I had 2 heat pumps installed by Magnolia Heating & Cooling. I was totally impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism of all personnel. Bobby and Steve did a great job in reviewing the residence to determine the proper equipment. They were always available to answer any questions.. The installation crew also did an outstanding job. They were all very professional and worked very hard for 3 days from morning to night. They took every precaution to protect my residence from the required work. They readily answered all questions, consistently showed up on time and displayed great teamwork. Mike also did a great job in overseeing the removal and installation. I have total confidence in the company and would highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner went out so we contacted Magnolia Heating and cooling about replacing our current system with a heat pump system. Eric came out and went over the options with us. We discussed traditional V/S heat pump considering the rising cost of natural gas. They had very competitive pricing and worked the job in to our timeline. Steve, Luis and Andres did a fantastic job. My wife and I called Magnolia heating and cooling for maintenance and cleaning of an older air conditioning unit for a home we purchased this year. John was knowledgeable, friendly, and understood why we wanted to maintain our older unit. We signed up for the maintenance contract to keep our unit running well. We appreciate a company trying to keep an older unit going rather than trying to get us to upgrade immediately just because of its age when it's working fine for our purposes. Because of that attitude, we are very likely to use them when a new HVAC unit becomes necessary. It also makes it easy to recommend them to others. This company is amazing, they have excellent customer service, and integrity. We shopped several hvac companies and none came close to Magnoila Heating and Air . Their entire team is extremely professional, detailed, and attentive. They are exceptionally professional and competent. We shopped companies for a year with a broken heater, and came back to magnolia heating and air , because of their professionalism. They honored the price they gave us a year ago for a full ducting, and system replacement, they even gave us a great deal on asbestos removal. Other companies did not want to come help us because of the asbestos , but magnolia came in a professional manner and said no big deal they took care of it within 2 days and sealed the area so we could still stay home with our pets. They never made us feel ashamed for having it in the home like other companies that where very dramatic. Look no further because this is the right team to help you with any repairs.

I don’t normally write reviews but because Magnolia‘s service was so good I felt compelled. I called for an appointment for which they were available right away. The technician was on time and text that he was on his way. Knew what the problem was, had the part and fixed the problem quickly. I did not comparison shop but felt the price was fair. If needed, I will definitely call Magnolia Heating again.

So after twenty two good years our HVAC system needed to be replaced, we called four other companies and each one sent out a high-pressure salesman to get us to sign a contract for a new system almost immediately. Thankfully, we got a quote from Magnolia and the experience was almost the opposite. Benny came out, looked at our system, answered our questions and gave us three options to choose from. He even left and told us to call him when we had decided on which system to go with. My wife and I were blown away at how patient Benny was in answering all of our questions without pressuring us to sign immediately. Day of install the crew came: Miguel, Hugo, Ruben, Steve they were all very courteous and hard working. Each Magnolia staff member was very polite when interacting with my family. They even put down plastic liners all along the walkway inside to the attic where they would be working. This crew worked hard and paid close attention to detail. They even sent another worker to repair some texturing that had been damaged during the install. So my attic entryway looked better after all the work was completed by Magnolia. I felt really good about doing business with a locally owned family business. Furthermore, Magnolia has formed partnerships with the local high schools for an apprenticeship program, in which young people can learn a trade and make a good living. Going forward I will only recommend Magnolia to my friends and family. The workers even gave me a Daikin and Magnolia hat as part of the install.

I called up Magnolia because my AC was having issues cooling my home. They sent out Jesse to check the system. It was about to go out. I asked him if they install new systems and he referred me to Bobby. Bobby was able to come out the same day and gave us 3 quotes for a new system. i opted for the most efficient system and the financing was a breeze. He also dropped off a couple of portable AC units to help out until the new system could be installed. 2 weeks later the installation team came out and completed the install in a day. There was an issue with the heat pump not working and Magnolia replaced it with a brand new one the following morning. Then they sent out another tech for a quality assurance check about a week later. Mike was able to fine tune the system and it works amazing now! We’ll definitely be customers for life! I highly recommend Magnolia heating and cooling.

