Helped us weight the merits, and use factors to settle on our new system. Which we are enjoying. Shawn, Cody, and Stetson were right on time, very professional, and did an amazing instal, with little fuss for our part. And was kind to our dog, and as the pictures show, it looks fantastic.

We had a few leaking pipes that were needing repair. I called over and they were able to get us booked in 10 minute before close on the weekend and had someone over to our house by Monday at a time that best fit our schedule. They were fast, efficient, and well priced. They even gave us options at a very affordable price for a water softener to reduce the strain on our pipes, and soon to be new appliances. Extremely impressed by the high quality and fair service offered, and highly recommend them.

SameDay is responsive, quick, and professional! This is the second time we've used them and they've done stellar work for a fair price. (A few years ago they fixed our AC unit.) We had a garbage disposal leak and they sent Kyle who is awesome. He came and gave us a quote with information regarding various units and their pros and cons. We were able to purchase a unit from a store and Kyle returned and installed it for us. He educated us on the unit, the plumbing, and other drains in our house. Our AC stopped working. We called several companies trying and get someone out to service the system and they were all booked solid. Same Day was able to come out in two days, which was appreciated! Jenny was our service technician. I was a little surprised to see a woman AC Professional but, that's just what she was. She was knowledgeable and professional. She was able to determine what the problem was in no time. She did a series of tests and checks and ultimately determined that the capacitor was bad. She had it in and the system was blowing ice cold air almost immediately. This chick knows what she's doing! I highly recommend this company and specifically their technician Jenny! Extremely pleased with the service we received from SameDay! We had a drain in our shower that was not draining, and we called to see if they had any availability, expecting we’d have to wait until after the holiday. They were able to send out two technicians— you guessed it, same day! Adam and Chris were professional and friendly, informative on the issues, and as an added bonus were kind to our pets. Austin came out and was able to find the reason I wasn't getting power in my kitchen and quickly fixed the issue. He was professional and friendly. After he left, when he realized that he had left the cover to my electrical panel on the ground, he immediately texted me and said he was on his way back to put it on for me. Eric was extremely helpful and was self motivated. He needed me to tell him where things were located one time. From then on he found his own way both days! We had frozen pipes. He returned the following day to check out our system. He was so knowledgeable about his trade. This is the second time we have used this company and I will continue to call them is problems arise. They showed up on time. Listened to what I needed done and gave me multiple options with the pricing up front. They informed me about safety hazards which we got resolved in the same visit. They wore foot protectors the whole time too, which showed that they respected our home. It was a great experience and I look forward to using them again in the future. Job done: 3 breakers replaced, one was being switched from a 40 to a 30 amp breaker and one outlet switched from a 40 to a 30 amp per our new ranges specifications. We also quoted out 3 other projects for another time. We weren’t pressured to do them now.

Austin was amazing. Came a day early because he had finished his previous job ahead of time. He could have called it a day, but came at 4 pm. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and crushed the job in half an hour. Kyle was an amazing tech. He was informative and friendly. He walked me through each step of the service he performed on our AC unit. He talked and joked with us and listened to our dumb stories. He has been to our house twice and had quickly become a trusted tech to a point I can sleep while he works. Same day heating has been taking care of us since 2007 and will continue to be our go to HVAC company for a very long time.

We initially called because of plugged kitchen drains with a small leak of unknown origin in our basement. Adam quickly found the problem and unfortunately it turned into a major repair. Adam was empathetic to both the impact on the household and the cost. He trimmed costs where he could and provided updates on his progress as the afternoon wore on. Both Adam & Tyler (who was under instruction) were courteous & professional. They were conscientious and attentive to our concerns. Same Day should be proud of these employees. I know the next time we need HVAC or plumbing assistance we'll look first to Same Day and request one or both of these pros.

Our old furnace had quit working ( and it’s the first of December). It only took Tilor a couple minutes to see that flames had melted sensors and inside parts and it was also producing CO. There was no question about needing a new furnace. He saved lives by being such a careful and thorough technician. So a customer service man came immediately, did his measurements and calculations, and arranged for a new furnace to be installed the next day. Both men were very professional and caring, and a new furnace is being installed as I write this review.

