Had a shutoff valve installed for my sink before a bathroom remodel. I noticed the valve had a leak post install and called back. Four day wait to come and fix their own faulty install? Everyone is very nice but that is disappointing service. EDIT: Came by right at the beginning of the target window and Adam took care of things diligently. Not pumped with how long the response took Both technicians that visited to were very polite and helpful, but the office has a bit to be desired.

Kevin was amazing, he was able to work around my crazy schedule and be able to come during regular business hours rather then after hours. The staff in the office was amazing with accommodating me as well. I will use Evergreen again, as long as Kevin is my technician. Thank you for getting my hot water back!

The main water pipe in the basement cracked and the water couldn't be shut off in the basement. The water company came and turned it off from the street, so I had to find a plumber right away to fix the problem. I called at least 10 - 12 plumbers in my area, but either they didn't return my calls, said they weren't qualified to handle this type of problem, or they said they were too busy to come out. When I called Evergreen there was actually a live person that took my call and he was very sympathetic to the situation I was experiencing. When Haley called me back, I was thrilled. She told me they were sending Bryan, one of their specialists to my house and he'd be there within a couple of hours. It actually took less than two hours for him to get here. Bryan couldn't have been nicer, more professional or caring about what was going on. He also had a good sense of humor which always helps in a situation like this. I trusted that he knew what he was doing right away. He explained everything to me, including what the job would cost (I thought it would be so much more than what it was), and went about fixing what needed to be fixed. He was here most of the day and at one point stayed here until the water company came and turned the water back on to make sure everything worked properly. Thanks to everyone at Evergreen!

My main sewer pipe was clogged. I called Evergreen Plumbing Service. First time I ever used this company. Was using another co for years. Its seems that my sewer pipe gets clogged with tree roots about every 5 to 6 years. I am glad I called this company. My tech was Adam. Nicest person you would ever want to meet. Adam knows his trade very well. Had my sewer pipe clear in no time. I'm very happy with Adam from Evergreen Plumbing Service. I will highly recommend Evergreen Plumbing Service to everyone. Brian was great, professional and courteous. He was here within an hour of my call to the company, and was able to replace two water heaters (in very tight quarters in my basement) within less than 24 hours from my initial call to the company. He described everything they’ll do with the installation in detail, walked me through the whole process, and answered all my questions expertly. The price was fair and he threw in some pipe, valve, and vent replacement for free. He was a pleasure to work with, and I feel very confident in his work. Highly recommend.

I was certainly in an emergency situation. Not one of my plumbers that I know could make it out to the rental property. So I looked online and found Evergreen. When a very nice girl answered the phone named Haley she’s certainly tried her best to calm me down. She did explain to me that they were going to help me out, but because it was after hours and an emergency situation I was going to be charged a pretty large fee. Which let’s face it it’s certainly fair. Well, too much of my surprise she called and explain they had a cancellation and Bryan could come much earlier. How great is this that, and they did not charge me any extra fee at all. When does that ever happen! Bryan, is Professional, honest, knowledgeable and certainly fair. Let’s face it we never know who we are going to get coming into our homes in an emergency situation. In conclusion extremely happy with Evergreen, Haley answered the phone professional any company would love to have someone answering their phone like she did. As for Bryan, I hope to never lose him. He will be my plumber going forward.

Adam and his trainee Roger were very friendly and courteous. Adam was able to explain everything he was doing and telling me other things about the water heater, ac ducts, and thermostat. He gave me an estimate on the duct cleaning and installed my thermostat that day which I was putting off because I wasn't sure if I could do it myself. I did not have a C-wire which they confirmed I did not have and installed it for me. I will use them again sometime soon when it gets warm to check my AC and clean my ducts.

Great work! My furnace was acting up and your man Jason came to check it out just a couple of days after I called. He figured out the problem right away - it needed a new motor. Late at night we had our furnace break down on us and it was very cold! We have a baby so were very concerned about her getting too cold. Justin came out late and helped us tremendously and was able to follow up the very next morning. He did a fantastic job and was friendly and informative! We would recommend and will continue using Evergreens services!