This was the best service I have ever experienced. Eric Smith the owner of Magnolia Heating and Cooling came out to my home after my 16 year old air conditioner needed replacement. Eric was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his product. Eric was highly professional, honest and friendly. Eric took his time checking my system and explained things so that I could understand. Eric focused on the the aspects of his product that address my needs and specific challenges. I decided to have Magnolia replace my entire HVAC system. Mike and Raven were assigned to do the installation which went smoothly from start to finish. These guys are just awesome. When my A/C went out, they showed me the problem, and they talked me through the pros and cons of different solutions. They didn't TELL me I needed a whole new system, they made me UNDERSTAND I needed a whole new system. I ended up buying a whole new system, and I couldn't be happier. The install was something to behold. Hugo, Miguel, and Andrew covered every square inch of floor they would be walking on, and took great care to ensure nothing got scratched or dinged as they hauled the ancient system out of my attic. Bringing in the new system was like watching them carry a crib with a sleeping baby upstairs without waking it. I cannot emphasize enough that when these guys entered my home, there was a clear and pronounced respect for my house and property, and an overt attention to quality and detail.

My house was built in 1980 and the Heating and A/C was also 42 years old. My furnace was not coming on due to the igniter, so called my home protection plan and they sent out some clowns that did not fix it after I paid the service call fee. So I contacted Magnolia and Bobby came out and gave me a complete and honest evaluation. I decided to do a complete replacement of everything including the ducking. I was told that the project would take 3 days, but they had six GREAT installers working and finished in 2 days without cutting any corners. Me and my wife are so happy with our new system the entire house is all the same temperature. I can not say enough about the GREAT installers that Magnolia have on their staff. It is great to know that there are still some honest companies out there. Thanks again for taking care of my heating and A/C needs.

Magnolia installed a new system in our property, including new ductwork. I first met Eric via a phone call for our Lake Arrowhead property approx 2 years ago. He talked me out of wasting a bunch of money on a system we simply didn't need. He was right. I told him one day i'll use his service again with our Pasadena house. I'm really glad we did. Eric personally came out to the property, then he had his field supervisor Steve design the new system. The install team Micheal & Joe are amazing, the quality of their work is above and beyond. Coming from New York I was nervous about having the HVAC serviced not knowing what to expect. Anthony who came to do the maintenance was awesome. He was patient and explained step by step what he was about to do, and then during his discovery and cleaning he gave tips on how to wash the filters and how to best use the auto two zone system. By the time he left, it felt like I had made a friend. Highly recommended. Anthony was really good, took his time and even showed photos of before and after cleaning. Update: July 2022 We’ve had two mishaps with the air conditioning units since above visit: 1) Anthony came back and had to put in a new Starter in one of the units after which it was running again! 2) Jesse (also awesome) re-checked the system after we found it was blowing hot air a few weeks after the starter replacement. On his visit the systems were working as expected. He advised us to use both of the zones at one time saying that when using only one it is fighting to cool both zones and takes more time and energy. We finally have it down where it keep the house at a comfortable temperature coming on and off as needed and working more efficiently. Highly recommend that you get the yearly service package - which covers a couple of additional service and check visits appose to paying for each.

Magnolia Heating and Cooling is a great organization as a whole. Everyone who works for them and with them are just good people. I looked around for a company to design, build and install central air in an old, old house. I had a feeling about MHC as soon as I met with Eric. I tell all my neighbors the truth this system is like being in an airplane. There are no leaks anywhere and its really really quiet. Steve even went the extra mile to help me get a great electrician to upgrade my electrical from a fire starting 35 amp service to a ultra modern 200 amp service that lowered my homeowners insurance rates. Rudy and Kyle are professional installers that were a pleasure to have in the house. So good in fact they finished 3 hours ahead of schedule. I can't say enough good things about the company they are tremendously outstanding! heres a picture of my 4 ton system!

With this strange February heatwave we are having they found a way to get him to us the same day I called. He took the problem personally and made sure our system was fully functional before he left. He also took time to show us how to work our new thermostat. The safety precautions they take during this time of COVID-19 is reassuring. Great service, John and Josh arrived earlier than expected, but in the time frame provided. I needed the evaporator coil in my package system replaced. They work very well together! John had to go to the shop for a part and Josh continued working. The coil replacement would have otherwise taken much longer. After replacing the coil, they checked out my entire system, including the furnace. Everything was working great and still is! My only issue was with Lennox, my HVAC model, it took them three months to get the new coil shipped to Magnolia Cooling and Heating. As soon as it arrived, I was put on the schedule for replacement. I will not buy a Lennox product again! I purchased my Lennox system from another company, I did not trust them to be able to service and repair the issue I was having. I called Magnolia Heating and Cooling. I am VERY GLAD I did! I only wish I had called them before I purchased my system!!

