He said that he would ask them to first check out the regulations in our city, which I really appreciated, because they would know what to ask, whereas if I had to call, I definitely would not. After the first appointment with Nathan, we made sure to ask to have him as our tech, and we plan to do that in the future. He volunteered that he has worked for All Climate for 15 years and loves working there. He says everybody acts as a family. That really impressed me, as that cannot be said of a lot of companies, and it is not often that I have heard someone volunteer that they love to work for their company--they might say "like," but "loving" to work for a company is high praise

All Climate was 5 stars in every regaurd except for the installation portion of our tankless water heater. The professionalism of their natural gas piping, estimating, and service departments was top notch and they were very responsive, supportive, and helpful. Their installation department for the actual site visit of installing the tankless natural gas water heater was a dark stain on an otherwise perfect experience, more on that later, positives first! The estimator we worked with was Thomas, he was friendly, informative, responsive, and supportive. He came out first for an HVAC estimate for minisplit units; way more expensive than we thought they would be btw; and we loved working with him so much we had him out again for an estimate on a natural gas tankless water heater. He was clear on pros and cons for tankless and went over options and itemized costs clearly so we got only what we wanted to pay for. (The recirculating pump would have cost more and we didn't want to pay for it, although he recommended it repeatedly; in hindsight we didnt have the money for it but would have been nice, 17 extra seconds for hot water adds up). Steffon was our natural gas pipe installer and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was aware of code requirements, BTU throughput, and other intricacies. Jason was our natural gas piping Project manager and did an amazing job communicating with me in regards to piping install and went above and beyond with help around the tankless water heater install when that work went sideways. He was able to discuss and requote additional options mid project when we wanted to add an additional quick disconnect near our grill hookup for a tower heater we had, and educated me on restrictions around BTUs for various piping diameters when I expressed curiosity in the requirements he quoted. The tankless install crew was a major let down. I wasn't sure it was the same company at first the experience was so disconnected from what I had come to expect from All Climate. Here is a short list of issue to avoid ranting: Exaughst vent was filled with our attics blown in insulation, exaughst vent was 2 feet longer than it needed to be and stuck out of house significantly, dirty plywood was screwed over a hole in the drywall where they cut away a section of the wall in multiple puzzle peices and didn't fully reassemble (instead of removing in singe section to reattach cleanly after moving pipes), expansion tank and piping was taking up several feet of space below unit where we had discussed with estimator about moving our washer and dryer, they did not inform me once inspection was done until they were leaving so PSE came after they left to turn on gas (service department of All Climate had to come out that night to 'bleed' the gas line and turn on unit, then it wouldn't start because of insulation in exaughst vent). The service department was very accommodating and sent a tech over within a few hours of a friday afternoon call. Tech was very knowledgeable and encouraging that the installation job was not well done and after confirming insulation had filled the exaughst vent during install he cleared it enough to fire up the WH and assured us a crew would be back to redo the installed vent. Install department project manager was very accommodating after a few phone calls to our estimator to express our concerns (our estimator was very angry with the quality of the install and expressed his own concern and that it be addressed). Install crew was sent back out and they adjusted the expansion tank to allow an additional 1 foot of clearance (enough to move the washer and dryer under unit) and cleared + reran the exaughst vent, shortening it so it was less visible from street but still appropriately distanced. Again, still a 5 star experience due to the accomodations after the install, and fenominal experience with all other aspects of the service end to end.

I called Thomas to get a bid - our contractor had recommended him - and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He had learned that another customer had a positive Covid test, so he did our consultation via video call, which we appreciated. We ended up hiring All Climate to remove our oil furnace and install a ducted heat pump system to avoid putting mini splits in our old house. The engineer seemed to really know his stuff. Our installers showed up on time and worked hard, and the installation looks great. Thomas brought over a generator when he knew the electricians would have to cut power, so we could continue working from home. We had some issues with a defective part (no fault of the installers) and Thomas got a tech out right away to diagnose and fix it. It took a couple visits but they got it done. Our system is working great and will eventually pay for itself - we were paying a fortune for oil heat - and we're looking forward to having AC next summer. Especially if you have an old house and want to preserve the charm, I'd recommend looking at All Climate for your heating and AC needs.

