The owner himself came put to resolve the issue and fix my older heating unit so we could at least get through the winter and the price was beyond reasonable. I plan to use them in the future to replace my unit.

I had AC install in the spring. I got quote In January and commuted to it in March and after signing the quote they came a week later. I recommend getting the ball rolling for AC install Jan-March timeframe to get on their schedule earlier. Great customer service as well! Shawn and Chris were very professional and answered all my questions and gave great recommendations to prolong the life of the unit. Overall I recommend!

Unfortunately, my mini split that was installed in 2018 has not worked since last season. Shawn & Chris have made every effort to fix the unit but they came yesterday and again the unit ran for 2 hours and stopped again. I love working with them. I just have some kind of issue which I blame on the unit itself. I enjoy working with them however. Curteous, professional and have really tried helping me.

These guys are the best HVAC people in the state. They installed two ductless units on my first floor and a dental AC system on the 2nd floor. Prices were half what others quoted. Just real good people. Not trying to rip people off. Highly recommend them.

We had been thinking about having central air installed for several years. A neighbor told us about Chris from CMags. He’s a local guy from Warwick. Chris and his team came in two years ago and installed the system and we’ve had no issues and would recommend their work to anyone Today’s issue was a service & repair The outside air handler had a slight defect when it was built. Wires were hanging too loosely by the fan! Sean called with a cancellation this morning; saw the problem, repaired it and performed a maintenance of cleaning the unit due to the amount of pollen we’ve experienced. From his call this morning he left here 62 minutes after his call!! Very professional and considerate! Whole heartedly stand behind Chris and his team!!

The guys that did the installation were great. They were courteous to my wife and me It looks like they did a good job. Unfortunately, even though we waited a month for the installation there two issues, the air purification system that we ordered was not installed, and the electrician had not been scheduled to hook up the power. We are hoping that these two issues will be resolved this week, a week later, and hopefully everything will work fine. I’d give them 5 stars if everything had been completed and was working.

This is the second time i have used CMAGS for heating and AC installation so obviously I was very pleased with their work. This job was replacing two ductless units, adding a third, and replacing the condenser . They arrived at 8:30 and worked until 5:30 or after to finish the job in one day. There was no down-time they were diligent and on task at all times. No chatting or personal phone calls they were dedicated to the job while respecting my property with minimal disruption. They cleaned up to a spotless finish. Don’t get me wrong, they were friendly and very pleasant, but professional and hard working. Elijah, Braden and Chris, i couldn't have asked for a better crew. I loved them and their work. As they were cleaning up to leave we talked a bit and they were charming and interesting. You are so lucky to have them, I would invite them back anytime and entrust my home to them.

Aside from providing a rating, I rarely ever write a review unless I have an extraordinary experience for better or worse. I am a new homeowner going on 2-3 years and used services through Cmags HVAC again. The first year I moved into this home, I had to have a new heating and air conditioning unit replaced. I learned of this company at random at a nearby nutrition shop in my neighborhood. Since then, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than this company. Professional, courteous, responsive, friendly, experienced, honesty, integrity…the list goes on. Just over a week ago, I had an issue with my other furnace. I contacted Cmags and they sent their technician, Shawn to inspect, diagnosis, review, test and ultimately resolve the issue – with many hours of due diligence, troubleshooting and testing, what I hoped would be a small issue turned out to be a much larger endeavor than we both imagined. Not only was it extremely time consuming for Shawn, but he was by far, one of the most knowledgeable and motivated workers I’d ever encountered. He did everything he could last week, only to realize there was a much larger issue that would require an all-day return to dismantle and install new parts. After 6 hours, he just finished and everything couldn’t be better. At some point, most workers probably wouldn’t have wanted to be bothered any longer and just indicate they couldn’t figure out the issue and leave it for another company to handle. Not Shawn – he was relentless on figuring out the issue and correcting. His expertise and ability to communicate was extraordinary. He provided tremendous and very helpful tips with regards to maintenance, air flow quality and more – I could not be happier with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Shawn for his outstanding professionalism.

Cannot possibly recommend this place enough. Every single person we spoke to was super kind from the ladies who answered the phones to the laborers to the owner they were kind, professional, and courteous and that’s super rare these days. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were super courteous and efficient, and constantly checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. Always wore masks, always let us know what they were doing. The prices were super affordable. And the owner didn’t hesitate to come out and do some work himself. Never using another business again.