From Bobby coming out to look things over and make recommendations, all very helpful, Steve, Mike and Ron the installers (Mike is meticulous) to all the others involved at the house and on the phone, there were many. All were friendly, polite and professional. The installation over two days was well done. Have had the heat pump and air handler for 2 weeks now and the system works well, quieter than the old unit. If you want it done well and done right I recommend Magnolia. December 2018 they returned for the included maintenance. Again their work was thorough and professional. I have been a customer of Magnolia Heating and Cooling for many, many years. Magnolia Heating and Cooling is a family-owned company in Riverside, CA, and has provided excellent semiannual maintenance service for my central air and heating unit over the years. In September 2018, I switch my electricity to solar power and have not paid an electric bill since that installation. In August 2020, it was time to replace the ducts, vents, insulation, and heating and cooling units to run more efficiently with solar power and to reduce my gas bill by switching from gas to solar. (I had never replaced the ducts, vents, and insulation since the house was built in 1984, and only once installed a new but noisy air condition unit prior to this installation. Also I learned during this installation that my attic was only partially insulated by the home builders.) I met with Eric, the owner to receive a quote and more information. Everything from the initial quote appointment with Eric, the planning and design by Steve, through the installation of my new Daikin FIT HVAC system by Raven and Victor, through the quality control checks by Mike, and the numerous communications with Kristin in their office was excellent! Everyone that I have dealt with at Magnolia Heating and Cooling have been very professional and concerned that everything is in excellent working condition, and they have the desire to see customers satisfied with their products and service. I cannot believe the difference between Daikin and my old system. It is so quiet that I rarely know when it switches on, and everything is controlled through the Daikin app via my cell phone (I can set both heating and cooling temperatures once and forget about it.) They also provided an easier way to access my attic from the garage. Jesse provided the first maintenance service after the new system was installed and I also learned that they could annually flush out my tankless water heater. Paul now provides my annual maintenance service for both my HVAC and water heater. Since the installation, everything has been working great and I highly recommend Magnolia Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for an honest, high quality, and very professional business. I look forward to continued business with Magnolia Heating and Cooling personnel. It has been about 1.5 years since the installation and no problems – I love this dependability.

I had magnolia come to my home for an estimate to replace my mothers furnace and a/c. The person that came out (I believe his name was Tony) actually took time to talk to me about the unit and asked why I wanted to replace. I told him I had another company out a month prior that "fixed" the a/c, and being that the unit was so old I didn't want the headache of fixing it anymore. The estimator told me to hold on and went to get a meter and a few tools. He came back and told me exactly what was wrong with the unit, and that since I was planning on selling the home to just fix the small problem instead of changing the whole unit. Unfortunately I don't live in the area, so I can't be a customer for life, but I know a lot of people that do and will be telling everyone to call magnolia heating and air conditioning for any of their heating and air needs. We've heard and read that Magnolia Heating and Cooling are reputable and decided to give them a try. Can't tell you how happy we are that we did! I want to share my experience with this company because it was a great one! We had our install completed back in May. I met with Bobby and he was extremely knowledgeable. He informed me that many AC companies are replacing just the condenser and coil, and how bad that can be, because eventually you will need to replace the furnace, and then be in the same place with needing a new system because the two systems will not work well together. The price may have been higher then the other contractors, but I can confidently say this company cuts no corners, and they are always available to help when I have questions or concerns. I may have spent more money in the front for a perfect system, but in the summer I cooled my home cooler then ever in the past, and still saved money on my energy bill! Like 35%-40%. Can’t beat that. This company will take care of its customers, and all the employees I have interacted with have been so friendly and kind. This is a great company. Take my word and DON’T USE ANYONE ELSE! They are the most honest and transparent AC company out there.

