The only company that would help my 92 year old father with a heating system breakdown during a fridged January cold snap and late at night to boot. Other companies told me days to weeks for a visit for no heat, they were there within a few hours. Based on the response and same day help and next day follow-up to complete the repair, they will be our company go forward, end of story. Pleasant experience from the initial call to the service repair technician.

Emergency oil delivery. I just moved into the house and never heated with oil so they tank was getting low and they made it a point to make sure that there was and emergency fill up a week before I thought it needed it. This was especially crucial seeing seeing as I was away when they delivered it during one of the colder snaps in December. Very professional setting up the appointment and clean on their delivery. 2 thumbs up. 😊

They aren't cheap, but they always have oil and their maintenance team is always skilled and respectful. They found and replaced a bad circulator during our annual boiler tune up on the spot.

My husband and I recently purchased a home with oil heat which neither of us have had before. Unfortunately we ran out of oil within a month of purchasing the home and didn't have a contract with anyone. Petro set us up quickly and easily and spent the time to guide us through our options. They were the only company who responded to us in a way which made us feel valued and got oil out to us the same day. Great customer service. Looking forward to working with them for years to come!

Great service! Our heating system was leaking water through the relief valve. We called Petro whom I have a service contract with and they sent a technician to our house within two hours. The technician walked in immediately new the issue and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

Petro has been my oil company for 17 years, and there's a reason that's the longest time I've ever had a service provider. Petro has been responsive, conscientious, and always willing to work with me to resolve any issues. More than once they have sent a technician to my home in the middle of a freezing winter's night to fix a problem with my burner. And throughout the years they have been very flexible with their pricing and payment plans. If I ever have another home they will definitely be my oil company!

I have never been let down, disappointed or anything but TOTALLY impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and dependability of their service department. That includes the dispatchers as well as the technicians. I always complain to myself when I receive my annual service contract statement, but get over it very quickly following their responsiveness to any problems I encounter. I had a service call due to a problem with my furnace. A regional power outage caused an electrical surge once the electricity was restored and it burned out some of the components on the heating system. Doug the service technician from Petro Service identified the problem within minutes and was able to get the heat working again. I have worked with plenty of service techs over the years but Doug is one of the best. Petro Oil/Service is lucky to have a guy this good!

The technician, Doug, carefully and thoroughly explained the problems that were causing the furnace to break down. There were two issues impacting functioning of the unit. He corrected successfully the problems and provided additional service. Following his work, I noticed that the distribution of heat throughout the house was much better than it had been in the recent past. Hopefully, the furnace will continue to function well as the cold weather begins to impact us on a daily basis.

Joe was extremely helpful. He found that the oil burner was fine but identified the weird smell as electrical and suggested I call an electrician which I did and once the electrician came he did identify the problem.

Speed Queen sent them to fix the broken Dryer they sent me. They came and broke something else, then instead of billing Speed Queen because it was under their warranty they billing me for a half hour work $190, And the Machine still broken. 3/14/18 Update: They fixed the problem so i am happy now!

Mark showed up on time and flushed our boiler system out. Refilled it with new glycol, replaced the plate and gasket on the boiler and purged the system. He also changed out our domestic water expansion tank (old one had filled entirely with water), and cleaned up everything when he was done.
