Amazing Project Stress Free We were in an emergency situation (Boiler Flooded, needed to be replaced, our quoted company couldn’t get the job in the books but they said 14 weeks out) We have 2 young children and are business owners using our home as our office. I called Gammons at 4:29pm, I was giving one more shot at another company, Debbie answered the phone. I was in need of help and she was a life saver- She had compassion, urgency and made things happen. That even the OWNER came out to our home and gave a quote with plan to have our oil unit switched out to installing propane unit Putting together pieces: Jaime was precise with coordination of the installation schedule timeline for this to go smoothly (Even helped with it being completed by my daughter’s birthday) THE INSTALL TIME! Victor called and gave us very clear directions on the installation tools/units/people/things arriving the night before Chrispypray and Bond were the ones who put this together piece by piece on schedule. Very trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, attention to detail and informed us of any issues or decisions that were made related to code/safety. They were respectful towards our home, work area and pet friendly. Project completed on time! The coordinating with the propane company was one of our biggest reasons to go with them too. Also, coordinating energy rebates for us AND had a third party scheduled for pickup of old oil tank/boiler removed all on schedule. The Team who worked on our home propane system at Gammons is amazing and I highly highly recommend them to anyone who has any heating needs!!!!! They offer great warranties and maintenance. The heat is running great, quiet, has wi-fi, auto water shut off. Glad we went with a local owned business and had the pleasure to meet the owner. It showed the members take pride in their work and enjoyed what they do. They have clear communication with each other and it made the whole process clear on us.

Gammon's installed a new furnace and duct work in our home. They were great to work with - professional, responsive and a nice installation that is keeping us warm! We were particularly impressed with the 2 installers that worked on our project - Tyler and Chris - both were so positive, happy to answer any questions, always on time, knowledgeable - and when necessary went the extra-mile to get the project completed in a timely manner. Everyone in the office was also easy to connect with and open to answer questions and schedule needed work. I would highly recommend Gammon's Heating and Cooling.

My propane on demand system went out, called Gammons and Bruce came out very quickly, he surveyed the system and area and gave me several options. The next morning his crew was out for the installation. The crew was very professional and kind. They were very knowledgeable and finished the full installation in a timely manner. It was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them anytime.

Gammons installed a new oil burner in my house. I was impressed in all phases of the project from the initial estimate through the final install. The process could not have been smoother. Was very impressed with the professionalism and skill of the people involved. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone asks.

If anyone needs services on heating or cooling I would absolutely 💯 recommend Gammons heating and cooling! We had our whole AC units replaced due to criters finding a home in our unit, we were bummed but it was time to upgrade. Tyler and Chris our techs were nothing but professional courteous and patient with explaining or answering any questions and on time both days as it took 2 days to complete the installation. . It's hard to find a company with professionalism, from customers service to delivery to installation. GAMMON has it all !!! I normally don't do reviews but they were well worth my time and comments!

Editing review: I requested a service call last night, and they said even though it would be the next day, they would charge me $600+ for an emergency call... Their competitor is offering the call at the usual rate of $229. So, Gammons, your competitor will be getting business this time, and maybe in the future too. Ridiculous.

Gammon’s has great products and great service. We bought a system and added the Monumental Savings Club to make sure we don’t miss a service and continue to keep our system working at peak performance. We loved it so much, we added three more mini-splits to make our whole house climate controlled. We appreciate the partnership and service from Gammon’s HVACR!

I can’t say enough about the Gammon’s team. My aging furnace stopped functioning when it was 2 degrees outside, and when my normal HVAC contractor didn’t pick up the phone, I called Gammon’s. Despite not being a usual customer, Jen helped get a tech to my house within the hour. Brad arrived and diagnosed the issue and stuck with it til he was able to get the furnace to safely function and heat my home. Highly recommend this business. They are nice, honest, and trustworthy. I will be using them again in the future.

We recently moved to ME and woke up one morning with no heat. Gammon's Heating and Cooling Company went above and beyond when I called and explained that I did not have heat in the middle of winter. They were able to install a new system the same day so I would not be without heat. The front office personnel (Debbie) and the owner (Bruce) were fantastic as well as the installer (Bill and his co-worker). They were courteous, respectful, and very informative. 5 Stars to Gammon Heating and Cooling.

I called Gammons last summer and spoke with Nancy about getting a heat pump installed. Nancy was very nice and helpful getting me all the information I needed. I had several other quotes but Gammons was very reasonable and could install it the soonest. The heat pump has been running great ever since. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Gammon. Carolynn was super helpful, got my work order through SUPER quickly (on the order of a week total before everything was done). Good customer service, the install of a propane boiler and on demand hot water system was all handled in a single day. I switched from oil -> propane in 10 hours. Amazing work!

I started working with the owner Bruce Gammon by asking for a quote on a new heating system, including a heat pump for a four season porch. His pricing was very competitive and he made me comfortable with the installation and the choices that we made for my home. It turns out his whole organization is very much like him after the sale the support and the help from people in his office is incredible. The person who coordinates the Efficiency Maine Rebates and helps with any of my questions is Debbie and she is outstanding. I have worked with Roger the service manager also he is very knowledgeable and turns out is a master electrician. If you're ready to make a decision on a heating system I would call Gammon you can trust them to help you make the best possible decision at a fair price. Jim

Recently I experienced significant issues with my old steam boiler, within a couple of hours of calling Gammon's they arrived to take look and assess whether or not the boiler could be repaired. Unfortunately my old boiler was past the point of repair, and I was provided a quote for a new boiler the same day. Within a couple of days of accepting the quote the Gammon's crew was able to install the new boiler. The crew was professional, curious and I appreciate their willingness to get the job done quickly. Once again, Gammon’s has gone above and beyond. Due to cold winter days this year, we decided to add two kickboard vents in the kitchen off of an existing zone. Once cutting into the toe kick, it was decided that the best option was to custom build boxes to maximize air flow. Gammon’s kept true to their original quote even though fabrication was identified afterwards. My wife and kids love the warm floors and was a great purchase. We are looking forward to a long working relationship with the Gammons team. I’d point out special individuals but frankly, everyone on the team is fantastic!

The install was great, but after a few months and asking a few times for rebate status, the best answers you get our "I'll check into that" and "I thought that was taking care of. I never got any follow ups except one a day later asking if it was OK before I even got to use it. This did get resolved so I am upgrading a star. Would have been 5 star though so Im going to go with I was the 1% that ran into trouble.