I had a new air conditioning and furnace installed in my home and I’m very happy I used Magnolia. Bobby came out to my home and he thoroughly explained the whole process to us. I’m no expert about air conditioning but Bobby was very detailed and he gave me solutions that no other AC company offered. Mike and Ronnie came out a couple days later to do the installation. They were very nice and professional. They explained each step to my husband and they were clean with their work. They put plastic and paper down on my flooring so they wouldn’t get dirty. I had a water leak that my plumber thought might be coming from the air conditioning unit outside. I called Magnolia Heating and Cooling and requested a service call. I was given an appointment for the following day. John came out and listened patiently as I described the problem. He quickly determined that the air conditioning unit was not causing the water leak coming from the stucco. He gave me a very good explanation as to why he came to that conclusion. Sadly, he told me that I was still going to be charged the $99 service fee so if there was anything else I needed done he would do it. I went ahead and had him check over the system. He found that the capacitor was on it's way out so I had him replace it. He explained the importance of doing routine maintenance can prolong the life of the unit. I felt that he went above and beyond what most people would do. I definitely received excellent service and will continue to use Magnolia Heating and Cooling.

Update: After posting my review below I received a phone call the following day from Magnolia’s manager Eric. Eric was very apologetic and had great customer service. My situation was atypical for Magnolia and Eric was able to resolve the issues at hand. Thank you. wanted to use Magnolia Air because of all the wonderful reviews that I kept seeing online. We needed to have our a/c serviced so decided to use them and also have a Nest installed. When I contacted to get the appointment scheduled I should have known something was up when the customer service person was unable to provide me with a quote on a Nest installation and that the service technician would be able to give me a price. Any way, the service technician , Brayan, comes and does the routine a/c service. During the service, he reports that the pan that holds the excess water was about to overfill and needed to be drained. I was very worried about this as it could have caused a leak, so I advised him to do what he needed to. He cleans the drains and tells me that the pan was draining into the secondary pipe and not the primary but the cleaning should have fixed that. That was about $180 for that draining. We then get to the Nest installation. Brayan advises me that he is unsure of the price of the Nest installation and calls the office, the price he comes back with is about $400! I initially scoffed but decided I would let him do it because I didn’t know how. Either the next day or after that, I notice that the secondary pipe for the a/c is leaking. I start to worry thinking that the pan is going to overflow, so I schedule another appointment with magnolia. Jacob, the service technician comes out, tells me that the pan that holds the water is crooked and that’s why the water is tilting to come out of the secondary pipe and not the primary and that it would close to $500 to fix. I said I would decide later. I had my handy man go up and look at the pan and guess what, it wasn’t titled. Also, the primary pipe had been cut off a long time ago and the second is now the primary. So all in all, Magnolia lied or their technicians don’t know what their doing. I paid for a pipe draining service that shouldn’t have been done and almost paid $500 to have something fixed that wasn’t broken. And no, this wasn’t the first time our a/c had been serviced, we use a different company and were NEVER advised about a crooked pan. What a joke.

After paying for an inspection before buying our new house, imagine our shock to have the gas company RED TAG the furnace! You could see daylight streaming into the firebox, due to a leak around the chimney/exhaust. We had multiple people in, all of whom had received decent reviews on Angie's List and Yelp, to give us quotes for both the furnace and the antiquated air conditioner. Eric came to our home and measured the area before telling us what size air conditioner was needed (it was a Trane!) and let us know what the best equipment was for us. Let me tell you, not another company was as thorough or made sure we understood why they recommended what they did for our home. We had two "no brand" air conditioners/furnaces quoted to us at a significantly higher price, one "no brand" quoted at a lower price and all three falling short of meeting the actual need of this home. One quote from a really BIG box store was another well-known brand and was essentially the same size, but for thousands more! So we decided to go with Magnolia and are we ever so happy we did!!! Aside from a great price, the guys were fast and efficient, kept the work area clean at all times and were as professional as I have ever seen with any of my service people. They followed the requirements of HERO to the tee with no problems upon inspection. Then they came and did seasonal servicing TWICE for free! Everyone from Eric in sales, to the gals in the office who were taking care of all the paperwork, to the HERO financing that they handled for me, to the service people they had to install and take care of the furnace and air conditioner can only be described as wonderful!!!! I used Magnolia almost 6 years ago. They replaced an original 1978 unit with a 20 SEER variable speed AC and reducted everything to be compatible and as efficient as possible. Give them a chance and allow them to come in and measure everything. Two other companies I had out weren’t as thorough with planning my system and giving an estimate. They were just going to replace the condenser and furnace and weren’t much cheaper. Kinda just went through the motions. Allowing MHC to plug their numbers in and replace my ducts (which I got a big rebate for from RPU at the time) and do blow in insulation in the attic (another city rebate) enabled us to stick with a 3 ton unit for a 1800sq.ft. single story house. I run this system year round and keep it cold. My highest RPU electric bill in the summer is now only $180, from $430 with the dinosaur AC I had before. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Eric Smith himself and feel that he genuinely cares about his customers, employees and his trade in general. I continue to use them for maintenance and everyone that comes out has been great. Looking forward to having them put in a ductless unit in the shop. Thanks guys!

