From beginning to finish this company is 5 stars. We first had Brad come over to see why are furnace wasn’t working and rather than pushing a new furnace right off the bat he kindly suggested effective repair options. Which unfortunately our heater had just seen its end of life. So we decided to have Just Right install a complete set up AC and a New Furnace. Tom was the sales person who is an absolute professional no other way to put it. Provided several options and kindly walking us through the whys. But the real WOW factor was the 2 man Elite installation crew. CARVER and DANIEL. They were excellent very kind an personable. But besides their character they were very skilled in their line of work. Everything was very clean, all the pipes were fitted perfectly. All i will say is over and beyond our expectations. CARVER and DANIEL are a must to have install for you !!

I received a call from the company stating the technician would be there in 15 to 20 minutes which placed his arrival at the beginning of the window of time I was quoted, which I appreciated. Zachary came promptly and introduced himself and when he saw I had come to the door with a mask he promptly went back to his truck and put one on. I welcomed his accommodating this safety measure with no hesitation at all. He allowed me to watch and informed me of what he was doing and answered any questions I had. He was very thorough and I feel confident my furnace was taken care of properly and the maintenance was done to specifications. He even took the time to further check for cracks with the infrared camera to make sure my system was safe and ready for another winter. The experience was very positive and I will definitely ask for Zachary to my technician in the future.

Our central air unit stopped working late Friday evening and I was able to speak with somebody just after midnight. They scheduled a time to come out the next day between 12 and four, and Dan showed up at 12:30. He was extremely friendly and professional, and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the situation. I am typically a person who puts little trust in servicemen. I expected that when I told them my air conditioner went out that of course they’re going to try to sell me an entire new air conditioning unit. This was not the case. Dan was extremely helpful and gave me all of my options. He even let me know that these units usually have to be replaced between 15 and 20 years as it is and mine is already about 14 years old. All he needed to do was replace the motor which was a mere fraction of the cost. He also went over the benefits of the filters and how often to change them. The entire thing took maybe an hour and he was on his way. My house is already starting to cool down and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Just Right for your air conditioning needs! I’m sure their other services are just as great.

All times that I've called them their response has been very quick. The installation was done within days of signing the contract. Non-emergency service calls have likewise been prompt. My most recent experience was an appointment for a Monday, but they were able to finish the service on the prior Thursday. Their technicians are polite. Their work is clean. The only quibble I might have, and this is not enough to lower their rating, is that I was not informed that my new furnace has a bigger footprint. My utility closet is so cramped now. In order for many services to be done, the water heater may have to be completely removed.

For the past several years I have had Just Right Heating and Cooling maintain my furnace and air condition systems. In fact they replaced my furnace 5 years ago. This is great company with knowledgeable and honest technicians. Zachary, the technician today, performed the annual a/c service. He throughly checked my system and explained why I may need to start thinking about replacing my a/c. There was no pressure to get my a/c replaced today, just the pros and cons. I had a Furnace and AC unit that were overdue to be replaced. The furnace was from 1992. I had several companies come out to get their recommendations and a bid. Just Right Heating and Cooling came in a few thousand dollars less than one of their competitors. I had another bid that was less, but it was not an apples to apples comparison as I wanted a modulating system, and that was not what they bid. It was helpful to get several bids, because on a couple of smaller items, like the steam humidifier, it gave me leverage to come to a better price overall. I was working with Lane, and he was very knowledgeable, and he gave me confidence they would do a great job for me, and that he would go to bat for me if there were any problems. The day of the install, I had Allan and a few other installers working on it. The steam humidifier required 220 power, and they had the know how to wire that in without me having to hire an electrician. They did a great job with that. Allan does quality work. Not everyone takes pride in their work, but Allan does. When the furnace and AC were installed, it looked like a work of art, with every detail handled with care, and adjustments made to the duct work to get every bit of efficiency out of the system possible. A few days after the job was done, I realized that though it was a huge improvement over what I had before, and wonderfully quiet, that the house had some structural challenges that needed to be addressed. As the master bedroom was over the garage, the upstairs never cooled off enough unless I set the main floor thermostat unreasonably low. I consulted with Lane and Allan and we came to the conclusion that a zone system would solve the problem with the upstairs. Lane did what he said he would do, and he went to bat for me to get a very reasonable bid to put in mechanical dampers. The real test of a company came next, because my existing home had the duct work running in a way they could not have foreseen. Rather than having the ductwork split by floor, the ducts overlapped floors making it impossible for the mechanical dampers to isolate the upstairs. This was not discovered until the mechanical dampers had already been installed. It was not really anyone’s fault because it is impossible to know beforehand. Now there were parts that had been installed that could not be used elsewhere, and labor that was lost as well. I did not want them to take the all the loss on that, and I did not want to take all the loss either. We came to an agreement to split the difference on about $800 that was lost on parts and labor. The only zoning solution that would work with my unconventional duct work was a pneumatic system that controls each vent. This solution is really the Cadillac of zone systems. I don’t believe that many companies know how to install them, but these guys do, and they are very knowledgeable. Given the challenges I had run into already, they gave me a very good deal on the pneumatic system. It allows me to run all three floors in my home independently, and it works perfectly. I can’t get over how comfortable my home is now, even my bedroom above the garage. Everyone in my family is thrilled with the difference. I can’t say enough good things about Lane, Allan, Zach and John. These are the people I interacted with the most. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were meticulous at cleaning up, and I don’t think there is anyone that could have done a better job. A real test of a company is what they do when things don’t go as planned, and they came through with a price that was more than fair, even generous, and a system that fits my needs perfectly.

