I’ve referred several people to Lee’s Heating and Air, including my own family members, not only that I’ve worked for Lee’s for a year, I had to leave due to the hours, needed different ones to accommodate my life. I’ve seen behind the scene’s so to say, I’ve been in the industry for a long time. It’s the first time I can truly say this company is amazing, it’s about its customers, being fair, and always doing the right thing. I will always refer anyone here, and will use them at my own home. They have amazing technician’s rather it be in service or installation. How often do you truly find that. ☺️

I always go to Lee's for my AC needs. They installed 2 AC units in my house and did a great job. On time, on task and very professional. They installed a heat pump mini split and a central air unit and both are working with no issues. When I first called in there tech gave me a range of options and I appreciate that because they could have directed me to the most expensive one but they didn't. They gave a great price and we are very happy this summer. Thank you

Lee’s replaced my furnace and AC coil 6 years ago but I’d forgotten who did the work. I had another company come out and do a $29 system check because the AC was freezing up. The other company told me the system was low on coolant and that it was leaking and that my blower was going out too. Thousands of dollars for a repair. Fortunately I remembered Lee’s did the work 6 years ago and I called them for a second opinion visit for free. The technician Dustin concluded my system was fully charged (other company didn’t even attempt to check it - they just assumed) and that our problem was likely that the cold air was just cycling back through the humidifier and causing the coil to freeze. The fix was to put a towel in the duct to block the cold air from going to the return - no cost repair - no income to Lee’s. If that didn’t do the trick they’d come out and do more extensive testing. I’ve waited two days and it’s holding strong. I’ll definitely reach out to them for future HVAC needs.

Once the unit was installed Nick gave me a quick tutorial. The next morning I received an email with my warranty certificate. Lee’s filled out the warranty information for me and submitted it.

The prior company I was working with wanted me to buy a new furnace saying that they couldn’t get the part in. I decided to get a second opinion and went with Lee’s. One of the representatives that came out had tons of experience. He not only fixed it but then save me from going to the other company and buying an $8000 furnace When I didn’t need to do that. HE SAVED us after we spent 4 days during this 4th of July weekend in the torrential heat waves with not one business able to send someone for weeks or even so much as a return call!! My furnace stopped working after i changed my filter. i called them to get an appt to get it looked at and worked on. the office lady was super helpful and just had the tech call me. It turns out that the tech wanted me to remove and reinstall the cover from the filter compartment. They did not charge me. They just wanted to help me out and I will give them my business from my tune up because of this customer service.

UPDATED: purchased new furnace and a/c. Lee’s was middle price in bids. We are extremely happy with the equipment and with the service. They even came out free at 90 days and did a quality check to ensure everything was installed right. This is Coolest our house has been in 12 years. And the utility cost went down. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Called on a Friday at 7:30 AM. Had a technician at my house before 3:30 PM, he quickly diagnosed the issue with my central air, fixed the part and in 20 minutes cool air was flowing. Very, very happy with the service from Lees

In the process of getting a new roof, we had to make a quick decision about our old swamp cooler. It was time to replace our 35-year-old furnace with a new high-efficiency furnace and ditch the 28-year-old swamp cooler for A/C. Lee’s was able to give us a same-day bid at a more reasonable price than the other companies we contacted. They were very friendly and professional, and they honored their pricing even when they ran into some issues with retrofitting and bringing things up to code in an older home with an old furnace (and no previous A/C). They completed the job in one day, and we are all set for the hot summer months ahead! I definitely recommend Lee’s.

My experience with Lee’s was great! This is a company that truly cares about their customers. They are honest, fair and willing to go above and beyond to please. My furnace went out on Christmas Eve this past year and we had family coming to town to stay with us. I called Lee’s and they sent out a technician almost immediately who was able to get the furnace running for several days until we could get it replaced. I appreciated that Lee’s worked with me in a consultative way to determine what was best for my needs and within a reasonable budget. They even suggested that I replace the furnace at that point to get through the winter and then not spend the money at that time for a condenser that I would not need until the weather warmed up. When they returned this past week to install the condenser, they tuned up my furnace and made sure that everything was still working properly. I have already and will continue to recommend Lee’s.