John was a pro. This company is as good as the rating says on the bbb. Having worked in construction for 20 years I can tell when someone is in over their head. They aren’t going to sell you something you don’t need. They will take care of you and you can trust what John tells you. I was ready to buy thousands of dollars of equipment that was not necessary. My folks' house is somewhat of an oldie, and the job meant replacing a 25 yr. old roof unit (which had replaced the other 25 yr. old unit). Marcus did a thorough and courteous inspection. On April 10 2019 we had our old central heating and air replaced in our home by magnolia. They were very professional, punctual and clean. We were on a one on one with Bobby (the salesperson) and he was there to help us after the sale and made sure we were happy. On July 3 2019 we purchased a mini splitter for our attached sunroom which gave us the use of 1500 usable square footage instead of the original 1288 we had with our regular small home. It is truly amazing and even more economical than just the one unit. The problem that we had in the beginning was scary because on 4th of July we had company and the splitter wasn’t working and Christen called Steve and he came right out and got it working for that day and spent several days working on it even involving the company that makes the splitter and he did not give up until they solved all the issues and now it is wonderful and so energy efficient both units running costs less than our previous unit

Lauren was friendly and listened to my needs and set me up with an appointment when requested. Then, I received an email introducing me to the technician I would be meeting at the appointment. Bobby who arrived at the appointed time and was very thorough. He fully explained what system should be installed based on my needs. He also answered all my questions including The warranties and what the next step in the process would be. Magnolia's motto is do it right once after checking twice. The following day, the engineers, Steve and Taylor, arrived and verified what Bobby had measured, etc. And, guess what? The install of the brand new system was originally going to be done the following week and because an opening had just occurred the install happened a day later. Again, I received an email introducing me to the installer Rudy. Rudy arrived on time with his teammate Hugo.They were both knowledgeable and caring. By the end of the day I had a new HVAC system to enjoy. The price was great and Dawn was great in answering my questions, updating me on the timeframe when the County inspector would come out and in providing me with copies of documents I wanted for my records. I did a LOT of research before selecting Magnolia. I've been very detailed in writing this review because as a consumer I want to know everything. Magnolia will be our vendor for our second house, too, because they also do service and maintenance. Just had service on our 2 AC units. The primary reason for the service was to address an issue with condensation drainage coming out the wrong drain line. Secondary reason was for our annual checkup on both units. Marcus, our tech, found that the drain lines were reversed, which he corrected under their warranty. I called Magnolia Heating and Cooling because I was tired of sweating through another summer. Inland Empire summers last 9 months, not counting the occasional heatwave in December/January. I thought repairing my AC was going to be expensive, so we waited until we thought we could afford the repairs. The people at Magnolia were very friendly, and able to get a technician in a day, at my convenience. They sent one of their senior technicians and his capable assistant. After accessing the condition of my ac unit, they eased my costly fears, by saying it's a simple repair. I was ready to spend 100's if not 1000's. The simple repair was very affordable. Not everybody will have an inexpensive repair, but Magnolia will do their best to help you survive summer, comfortably.