The call representative was professional and personable. I scheduled the first available appointment with the technician of my choice. Tony has been my technician for the majority of my appointments. He always does a fantastic job. During my first several appointments he took time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. I appreciated this as a new homeowner. He comes and immediately puts shoe covers on and we chat about my service needs. He takes care of the service and always cleans up after. I prepay for maintenance services so he doesn't need anything more from me when he is done.

The installation team was great to work with. As the day progressed, they were all keen on what they were doing. I had a few special requests and they had no problem making it happen. Lastly and best of all, I was anticipating a two day installation and happily I can say they outperformed themselves and completed the install all in one day. So far, we're happy with the system and the operation of it. The outdoor unit is ultra quiet which is huge plus. Coming from swamp cooler, the cooling effect is different but very nice and comfortable. We're learning how to close some vents throughout the house to obtain a more stable temperature between the main floor and basement, but like all things it takes a little time and testing to get it right.

Because we required immediate service, we were scheduled for a visit between 6p-10p. We had been without AC for 10 days and Barlow's Htg & Air who we had hired called to inform us it would be an additional 2 weeks before the part was available. At that point I called Just Right. Savanah worked to get us service same day, Jason called and was at our home by 6:30p. In late July, during 100 degree weather, my 22 year old Air Conditioner stopped working. I reached out to Just Right Heating & Air for help! Within hours a technician responded and had the system up and working. I had been contemplating the replacement of both the furnace and AC equipment for some time based on the age of the equipment and after the excellent repair job I reached out to Just Right Air for a quote. I found the sales staff very informative and forthcoming about pricing, efficiency and expectations for three different equipment options being proposed; there was absolutely no pressure to choose one option over another. The equipment was installed and operational in one day and I can't say enough about the 3-man crew that made it all happen. Zack Swanke and his team immediately put me at ease when they all showed up with Covid 19 personal equipment including masks, gloves and shoe covers. They laid a tarp-runner from the front door, through the entry and downstairs to the furnace location. They were a very cohesive group with a common professional goal; do the job right. They re-routed the AC cooling lines away from the gas exhaust line and re-routed the gas exhaust line to allow more clearance from the existing interior wall. The most noticeable difference is the fact that the system has increased air flow due to a slight modification that was done to the air-return system. This is evident at all the vents throughout the house. My wife's comment sums up and clarifies her knowledge of the equipment and the installation; "there seems to be so much more room in there". Thank you Zack for exceeding all my expectations. As soon as the equipment was installed and working, I knew that I had made the right choice with Just Right Heating & Air. During February of 2022, I was contacted by Just Right Heating and Air to schedule my first follow-up inspection of my furnace (at no charge). On Feb. 23rd, Service Tech. Kurt Kilgore showed up perform this service. After completing the furnace inspection, Kurt explained that he had made an adjustment so that the furnace would run slightly cooler and closer to the optimal temperature range. He explained that this adjustment could extend the life of the furnace. I found Kurt very easy to discuss all aspects of my equipment and willing to answer any questions that I had. He explained the benefit vs. cost of having annual maintenance performed in a way that clearly let me see all issues. I was also very impressed that Kurt arrived with PPE and made a conscious effort allow social distance during his visit. During August of 2022, Jeffrey Mosoff arrived as scheduled to perform the initial follow-up service on the Daikin AC system, at no charge, per the purchase contract. I was very impressed with Jeffery's attention to detail as he tested all mechanical and electrical aspects of the system. The service performed was much more detailed than anticipated and Jeffrey didn't hesitate to respond to various questions that I ask of him. Just when I thought he was finished, Jeffrey insisted on using an available hose to thoroughly wash down the unit. Jeffrey Mosoff is another one of the many dedicate professionals that I have had the pleasure of doing business with at Just Right Heating and Cooling. On February 3, 2023, Carver Lorg performed the annual service, as contracted, on the Daikin Furnace system that was installed by Just Right Heating & Cooling in September, 2020. Carver performed a detailed electrical and mechanical inspection of the unit; he didn't hesitate to explain each step of the process as the inspection proceeded. I was especially impressed with the time he took to visually inspect the indoor AC coils using a video probe to look for any signs of dirt buildup and/or evidence of excessive heat that could lead to an early failure of the unit. Carver definitely focused on the job at hand and presented all feedback with confidence and professionalism.

