Our Technician Chris was very personable and knowledgeable of the issues we were experiencing. I appreciate the responsiveness of the the company when I scheduled my call initially. Con: I’ve schedule two appointments with Prime and Heating LLC and the techs were late. It would be helpful to receive a quick text update from the technician for any further delays in service. They were very responsive to fixing the scheduling mishap. I would recommend this company for your Heating and Cooling needs.

I had a wonderful experience using Prime Heating and Cooling LLC. Our house had no heat and the company that we have always used previously (Restivos) said they could not come until January. I contacted Prime and the office staff (Cindy) was friendly and was able to get someone to access the issues we had with our forced hot air system the very next day. The technician (Chris) was there promptly on time and explained all issues found. My Parts had to be ordered and Cindy called me when they came in and arranged to have Kevin complete the Service. Kevin arrived on time too and completed the repair ( I needed a new blower motor and my capacitor was weak so that was also replaced. They also installed my Thermostat that I had purchased previously to calling them. Within 1 week all of my issues were taken care of and our home was warm again. They have gained a new customer. Great company to work with. I highly recommend them! Thank you for your great service.

Great company to work with. Boiler had a big water leak. Couldn’t get any company to come check it out. They were quick to set appointment to come check it out. Just purchased home a year ago, boiler is original from 1988. Had a bunch of other small leaks too. Decided to have a brand new system installed. They were very accommodating in scheduling a boiler replacement, even during New Years holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend Prime Heating and Cooling. Kevin came out to check out problem and also is installing new system. He did a great job explaining options and doing the work.

Called a few different places on Friday afternoon to see if they could get a tech out to take a look at my HVAC as it was not blowing cold air. Some didn’t answer or call back, other weren’t taking new customers and some had no availability at all. When I called Prime, I was able to speak to a gentleman right away and he was able to schedule a tech to come out Monday. Chris P. arrived on time and very professional and helpful. He was able to explain to me what was happening to my system and had it up and running in no time. Chris also gave me some tips to help with maintaining my system. All in all, I had a great experience. I will definitely be using Prime for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

Chris, who was an extremely knowledgeable professional, came in and fixed our HVAC system. I called for the repair on Thursday, was given options for either the same day or the next day. The office was very professional and it was easy to set up an appointment. Chris was very prompt and kindly arrived very early on Saturday and diagnosed the problem! He explained our problem quickly, and offered a solution within 20 mins and had it fixed within half an hour. I saved his card and will be using him again in the future if needed!! Thank you, Chris and prime!

Quick response to my call (on-demand hot water heater wasn't working), technician showed up when he was supposed to, went through everything and found the issue. Very professionsal, not complaints at all. Now waiting for the part to come and then will have them back for the installation. Update - part came in and technician installed it. It didn't fix the issue, but he was able to diagnose the problem, and sorted it out. All good!

Got up in the morning to our furnace blowing cold air. Called to schedule an appointment and was able to get one for 3 hours later which I was happy about. Received a call 2 hours before they were to come out to say they could be there earlier. Diagnosed a problem with the thermostat. Installed a temporary one and I'm planning in having newer ones installed by them.

After trying to find someone to service my heating system (Gem said next June - seriously?) Others just didn't call back, I was referred to Prime Heating and Cooling. It seemed a little expensive but isn't everything now? The technician was courteous and showed up when I was told. I do wish I had a written report of the maintenence. I would definitely recommend them.

My Nest Thermostat was not working correctly and it seemed to be defective so I called and scheduled an appointment for an HVAC technicaicn to come over. Two technicacians came over, Chris and Dan, and they were both very professional and helped me confirm my Nest was broken. I am a new home owner and I was asking a lot of questions and learning from them. They were very recetive to me asking questions and picking their brains which was fun. They also gave me pece of mind that my boiler was working correctly which was great news. They also flushed out air in my boiler pipes which had seemed to be an issue which was helpful. Overall, I ha a great experience and I would use Prime Heating & Cooling LLC again.

Well, this is my first time with Prime Heating company, due to the fact that my heating system isn’t working properly. Justin, the technician, was very nice and very helpful. Hasn’t been fixed yet, because the technician didn’t have the replacement parts needed. He made an appointment for tomorrow, Monday, January 2, 2023. Don’t know the time yet! Hopefully, it will be fixed tomorrow. Ty.

Found the problem right away with a clog oil filter and replaced the filter then primed thee system! Started right up but then boiler mate computer board was not working so needed replacement which he went get the part and quickly returned to install the new one to get the hot water going ! Very professional and explained the problems which were addressed ! Excellent!

The two employees from Prime Heating & Cooling were diligent in analyzing why the thermostat wasn’t connecting with the furnace. When they arrived, the house was 53 degrees. They replaced batteries in the thermostat then went to work downstairs. Bottom line? The draft inducer was malfunctioning and not pushing the flame upwards. Because of that, the flame rollout switch was burned out. They left to pick up the necessary units that needed replacing and returned to install them. Bottom line? The house is warming up as I type this.

I have only positive things to say about Prime Heating and Cooling. On the frigid MLK weekend, I had an unexpected emergency which shut down my heat and hot water, and I needed someone to diagnose the problem and quickly restore service. After some research, I reached out to Prime Heating and spoke with the owner Tyler, who informed me that someone would be at my home within a 1/2 hr. Not only did he deliver on the promise of a fast/reliable response, but he also did it at an exceptional price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for service. Update: 2/13/23 Still 5 stars. Called Prime due to a heating issue. They came out immediately, diagnosed the issue and had the system up and running. Fixed a fautly pressure gauge and also added enhancements so I no longer have to manually purge the system when pipes become airbound. I now have even heat throughout the house. So pleased that Prime solved the problem(s).

I found the technician Chris that performed the AC maintenance check to be personable, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very competent. He explained each process as he did them and was able to answer all my questions and provided detailed and easy to understand responses. Although I found Prime Heating/Cooling by accident - I’m certainly glad I did. They now have a new customer that will utilize them for all my heating and cooling needs. I am also going to have them give me a quote for a new AC system at my daughters home as well as installing a new thermostat at my home. We had a mouse destroy our 15 year old Mitsubishi heat pump. Because parts were no longer available, we needed to replace the whole system. I got 3 quotes all for the same equipment, and Tyler/Prime was the most reasonable. He was very responsive to any questions I had and was able to get his technicians (Chris and Chris) out to do the job in under 2 weeks. The installation went very smoothly. Chris and Chris were respectful and took the time to address any concerns I had. The job was done in one day. Overall, I’m very happy with the work that was done. Highly recommended.

Just before the recent severe heat wave, my central air stopped working, and I had called 5-6 other places, and all of them were booking out at least 2-3 weeks for either a repair or quote on a new system. I called Prime on a Monday, and they said they could come out the following day. Jeremy arrived and determined that there was a broken part in the condensing unit. He replaced the part, and I now have ice cold air again. Jeremy was very professional and competent, and I would definitely use them again.

The owner of the company himself came out to assess the problem I was experiencing with my large Child Care Facility in Coventry, RI...which the air conditioning was freezing up as well as dripping condensation from one of the vents... he effectively made a diagnosis and explained what he was going to do he was fair in only charging for a service call. Her also changed out one of my vent filters as well while her was draining the drip pan for AC on the attic space. Tyler came out within 24 hours of service call and flowed up the next morning.