I wish Daikin would make this a more user friendly procedure but as it is we have to call out the hvac installers for this. The west end of our house where our master bedroom is located was very hot despite the fact that the air conditioning unit is running. One day, the air conditioning unit was not running or at least we couldn't hear it. After extensive research, we contacted Magnolia Heating and Cooling. They were able to send a technician to our home the next day. We received confirmation of the appointment along with a picture of the technician that would be sent. Our technician, David, arrived on time and was very professional. We feared that we would have to replace the entire unit or cut a hole in our bedroom wall for an intake vent as one other company had recommended on a previous service call. David checked the unit. He said that the unit just needed cleaning and freon. After he completed the work, our master bedroom had actually cooled down to a comfortable temperature. We just wish that we had found this company earlier. David was very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell us another air conditioning unit but did answer our questions as to the efficiency of a new air conditioning unit. We were very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

Our first experience with Magnolia Heating and Cooling was n 2004 after moving into an older house. After inspecting our AC and furnace we were told of a few parts to keep an eye on. We asked if we should replace them and instead of taking our money they said no, let’s check again in six months. WOW! Most companies would have not been so honest. Fast forward to 2015. We needed a new AC and furnace. We were given estimates on several units and advised it wasn’t necessary to purchase the best if we planned on moving in less than five years. We were four days from closing escrow on the sale of our home when a small gas leak in our heating unit was discovered during the final walk-thru. The Gas Co. told us it was a valve leak. When we called Magnolia Heating and Cooling, Lauren began to assist by trying to find the replacement valve and to expedite the repair. Tyler then joined the effort when we saw the part would take too long to arrive. He suggested they first send a certified tech (Rudy) to assess the situation and to ensure the valve replacement was necessary. Rudy showed up the next morning (Saturday) and discovered it was a pinhole leak in a pipe and not the valve. The valve was expected to cost in excess of $600. Thankfully, Rudy immediately repaired the pipe for significantly less than what the valve would've cost and did a full inspection to ensure the Buyer would not have any issues with the heating system. We are so grateful for the assistance of the office staff, and Rudy for saving the day and the sale of our home. It was definitely a team effort!! We would highly recommend Magnolia Heating and Cooling! =)

I recently had a Trane variable speed air conditioner(s) and heater(s) installed in my house by Magnolia Heating, Plumbing, and Air Conditioning . While I don’t have a lot of knowledge on home hvac systems I did a lot of research. I got six quotes and reviewed systems from Lennox to Trane.. In my research I was advised that one of the keys to an good system being installed was the installers and the company that stand behind it, so in conclusion based on upon competitive pricing and warranties for labor, materials, future service, and equipment I decided to give Magnolia and Heating and Cooling a try as I thought they would be my best bet, so I went with them. While the equipment has only been in a short time so I can not say much about it yet, other than its quiet when it runs, I can clearly say the people at Magnolia Heating and Air Conditioning were excellent to deal with. They not only arrived on time they they exceeded our expectations for the time line objectives. From my first experience with Eric the owner who made the quote and reviewed options, to the installers Rudy and Mike I found them all to be very professional as well as very pleasant, courtesy and helpful…They made the experience as good as possible when you think about having to replace your entire home havc equipment. While I don’t write a lot of good reviews, like many I tend to do the negative reviews, this is clearly a company that I will do business with in the future should the need arise..

My experience with Magnolia Heating was extraordinary. I Live in San Francisco and have a rental in Moreno Valley. On Friday 12/22 at 11am I was notified by the tenant that the heater was not working, and the gas had been turned off. (She had called another furnace company to determine the problem. She called me with that company's telephone number and job#. I called. They did not have the job#...just prior to the woman wanting to put me on hold, I asked where she was located. She said Columbia!!!! I hung up) I found Magnolia heating on the internet. Tyler told me that Bobby would go out to the house. Within an hour, Bobby sent me photos, called me, and we agreed on the price for a new unit. The work was scheduled for Tuesday 12/26. Bobby said he would bring some space heaters out to the house. Then, shortly after that call, he called again to say that he spoke with his boss and got permission for the installation to be done the following day, Saturday 12/23. I was so grateful! Bobby contacted the tenant and arranged the time for installation. By noon the following day the work was done. Oh! Bobby also had to drive to Anaheim on the Friday of the holiday weekend to pick up the unit before 5pm. I researched and found out it was a 48 mile trip each way! The tenant's call came in at 11am on Friday. By 2pm Bobby had provided me with everything I needed to know.I also had contact with Dawn in the office to finalize the contract and payment. She was well informed when she called me, and I appreciated her organizational skills.In my book, Magnolia Heating and Cooling provided amazing customer service, and I highly recommend them...I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!