I had my A/C go out. I did what self-diagnostics I could then called Lee's. The tech who came out, listed to what I had already tried, then went straight over condenser and had it fixed in about 10-15 minutes. It is about as good as having a broken A/C gets.

Great company to work with. Our furnace was old and not reliable. The AC unit was no longer working. The team from Lee's educated us on the new energy efficient options. I had bids from other HVAC shops and Lee's was very comparable with some added features the other shops didn't offer. The installation only took two days. The team was very considerate of home. We had our current AC unit stop working suddenly on a Thursday late afternoon. Our usual HVAC person was unavailable and suggested we try Lee's. Lee's was able to send a service tech out to us the next day. Although the service tech was able to temporarily fix our unit, he suggested that we should replace our AC. Lee's was able to get us onto the install schedule by the next Wednesday. Our new unit has now been installed on time & under budget. Everyone from the people answering the phones to the installation people were courteous, professional, and respectful of our time & property. The hot summer was finally too much for our nearly 20 year old HVAC system and it stopped working mid July. The cost to repair it was roughly half the cost of a new system. Lee’s was one of three companies that we got a quote from for a new system. Lee’s salesman, Chuck, was great. He took the time to explain the different options without any pressure to buy right then. The quote he emailed was clear and was the best price out of the three companies. The new system is working great and we will gladly use Lee’s in the future!

Customer service is great from start to finish. In 2019 my furnace wouldn’t turn on. It was close to 5pm the Friday after Christmas and everyone was off for the holiday/weekend. A manager offered to come out, and was able to get it running for us. He seemed happy to be able to help us out. They came out again this week for maintenance and again, I am so impressed with the service and the employees I’ve had the opportunity to work with. The phone was answered by Nicole who was polite and knowledgeable and very willing to go out of her way to assist me with some questions. She scheduled me for a window between 10 and 12 noon that same day. Unheard of in today’s world! The technician who arrived, Justin was very knowledgeable polite and willing to help me understand the problem with my furnace. The repair was complete by 11:30 AM. My heater was blowing cold air this morning. I tried all my tricks, none of which worked, and came to terms with calling around to find a good repair company. I settled on Lee's because of the good reviews, and my name is Leigh as well, so why not? The person answering the phone had me set up for an appointment TODAY, within a few hours. My tech showed up 10 minutes later, was incredibly friendly and polite, and fixed the problem in just a few minutes, gave me good advice to avoid the problem in the future, and quoted a total repair job if the part actually fails in the future, just so I knew what to expect if the problems persists. Seriously great service, great peace of mind, and now I have a heating company that I know I can rely on if anything goes wrong again. Oh, the best part? No one tried to up-sell me on anything, and I was only charged for the service call. I am really, really happy! THANK YOU!!!

Zack was at the house at the said time, did a little diagnostic's, told what was wrong with the furnace, told me the cost of the part, plus the service cost. He got the part, replaced it, that was it! Zack is knowledgeable, and a real nice guy! It didn't take him long to fix the furnace. The cost was very reasonable, and it was no fuss no mess. Great service on a full furnace replacement! Called one day for a service call, they actually arrived early. Decided to replace rather than repair a 18 year old furnace. They were here the next morning on time, worked hard, did a great job and even cleaned up after themselves. 24 hours later, it's single digits outside, but we're warm and comfy in the house. All employees were fantastic....Dustin on the service call and Alex and Quentin on the installation. Knowledgeable, professional, polite and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Yea, I was hoping for a cheap repair and a new furnace cost a lot of $$. But this replacement was inevitable, and I knew it was coming. We can only live in denial for so long right?.....then we get cold and call Lee's. New furnaces are expensive, but I feel I was informed and treated fairly. Talk about a great company with quality staff!!! Since the initial consultation Chuck came out. He was professional, friendly & compassionate & understood what we were needing. When he came out he wore a face mask & limited himself to being where he needed to be & was exceptional at keeping a safe distance for the safety of us as well for the safety of himself. The young men that came out & did the install Alex, Josh & Dereck wore masks as well and limited their footprint to where the job needed to get done at. The staff from Lee's understand & comply with the seriousness of this virus & took all measures to ensure our safety as well as theirs!!! We are so glad we found them because their pricing is very fair & honest as well as realistic unlike other companies in the valley that wanted to charge us double to even triple that of Lee's!!! Once again my wife & I thank you guys very much for the great job you guys did!!