This company is top notch! We had an electrical issue in our kitchen that wasn’t an emergency,but we wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called on a Friday afternoon and didn’t think a technician could fix it that day. June she set up an appointment for that day and text me to let me know when they were on their way. Alex, the technician, was friendly, professional and quickly fixed the problem.

Austin and Nick arrived on time and started working after clarify what needed to be done. They brought all the light fixtures they needed - but then ran into a installation problem because of location of structural wooden beams. Austin solved the problem by getting a different light fixture. He sent Nick out to get the new parts and he continued to work. They did a great job and stayed until they finished (it was a 12 hour day). Their cleanup after completion of work was great. I would have them back if I needed electrical work.

Nicholas was very pleasant on the first job installing electrical for an over the counter microwave. I have an older home so we thought at first it wasn't possible. But he thought outside the box and figured out how to make it happen. I was so impressed that I hired him to come out and install electrical for recessed lighting throughout my living room and entryway. We couldn't get our water temperature to regulate after a water heater was installed. They spent an entire day trying to track down the problem. We've had other plumbers just tell us it was wierd and they didn't know what to do. Finally, by some miracle, they found a tiny screw that had worked it's way up to the hot /cold water junction in the pipe for the shower control. Nobody could figure out how that got there but they removed the screw and the water seems to be balanced now. Thank you for solving years of frustration!

They were so fantastic! We had a different company come out multiple times and had no clue how to fix our AC. it had been non functional for over two weeks at that point. The girl I spoke to to schedule was so nice and I appreciated how sympathetic she was to our situation. They were able to get someone out pretty quick (Friday am, which is pretty good for calling after 5 on Wednesday I think). And he was able to figure out what was going on pretty much instantly. He switched the wire and that was it! He also found a fire hazard in our furnace and was able to save us from that going wrong in the future. I ended up only paying for diagnosis (which was actually way too much for what ended up happening), as I was quoted for over $2000 (incorrectly, as I was able to fix the problem for less than $30). The tech also suggested updating my whole system, which would have obviously been a waste of money. After he left I found out he let a bunch of refrigerant/oil out of my condenser, which is a great way to break it and refrigerant is not cheap. I also found that the cover to my evaporator was not secured correctly, he only put back 1 out of 8 screws. On top of that he put the cover on incorrectly. Edit: I was contacted and given a refund, so good customer service.

We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs! 5/5/2021. Today we had a leaky shower drain in our master bath which was dripping from the ceiling in the basement. Of course I called Same DAY plumbing! Landon and Wes came to evaluate our issues and had it repaired in no time at all. The pricing was fair and the job done was up to standard. These guy's are awesome! I highly recommend this company! 3/15/22 We had a plugged up drain in our laundry room sink. We called Same Day again and were here promptly to get us flowing again. David did an excellent job doing the repair and left us with some good advice to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Thank You! 8/10/2022 We have been having problems with the sink in our master bath. It was draining very slowly and was frustrating me to no end. I tried everything I could think of to clear the problem. I called Same DAY plumbing to my rescue. Trevor and Korban showed up promptly and investigated my issue and found out my 60 year old galvanized pipes were plugged up almost completely with disgusting, foul smelling gunk. The only feasible thing to do was to cut out that section of pipe and replace with ABS pipe. The drain now flows freely again. We are very impressed with the results and the fair pricing. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Same Day's dispatch was knowledgable and professional as well. One thing I think is unusual about Same Day is that they charge you a $99 fee for coming out. Their reasoning is that they come out with a "fully stocked" truck, so they can fix your issue that same day. Turns out that the parts needed to complete the repair on my old furnace were not available, so he had to come back a day later. Also, the fee does not factor into whatever maintenance is needed.