I have an older AC unit (15 years) on which the fan stopped functioning. I am prepared to replace the unit but still had a service appointment with a diagnostic visit to see if I could limp it thru to the end of the year. Channing was very helpful in communicating what could be wrong, what he could do to try and fix it, what each option would cost me, and where my back-out points were. We tried to replace a part for quick fix (swapped in a new capacitor - the old one was dead), but ultimately settled on only paying just the diagnostic charge and I'm now moving toward replacing the system. Based on Channing's work I'm definitely doing a consultation for a new system with Just Right. I really appreciated knowing all my options (and associated costs) in advance so I could make an informed choice between paying the service charge and then moving towards a new system vs. incremental repairs to keep the old one running.

I called around to several places when my AC decided to start freezing up and blowing heat instead of cold air and no one had any appointments available. Not their fault as it's in the middle of the summer and it was 103 degrees but Just Right was able to clear some time on the schedule and get me in before we were to leave on vacation. The service tech Channing, came out and did a diagnostic and was able to figure out what was wrong in a matter of minutes. I stayed with Channing while he was here, not to make sure he was doing it right but I am fascinated with things I don't know how to fix. Channing didn't seem bothered or annoyed that I was over his shoulder and he took the time to explain everything he was doing. We have a 23 year old system and I have no doubts that we have gotten all the life out of this system. Channing recommended replacement obviously... but he still was able to fix what was wrong and said it should hold at least though the rest of the summer. No upselling, just recommendations. I'll use Just Right again JUST for that reason. It's not the cheapest place but I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for!!! You will not go wrong with using Just Right for repairs because it would have been just as easy to say, ya it's old and there's nothing to be done. The AC is blowing as cold as it ever has and seems to be working like new again. When I decide to replace my system, I would be hard pressed to not consider Just Right for that as well. Again... Thank You Just Right for finding a time for me to get repaired so my plans weren't ruined.

We needed a brand new dual fuel HVAC system, which is a big purchase. I had three companies give me a quote, and picked Just Right Heating and Air. Their price was competitive, they had good online reviews, and they did not pressure us to sign up for a monthly “rent to own” (basically) plan. The install was a big one and took a couple of days. The techs knew what they were doing and were professional and friendly. When it was complete, I was very impressed with the quality of the install (wiring, demolition, cleanup), and their customer service, both in the home and via phone. Weeks later, I thought I heard a rattle coming out of the system and they had a tech out the very next day to problem solve it (it was a manual flapping agains the enclosure). I’d recommend them and I’d buy a new system from them again.

UPDATE: My A/C came on and was very loud so I called Just Right to come out again since I had such a good experience with them last time. Not so good this time - they tried to sell me a complete system for my house of around $10,000. All that it needed was a new blower motor. They quoted me $750 for that, but I called another company and they did it for $250. Not very happy with them this time around. But I will give credit where credit is due - they did refund my $69 service call fee since I wasn't happy with the whole situation. After having a bad experience with another company, I tried Just Right Heating and Cooling and I was happy that I did. My furnace was acting up - would come on, but then shut down for a few hours to reset and do that over and over, no matter what I tried. Called Just Right, Bonnie and answered and was very pleasant and easy to work with. She got a tech to my home later that same day. Dan was great - very friendly, very professional. He took care of the problem quickly, gave me some tips to keep my furnace running smoothly, and my heater is working properly again. Thanks for not trying to sell me equipment and services I didn't need - just did the job and did it well. They do have a service plan you can sign up for, but they weren't pushy about it - just offered and explained it and let me choose if I wanted it or not. Thanks for a great experience!