I needed a new A/C unit and furnace, my old one was failing, and I was tired of dumping money into it. I am one to do my due diligence and get a few quotes to ensure that I am getting a reasonable price. I called a few reputable companies and got some quotes. I had done my homework prior to calling any company being that installing a new A/C unit can be complex and it is not cheap. During my research the biggest thing I learned is that all units will work; however, the install of the unit is what’s most important. It just so happens to be when we were in a heat wave when are A/C decided to die on us. WE needed to expedite our decision on who we were going to choose. From start to finish I was very pleased to do business with Magnolia Heating and Cooling. Bobby the sales rep showed up to give me a quote he was very professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and went over our options with the install. He wore shoe covers when going upstairs to check the addict and gloves when opening my attic entrance to ensure not to leave finger prints on my attic cover like previous sales reps did from other companies. He even provided us with temporarily cooling equipment to get us through the heat wave until his installers could get to my house to install my new unit. In my opinion that is great customer service, if you ask me. I was contacted by Bobby that his installers could install a head of schedule if it worked for me. I was very delighted to hear that. The installers showed up on time and continued with the professionalism, Mike, Rudy, Kyle, Hugo all did a great job. They taped of a path way in my house to ensure not to leave a mess on my carpet. They created a fake wall to catch any dust that may have come from my addict to ensure it did not spread onto my clothes in my closet. They even relocated my condenser off my patio and onto side of my house, which I love now. I had A Train XR16 and XT80 unit installed on 07/10/2018. This company does a thorough job, and I waited to post this review to ensure I did not have any issues with my new unit. It has been working great since I got it. This company was very professional in all phases. They even sent out another technician to double check all the work and to ensure everything is running correctly. I was very impressed with how this company took care of my H-Vac needs they have earned my business. Great customer service and a job well done. Not to mention they have zero financing if needed. We called July 4th and they were open, staffed, and ready for business. All the other HVAC companies had a voice mail or an answering service take my message without letting me know they were actually closed...which was pretty crummy. TYLER, the phone rep, was extremely professional and was genuinely concerned with helping in our greatest time of need, on a holiday!! He asked all the right questions and answered mine as well too. He fielded phone calls and called me back in a timely fashion so as not to keep me on hold for extended periods. I cannot say enough about TYLER'S professionalism and confident demeanor over the phone. By the time TYLER was done, I felt strongly that I lucked up and called the right company and felt strongly Magnolia Heating and Air was lucky to have him, (until I met Jacob). But I digress, Tyler emailed a bio on Jacob so we would know in advance who was coming into our home. Jacob called 20 minutes before arriving right ON TIME, neatly tucked in a clean professional uniform with a embroidered name tag on. Once inside, Jacob slipped on shoe covers with a smile and began addressing everything I'd told Tyler. JACOB was experienced, well spoken, self assured and patient. He went thru, found the problem with our furnace and clearly explained in layman's terms why our 15+ yr old a/c was leaking condensation water inside our home. He answered all of my questions ( I had a ton) and gave specific recommendations how to remedy future problems. Not only did JACOB answer my questions but, my husband called home from work and he answered his questions too. This home is new to us and will be ours forever. While we're not prepared to replace this hvac unit now, Jacob sold us on a maintenance plan to keep it going until we can get a new one. So for that, we are sincerely grateful. Finally, what's most important to our family is doing business with LOCAL companies. We like small businesses that care about personal service and try to avoid large out of town, corporate type companies. The values represented here are clear, Excellent Customer Service. I have a home built in 1929; when I bought the home the original floor furnace was heating the home & it had one window air conditioner. It seemed as though I was camping inside my home because the air environment was extreme during the four seasons. I met Magnolia Heating & Cooling at the Home Show at the Pomona Fair grounds and booked an estimate. The man who came to my home asked me how I used my home, what I needed in my home environment, and he talked to me about a TRANE Central Heating and Cooling system. Based on how I used my home He suggested I increase the air compressor 1/2 ton larger for excellent air conditioning in the summer. The estimate I received was the lowest of 10 estimates, the estimate process was the most professional, and Magnolia gave me a lifetime warranty on their workmanship!! The central heating & cooling system was installed in 2003. The gas and electric bills are reasonable since the addition of the TRANE to my Home!!
