Very pleased with their service - very responsive and timely in answering my queries (unlike other providers we contacted), and in setting up an appointment; the two service representatives were on time, very efficient and thorough, as well as pleasant and very informative - very professional and competent. Our heating worked better immediately after their visit. Highly recommended!

Our heater spontaneously stopped working and AirGanic was super responsive. The customer service experience throughout the process was great! Shannon responded quickly and followed up when she said she would. They were able to work around our work schedules to ensure that they could come at a time that would work for us. We worked with both David and Andre during the process and they were both very professional, communicated our options clearly, and were responsive to follow up communications.

Gal arrived on time and performed our annual furnace inspection. He made sure that everything was running smoothly and checked our lifetime filter to make sure that it was clean. He told us that everything looked great! This is the third year that we have used AirGanic for our furnace. In the past, they have cleaned our air ducts and installed their Breathe Easy Package. Fortunately, nobody in our family has suffered from a cold or flu over the past three years with this clean air system.

He charged nothing for his time/ expertise and was very gracious and pleasant. We will contact him to install additional heat sensors and for additional issues in the future because he spent his time, received no compensation and did so with integrity and humor.

I just moved into a home and noticed the dryer vent seemed pretty filthly. I called Airganics, and scheduled service with them to clean it out. Tyson and Connor did an excellent job cleaning out my dryer vent. It was pretty clogged, and once they got the vent brush through the clog, it started spewing out tremendous amounts of lint that accumulated over the years! They both were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again!

Highly recommend Airganic. We recently bought a new home which needed furnace maintenance and duct cleaning. They were able to complete that and install a uv light/electrostatic fitlers for the same price as competitors only willing to do the maintenance and cleaning. Booking was easy, they were friendly, and most importantly, quick, efficient and even a little early. Highly recommend!

I hired this company to repair and replace a heating and cooling system that was new but not operating properly. The owner assessed the problem and put together a proposal to fix it, with several options that allowed me to consider the level of investment I wanted to make. In the end, the solution worked and the system is running really well. This was a complicated issue with many other technicians not able to fix it. I would highly recommend AirGanic for your HVAC needs.

AirGanic employees were on time, efficient, and professional. I hired them to clean our air ducts, but they also realized within minutes of arriving that something was not right with our furnace (it was way too noisy - but we assumed this was normal). We had it serviced by a different company in August when we moved in, but clearly they did not do a great job as the filters and blower hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I was so happy the AirGanic team caught this and serviced our furnace in addition to cleaning our air ducts. They found tons of hair and dust, as well as three tennis balls and a water bottle, from previous owners. We will definitely be doing this on an annual basis for maintenance moving forward.

Konnor and Jaime were friendly and professional. They arrived early, and we didn't have the furniture moved yet, so they helped us move it. They also troubleshooted some issues with our ductwork and offered solutions if we wanted to hire them to come back and fix the issues in the future. Very happy with this company! The owner, Gal, is helpful and responsive. When I received my quote for adding A/C to my central heating, I wanted to know the details of why they were recommending this specific system. Gal patiently explained to me the trade-offs and why they do not generally recommend heat pumps in situations like mine. The technicians were prompt and professional. They were also friendly and willing to answer questions. I am very satisfied and would happily use AirGanic again.

Gal Zamir & his team installed AC in my house and they are very professional and responsive. They have guided me with all the issues that needs to be fixed and installed the AC as per the schedule. Everything went very well. Austin and his associate were very professional and did a good job cleaning the ducts and inside the furnace. He also gave me a quote for other work that they could do to improve on energy efficiency in my home. I appreciated having that instantly as they were getting ready to leave. I’d give 5 stars but they let my small dog out into the unfenced front yard when they first arrived. I got him back but it took me 45 minutes of searching my rural, wooded neighborhood before I found him. Just glad it all turned out well in the end.

AirGanic were amazing. First, I was scared by the price for spray foam insulation for my crawlspace, so I shopped around; AirGanic was the best. Then Gal worked with me to cut some off the estimate. Finally, they came and did an awesome job, putting on three layers instead of just two. I had a workman come by to look at insulating the ductwork (a different job) and asked him to inspect their work; he said it was excellent, every nook and cranny. Gal was communicative, patient, and honest throughout. I cannot recommend AirGanic highly enough.

We hired Airganic to clean our crawl space and attic after rodent damage we had to our ducts, insulation and barrier. The crew arrived first thing in the morning and cover our house with plastic to make sure the house stays clean through the process, i appreciated them taking care of the house while working as when you have rodent damage you do not want your furniture and carpets to get infected also. The project took 3 days to complete and at the end Gal, the owner, came for final walk through and showed us before and after pictures while explaining all they did, what a great experience with this guys! will use again and recommend everybody to give them a chance.

Gal and his team is the best. There was a duct in my crawlspace filled with water and other ducts laying on the ground. They came and replace my wet duct and hang up other ducts that were laying on the ground. They are in time, experienced, know what they are doing.