Tony W, and assistant arrived on time and we’re immediately friendly. They provided me with excellent service and insight into my heating and cooling system. They alerted me to a cracked manifold in the heat exchanger. This is potentially a dangerous situation, perhaps causing carbon monoxide poisoning if left unattended. The main controller board is acting wonky, while the furnace is at the typical EOL “end of life” stage and a s not as effective as a new system will be. A year ago my furnace went out and after speaking with several HVAC companies around the valley, I decided to work with Just Right Air and had them install a Daikin Furnace. It has worked perfectly and they were extremely professional the entire time. They helped me get rebates from Dominion and Rocky Mountain Power that helped with the overall cost of the system, which was extremely reasonable. Two month post honeymoon review: All last year my air conditioning kept freezing over. Had Just Right come and do a tune up first of June (knew it needed more than a tune up). They arrived on time. On the positive side the service was super quick. Just Right arrived, did the work, and left before their competitors called me back to schedule a time for their tech to come by. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly found the problem and had the part to fix the issue. So the whole experience was great from a get the job done right point of view. On the negative side the cost was a shock. Doing a Google search for the average repair cost for the specific issue I had they gave a range of costs. The price I was charged was 30% higher than the maximum of what Google said I should pay. Also, other companies in the past waive their diagnostic fee if they do a repair. Just Right did not. The end result is the total cost of the repair with the diagnostic fee in there was about double what Google said was the maximum is should pay for this repair. All in all, doing the math, I was charged over a $200 per hour bill rate.

Our ac went out and we got about 5 bids. We chose “Just Right” because of the brand of unit they install and because of their reputation. Let me tell ya their reviews don’t lie! I had a concern with how my line set was ran out the house with the exhaust/intake of the furnace so I asked them to add a new line set in the bid. Not only did jimmy and Shane listen to my wants and needs about the line set but they went above and beyond on how they installed it!!! Woke up to a furnace not working on the coldest day since summer was over. Called and Just Right was able to get a technician out the same day, which I wasn't expecting but was very pleased about. The technician showed up on time and got to work diagnosing the furnace. I will admit, the technician and I didn't get off on the best start. I will give Zach a great job on fixing the problem. However, he is a bit abrasive in his delivery. He and I discussed this, so nothing here is being written that wasn't expressed directly to him. The issue came in when he saw the type of furnace I have. He told me that this furnace is involved in a class action lawsuit and explained the reason why. He then went on to tell me that he had to look into the inherent issue related to the class action lawsuit first, before he could look at the reason I called him out. If the furnace was showing any of the problems he described to me he would be unable to work on it and would have to immediately leave. The only other option is a complete furnace replacement. He was very direct and abrupt. Almost felt strong armed. As as I explained to him, as a person at the mercy of the service technician you have to be watchful for being upsold or taken advantage of. I do not know him, I do not know his true intent, and to have a very strong and forceful response was off putting. We worked through it and he agreed he is a bit aggressive, but he didn't want the message to not be heard as to the potential hazards with my furnace. I hope he was also able to see my perspective that so many people are trying to get the biggest bang for their buck that it can be difficult to be discerning off of such a short interaction with a new company. Fortunately the potential issue with my furnace isn't presenting itself now. He was able to move on the to the diagnostics and perform the repair. I will be setting aside funds to look for replacing the furnace in the coming year or two. Overall, Zach did his job and he did it well. We worked through the communication matter and he got me up and running.

Our tech was Tony Winrow. He was very friendly, great personality (which I personally appreciate), and most importantly he was incredibly knowledgeable! My husband and I just moved into this home about 4 years ago. We'd never had central air before ( just swamp), and the previous owners didn't ever have the unit maintained. Tony almost immediately knew what the issue was. He fixed the problem and thoroughly cleaned the filters. He came inside and checked out our furnace since the two tie together. He gave us A LOT of valuable information about where to set the temperatures to get the maximum performance and life out of the Central air unit and furnace. He put us on maintenance plan which gave us a discount on any repairs that day and in the future. This saved us $130 on the repair portion, which basically paid for half the maintenance plan for the year to service the furnace this winter and the AC next summer. I like convenience and $220 is a small amount to pay. It's well worth me knowing I don't have to worry about cleaning filters and most importantly that I'll get the MAXIMUM life out of the Central Air and Furnace instead of worrying about paying $9,000 to replace them both!!! I highly recommend the professionals at Just Right Air!!!

