We had an AC system installed and replaced our failing furnace and water tank. As the old saying goes, a picture speaks a thousand words. Just look at the before and after. The installation exceeded my expectations. Dean came out to make the bid and explained everything and was communicative throughout the entire process. The installers, Peter and Nick, were beyond fantastic. Professional, friendly, and everything was clean at the end of the day. Alexanders was recommended by my neighbor and I see why. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my HVAC system and would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Had an emergency at the office when our AC unit stopped working. Alex was not only less expensive than the other quotes but quicker! He was able to get us up and running the next day as our server room was completely down due to heat. I highly recommend them. He even gave me a recommendation for a cheaper unit that was better than what I had previously asked for. Best heating company in Bellevue hands down.

We hired Alexander’s heating to install a new furnace and heat pump after the heatwave convinced us it was time for AC. His team deinstalled an old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace. They did a fantastic job, the new system install is very clean and uncluttered. His techs were professional and worked efficiently. Equipment works great!

This is an absolutely AWESOME company. In a post COVID world where wait times and materials shortages are causing other HVAC companies to delay 6 months or more per job, Alexander's is able to show up FAST and install quicker than anyone else can. Even for repairs of old systems they didn't install, they are FAST! Love them! If you need HVAC work done, check them out!!!

Alex and his team came to the rescue during one of the now many hot spells. We had a new born at home and we’re concerned with how toasty our house gets. It was their busy season and our AC broke. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the appropriate parts and explain everything to us. The service was great and everyone was super helpful. The Tech which came to my house was able to show me key things to look for, basic trouble shooting and first time home owner knowledge points which have been invaluable to me. Finding a company which not only provides a good service but educates and assists on minor issues is a must. Tech was professional and arrived before my appointment window.

For the first time, we hired Alexander back in February, 2017. We just bought our house and water heater died 2 months after. Our friends suggested to call Alexander as he did some work for them and they were happy. Alexander was able to be at our house the next day, it was very important for us since it was February. Second time we contacted Alexander half a year after when we wanted to replace our old furnace. I wanted to install 96% efficiency furnace and Alexander had no problems with installing it. I wanted to install A/C next spring and asked Alexander about estimate. I was really surprised that he kept his estimate when I contacted him 7 months later. His guys were able to connect A/C to our Ecobee without using additional wires. Some time after this we decided to renovate our kitchen, our old kitchen didn't support proper range hood installation so we needed someone to do a duct work for us, I immediately contacted Alexander. His guy did all work perfectly but the biggest surprise awaited me later - Alexander didn't take any money for this work! I highly recommend this company - great service and very fair prices.

Alexander's team was recommended by my real estate agent and I hired them to install a new furnace and new air conditioner. There was some issue with the installation result which is the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. But I would like to recognize Scott's work here. He was very responsive during the whole process and came out even on a labor day weekend to help us troubleshoot the issue ang got the whole system running so we had a good holiday with a working climate system. Then he came out again to help us install a thermostat. Appreciate his hard work and great service!

I recently completed a substantial remodel on my house in Kirkland gutting the house and installing all new mechanical systems including furnace, ducting, venting, and air conditioning. As a formed home builder I provided a written scope of work and bid the HVAC work out to 3 local heating contractors so I could compare apples to apples. After receiving the three bids back Alexander’s Heating was the easy choice to make. Their bid was detailed, complete, and they were responsive with the quote. Additionally my salesman, Dean Covell, was quick to answer all of my questions and always answered his phone when I called. Once my project was under construction Alexander’s Heating showed up to perform their work on the day that I requested and they finished one day earlier than expected. The installation technicians were cordial, clean, and their work was very tidy. I cannot say enough about my positive experience using Alexander’s Heating and I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends.

Our summer came to its end and it was cold enough to turn the heat back on... we did and... got nothing but cold air blowing. I looked for heating companies in Kirkland and found Alexander's Heating and can't say enough how glad I was to find them. They came much faster than anyone else (I called several companies), they found the problem, got a replacement part (the last one in town) that unfortunately had some issues, so they came out a third time, without charging me a penny for all these trips (something other companies don't do). They fixed the problem, even did some extra work to make sure everything runs well. Based on a number of similar businesses I've contacted in the 15 years living in this house - Alexander's Heating is the ONLY company I ever plan to deal with again! They were outstanding in terms work, timing and their charges were better than any of their competitors I've talked with. If you're looking for Heating pros in Kirkland (or anywhere in Greater Seattle area) - look no further than Alexander's Heating. I rarely write truly glowing reviews online, but these folks definitely deserve it. P.S. Special kudos to Ivan, the gentleman who came out and fixed our problem, someone with clearly very astute knowledge of the subject at hand and exceptional work ethic and personality.

I originally hired Alexander's when I first move to my house per my realtor recommendation, to bring a gas line to new gas range, fireplaces, dryers and bbq and they did a fabulous jobs. Recently I hired Alexander's again about a month ago, to install an AC unit & coil, as our summers are getting hot and hotter and I dealt with Dean as I had previously. First of all, Dean is very knowledgable of HVAC world, knows about all brands, thermostats, vent work, their pricing is very competitive in this area, and their workmanship is excellent. They'll give you a quote based on your needs and that's very important for me! I also decided to go with the Honeywell Redlink Thermostat as opposed to my Nest, it works really well and I very happy with the system overall, especially all the support they gave me on using this system. I highly recommend Alexander's and Dean.
