We have an annual contract with AAA which includes an annual heat system inspection. I appreciate how AAA sends text messages prior to arrival to introduce their technicians. Kaleb arrived within his scheduled service window and was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained potential options for system improvements but did not try to push the product. He kept it factual and allowed us to weigh the pros/cons against the cost. Highly recommend AAA as we have received top quality service since we started using them.

Our condensate pump was clogged and was running at full bore. AAA was able to dispatch someone one day after my call. I was surprised they had enough staffing to have someone come so soon. Very professional. Brandon, the tech who worked on our system was great. Very courteous and professional. He explained what was going on and what my options were. Price for the fix was very reasonable. I was so impressed I'm having AAA come back and provide an estimate for other heating and cooling work we're looking to have done. I would definitely recommend AAA for anyone with heating, cooling or other HVAC needs.

Great experience today with AAA Heating and air conditioning tech Vinny! The company texts you the day before to confirm the appointment and when you confirm the next day before the tech arrival, they send you another text with who it is and a pic of who will be showing up. They showed up on time and were great to chat with about what they are doing and their findings. He was professional and courteous and told me about how long the maintenance of my AC and furnace would be. He took the time to go over any questions I had and go over items he saw and checks he made. I plan on using their services in the future since it was so transparent.

I had a very good experience with AAA heating & AC. Our heater stopped working and they were able to send a technician out within a couple of days. Tyler was our tech and he was very professional and was able to solve our issue that day. We needed to replace our circuit board and he showed me exactly what was failing and why it was causing the problem we were having. He fixed it for us very quickly and the pricing was extremely transparent and fair. He also recommended a new thermostat that would work better for our system, as the version of the Nest we have would likely cause more issues with our circuit board in the near future. Overall a great experience and would definitely use them again.

I contacted 10 different HVAC companies for a service inquiry. Mackenzie from AAA reached out to me in less than 10 minutes. Talk about fast! I was sent text messages about my appointment to confirm time and date. My technician sent me a text with his picture so I could easily identify him when he arrived. That’s great piece of mind with small children in the house. Jared was awesome. Right on time, friendly, and educated me on what I need to do to keep my system performing at its potential. He was very respectful of my house by wearing covers over his shoes when he walked in. Played with my dogs and educated me on all their services. From start to finish the project went extremely well. The installation advisor was very responsive and friendly. He went over the fine details and came back to make sure everything would go well with the installation prior to the installers coming out. The installers were very professional, friendly and willing to answer any questions we have. My house feel so good now. No more sweating in the summers or freezing in the winters. This is the most professional organization I’ve ever had come to my home for any service. My furnace purchase came with free maintenance inspections which I expected to be a quick once over with recommended service, but it was a thorough hour plus inspection with a clean bill of health. Evan was fantastic as each of their technicians have been. Great company.

Josh is a wonderful employee. He represents your company well. Josh is knowledgeable and shared his knowledge regarding our heating system with us. I wish we could follow his advice to get an air filtration system but money is an obstacle for us. If we can figure a way to afford it in the future, we will definitely use AAA because of our great experience with Josh!

Kyle was fantastic and responsive. Super easy going and friendly, but also clearly knew his stuff. I had several random questions about our system that he immediately knew the answers to and was able to give great info. He was quick, very adaptive to our immediate needs (e.g. adapting his flow to work calls we had to take, etc.). I've subscribed to their maintenance service plan, and look forward to working with AAA regularly.

Today tech Joe was the one assigned to us for an issue we had with it. He was very nice even connected with my kiddo who wanted to know everything. He was very detailed and very informative. New heat pump system install! Professional & thorough! Jennifer kept me in touch with my appointments & preparing to have my old heat pump system assesed & for my new one to get installed via phone calls & text. Bryce & Binh showed up on time to remove & install a whole new heat pump & air handler. They were very respectful of the house by taking extra precautions such as drop cloths & boot covers. Both had professional attitudes & knowledge on the entire system they were installing, answering all my questions throughout the day. Removal of the old equipment was fast & had no issues as they carefully helped each other. Aaron came to work on my electrical & quickly fixed an issue with my breaker panel, found my circuit had my welder on it so he corrected it by putting it on its own circuit. They cleaned up really well & walked me through the testing phase of the install, prior to finishing up. Also, thank you to Tyler & Steve for the assessment & product information. Tyler inspected my old system & explained what the root cause (refrigerant leak/low) along with a capacitor & condenser fan was bad. Then Steve went over my options based on my house size & needs for products to get me setup for my budget. I would highly recommend using AAA Heating & Air Conditioning for any heating & cooling needs. Their whole team communicated really well & did an outstanding job from the second I called until my whole system was up & running! Huge thanks & great work to all involved!

