The owner, Tony, gave me a quote which was less than the others I received for a new HVAC system. He quoted me for the same brand system others quoted so I could compare 'apples to apples'. He was very helpful to answer any questions I had with the process and seemed honest in his answers. He and his crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They were very respectful and got the work done efficiently and left my basement cleaner than when they came. I would highly recommend T. Gomes Heating & Cooling.

I met Tony by chance. His company was working on a neighbor's AC system. One of my units went out two days prior. I had called another place I had used in the past, but they didn't get back to me. After seeing Tony's company working next door, I called the number the truck. He returned my call within 30 min and said he would stop over when he was done. He came by and had my AC up and running quickly, on the same day I called. His price was VERY reasonable. Overall, I was impressed the way Tony ran his operation. I have been counting on Tony (TGomes) for all my HVAC needs for over 5 years and the service he provides is second to none. He recently conducted a routine maintenance on 2 of my boilers, and replaced the vent to my tank-less water heater (That was installed incorrectly by a previous contractor). His rate was extremely competitive and I was very pleased with the end result. From the feedback he provides to the white glove service, I would highly recommend him, you wont be disappointed!

Tony and his team converted our forced hot air heating system into a Central A/C today and we were very pleased with the result. They were able to finish the job in about 5 hours, which was great. I needed a new boiler and called Tony because of all the good reviews I saw online. I completely understand now why he was rated so highly. Tony came out right away to give me an estimate, was very patient with answering all my questions and helped me make the decision to convert from oil to propane. He made sure to schedule the install before it got cold, and came when he said he would. The entire project was done professionally and for a fair price. I can’t even begin to explain how impressed I am with T Gomes and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I don’t write reviews very often but Tony is phenomenal to work with! I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you need any hvac work done as him and his team are great! They completed a central AC installation as well as building out all of the duct work and I have only had 1 very minor issue in 5 years, which he had fixed in no time. Not to mention their prices were the best by far, they are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they were in and out in no time for the amount of work that had to be done.

My furnace recently stopped working. I called T Gomes and received a text message back quickly. Within a day they had a service person out to help. The person arrived during the time frame I was given, was able to quickly identify the issue, and have it fixed (parts were in his truck) within the hour. My heat is back on and I am super happy. A capacitor in my compressor went out. I called Gomes and Tony got back to me within a couple of hours during a busy month for AC. He was prompt, quick, and hid price was extremely reasonable. I had the same problem a year ago on a different compressor. I called Tony (no previous interaction), and he was up front stating that he was just too busy at that point in time. While disappointed, I was pleased with the honesty. Another company fixed the unit for a little more than double what Tony charged. Extremely happy.

Tony was very professional throughout the whole experience. From quoting equipment, providing design consultation,planning the install and performing the work. Tony was courteous and and respective of the house and furnishings during the installation. I wanted to work with a sole proprietor for the personal service that it would provide. Top quality with a very reasonable price! Tony was very responsive and replied text messages quickly even on a Sunday evening. My boiler stopped working on Sunday and he sent a technician on a snowy Monday morning. Found the problem immediately, replaced the part, and offered a 30-day warranty. I would strongly recommend them.

He also shared a lot of information with me regarding our heating system. After quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue, he was very thorough and transparent about his pricing. I couldn't ask for more, I have a 9 month old daughter that slept in a chilly house last night, so, quick turnaround is important. I called Tony because we we're having a problem with our Air Conditioner. He came out the next day. Was able to find the problem with in five minutes. He told me what part was needed. Came back when the part came in . My air is up and running again. Tony is a very hard working honest person. Very reliable when he says he will be there . He is there. No one can beat his prices. I called Tony Gomes on a Wednesday regarding my central air not working and he advised me over the phone how to check my unit and replace my filter to ensure that it wasn't a simple part switch that I could handle myself for free. I commend him for doing this as many contractors would have come out to diagnose a simple fix and charged the 50-99$ diagnostic fee. It turned out this wasn't the issue however and Jason was dispatched by Friday (Another agency had qouted me an appointment 6 weeks out!), diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes, ran to the store to get the part, and fixed it within another 20 minutes! The total cost of the repair was honestly about 200-300$ less than I thought that it would be! Jason was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and kindly answered all of my questions regarding ongoing maintainence for the central air unit. Thank you T.Gomes!

Jason who worked on our furnace is very courteous and professional. He checked thoroughly on our furnace, which hasn’t heating up the house for some time, and identified the problem. He fixed it and hooray, we have warm air at one of the closest days in winter. Excellent company- very pleased. Received return phone call same day. Jason came out to troubleshoot shoot why central air at my mother's condo wasn't working. He was very thorough and checked everything; got it running and solved the problem easily and efficiently. Price was extremely reasonable. I called a plumber to service my gas burner and he quoted me at $700 to clean. I knew that was a scam so I looked around and found T Gomes Heating and Cooling. I spoke to Tony directly and he was shocked at the price. He gave me a quote of 135 to $155 to clean the boiler. He came in a few days and did a great job. All my boiler needed was a good cleaning, yet the first plumber I called said it might need to be replaced. He made all these assumptions without even really looking at the boiler. Tony looked beyond all this scam work and did an honest job at a very good price. I will definitely be calling him in the future.

Came across this co. while searching the web and decided to have them do a routine maintenance on my gas boiler. Appointment was made promptly and the tech arrived on time . Was very thorough and clean. After service was completed . Explanation of services rendered was provided in detail . Easy simple and efficient. Def a step up from last year’s failure with trying to get other companies to come do this job , I will def be using T.Gomes in the future and I must say that prices were fair, which were explained while making the appointment.

Ran across this company in a web search and I must say they are very thorough in their servicing vs my other unnamed service company. Jason the technician that preformed the service was very professional and informative, even noticed a strange sound that my blower fan has made since my new furnace was installed (sounded like a 747 engine) took the time corrected it along with other prior part errors done and connections. Just had Jason come out to inspect and clean my gas furnace. Spectacular job cleaning and he also re-mortared the flues to the chimney, as they were in poor repair. He was very personable and the price was extremely reasonable. Had National Refrigeration out last fall to fix furnace. They put a new thermocouple in...that's it; no other service or cleaning...$300!!! T. Gomes was WAY less money.

Tony at T Gomes is the BEST out there. Save your time and money and call him!!!! We woke up to a very cold home this morning and had no heat. My wife and I decided to troubleshoot and read through the manuals to figure out why the pilot was not lit on our 2 year old Burnham Series 2 furnace. We couldn't figure out what was wrong and my wife took a gamble and called T Gomes despite the fact that it was Sunday and he was closed. We have 2 little daughters and for their sake, needed to get heat ASAP. Tony answered and was completely professional and courteous and walked us through some troubleshooting steps to get us heat until he can come out tomorrow to fix the problem. WOW!