From the moment I contacted Lee’s for a repair, the process was made to be quick and painless. Scheduling a tech to come to my house was simple and I was surprised to get an appointment so quickly, both times I called. The woman on the phone worked with me to fit into my schedule both times and was very friendly and polite. Dustin was the tech that came to my house both times and I will be specifically asking for him when I need work done. Both times, he arrived at my house on time and took only as much time as he needed to complete my repair. Don’t use any other company besides Lee’s heating and air! They are the best! Got a hvac unit installed at my moms house that was built in 1950 they had no problem hooking it up and getting her house warm! Only took a couple hours to do I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great experience getting a new air conditioning unit installed. Installers were professional and did an excellent job. The area was cleaner than when they arrived. Edit: A year later, my other air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Lee’s and had someone come out. I was fully expecting to have to replace the 15 year old unit and even told the tech that. He ended up fixing it for less than $100. I value that kind of integrity and will definitely purchase a new unit when this second unit dies.

He was honest and professional about recommendations for HVAC maintenance and upgrades. We had a very large job done by Lee's and the installers ( Nick, Derek and Alex) were fantastic. Our air conditioning unit broke and we were in rough shape considering the temperature was over 100 degrees during the day. I tried calling another service company first, and waited a day and a half for any response or any communication about when they’d be able to get to us. Sick of waiting, I reached out to Lee’s. They were great to work with and a technician showed up when they had communicated. They were very efficient in diagnosing the problem (took 15 minutes) and they were extremely reasonable on price. He explains thing on my level and tells me everything he is doing to make sure the service to my furnace and A/C yearly is complete, safe and working properly. Zach diagnosed our furnace issue February 12. We determined that our sense flame part needed to be repaired. Zach spent about 50 minutes total at our home. $65 to diagnose is fair and we willingly paid $146 for the part to be installed. Being unsure of what $146 covered, we did research. We found that the part installed had a price range of $12 to $21, with an odd price of $64 found. We called get a definitive breakdown, which we didn’t get when Zach called to explain. We assumed the breakdown was $17 plus $129+. February 22 we realized our furnace was putting out lightly warm heat inconsistently. We finally called Lee’s February 23 that to explain we’d like to have Zach or another repairman take a look at our furnace. Zach told us he’d come out OR stop by on February 24. Today is February 26 and have not received a phone call or email to reschedule or and an apology for being to busy to contact us. We’re not sure if we angered Zach or Lee’s for needing an explanation for the $146 charge, or for not completing the questionnaire after the initial visit. But we’re saddened by not getting a phone to explain not returning to re-diagnose our furnace or to reschedule. We’re left with assuming that we didn’t deserve a professional rescheduling call because Lee’s no longer wanted our business because either we questioned their pricing, or for not filling out the questionnaire. Btw, we said positive things about Zach when we spoke to a receptionist to request an explanation of the $146 installation. Lee’s was recommended to us by friends who obviously had a better experience. We didn’t. MARCH 2, 2021: THE FOLLOW UP TO OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE Josh, the General Manager, made it a point to resolve the communication that led to our the initial repair issue. Zach the technician returned and because of his experience, he assessed the issue accurately. Josh and Zach also apologized for the chain of communication failure. Nick, the technician who installed our new furnace, did a great job! He was personable, skilled, knowledgeable, and he completed the job in slightly over 2 hours. We appreciate Josh advocating for our family, and we appreciate him for facilitating the installation of our new furnace on the same day. It’s what a successful business and GM does for a current and future customers. Like our neighbor, we highly recommend Lee’s HVAC company for your service needs.