Nick showed up on a Saturday and stayed until the minor problem (a defective switch) was fixed and made sure the furnace ran for at least 20 minutes to make sure all was good. I needed a quote for duct repair and duct/dryer vent cleaning. Alec was on time, very professional, and pleasant. He took time to ask questions to determine needs. While in the crawl space to assess work, he was able to quickly re-attach a section of ducts which fixed vents in 2 rooms that weren’t heating. He answered my questions thoroughly and provided options to fit my budget and scope of project. He offered advice and recommended future upgrades for when my budget allows. Alec even called the office with only a few minutes before they closed to get the duct cleaning scheduled. I’m looking forward to working with AAA and recommend them highly!

AAA recently installed AC in our home. We received 3 different quotes and they came in well below the other two with a much sooner installation date. Also, they gave me the quote on the spot where it took several days to hear back from the other companies. Installation was only a few weeks out, which was great to get it installed before the heat comes this summer. Every AAA employee I interacted with was extremely polite and professional. Any questions I had they answered and the ones they weren't sure about they let me know they weren't sure and could give me the information. Any requests I had as far as routing of pipes, wiring, etc. were all met. They left the work area as they found it with the exception of a brand new AC system. After a loud noise started to come from our furnace we called AAA who did a great job on our AC install over the summer. They were here within a day and found the problem quickly. Our Tech Joseph Moe was very professional, kind, and most importantly didn’t try to upswell us once. We were grateful for that right before Christmas. My house was having heating issue due to error codes on our furnace. Before calling triple A heating I called a local competitor and they spent almost half a day up in the attic trying to figure it out. Their final conclusion was replace every internal part of the furnace or buy new one for $7500. Anytime we are making big purchase we always get second opinion and that’s when we called triple A heating and cooling. They sent out Tyler to look over our furnace and after being at it for about an hour he said it was simple sensors and wiring issue. He order the parts and showed up few days later to install it and now my furnace is running perfectly. I would like to first of all have Triple A heating and cooling recognize Tyler for his dedicating to figuring out the issue and starting off with simple things instead of launching the part cannon. Triple A heating and cooling have earned all my business in the future. Tyler your honestly will get you a long way in life, keep it up !!!

We appreciate AAA Heating!! We recently had to have our furnace repaired and maintenance done on it before the really cold weather hit. As usual, they did a great job in helping us! Jared was our Service Technician that day. He discovered the problem with our furnace right away after running a couple of diagnostic tests. AAA Heating installed our High Efficiency Furnace in 2012. Since we had used Southwest before for some plumbing issues, we called them first when our heat pump was acting up. They installed a new heat pump, our home is over 40 years old so they ran into some glitches. Jordan, did his best to solve all the little bothersome problems. This review is specific to our diagnostic and service visit by Tommy on 11/9/22, and to our general experience with AAA’s front desk/phone support staff. The office staff communicated clearly, let us know Tommy might be arriving early, and worked with us to make sure that would work. Tommy sent a very helpful introduction text prior to his arrival, was very straightforward and helpful in explaining what he saw, and made appropriate comments on his work and what we were experiencing - without any upselling or pressure (THANK YOU). He answered some questions, wrapped things up, and took off. I wish all service calls could be as professional and functional. I will note that previous experiences with AAA -as with any company - have been varied, including one that made us reconsider our contract with them. That was a couple of years ago, so 5* for how things operated around today’s visit - I hope that keeps up!!!