They called me to solicit a furnace check-up. I agreed. They called me the day of the appointment to reschedule since technician became unavailable and I agreed to accommodate them. They called me to reschedule again, and again I agreed to accommodate them. On the day of the scheduled time I got an automated message stating that if I did not call them within the next few minutes the technician would skip me and go to a different appointment. The whole thing was more effort than it should have been. Then once the technician got here he tried to sell me on a maintenance package immediately after I told him I was not interested in a maintenance package. Called for a 2nd opinion on a $1000 repair quote from a different company who came by to do a A/C tune-up. The A/C is only 5 years old, so it's possible it needed the work, but it seemed a little high. So I called Just Right Heating & Cooling because they had installed the A/C unit, so if it did need work, I was hoping it would be covered or partially covered by the 10 year warranty. After checking it out, Dan explained to us (and used his equipment to show us) that the A/C was working perfectly fine. I'm glad I didn't spend $1000 for repairs that weren't needed. Even though we had asked for an A/C tune up with the 1st company, they didn't actually do anything other than tell us that our A/C needed a bunch of expensive and unnecessary repairs, so we also asked Dan to do the other maintenance that was needed on our A/C. Next time we'll not waste our money on the cheaper companies and just go with JRH&C the first time.

They were professional the entire time they were here. They advised how long it would take and finished a few hours earlier than scheduled. They took the time to answer all my questions while they were installing the systems. When they were done they walked me through all the changes and new equipment. I would recommend to anyone who requires new instations or repair services on the HVAC systems.

For instance he assured the outside electrical switch box that was loosely attached was reattached and secured to the wall. Allan was the best installer/technician that I have had the pleasure of working with. Extremely clean and professional. I heard him using the vacuum numerous times a day, which made me so happy. Anytime there was a mess he cleaned it up immediately so that dust and debris wouldn't get tracked through the basement. His sheet metal work was top notch. He had to re-do most of the duct work in the furnace room and he is a magician with sheet metal. Also, he went above and beyond and helped clean up one of the registers in the Master Bedroom. He didn't have to do it, but he saw that it needed to be done and he knocked it out. Lastly, he helped me troubleshoot an issue with the thermostat communicating with the furnace after hours when he was on the way to a Jazz game. A lot of people wouldn't have taken my call, and to be honest, I felt bad calling him. But, not only did he take the call, he walked me through the issue and helped me get the furnace fired back up so that my family stayed warm. I couldn't recommend Just Right any more, they (and specifically, Allan) were amazing.

I price checked the cost of each component plus installation to the cost of the component and it was great (my math showing a range of "component x 1.2" to "component x 2.3" which is EXCELLENT considering most pricing models are based around "component x 3"). Objectively speaking (based on the math) the company was great and the employees are great. Subjectively speaking, equally great. They were very respectful of the house, using their own mats/cloths to protect my hardwood floors as well as the mats I provided, wearing shoe covers when they were spending considerable time on the carpet, and used proper COVID-19 social protocol (i.e., wore a mask while in the home, gave a proper introduction and salutation outside of the standard handshake, maintained physical distances as possible, etc.). The quality of work was great. Dylan's installation is clean. Excellent cable and pipe management. Overall, I will recommend this company to family and friends. The math and people skills are great.

They have a sort of check up plan, they call and set an appointment and they come out and do a tune up on your furnace or central air unit. You buy the plan and they contact you when it's time either by email or phone. They vacuum it out and change filters. It's a nice service to have for your own protection. Very polite and professional. Tony did a great job and he did it in a good amount of time. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.

We were having issues with our AC last summer. I called Just Right Air after reviewing several sites and comments. The Tech came at the scheduled time, did a great job getting our AC working again. He then took the time to show me some things we could be doing differently. When it came time to pay, I was really pleased that the price was not overly high. He also offered me a maintenance plan they have. I bought it and as most often happens, forgot about it. Well, we got a post card in the mail from them reminding us that they owed us a visit. Perfect timing as our thermostat was acting up. I called and they were able to send a tech to our home at our convenience. He came, did the maintenance and then installed a new thermostat. Tom came out for a consult and had some concerns about installation due to the difficult constraints of my house and old system. He did the research though and found a solution that worked around my house’s limitations. My heroes! The A/C was out at my office this morning. We called around to a few places, and no one could get to us before tomorrow. Then I called Just Right. The woman who answered the phone asked for our zip code, she put me on a brief hold, and when she came back on, she said a technician could be at our office between 2 and 6. The technician, Michael, arrived just after 2. We showed him where the the unit was and he got to work. About an hour later, cool air was blowing from our vents! With the inside temperature reaching 88.9*, we couldn't be happier to have our A/C working again. 100% recommend Just Right!