This company will not disappoint you. We had them do an oil to gas conversion. From quote to final install they were spot on. I had constant contact on the steps being taken and they never missed the timeline. They even brought in a hot water heater while we waited for the meter to be installed. Kyle did the initial install and kept everything neat and clean. After a storm came through and knocked out the Boiler. I called at 7:30 and they had Kevin at my home at 9:30. He came in, did the diagnosis and had us up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this company for all your service needs.

Bryan came on short notice to inspect my leaking water heater. Upon seeing that it was beyond repair, he quickly found a replacement. While it originally seemed like the job would have to wait 4 days, the Evergreen Team managed to squeeze me into the schedule. Bryan, Kyle and team were able to get the job done in just 4hrs. The service technician that came out, Bryan Lataash, was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He replaced the shut-offs under the sink, installed a new kitchen faucet, and installed a new/secondary emergency shut off for the water main. Every tech who has come has went into detail and explained the work that was being performed and answered all of my questions. I have never had any issues with the quality of the work. Today, Bryan came out to fix the pressure release valve on my hot water heater and he was great. Arrived on time, friendly, professional, fixed the issue and inspected everything else on the hot water heater to make sure there would be no additional issues. I would recommend using Evergreen for your plumbing and HVAC needs!

Unfortunately, it needed a part so it couldn’t be fixed that day but Tim was awesome and diagnosed the problem right away. She also somehow understands my non-technical descriptions of my plumbing and HVAC problems! She really cares about her customers! I unfortunately have forgotten the name of the other lovely person I spoke with in the office yesterday, but she was equally as nice and as helpful! I love that they send a text message with the picture and name of the technician who will be providing services, as well as updates on arrival times. This is really helpful. Recent technicians I'd like to single out: Tim: Fixed my a/c today and explained my options for the future of my (somewhat elderly) central air unit. Super nice and knowledgeable! Ramon: Replaced the water heater at my rental property in Warwick and did an excellent job according to my tenant! Mike and Alexander: Came to my home on two occasions with two or three other technicians. They were both very professional and did an excellent job to help mitigate the damage caused by a collapsed cast iron pipe in my front yard (a.k.a., the Great Flood of 2020 lol).

We had an issue with our heat on a Saturday - the day after the huge nor'easter 3/2/18 storm. Terrible time to have problems with heat! We had lost power the day before and by the next day our house was freezing. When the electricity finally was restored the next morning, we realized the heating system wasn't working properly. Ugh! Tried calling the original company that installed the system but no answer and no call back! Couldn't imagine having to wait until Monday or Tuesday for an appointment and then waiting for a part to be ordered. I did a search online and I found Evergreen. I called at 11am and spoke with Linda - who was so fantastic, professional and helpful. She was able to schedule me in that day. The service technician Roy came out to our house in by 2pm. He diagnosed a few problems quickly and happened to have the name brand Carrier part in his truck - all within an hour!! Heat comes up and I am thrilled! Would recommend these guys to everyone looking for a fast response with professional service at a fair and reasonable price. As a side note: my husband is very savvy when it comes to the cost of plumbing, parts, service etc.and he raved about them - very pleased! Thank you! Great job!

All of the techs have always seemed to me to be honest and open about being practical and cost effective in repairing, replacing and maintaining the houses various systems.

When my heating system didn't kick on this morning Kevin and Justin were able to show up within a few hours to take a look. It ended up being as simple as me accidentally flipping the lightswitch that controls the boiler (my wife and I never knew what that switch did because we never ended up testing it in the winter while the boiler was running). After we had a laugh at that mistake they did a checkup on the system since they were here and found it's a good thing they came out. The expansion diaphragm tank had failed and the air bladder had filled with water, so pressure wouldn't be able to be regulated properly when the system was left on. Kevin and Justin showed me how you could hear the difference by tapping on the tank. The new tank made a hollow ding when tapped on, while the old one made a dull thud. Without replacing it the boiler would have likely tripped the emergency pressure relief valve sometime over the winter which would have been a much more expensive repair, and it would have been a much worse time to fix it than the first frost of November. All in all they did a fantastic job, and while I can't say I look forward to the next time I have a plumbing problem, I definitely know that it'll be in good hands when it does happen!