I am so pleased with the service AAA H&A provide that I pay a monthly fee to get a tune-up every 6 months. Their technicians are friendly, prompt, and knowledgable (special shoutout to Joe who's serviced my HVAC twice and recently installed some new features). After talking to them last year I decided to add an air purifier to our system and a new thermostat. I have also scheduled a duct cleaning. One of the best professional home services I have ever used.

This was a diagnostic call as my heat pump hasn't been working properly. Jim was personable, professional and direct. Upfront about what he saw - what was likely and what was possibly wrong. He gave me ball park figures should I choose to get the work done when asked. He taught me a bit about what I have (which my installer did NOT do) and how my furnace and heat pump work together. I'm all about being educated. Nice guy, sounds like he knows his stuff....I'd have him come back if I choose this company to do the work, without a qualm.

Firstly, professional service and very friendly by Cameron (AAA Technician), Bailey (HVAC vent cleaning) and the 2 awesome technicians who installed my furnace/thermostat! For the first visit, the evaluation was thorough by Cameron, which he carefully examined my house and gave me the best options of what furnace is best for its value. Secondly, the texting format this company has to pre-introduce your technicians is great because it gives you some detail of who’s going to help you out and complete your service. The day of my furnace installation, 2 technicians professionally introduced themselves, letting you know what they are going to do, what needs to be checked out and they started their work from there. The process was harmless as you might think and the installation took no longer than 4-5 hours. 4-5 hours might seems like a long time but when it factors in the removal of my old furnace, removal of old pieces of the furnace from the ceiling/walls, thoroughly cleaning years worth of dust, adding the new furnace, new thermostat (Note: If you have your own thermostat, make sure to ask if it’s alright for them to do install it, if you aren’t comfortable replacing the thermostat yourself) and lastly, confirming what has been done today. They will provide an inspection paperwork that needs to get filled out by an inspector as soon as possible, to insure that all the work that’s been done is safe to use for long-term. Towards the second half of the day, I got my vents cleaned since it has been over a few years since I have gotten it cleaned and I have to say, I couldn’t have been satisfied with Bailey. Before starting, he carefully was evaluating to see where the vents were in the house, let me know about some issues that occurred and made sure it was alright to proceed and continued his work from there. After evaluating, he started by simply vacuuming all vents as much as he could, which then he would tape all vents shut so that he could use high pressured vacuum to easily get the remaining dust and other debris from all the vents. At the end of everything, simply cleaned up, reviewed with me what was done and was finished! Overall, I would recommend this company to anybody who needs a new furnace, A/C or just need some HVAC vent cleaning.

The process was harmless as you might think and the installation took no longer than 4-5 hours. 4-5 hours might seems like a long time but when it factors in the removal of my old furnace, removal of old pieces of the furnace from the ceiling/walls, thoroughly cleaning years worth of dust, adding the new furnace, new thermostat (Note: If you have your own thermostat, make sure to ask if it’s alright for them to do install it, if you aren’t comfortable replacing the thermostat yourself) and lastly, confirming what has been done today. They will provide an inspection paperwork that needs to get filled out by an inspector as soon as possible, to insure that all the work that’s been done is safe to use for long-term. Towards the second half of the day, I got my vents cleaned since it has been over a few years since I have gotten it cleaned and I have to say, I couldn’t have been satisfied with Bailey. Before starting, he carefully was evaluating to see where the vents were in the house, let me know about some issues that occurred and made sure it was alright to proceed and continued his work from there. After evaluating, he started by simply vacuuming all vents as much as he could, which then he would tape all vents shut so that he could use high pressured vacuum to easily get the remaining dust and other debris from all the vents. At the end of everything, simply cleaned up, reviewed with me what was done and was finished! Overall, I would recommend this company to anybody who needs a new furnace, A/C or just need some HVAC vent cleaning.

Ever since we purchased our home we have used AAA. They have always been responsive, honest, direct, and most importantly knowledgeable. We have laughed with the techs over the years as we talk about the manufacturers doing something dumb (an overtightened ground screw in the control board of a new AC system). Today we had our routine maintenance on our HVAC units - Brandon was not only on-time but he was early. He handled the system maintenance, corrected some bad advice that a less experienced tech had given us earlier which he caught and helped us correct - he ordered the parts to come right to us and showed us how to do the install. He, as always went above and beyond making sure that everything was in tip top shape. Based on his recommendation we had him install an air purification system into our furnace - something that we had been waffling on but based on what he found with the filters (we have 3 dogs - all of which are either full or half husky) that it would ease the system stress and improve air quality.