Wesley was very nice , very capable and really helped me understand what I was paying and why. This helped me make better choices before he started the work. There was no pressure just informed conversation. Don't get me wrong emergency plumbing work is going to be expensive but it should be expensive. I had a very unique and weird situation where I was hearing a cat meowing in my house and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I called every single place I could think off 911, animal control, critter control, other heating companies and no one was able to really help. Until I called these guys and the person who answered the phone was super nice and welcoming and she understood and didn’t make me feel like an idiot (she sounded like she cared) then they sent me Amazing (Gina) super efficient, nice and really went out of her way to try to help me find the cat. Our main furnace was three months out of warranty. Coming home from vacation with no heat was not a pleasant experience. I called this company and they told me I would have a technician at our home the next morning. The tech was knowledgeable and diagnosed a faulty master control board which would needed to be replaced. Although the part was the second most expensive part on a furnace, this company softened the "blow" by providing a military discount. The technician also did a service on both furnaces as part of his service call and changed the filters in the furnaces and humidifier. I would not hesitate to call Same Day Heating and have them send back our technician for other services they provide. This is the most professional HVAC company I have ever had come to my home for heating and AC work. One more thing: The unethical contractor who installed our furnace wanted $600 more than what we paid Same Day Heating AND could not get to us for a week to 10 days. Same Day Heating is worth every penny that we paid!!!

We like the way Wes listened to us about services we needed and showed and discussed options with us. Then he itemized the costs ahead of time for us so we would know what the bill was going to be in the end. Wes worked extremely hard to replace leaking taps connected to our washer hoses. He examined two toilets that were running for a long time to fill and assured us that they were working correctly. He, also, replaced our kitchen sink tap with a Moen fixture of our choice ( that he went to pick up for us). It was no easy task to get the disfunctioning faucet out and the faucet in, but he worked until it was beautifully installed and performing perfectly! He was very neat, friendly and a knowledgeable professional. We, also, liked the previous customer discount.

Wanted to charge $500.00 to install a Moen faucet (apparently the easiest of all faucets to install, being I did it in 30 mins) just because it has a motion sensor. Wanted to charge me an additional $500 to cut a piece of plastic off my drain to install a faucet to my shower (which I provided) and tried to convince me it was a super difficult job when I paid someone $100.00 to just glue it in. Based on her attitude and the way she spoke to me, I just felt like she came in not interested in working. The electrician I hired from this company was happy to help and did a job that was 3 times as complcicated for $200.00.

I had a major electrical issue with my existing AC unit that needed to be fixed before my AC / Furnace could be installed. Luke was my electrician and he was fantastic. He went over all my options and clearly just wanted to get the job done right for a price that I could afford. I didn't feel like I was being upsold or nudged in any direction. On the day of the install, he was right on time (he was actually there right at the start of the possible arrival window they gave me). They got started and I was even able to leave them to it with full access to my house while I went to work. They were nothing short of professional and left my house in perfect condition after the repairs and had a copy of my invoice on my counter before locking up on their way out. I get my AC / Furnace installed tomorrow so i'll do a separate review there, but if the rest of the company staff is as proficient and professional as Luke, I would recommend them in a heart beat.

He made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and went above and beyond what we were expecting. We initially thought that the price was a little steep as compared to what other companies charge but he spent quite a while making sure everything was in top working order. Another plus was that they had an opening 3 days before our scheduled appt. and called to see if they could come which worked even better for us. All in all, we have never had a better maintenance experience with any company or technician.

They installed the wrong ignitor switch and told me it wasn't working correctly because it was old/ dirty. I had a second opinion and they realized Same Day installed the wrong ignitor switch. Also that my unit is in great working condition. SameDay encouraged me to replace the entire furnace. The other company have me a year warranty on the work. Don't use Same Day! Update: Same Day Customer service reached out, and they refunded me for the work they did incorrectly.