Since January- my husband and I prepped our house to sell and bought a fixer upper. MANY different contractors have been used! My short review is prompt, professional, polite, FAST! Evergreen was the third place I called and the first to have someone answer their phone! Points immediately. The woman on the phone was sweet and personable. Having an actual conversation with me and got all my information. I don’t need to have a personal conversation with someone setting up an appointment for me- but it definitely brings a human aspect to the process and it was lovely talking to someone not rushing me off the phone! Emails and texts were sent to let me know when my technician would arrive and the day of- a photo of the tech was sent! Alex was polite, took the time to explain everything to me and then to my husband who was at work and wanted to be in the loop. He worked fast and really knew what he was doing! A side note- I have had many different people in and out doing different work on property and sometimes there is an uneasy feeling having a stranger in your home. Alex was really lovely to have. In addendum to- it would’ve been nice to have an itemized bill detailing charges.

I recently had an “emergency” boiler replacement and Evergreen Plumbing & Heating did the amazing work. This business has top notch customer service combined with hard working, conscientious workers that will get the job done perfectly. Within hours of my first panicked call, a service representative was out at the house diagnosing and giving written estimates. The very next day the crew was out at the house and replaced the boiler from start to finish. Removing the old boiler, hooking up the new boiler and making sure every aspect of the performance of appliance was tested before they left the house. Roy is an amazing technician. The whole team that works for Evergreen is professional and goes the extra mile to work with you. From Steve the Operations Manager to Regina in customer service to Travis the technician and as mentioned earlier Roy the technician (works like a machine!) and the finished product is perfection. The technician was on time and pleasant. He analyzed my problem quickly. The next day their team came and removed all of my old a/c system and installed the new one. I called this morning because my hot water heater wasn’t working. The technicians that arrived were friendly, professional and seemed very honest. They even spent time educating me about my heat, air and plumbing and the routine care because I just purchased my first home and didn’t even really know what was what in my basement. We ended up choosing to replace the heater since it was at the end of its life. They got it done within a couple hours max and I was able to give my baby a warm bath tonight. They will definitely be my heat, air and plumbing company for now on!

Joe the owner.. went WAY WAY WAY out of his way with intelligent, honest options for us that beat every price. The workers (sorry I don't remember all of their names) ... ALL GENUINE, polite, respectfull, competent, expedient etc...I WILL always be using and recommending them for plumbing heating etc... in the future... Great experience with Evergreen on two occasions. Their technicians, Carlos and Daryl, were excellent on all accounts. Friendly, knowledgeable, able to explain the issues, and address them accordingly. Prices were reasonable relative to others (although everybody seems high priced, but that's more me being a curmudgeon). If you have plumbing or heating issues, give them a call. They can get to you super fast and get the job done. And they don't try and upsell. I was concerned about my heater and they took a look and said "listen, you don't need that." They easily could have said, "yea, we can do that" and tack on some more to the bill. That type of honesty gets repeat business and good reviews!

Highly Recommend. Just finished getting central AC installed. Evergreen distinguished themselves from the beginning when providing the estimate. Joe was great at explaining all the options, provided helpful suggestions, and was not pushy in the least. The quotes evergreen provided were by far the most detailed I received and they were willing to provide multiple quotes having different price breakdowns, making deciding easier. The other companies I contacted could not start installing until the end of the summer; Evergreen was able to finish the work by mid-July after initially contacting them in June. Stephanie from customer relations were very responsive when I had questions and so was their chief manager Joe. There were a few unexpected challenges that arose during installation, but the Evergreen team (Joe, Mike, and Joey) handled them with no problems. Evergreen ended up providing me exactly what I wanted, they took the time to make sure the job was done right, and I never once felt as though I was being swindled.

Most places charge to give you an estimate but Evergreen had free estimates so we decided to have them come out. The technician Jake who came was very knowlegeable, professional and personable and was able to answer all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with him so we contracted him to do the job. He was back within an hour with a new hot water heater and completed the job in a couple of hours. The morning after a blizzard, we woke up to no hot water and partially flooded basement. :( Around 8am I reached out to several different plumbing and heating companies to request estimates. The receptionist at Evergreen was SO kind and understanding, answered all of my questions, and said they could have someone at my house to look at my water heater in 30 MINUTES! Dennis arrived promptly, assessed my issue and provided me with several options moving forward. Once I approved my quote, he immediately left to get my water heater and returned in less than an hour. By 3PM the same day I had hot water!!!! :) To top it off, Evergreen even followed up to ensure I had hot water, and everything was completed to my liking. Evergreen turned my disaster of a day to a minor inconvenience and provided me with peace of mind. Would recommend their services in a heartbeat!