I had a great experience experience with AAA. I initially looked at reviews on Yelp and ran across AAA. We called for a consultation and they came a week after. They came on time, were knowledgeable, didn’t question what we wanted (I.e. which side the ac would be installed on), and they didn’t try to upsell us. I think our favorite part was they only followed up with us once. We liked that they weren’t constantly calling and emailing us. We had 3 other companies come out and we ended up with them. They were pretty booked since it’s summer so we had to wait 3 weeks. Highly recommend calling earlier and avoid summer time installs!! 3 weeks forward, they came on time at 8:30 am. Bryce was accompanied by Noah. Bryce and Noah were proficient, knowledgeable, and worked hard. They left around 4:30 pm so it took a good 8 hours roughly. They were careful, wore shoe guards, laid down a protector on all areas that they were working on. They kept very clean, and made sure it was quality work. Bryce and Noah did a fantastic job on installation, informing us, keeping clean, being efficient, and over all. They were able to grab an internal inspector to come out and check everything, and he said they did a good job. Edit: AAA called me to address the issues I stated in my review and will be updating my account to request that we -are- notified if something concerning is found but otherwise will -not- receive recommendations at this time. AAA did not try to pressure me regarding their recommendations, but I appreciate their understanding that I feel pressured when being upsold at all. Also, I learned that the smell may be from a normal coil maintenance lubricant that is typically used but may have inadvertently landed a bit on the fan. That stuff sure is potent. Our account has also been updated to request that that spray only be used if absolutely necessary in order to avoid this potential issue in the future. Thank you very much for reaching out to me today in order to sort all of this out. I appreciate your time and efforts. Original Review - I'm not sure what's different about this company now. We are on contract for 6-month maintenance and the maintenance they performed today, as well as the maintenance they performed in March, were both followed by upselling spiels. The gentleman that came today also sprayed something into the system to... disinfect? We weren't asked if we wanted it. My youngest felt sick from the smell and had to leave the house. I have a sinus headache from it. Good thing it's in the 60s today because we have all of the windows open. We are on the fence about continuing to use this company and will be shopping around today.

Update: We've got the help we needed from AAA! They did a great job replacing our old HVAC and water heater. They also installed a ductless mini-split system for one of our rooms. We bought a service subscription for a year and then extended it for one more year and we were quite happy with AAA until we needed a help with temporarily removing the mini-split head and they told me that they don't have time for us. I even told them that we are existing customers and that when we were installing this mini-split we discussed with the technician who installed it that we eventually will need to remove it because we are planning to renovate the room and he said that AAA will help with that but since their subscription doesn't cover anything other than 2 maintenances per year we had to call other heating and cooling companies.

The technicians are always prompt and courteous when they arrive. Very professional service. They perform semi annual inspections and ensure your system runs at peak efficiency prior to each winter and summer. 8/4/2022 - update. I had a scheduled maintenance appointment set for today 4 August. Yesterday my A/C stopped cooling. So today when Vinny from AAA showed up, I told him what was going on. He listened to everything I had observed and then he began checking the entire system eliminating possible causes. He discovered a failed capacitor, replaced it and then finished his tune up. The A/C is working like new again and just in time for the next high temps coming! Great service as always. If you're looking for an HVAC company with excellent service, then AAA may be the company for you!