Just Right sent someone out to look at our furnace that wasn't working, and the second he got there he determined that it was the Thermostat (Nest with no C-Wire). Even after looking at the furnace, the conclusion was that this was the only problem, and it was recommended that we replace it. So we replaced it with one that was compatible without the C-Wire, and it still didn't work. When we asked them to come back out, they said they wouldn't do it without another service charge, even though they didn't complete the task the first time. So we went with someone else, got $2,000 worth of repairs, and now the furnace works. Maybe reconsider the service charge policy and take my money next time! Up to three stars because everyone was prompt and friendly at least.

I had a wonderful experience with Just Right Air. From start to finish, they were professional and courteous. At each step, they took extra time to make sure I understood the installation process and my options. At one point, an option I had not requested was accidentally left on my work order and installed. Rather than offer the option at a reduced price (as I believe many companies would have at that point), they simply admitted the mistake and gave it to me free of charge. I did my due diligence before selecting a company; Just Right Air was not the lowest bid I received, but they were easily the most well-regarded company. I was a bit nervous that I was paying more than necessary, but, when you see the lengths they go to to ensure you are happy, the money feels well spent. I know I can call them if anything is less than perfect and they will make it right. Incidentally, I am pretty sure they cleaned my basement to a state far better than they found it. Jordan, Allan, Austin, and Eric were all wonderful and I highly recommend all of them.

Hired for a furnace tune-up. Did a very good job. Felt technician was very honest. I have an older furnace (25 yrs) and he could not find any cracks in it. Said it was installed very well. Am very pleased with service compared to other places I have used and will definitely use them again. There tune-up was a little bit more than a lot of companies but feel $20 is worth it if they are honest and don't try to rip you off which would be easy to do since I know nothing about furnaces. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the lack of urgency when we were without heat for 6 days. Three days in they brought us two small space heaters (for 3300 sq ft), but there was no sense of rush in trying to get us back to heat again. I understand they can't rearrange their whole schedule but more space heaters the day we called in would have been what took it to excellent customer service.

Just had a new furnace and A/C installed to replace our old units that were 30+ years old. Tom Tallboy made an appointment with us, called when he was on the way, and showed up right on time. One of the main things I was looking for from an HVAC company was that they would do a detailed measurement of the home to determine exactly what our heating and cooling needs were. Tom did exactly that, and I immediately felt that I was dealing with a professional who knew his stuff. He proved to be most congenial, knowledgeable, professional, and did not pressure us at all. His bid was reasonable, clear, and complete. Installation was scheduled in only a few days, and Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job. They were very careful to not do any damage to the wiring and insulation in our crawl space area, and were especially careful to not damage any shrubs when hey installed the a/c unit. The entire installation was done in a very timely manner. They removed the old units, and very careful to clean up everything before they left. This whole experience has been excellent. Just Right Air is obviously run by people who are honest, and who actually care enough to sell a good product, do a good job, and provide good customer service. I will highly recommend them to my friends, and will use them exclusively for future HVAC needs.

When I called they were very friendly. I called based on other customer reviews and I'd have to say I got what I expected. Then the repair was done very quickly once they came. The one issue I had and the reason I gave 4 stars was I was given incorrect info on the pricing. I was told that as long as the repair was done the price wouldn't be effected by the time of the visit (regular vs. after hours). My invoice clearly shows I got charged $99 for being after hours. I would have scheduled a different time but 1. I needed the repair done quickly and 2. I was told that the price was the same if actual work was performed. The lady said if I chose not to get the work done then the cost would have been different based on the appointment time. Otherwise everything was easy and good.

My air conditioner went out and needed to be replaced along with my furnace. Both were 22 years old. Just Right Heating & Cooling were able to replace them within a day. Ron was the lead worker and he and Jake did a great job. The job was more difficult than the estimator said. They had to remove the hot water heater to get the furnace in and they had to take apart the old one to get it out. Also I didn't have a return air vent in the basement which had been recently remodeled so they went through the garage and through the foundation with PVC pipe to get air.They explained everything that they were doing and were very pleasant and professional. Excellent service and peace of mind. Every company knows how to install a system and every company pretty much has the same access to the same products. The real difference comes in the price and the service. Just Right quoted me the same as the lowest quote I got elsewhere (I didn't have to haggle) but with the best service guarantee by far. The real kicker for me was when I called about my old thermostat. (The service you get after the work is done is the most important.) Just Right replaced the thermostat with a brand new one the only issue was that I still wanted the old one because it was nicer than the one I had in my current home. I made a quick call expecting to be told I was out of luck - just the opposite. Before I knew it I was being asked the model number of the old thermostat. A few hours later I called back (this was a Friday) with the model number. Monday morning I got a call saying my old thermostat was discontinued so they got me a newer model! I know this might seem small but if a company sweats the small stuff I get peace of mind. Thank you Just Right

