I had an 8ft baseboard heater removed from a wall that no longer existed, had it removed. Then they installed a 4ft baseboard next to where the 8ft was located and subsequently installed a 3ft baseboard near the opening to the hallway to help compensate for the missing 8ft baseboard that heated the kitchen. I found myself pleasantly impressed with this company. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, willing to go on camera to explain what need to be done so I could relay to spouse. They also replaced my water feeder valve, which failed, they had me at “water leaking”. I have had at least 6 different companies in my home the last 4 months working, and based on my experience with Warm Waters Plumbing of Gray ME, I can honestly say , I have found my new plumbing company!!! And trust me, I DO NOT say that lightly…

The excellent customer service and attention to detail that I received from David at Warm Waters was truly impressive. I initially called Warm Waters two months ago due to issues with my hot water. I was a new customer, and I was immediately connected to David. He was at my house the next day and had resolved the issue. After speaking with him, we determined a plan to update our water pressure tank. Within two weeks Andrew from Warm Waters was back at our house installing a new pressure tank. The installation was quick and efficient. Recently, David and his team installed heat pumps and a new hot water heat pump at my house. They were able to get all the work done in one day, and they were courteous and professional. David identified a plan for where the heat pumps would go, and then he walked us through all the steps. Installation was neat and efficient. David provided education on proper use and maintenance, and before leaving he ensured that all our questions were answered. It is reassuring to work with someone who has so much heating and plumbing knowledge. I highly recommend Warm Waters for any heating or plumbing needs!

Dave responded to our inquiry the same day, and had a quote together 48 hours later. He and his crew installed the system 2 weeks later and we couldn't be happier. When we needed a new furnace, we went with Warm Waters because they had great pricing and top-notch service and finding great service is hard these days. The new furnace they sold me and installed so far is what I consider the best major house purchase we made. They installed it with great customer service, and they took the time to explain the process throughout. Our furnace efficiency went up and oil consumption went down, which is good thing these days. And it saved years of my life by me not having to worry about my old furnace and when it was going to die. We highly recommend Warm Waters for any heating or plumbing needs!

During the two day installation I Found David, Andrew and Adam very respectful, friendly and professional. In addition to installing a new heating system they also repair Ike’s a leaky shower that was installed incorrectly. The shower runs like a charm now! I woke up this morning to find hot water pouring from a pipe connected to my Viessmann boiler - inches of hot water had filled my garage. A friend recommended David and I called him at 8am - David was here within the hour, repaired the failed parts, helped me understand how the mechanism works and what to do in emergencies, and had the entire issue resolved by 11am. Outstanding professionalism and knowledge - incredibly fair pricing. Highly recommend! Will be hiring him to install two heat pumps for me now too!

We had a Toyotomi hot water heater that died a week ago and after searching for estimates to replace the system from eight different company's it was David Aaskov with Warm Waters LLC that came over in a Maine snowstorm and within an hour of leaving the house he emailed me the estimate. I had only received two estimates and most company's could not come over for weeks. David followed up with me right away, answered all of my question's and had an extremely professional manner, website and estimates. Warm Waters LLC was also the most competitive. They arrived on time, installed a Rinnai Propane hot water system in one day and focused on every detail down to the painted white board the whole system is mounted on. We could not be more please with this level of service. Call them, get your estimate and hire them. You will be glad you did.

Our boiler died a week ago, and after having a large franchise come and charge us a $110 to confirm what we had already known, I called David. He listened, he provided options, and provided a fair price for the boiler we needed. He and his colleague Adam arrived on time, replaced the furnace, cleaned up after themselves, and were pleasant to deal with.

David responded immediately after I contacted him when my steam boiler stopped working. He came out and confirmed that a new boiler was needed given the age of existing boiler and lack of replacement parts. I got other quotes but all had supply issues that predicted a wait of 2 weeks or more. David found two great options and once I made the choice, the boiler was installed within 48 hours. He picked the new boiler up from the distributor with his own trailer in a raging snowstorm and we had great heat later that day. Amazing response and quality service!

Dave, Andrew, and Adam installed a full heat pump system at our office for the main heating system, they were awesome there and did amazing in coming up with placement for best efficiency of heat in all offices and main areas. Even at last minute, they were able to install a gas heater in the basement to help counteract some issues with freezing pipes! Warm Waters also came out shortly after to do an evaluation of supplemental heat in our home to offset a few cold spots where the forced hot air furnace wasn’t able to keep up with. Dave, Adam, and Andrew were professional, courteous, and awesome at working out a solution to our old house that was not necessarily easy in terms of running lines to and from for the supplemental heat pump system.

I recently had Dave and his crew install a mini-split heat pump in my small apartment. I got several quotes and while his wasn't the cheapest quote their pricing was competitive. I went with Dave because he was very friendly and answered my questions, and he was a good communicator throughout the process (this goes a very long way!). His crew was very respectful (wore masks, used drop cloths, etc.) throughout the full day install, and I'm happy with my new unit. I'm finally going to be warm this winter and cool next summer!

Our water heater went out on Friday afternoon before a long weekend. On Tuesday we were finally able to call and see about getting someone out to look at it and replace it. We searched high and low for a reputable professional to establish an ongoing relationship with and the wait was worth it. Dave installed a new heating and A/C system that far surpassed the efficiency of the old one not only by installing newer highly efficient equipment, but by redesigning the entire construct of the original system. It was immediately evident that the redesign solved all of our issues with the old design once the new system was fired up. Dave and his team are professional and respectful. David and his team spent 4 full days to get the heat pump fully operational, paying attention to all the small details and consulting with me when decisions had to be made. David is very knowledgeable about how to properly install and maintain heat pumps - we were lucky to find him! The house is now perfectly air conditioned (no hot/cold spots). I was looking for someone to install a ductless mini split system in our camp in Maine. I found Warm Waters through a google search and I couldn't be happier! Dave was responsive from the first phone call. He came out to discuss what we wanted and while here looked at our heating system and informed us that it was set-up to easy install central air, which would be cheaper than a ductless system. He was fair, honest, punctual and incredibly nice. Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be happier. They also installed new faucets and a shower head for me, which was a last minute request on my part. Dave and his team are the guys to call for your plumbing, heating and AC needs!