My experience with Evergreen Plumbing and Heating was excellent. I originally called at 6 am and the answering service said I would receive a call back at 8 am when the shop opened. I received a call at 7:15 saying they were scheduling for 8-10am and I'd receive a text when the tech was on his way. That text came at 7:30 am and the tech was walking through my door at 8am. Unfortunately, what we thought would be only a couple of hours of work turned into 8 hours over the course of 2 days with two techs diagnosing and fixing the issues, all because of the previous owner's questionable decision to ignore improperly working equipment. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional. They explained everything to me as they were working and answered all of my additional questions. I am very pleased I took a friend's recommendation and called Evergreen.

I called Evergreen on Easter after my tenant called to tell me that the bathroom faucet had broken. Within minutes, Carlos called me back (probably in the middle of his Easter dinner) and then called the tenant directly to determine the problem. He was able to walk the tenant through a few steps to shut the water off until someone could come out. Was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Ashley was very helpful in setting up the appointment and communicating with the tenant about when the plumber would arrive. Dave solved the issue promptly communicating with me along the way and even driving up to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Evergreen especially given it was Easter. Thank you!

Evergreen came out on the same day that I called to service the boiler. After inspecting to ensure the safety for overnight an appointment was made on Saturday. I find almost all other companies do not offer Saturday appointments that are not an emergency. There were several issues that came up and Jake went above & beyond to get the job done. EXCELLENT service. This was my second time using Evergreen. We had a bathtub leak through floor to the room below and we couldn't pinpoint where the leak was. I called Evergreen around 10am, they said they'd have someone out between 12 and 4. At 11, they called and said someone would be there within the hour. Jake showed earlier than we were told, and he was able to figure out where the leak was. Due to the type of tub (jacuzzi), he was unable to fix it, however, he called the manufacturer for us and was able to locate someone who can do the job. Jake was extremely courteous and 100% professional. I can't imagine using any other service for my plumbing and heating needs. Good help is hard to find, but you'll certainly find it at Evergreen.

$1000 service call which resulted in a replaced transformer, which probably didn't need replacing, after the 'diagnosis'. Heat went out a week later and tried to get Evergreen back and they tried to get another diagnostic fee out of me. The second service technician was polite and as helpful as he could be without charging me an additional diagnostic fee. Some of their techs will try to get a review out of you on the spot, even before they turn the heat back on... I waited a week to see if the heat still worked, glad I did. P.S. An automatic water feeder is installed. It is not functioning properly. This must have been missed on the first 'diagnosis'.

12 am, sump pump broken, 1.5 feet of water in the basement during a snow storm. They were able to grab one from their warehouse as everything was closed and came right over to fix it. Well I am 3 days in and I still have heat thanks to Roy. I was not happy with evergreen at first as I have inquired about a diagnostic fee 135$ that didn't properly diagnose the problem the first time and the second time the tech that was sent charged me not only the diagnostic fee but also work to connect a wire that apparently was disconnected by the first technician 235$! So id like that resolved. After another day with a failed heating system they sent Roy. He correctly diagnosed the issue as a failed blower motor and fixed it. Expensive though. 1000$ for a part that costs 225$ on amazon. Professional and someone that i trust having do all of our work. This would have been 5 stars for Roy, but since my billing issue has not been addressed I can only give 4.

Let me start by saying Evergreen is the BEST heating and plumbing company by far. Other company's should take notes. Ask for ROY, he's the man. After having numerous company's come TRY to repair our steam heating system in our old 1900's home, it was nothing but time and money wasted. Last winter was so horrible for us, we would cringe when the heat came on because of the loud banging of pipes. It's an old house other company's would say without fixing the problem. Then.. cash or credit? We felt defeated and dreaded the winter coming. Finally we found evergreen. From the moment the receptionist maryanna answered the phone we knew we were in good hands. I cannot describe how sweet and understanding these people are. The staff is excellent. THANK YOU SO MUCH evergreen. If u need plumbing or heating repairs ask for ROY. He fixed the problem in mins while others couldn't even figure out the problem in hours. I cannot thank you enough roy! You truly saved our family!