Technician Gary spent 2 hours in the blazing sun on my roof to diagnose what was the problem, came the next day at 8:30 to finish the job. He replaced 2 parts and didn't try to sell me a new A/C unit even though the one Lees installed in 2006 was now 12 years old. In fact he checked out the entire unit and said the unit was in great shape and that the welds on the installation were expertly done. I was happy with Lees 12 years ago, and I'm doubly happy today. UPDATE: Lee's called me and said that I shouldn't have even been charged the diagnostic fee; I received a check with the refunded amount and changed my rating. ORIGINAL POST: Lee's was very prompt and efficient (I'll give them that) - but frankly, I'm a bit miffed. My mom was having her furnace tuned up and I figured we should do the same to be preventative. The guys were great; they came right on over and checked our system - said everything was great - Took them less than 30 minutes and cost me $130, but I figured it was money well spent and our furnace would be good through the winter. Less than 2 months later the furnace was acting up. I called them and they came over right away. The tech said we had a low flame signal so he replaced it and said I was lucky that it was "the cheapest thing to replace." I brought up that we just had it tuned up and he just said a lot can happen in a month. $120 for the part and $70 for the 'diagnostic' which took him all about 2 minutes. Granted, our furnace has been working again and they were very prompt. But I am disappointed that I paid for a tune-up and it was a waste of money. I don't know enough about furnaces to know if they should have caught something like that in a tune up or how fast it can go out. But it would have been nice to at least get the diagnostic fee removed since they had just been over.

We had a new AC /furnace installed to replace a old furnace. The old furnace worked fine, but was very inefficient. We then had a new water heater installed. I needed a second opinion on my furnace and air conditioning unit. I just bought a house and everything seemed to check out. I realized quickly that my second floor wasn't cooling down, and the air flow was very weak. I scheduled an HVAC tech to do a diagnosis, and the system was working with a few issues. They sent the sales guy the next day, and he informed me I needed to replace both the AC unit (pretty new), and my furnace! This was a blow since I just bought the house. In a very short time, they informed me I didn't need to replace the whole system and recommended I replace just the furnace since it's near the end of it's lifespan. I called on a warranty issue with a new water heater that Lee's installed. They diagnosed that the pressure relief valve was leaking and replaced it. That night, the water heater built up too much pressure and discharged the tank leaving me with 3" of water in my basement. They came right out and realized I did not have a pressure regulator. They got me a pressure regulator installed that same day. Very responsive! Just used Lee’s again to plug a secondary gas line that is no longer used so it can be removed. They came out the next day to review the work and ended up doing all the work right then in only a few minutes. No need for a second visit and only charged for a service call. Can’t ask for any better than that!

They greeted me properly, carefully analyzed the trouble that I was facing and then explained me what they will do to take care of my grievances. My carbon monoxide detectors (2 of them) went off on Sunday. I heard them chirping immediately when I came home from church. At first I thought they were beeping from low batteries but after I replaced the batteries the First Alert detector stopped but the Kiddie unit kept beeping and calling out “carbon monoxide warning”. I called Lee’s right away where they just installed my new furnace back in October and then opened windows and doors to start airing out my condo unit. Josh, the service manager, insisted on sending Josh, the field manager, out to inspect my furnace and water heater. Josh left church early to come over and was there right away! Josh even checked out my downstairs condo neighbors furnace and water heater to see if maybe their appliances might have drifted CO into my unit. While we could not re-produce high enough CO readings with my water heater to know if it’s about to die (14 years old), we do know that my new furnace is running perfectly with zero CO emissions.