Channing was professional and prompt. He managed to fix my AC but surmised that the problem could be the circuit board in the condenser. He said the condenser was put on "hold" for some reason, which was why the fan stopped moving, even though the blower was still blowing air. He said it could very well happen again. One one hand, I'm very disappointed because my Daikin HVAC system was installed 10 months ago. On the other hand, Channing was friendly and responded to every question I had after he was done, and got my AC going again. Now I'm encountering another problem... for the past two days, my thermostat keeps kicking back to 85 degrees at night, and every morning I have to bring it back to 72 degrees, and it has that message that says on the display, "Temporary Hold". When the AC was down three days ago, it said, "Permanent Hold".

After our installation we noticed the new system wasn't running the way we thought it would. We contacted them and they came out the same day, re-evaluated our HVAC layout and complete system. Orginally we were about a month out in appointments before we were to be seen when I made the appointment but I kept it because they were rated the best. I can see why! I got a call after 5 days saying there had been a cancelation and would I be available. I jumped on it and they gave me both a service window and a real time estimate of when I would hear from him. When he arrived he introduced himself before he put on his coverings, which I appreciate, at no time breaching social distance before putting on his mask. Its nice to feel safe AND see the face of the person entering your home. He explained what he was doing and didn't seem bothered by my husband's questions and small talk, making conversation and educating us while doing his work. Once he completed his work he explained the report and offered the annual service plan but without the salesmen push or judgment. All around a refreshing and pleasant experience! Our a.c. went out on the 23rd of June. The next day I called many places for someone to come but no one could. So I got on the wait list of Just Right. It turned out they could come late that night. At 8:45 p.m. the nicest man came and checked it out and told us it was dead and we would need a new one. I called around and got quotes and met with Tom from Just Right and decided as long as we were getting new a.c. we would replace the furnace too, that was old. Tom brought us a portable cooler, which saved us!!! He scheduled the installation. He answered all my questions, listened to me, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was telling him how happy we were with the lady who got someone here and the man that came. Come to find out, it was the co-owner Dan Dearden who had come that night. Amazing!! Our a.c. guy, Sid, and our furnace man arrived on time and did a great job with a huge job installing both the a.c. and furnace, and thermostat. We were so impressed with the caring of this company and the quality of work, and we will never ever use anyone again but them again. They are honest, trustworthy and CARING....what more can you ask for? Thanks you Just Right! We will recommend you to everyone!

This was for the 6 month maintenance. The first appointment was made for 8-10, we scheduled it way out, to ensure the commitment to be here closer to 0800, than 1000, the first visit called to confirm arrival at 0925, too late for my obligation at 1000. Rescheduled, and still Kirt was not informed he needed to be here closer to 0800 than 1000. He did arrive at 0915. He said if he knew he'd be able to be there sooner. He did a great job, was friendly, and offered, I could request him for the following planned visit for maintenance. I know the ladies, Kaitlyn and Bonnie are messengers, not responsible for the technician's choices. I hope the next can go smoother, and be even more punctual. Thank you. Michael

I did extensive research and decided that Trane was the brand of A/C and furnace I was most interested in as replacement units for my Park City townhome. Much of the research says that who installs your HVAC system is as important as the brand you choose. I researched reviews and contacted Just Right Air for an estimate. Jordan showed up for his appointment on time and did a thorough review of my current system. His proposal included a two-zone system with a highly efficient A/C and furnace. I consulted with a Lennox dealer and after analyzing the offers I decided to go with the most highly rated contractor, Just Right Air. They scheduled the work, showed up on time, and installed my new HVAC equipment. Allan and Jake were phenomenal. They were very neat and clean and consulted with me throughout the process. They successfully performed a difficult installation of wires so that I could use my preferred thermostat for the 2nd zone. They cleaned up prior to leaving my property and were very knowledgeable and helpful. This has been one of the best experiences with a contractor of any kind. I would highly recommend the Just Right Air team.