My AC unit went out, so I called Same Day. They sent a tech out who charged a $90 service call to come and diagnose the issue (as advertised), told me I had a bad capacitor which could be fixed for an additional $300 (no credit applied for the $90 service fee, but again not a surprise) which should last “at least a couple years”, or for $700 I could replace the whole motor to extend the unit’s life further, but I was told the average lifespan of an AC unit is 10-15 years, and this one was approaching 10 years. Decided to get the capacitor replaced. AC was working when tech left, but only kept working for about 6hrs before crapping out again. Called back the next day to get a tech back out to fix the fix. Was then told I needed to have the motor replaced, and charged an ADDITIONAL $700. No apology for not getting it fixed right the first time, no credit or refund for the initial service fee or repair bill 😡. After stewing about it for a little while, called the company to discuss. The rep on the phone’s response was to the effect of “well, we never know how long a repair will last— it could be years or it could be days and sometimes things go out”. Maybe I’m off base, but felt it was a pretty poor interaction, and pretty lousy customer service. Would not recommend. **Update: A couple days after submitting the above review, a manager from Same Day reached out to me. After reviewing the case, he did ultimately refund the repair fee from the initial visit.

Same Day came out last Thursday to give me an estimate on a new A/C and furnace for their BOGO promo. Mike was super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We set up the install for the following Wednesday. Install would've been 2 days sooner if our unit had been in stock. This isn't a knock on their availability, merely a statement for how quick they were able to get inventory and move on the installation. Installers showed up on time and did a quick and thorough removal and installation. From start to finish Same Day has given accurate expectations and fulfilled them. From A-Z the employees in the office, sales, installers and electricians have all been professional and friendly. I've had a lot of work done at my house renovating over the last year and Same Day has by far been the easiest and most pleasant to work with.

Super professional and respectful, he even told me how much time it would take to complete the maintenance before he started to ensure it didn’t interrupt anything else we had going on for the day. He made some recommendation for things we “needed” for the furnace to work more efficient, however I will check pricing with other vendors before moving forward just to make sure that I’m getting the best deal all things being equal.

I honestly can’t recommend Same Day Plumbing enough! For two months my condo has been out of commission due to various pipe leaks, sewage issues, and mold. David with Same Day came to do work multiple times and was incredibly professional, honest, fair, and did great work! He eased a lot of my stress by being so helpful and kind while he came to do bids and the actual work. I had used a different plumbing company through my home warranty and they actually made one of my leaking issues worse and basically said there was no way to fix it without breaking into my shower wall. David came to look at it, tried replacing the tub spout (that they had already replaced with a cheap one) and it fixed the problem! Thanks goodness I called him or I would have been paying a ton more money for a problem that wasn’t even there. Thank you to Same Day and David! We initially called to get a quote to run a gas line from our basement up into our kitchen, and after some consideration we also asked for a quote on a new water heater. Trevor gave us several options and pricing for each, ranging from least to most expensive. I was very pleased that he didn't push for the highest quote, and instead based his recommendation on what would serve us best. On the day of the install, they showed up on time and got right to work. They talked me through everything they intended to do. Within a few hours we now have a new, larger water heater and a gas line to the kitchen. They were very respectful of our home and took the time to clean up afterwards and put things back in place. We're very happy with the service and the price. We'll definitely call them again if we need any HVAC service done!

We love same day. Are they the cheapest HVAC/Plumber in town? Probably not, but are they the most responsive, responsible, timely, well-run place in town? Definitely. Was very unhappy when my outside faucet was leaking more than 5 gallons in 8 hours. Called and David came out within hours of my call. He was very professional and helpful. We wanted an extra shut off valve added and after the sheetrock was cut he realized there was already one there. He could have charged us for that and pocketed the money but he didn't, very respectful.

Kyle, the technician, was amazing. Showed up right on time, had all of the covid-19 safety precautions in place. He was extremely respectful in my home and around my property, and had no problem answering my questions and explaining how my AC unit was functioning. I had called/communicated with two other companies previously who left me on the hook for 3 weeks. With a broken AC in the middle of August, in Utah, it was just ridiculous. I called SameDay and within 15 minutes had a scheduled appointment, they came out 2 days after i called, gave me a window of an hour the night before (Kyle showed up the first five minutes of the hour), and had my system diagnosed in 30-45 minutes. Awesome service, excellent quality, they have really fine tuned the whole process. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone who asks. 10/10 would use SameDay again. Thanks guys, and thanks Kyle!