All climate picked up my request and send Tayler first. He identified the problem with gas pressure. Then the problem came back again later and Jorge changed the faulty high heat limit switch, but the same problem persisted. I called All Climate and they sent Qi to my house on Saturday evening. He tested static pressure, temperature difference and checked the return vents. The final problem is the gas pressure needs to be fine tuned more to adapt the existing ductwork. And that solved our problem. I would recommend All Climate to other customers based on the great customer care I received.

My furnace was located in the crawl space in my 1-year new home. I called All Climate Heating for maintenance. Jorge was very thorough and spent the time to show me how to change the filter and walked through with me things that I need to notice. Couple weeks later, there was a rain storm and my furnace water pan was filled with water. Jorge came out again and spent the time to investigate and found the real issue. (I had another HVAC company I called out last year for the same issue twice but that company just kept charging me call out fee and didn't fix the issue.) Although the water was not from the furnace he explained to me what to do to keep the furnace running before I can get my HOA to take care of the issue that caused this. Then yesterday, I have Tim from All Climate to clean my ducts and vents. He was courteous, thorough and really did a good job. I want to say sincere thanks to All Climate. Our furnace started to blow burning smell into the house at Saturday night around 9:30. I called their 24 hour emergency number, and a lady sent my message to their on call team. I got a call back after about 40 minutes and scheduled a visit the next day on Sunday. After a check up on the furnace, the engineer recommended to replace the furnace for it's 25 years old and not even worth it to repair. I said I needed it the next day Monday because the business requires heating. He called his man right away and found a furnace for the next day on Monday. The installation team arrived around 7:30 AM and worked for about 2 hours to have the furnace replaced. The heating was recovered just around the time the business was open. The whole incidence was solved in 1.5 days and the business was uninterrupted. Thanks to All Climate. They do put their heart on helping the customers out of trouble.

We contracted with All Climate to replace and old furnace, install mini-split HVAC for 2 rooms and install new cold air returns for the existing heating system. The process of getting bids and scheduling the work was very easy and professional. The communication was great throughout the process. I would like to highlight the crew (Wayne and Dave K) that came out and did the work. They were great. To start, they showed up as scheduled, even though the area had just received more than a foot of snow. Wayne, had to chain up the service truck to actually get up the driveway to the house. The crew did a great job completing the the work on schedule in spite of the snow and cold conditions. They were careful to close exterior doors and gates so our dog didn't get out. They kept there work area clean throughout the 4 days. Wayne kept us updated throughout the process and both of them really looked out for the small details. At the end of the project, there was nothing to clean up or throw out by us. I haven't even found a single sheet metal screw in the driveway or yard where the work was performed. They even made a point to let my wife know they the were leaving and made a point of letting her know the garage door was still open, so she could close it. I would really like to compliment Wayne and Dave on the job they did, it was great. I will use All Climate in the future for other projects.

Our HW heater and gas furnace were both over 20 years old, working, but it was time. We considered 4 different companies to install a new Hot water tank, Gas furnace and thermostat. It was interesting to see the differences during the proposal phase. Thomas at All Climate was the only estimator that went through a full explanation of their process, performed a thorough evaluation to calculate the right size of equipment and rating, evaluated the crawlspace for system links (found 5) and identified system upgrades to update our existing system to current code and replace older gas valves, piping, duct work and improved an older installation. Their bid was well itemized and upgrades provided as discussed, but the clincher was Thomas provided pictures of other All Climate installations so we could see exactly what our new system and energy efficiency installation would look like when completed. Done. We selected All Climate. Their installation we equally professional. Alex and his crew arrived and installed each system in one day with no call backs. They were professional, friendly, informative and upgraded the older insulation and ducts in the crawlspace as proposed. Everyone throughout the process wore masks,. Alex and his crew cleaned up completely, provided an orientation of the new systems, operations, reviewed warranty and registration information and were on their way. Thomas followed up the next day to see how things were working. All Climate provided the difference that made considering their proposal pretty straightforward. They weren’t the cheapest and provided a quality experience. We would recommend Thomas and his crew at All Climate when considering a new heating or cooling system..