We are with AAA for more than 5 years. Long Nguyen and his co technician came to service us they are very professional and very polite, they came and started on time and finished on time. They text you 30 minutes before technicians arrive with a picture of themselves and a short bio so that you know who to expect. They installed our new furnace and AC in one day as promised. They educate us on how things work and gave us permits and paperwork to stay current on building codes. They also have their own electricians. He checked several things and came to conclusion that it must be due to air filters being clogged. He removed them and so far everything seems to be working normally and suggested we should replace monthly. Because of my setup, things were more difficult to access, but he did work arounds to the job done. We established a plan for next time to change where the condenser pipe drains so the furnace is easier to access after that. Update: thank you for being responsive I was called immediately to review the issue. Technician Alec responded. Very knowledgeable, found the issue in two minutes. Resolved in 3. That’s the service I remember. Excellence met. Customer service again was great. Nice people. Too bad. Not reliable and or guaranteed workmanship. Used to use this company for maintenance and repairs at my previous home. No issues. Since I had used them before I called them for my new home. They response quickly and are very polite and friendly. I called to have my system checked and to apply for their 18.00 a month maintenance plan. All was good. Technician comes when stated. My system seemed to have some issues ( system is about 5 years old). So I was told that they would have to charge me for a diagnostic test. Ok. Did the test, did the supposedly maintenance and 200.00 dollars later I was told all good. We didn’t test the system Because this was on a Saturday- it was a holiday weekend and we were not at home much to notice we had no heat. Monday we have no heat. We called Tuesday and explain that something was not right. We are immediately told that they can send a technician to do a DIAGNOSTIC TEST and that they would charge me. I was taken aback. I asked if they warranted their work since I just paid for a diagnostic test and when WE turned on the system it failed. Two days later on a holiday weekend??? So we went back and forth. I do not know anyone who would accept that type of work where two days later the system ain’t working but you must pay again for them to do something that you already paid for. What type of workmanship or warrantee is that. I canceled my maintenance plan and just chucked the 200 to learning a lesson. Too bad. Not reliable now although they used to be.

We have had many points of contact with this business - appointments, maintenance, assessments, long conversations, different staff members - we have never been disappointed. Highly recommend. Without question, the stand out has been Joe, one of their technicians who is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely looks out for you. We have been on a roller coaster ride with our nightmare of a mini split system (which they did not install, it was installed by a different company). Joe has saved us many times, coming out with an unfailing polite and can do attitude. He is able to trouble shoot quickly, sharing his findings with us. He is honest in his assessments and remembers the ins and outs of the job. He has helped us through the winter when our heaters were down, through the summer when our a/c was leaking and at even the dead of the night for an emergency. He goes above and beyond. We have worked with many contractors (the joys of home ownership). There are few recommendations that I write but I had to do this for AAA and Joe as I really value their work. The front desk (Megan) is always responsive. We appreciate how quickly they get back to us and keep us in the loop of the job status. I appreciate their reminders of the appointment times and they also confirm when the technician is on the way and even if there are traffic delays. We are looking to get our whole units overhauled from the not so great install job that was done by the other business. We wouldn’t trust anyone else, we want it done right and have peace of mind. These guys take great care of you.

I am not an expert by any means, but the inspection seemed very thorough and I never got the feeling that they were ever trying to take advantage or anything of that sort. Joe and his 'apprentice' (not sure what the official title is) were both very professional and I especially appreciated that they brought and wore booties without being asked - something that I've found not all people do. They also laid down a sheet under the attic to catch debris, which I found to be a considerate gesture worth mentioning. Throughout the visit Joe did a great job explaining his processes, and making recommendations for the best care etc. of our HVAC. He also demonstrated some self-maintenance of our EAC, which had been regrettably somewhat neglected on our part. Furnace quit working the night of 2/21/22 when outside temp was in the 30's. Called & spoke to Jaysha to make an appointment and sent a technician out the same day. Tyler asked for a quick report of what I was experiencing before he dove in. Everything he suspected that were causing my issues where exactly what was wrong. Brandon was our technician and did a very good and complete job. He checked all of the functioning of the furnace and check the temperature of the outflow of each heating duct. He suggested that we change the frequency of replacing the filters from three months to two months because of the pets in the house and the amount of pet dander in the filter. On a personal note, I think Brandon is a really nice person! That’s because he interacted with our dogs as if they had been friends forever! He liked them and they liked him! He serviced my ancient oil to gas converted furnace (A beast many furnace companies told me they could not service as they didn’t know how to). Every person involved in this process was top notch professional, respectful, and all deserve a pay raise!! They performed spectacular as any company owner would hope their employees would. Older review - Mike Alonzo was friendly and efficient as our service man on his maintenance call. The only negative comment we have is we wish he would have worn "slip on" shoe covers when he walked from the heating/cooling unit outside into the house across our carpet several times. Kind of thought that was a standard practice to wear the covers when inside your house.