The appointment was set for between 10 and noon however by 11:30 we had not heard from anyone so we had to call and they said there was a bit of a delay and he wouldn't be here til closer to 2. When Tyler got here he was efficient, friendly, and competent. He figured out what was wrong quickly and gave us enough information to make an informed decision. Once that was made he quickly went to work and got the air on and the house cooled down very quickly. If it was possible I'd ask for him to come back and do the work that needs to be done next year. I don't know the name of the rep. that I talked to but he was fantastic. Based upon his fantastic customer service, I will use this company again. They really went the extra mile to make it right. Thank you They were quick to accept my appt and had Troy to my house within 4 hours since this was a little bit of an emergency. Troy was great. Worked quick and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I thought the price I was charged for fixing a shower faucet was astronomical. Service great but the cost was horrible. Was told the cartridge was about $100 alone when everyone I look shows them for $25. Than another $400 on top. Hindsight I think I was grossly overcharged but guess that's what happens when you need someone quick. Didn't even itemize the bill to show every thing I was charged for. Oh they did waive the $29 service call or it would have been over $500. Someone tell me - was I grossly overcharged?

Julio, our installer, was courteous and professional. However, SameDay is way overpriced and I feel that we were taken advantage of. We bought the toilet at Home Depot and they have installers that they recommend, but we thought (mistakenly) that SameDay's price might be less or at leat comparable. We were mistaken. They do not give quotes over the phone and when the installer was here, his quote was twice as much. When we asked for a discount because we had a coupon, he offered a slight discount (but not until we asked).

We had SameDay come to fix an electrical issue with our dryer outlet. Unfortunately the problem was with our 40 year old breaker. The electrician was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and carefully went through our options for repairs. He did not pressure us at all, but we opted for spending more to replace all the breakers in the box after he showed us a number of issues related to the age of our home and previous hacked repairs. He also looked at a couple of other issues in the home, which he assured us were not safety related and did not require repair. I will sleep easier tonight knowing that we are no longer at risk for a fire! I will definitely use SameDay again for future electrical work!

I've had Luke out twice now to change a lightbulb in a location that is IMPOSSIBLE to reach - high up and over the stairs. Both times, scheduling was easy, service was prompt, Luke has been amazingly polite and nice to my cat, he wears booties and covers the ladder feet too, and locks the door on his way out. He's very careful with my personal belongings and furniture, taking his time to slowly move the ladder around my stuff. Nick worked on my furnace and gives 5 star service as well. I would like to update my post. I went on a rant that i shouldn't have. The technician was absolutely fantastic! He explained every detail to us. He cleaned up before and after he was done. He was fast and very polite. He should have never been in the bad part of my post. I apologize to him. Unfortunately, the office said that "we should have contacted other companies to see if another company would have been cheaper so we could get a better deal." The office was not willing to prorate the service if we found out a better deal. When I was on the phone with the "manager", they couldn't even explain to us what all the fees were for. I wanted them to itemize the amount for a better understanding. We have used them for years and they are usually great. I would give the tech 5 stars. He deserves it. I shouldn't write a rant when I'm not happy at the time. Please let the gentleman know he did a fantastic job with my parents concerns. I hope he is the one who returns when we need him. I apologize deeply to him. Please praise and acknowledge him for how great he was and how respectful he was. I did 4 stars because the store could not explain the fees. Thank you guys again. He left a portable AC unit to keep us cool until the replacement could be completed. Although we ended up taking another quote, he was absolutely gracious in his response. I will not hesitate to recommend them for prompt and friendly service.

Technician said the coils inside and out needed to be cleaned. The outside unit had previously been cleaned a month prior. He added some refrigerant because he said I have a leak. Told me how cold it was running from the vent after but never had a comparison of what it was when he arrived. Didn't bother to tell me there is no warranty.( only saw that on the paperwork after he left) Nothing he did made any difference. I do realize I have an older unit and had I known there was no warranty or that spending $800 dollars to put a band aid on it. I certainly wouldn't have wasted my time and money. The so called band aid fell off right after he put it on. Horrible experience. Definitely won't call them when I replace my old unit Edit: Contacted office and they listened to my issues and refunded me $500. Very happy that they take customer service seriously.