Had an scary error message on my thermostat , high heat error 126 contact Bryant , we called Bryant, they could not tell us what the error was, they told us to contact a repair person. We reached out to All Climate to schedule a repair, they said let us have a technician call you to see if it could be troubleshooted over the phone. I manage multiple properties and have used All Climate exclusively for all heating/AC/thermostat needs at all my properties and have been very happy with the expertise of all their mechanics. That said, I have to give Qi a special shout out! He came to repair what I thought would be a simple gasket replacement on an intake line, but turned out to be a failed O ring, from a company that is no longer in residential support business. In addition he discovered that the ignition switch had failed as well. Refusing to give up, Qi stuck with both issues and came up with a brilliant “Plan B” for both issues. Problem solved! I have heat again. I am very appreciative of the incredible skill and tenacity of Qi. Thank you to Qi and the entire team at All climate.. you guys are the pro’s we all hope show up at our homes when we have a HVAC problem.

Our Bryant Evolution Thermostat quit working and we called All Climate Heating and Air Conditioning to see if we could get the thermostat fixed. We had All Climate do a recent annual service on our system and they did a great job. Jamie was our contact technician. He was very polite and helpful at explaining the technical parts of our heating system. I asked him about replacing the thermostat with a different type since the Bryant thermostat is quite expensive. ($793). He explained to me how to approach the wiring in detail. As it turns out, the original installer (not All Climate) had nicked the common white wire when they stripped the sheath on the wiring that went to the thermostat. When I pushed on the wires, the white wire broke off. Since the harness had extra length, I carefully stripped the wires and reconnected them. Presto, it was working again. I can't say enough about this company's willingness to offer technical information to a homeowner without hiding possible solutions just do a service call. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for the great service. The next time we have the furnace serviced, we will call this company

The technician, Joe, seemed to do a great job on both of our furnaces, although I never really know what they actually do. We don't do this annually, more like every 2-3 years and the furnaces are still like new, it's good to get them cleaned out and lubed or whatever. My only issue is that the technician is obviously trained to try to up-sell stuff at every turn. He first wanted to install surge protection on the furnaces at a cost of almost $400. You can get a surge protector at Home Depot for $15. He then wanted to install a UV scrubber for some purpose at a cost of close to $400. Again, no identified issue or problem, just seemed to think we needed one. Last he offered to let me prepay next years visit which made no sense at all to me. Nice of him to offer I guess. So, I liked Joe, he did a great job but you guys need to lighten up on the pursuit of more money from me every chance you get.

Updated review: moving to 5 stars from 1. It turns out they had sent the wrong person to my call. I deeply appreciate that I got a call and an apology and the next Monday had an excellent call with a very good tech who figured out exactly what was going on. I will definitely say they work to make things right and I can’t ask for more than that. The radiant heat is on the way to working. Very frustrating experience. I had them come out to diagnose my radiant flooring which wasn’t working. The tech told me he had no idea what was wrong with it, seemingly not understanding that we have thermostats in every room of the house or the overall layout of the heating system. He then told me to call another company to see if they may know what’s going on as he couldn’t tell. He then still took my card and charged me for a diagnosis fee (fully recognizing he diagnosed nothing) and told me it’s for the drive out. He said if we wanted a more senior tech to come out he would see if he could waive that fee which I guess I appreciate but send the tech out and charge me then. I would have happily paid whatever repair fee but you have the figure out what’s wrong first. I’ve waited weeks for this appointment and now have to start over. Just completely useless appointment and still no working radiant heat as we approach winter.

We recently had All Climate replace our Bryant 2-stage furnace that they had installed about 9 years ago. Coincidentally, the technician that came out to our house, Troy Van Hook, was the same guy that sold us our last furnace from All Climate. I thought this spoke volumes about how All Climate treats its employees. As before, he Troy was very professional and he answered all my questions about the buy back program Bryant offered to customers (like us) that had had failures of the seals in the heat exchangers. My overall experience with All Climate is “outstanding!” Troy, in particular, was efficient, a good communicator, credible, experienced, and exceeded my expectations. During his visit I mentioned I bought a sound wrap for my outdoor heat pump about 6 years ago but hadn’t installed it - I didn’t know how. Nothing more was said, nor did I ask for his help with it in any way. After he completed his inspection a while later and had left, I went to put the sound wrap back in the garage. I just want to share my experience with all climate. They are very professional and customer-focus. I called a few heating company to give an estimate for replacing furnace to heat pump. Other companies came, looked at it and provided a quote. When All Climate sent a technical to provide an estimate, he asked us why we want to replace it and what the issue we currently have. After examining it, he told us there is an air-handler knob control we can adjust to get more even distributed heating across the house. My husband and I realized replacing the furnace is not necessary and he just save us tons of money. We further discussed the long term plan to upgrade the current heating system and what is the most economical options we can have in the long term and he provided an estimate for long term heat pump solution. We feel very grateful on the approach and honesty from All climate stuff. Even we may not use them now but we are definitely a long term customer and use All climate for any heating and cooling needs.