I received a text notifying me who my technician would be, that he was on his way, along with some information about him (added personal touch.) Jay arrived a little early and was very professional. He took great care in checking the overall condition of my furnace and even took a moment to show and briefly explain to me how everything worked. At first, we contacted some free contractors but it turns out they were very unreliable and lame, then we called AAA and they scheduled a time the next day, Levi was our guy, he is SUPER nice, knowledgeable and responsive. Did few tests, diagnosed the problem quickly and then proposed couple solutions which were totally respectfully and within our budget. Made another appointment the following Monday. I asked for Levi specifically because he is the best! Came again, spent couple hours trying to make sure the furnace is 100% taking care of. We signed the annul service with him. And he is the guy that we are going to use from now on. Great company because their employees is their best advertise, I will definitely recommend AAA to all my friends and customers.

Jim arrived at my home to assess my furnace and explained to me in simple words what was wrong, this was on a Friday. I am 90 yrs old and could not do without heat until the next week. Jim called his boss and between the two of them was able to make arrangements to have a furnace installed the next day. The owner of the company didnt want me to be cold so he sent over heaters until the next day. David arrived to install the furnace and worked diligently on this. He was very pleasant and worked hard to have the job completed that day. All in all I would recommend this company to everyone, the customer service was exemplary.

Corey came and serviced our AC after the heat wave. He found a couple of issues with the system and was able to fix them same day. He also quickly installed an air purifier with the upcoming wildfire season coming. While fixing the AC he also noticed the evaporator was open 18” causing us to cool our attic space. We were just thrilled with him and how we were able to get everything done in one morning.

He provided great insights along with evidence of what to look out for and gave suggestions on how to mitigate in the future. Additionally, he was able to answer questions on services AAA provides around aerosealing ducts, options to zoning our house and future proactive maintenance to consider. There was a bit of a communication gap in next steps on duct cleaning but we quickly resolved that and he clearly laid out our options. Overall it was a good experience, felt like we received a great value for the tune up service we had AAA and Brandon out for. 4.5 stars

Carl’s message with his picture came on my text message 15 mts prior to his arrival at 1pm. Carl was On time and did a very thorough diagnosis before performing total maintenance on my Coleman furnace. He was done within one hour and and went over all the details with me. I was charged only 99.00 instead of 135 plus tax because I joined AAA heating and cooling membership program. Benefits are amazing including the first detailed maintenance visit. For only $ 10.00 per month, it’s 100% worth having them come back and keep up with the maintenance of my furnace. I am one satisfied customer ( my standards are high) !

Lost some trust. Last tune up they recommend I have an iwave r installed. Quoted me 1758 for it. After doing some research the iwave sells for about 400 and install is less than 10 mins. Thats over 1k in labor for 10ish min of work. Called a few other companies an the quotes were less than half AAA.

Great service! Requested for a quote online and received an email next day. They informed me that the earliest someone can come to my house and discuss options was three weeks (due to current Emergency Heat Service Protocols in place) but provided options on how they can assist over email. Since I wasn’t in a rush I just decided to wait the three weeks and proceeded with scheduling a walkthrough. Day of walkthrough I received a text message introducing me to Geoffrey. A pic, bio and heads up on my way was included in the message. Geoffrey was very friendly and informative. We got the information we needed to make a decision. Followed up with Geoffrey with our decision, completed our paperwork and waited for follow up on install date. Geoffrey did inform us that due to Covid and supply restrictions, install will probably not be scheduled for another 6-8 weeks 8 weeks later, received a call from AAA to schedule our install. Day of install received a text message introducing Jonathan, pic and bio was included. Jonathan and Long arrived on time and were extremely professional throughout the day and during the install. Cleaned up everything nicely , answered all my questions and advised of next steps. Two weeks later, another tech Levi came out to check on the install and units, answer any questions we may have and advised of next steps to acquire necessary permits. Another great experience. Followed the steps, AAA called and arranged the permit inspection appt. Inspector arrived gave the all clear. It was a smooth process and overall great experience. Would highly recommend! .