I purchased a Trane high efficiency furnace and air conditioner from Just Right Air in October, 2014. I solicited five bids from local contractors for the installation. Just Right Air was the only company to actually calculate my home's requirements. Just Right Air provided a very fair bid for the job. Frank, the technician, and his assistant were on time for the installation and completed the furnace the first day to ensure we had heat during a dip in the temperature. Frank's installation work was excellent. Frank took the time to do a quality job and it was done very professionally. He was very careful not to cause any damage to our carpeting or furnishings. He explained the operation of the furnace, air conditioner and a new IAQ touchscreen thermostat and offered help if we had any questions. I had a very positive experience with all of Just Right Air's personnel. I would recommend the company to any one wanting a quality, professional installation at a fair price

Initially, I was very frustrated with my experience. I was told by the technician that my condenser fan was broken and would cost $630 to repair. He said he had the part on his truck and could fix it on the spot. When I declined the offer and said I needed to think about it, the technician suddenly found the part for much cheaper on his computer system and said he could do it for $480. I was worried I was being taken advantage of and did not get the repair done. When I wrote a negative review of my experience, I was very shortly contacted by the business and was immediately refunded the $69 diagnostic because of my negative experience. They also called me and emailed me to explain what happened to account for the initial price misquote (new technicians and software). They offered to do a free tune up on the air conditioning. Though I already had my air conditioning repaired by someone else before I got their call, I was very impressed by their customer service and would feel confident calling them in the future.

The first company we called to evaluate our furnace was a joke - crooked! Then, we got a second opinion. They were nice, had all the bells and whistles and gave us a price. Finally, we checked with Just Right Air and they were up-front, quick, efficient and replaced our furnace for more than $2,000 less than the other company. Plus, the furnace we purchased is one of the highest rated brands from Consumer Reports. We were offered several finance options and chose the one that works best for us. We are totally satisfied.

The service Just Right Air provides is EXCELLENT! We first used Just Right Air after another company had installed a new furnace in our home, and the new furnace wouldn't work - even after repeated follow up visits by the installing company. Just Right Air came out and corrected the issues on their first visit. Our air conditioning stopped working correctly one summer, and a newly hired technician that came out couldn't figure out why it wouldn't cool the house the way it should. He called the office, and the owner of the company came out immediately and was able to resolve the problem immediately - and provide a learning experience to his newly hired employee. Just Right Air will go to any length to resolve issues and to provide excellent customer service. I've never worked with a company I trust as much as I trust Just Right Air. I recommend them whenever anyone is having problems with their heating or cooling systems.

*Update* I made them aware of my dissatisfaction. They reached out to me right away and had someome come out right away free of charge and fixee our issue. I am now very please with the service they provided to me. I would reccomend them to anyone! Thank you just right air. Hi just got serviced this last Monday and I paid 600 dollars to have the guy refill my refrigerant and put some stuff that may fix the leak that he said was very small he said that because the leak is so small and he couldn’t find it. Here I am 2 days later and I can tell it did not work I can tell my a/c is starting to run warmer again and not keeping my house cool. I am super unsatisfied and feel I have been cheated because this technician did not do his job right and give me the right service and find or fix my problem now I am out 600 dollars which is a huge amount for my struggling family in these times. Just Right Air will make sure that you are satisfied. I ordered a system from them and the sales process was excellent. They were the best priced and great quality. When I got the HVAC installed, it worked, but didn't cool down my big house fast enough. After determining that they underestimated the size of AC unit it would be to cool my house, they just came in and replaced the whole thing with a bigger unit at no charge. Dan, the owner, and Jordan, his son were the people I dealt with. They were great in resolving my concerns in a timely manner.

I called Just Right Air to check out a problem I was having with my A/C unit. The Tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I liked that he gave me a firm price for the repair up front, I opted to save some money and run a new thermostat wire myself which wasn't a pleasant job at all. The only thing that kept me from leaving a five star review was what I discovered the next day. While in my back yard I noticed that the cover was left off the a/c condenser exposing 220 volt wiring. I'm glad I noticed this before my kids or my dog, and was able to avoid a potential accident.

Our gas furnace started leaking carbone monoxide after a very long time of great service. The time came to replace it. We had several bids and all the bidders did a good job to explain options and answer questons. We chose Just Right Heating and Cooling. Their representative Lane was very knowledgeable and was great explaining options and answering questions. Their bid was very competitive and also they were able to schedule the installation very quickly, which mattered because the cold season had just started. In addition, the offered a great financing option. The job was mostly done by Dylan. Two more technicians came to help but unfortunately I don't know their names. Dylan did an excellent job and mage a great impression. Lane came back about a month later to do a qualiy check up, whch is this company's standard practice, and again was extremely helpful answering questions. The new furnace made a very visible difference in the comfort of our house.Overall, a great experience dealing with the company, and especially these two excellent professionals, Dylan and Lane.