We'd had difficulty finding anyone to service our WaterFurnace geothermal heat pump, much less one that felt honest and didn't want to price gouge you from the beginning. But through a PSE recommendation, we found All Climate. To begin with, their service call charge was reasonable and didn't have an additional hourly charge on top of a charge just to show up at your door. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once he determined the problem was a bad compressor, All Climate was able to obtain a new one for our 20+ year old furnace and provided an estimate that covered the complete service. The compressor was not cheap, but we felt the cost was completely reasonable. Also, they did not try to up-sell unneeded repairs or replacements. We will call upon All Climate again in the future, just hopefully not too soon.

I used All Climate Heating for my fireplace tune up. The person arrived on time and performed the tune-up which I hoped would help with my my fireplace which would turn on only on a 4-5-th attempt. Apparently, the service did not help and made the condition worse in some respect. However, even though I was charged for the failing service, I received a phone call later from them and got promised a complete refund. Troubleshooting fireplaces might not be the best part of All Climate business, but they stand for their work and it's worth something.

Very happy. 1. Some other work was being done that was in conflict when he arrived. The technician, Qi, was kind enough to work around that instead of just leaving and making another appointment. 2. Previously, I had another company look and bid on the two jobs to be done. I was was unhappy with the bids and estimates so I decided to call All Climate (randomly after reading reviews). Qi gave me a much better estimate for the first job after determining that, at least from his point of view, there was no expensive leak to fix (as had been indicated by first estimate). With regard to second job, he indicated that, in fact, there was NOTHING broken...just the pilot light had gone out. It took him 5 minutes to determine that after the previous estimator had spent over an hour telling me about needing to get a difficult to find part. Qi did not charge me for the pilot light. One problem is that after Qi fixed the AC, my house was so cold that it got infested by small cute penguins... and my kid wants to keep them.

After a recommendation from a coworker that All Climate was friendly, knowledgeable and competitive in the Air Conditioning/Heating arena, I called on June 16th and set up an appointment with "Cal" for June 17th. After talking with Cal (and 3 other companies beforehand), I was convinced that my coworker hadn't led me astray. We ordered our AC unit that afternoon from Cal and had an appointment for install 1 week later (before his car was even out of my driveway!) (Note: The install date got pushed out by an extra week due to a technicality of the part of Puget Sound Energy (not All Climate) for which All Climate graciously moved me out a tiny bit to the next available spot). The short story is that I had cool air pouring through my house exactly 2 weeks after sitting with Cal at my kitchen table. When it was made known to me that PSE would be an extra 5 days out to do their part, leaving me to suffer thru an uncharacteristic and uncomfortable heat wave over a holiday weekend, All Climate went to bat for me. They contacted PSE and made arrangements for my system to be "fired up" and working before the next day. Nick returned my call of distress immediately and said he would be "right over". 10 minutes later, there he was; 1 hour later, I released my first "aahhhhhhh" after feeling my house immediately cooling down. My only regret is that are not 10 Stars above for me to highlight...All Climate certainly deserves them. A special shout out to CAL for great customer service, KEVIN and TAYLOR for patiently and tirelessly doing the install on a 90+ degree day (and remaining pleasant and friendly the whole process through) and, finally, NICK who came to my rescue the day after by making the system live! Thanks, guys, It was a pleasure working with you even though you did all the work.

I would highly recommend All Climate based on my experience with a diagnostic visit from Nathan. We were having all sorts of issues where our heat pump froze over, air was not being routed to a zone in our house properly, aux heat would kick in constantly, and more. Nathan performed a comprehensive diagnostic and was able to make some changes to the furnace control panel settings, thermostat settings, and recommend some repairs (some of which I was able to perform myself). I especially appreciated how collaborative Nathan was when I was explaining the various issues I ran into and his ability to explain what he was doing and why. Before Nathan arrived, I was worried I would have to buy a new heat pump and now everything is working great again. I will be recommending All Climate (and Nathan in particular) to anyone I know who needs heating & AC work done.
