Chad did an awesome job explaining our new unit options, the pros and cons of each, and providing very competitive quotes. He was very thorough in making sure he identified the necessary modifications to the airflow in the house to get the most out of our investment. Antonio, Josue, and Zack were a great crew, very respectful of our house, and did a great job installing our new Bosch unit. My only tiny complaint was that there was not an expert on the modulating units on the crew to explain the functions, as they have installed very few of these so far. All in all a very pain-free process, I would definitely recommend this company.

Our heat pump didn't work when the outside temp got below 35F. Turns out it was a setting on the thermostat that needed changed. David made the changes on the thermostat and answered a few other questions about our system. The charge for the service call and the thermostat adjustment was reasonable in my opinion. David was professional and personable, and as far as I can tell, is a competent technician. All that to say that we now have an A/C company in our address book for when something more serious happens.

Back in September i was in need of a new Ac unit. After multiple bids from different companies I came across Sure Temp. Chad came over and was extremely knowledgeable. He walked the property and checked tha attic to give me his professional opinion which was a great sign as a few other bids I recieved were not as detailed. The quote Chad gave me was very competitive so I decided to cancel my next bid and go with Sure Temp. The day of install Tony, Josue and Zack arrived early. Our AC unit was more than 18 years old and started having issues every now and then. We were looking for new HVAC units for our home. After doing some research, we came across Sure Temp Air Conditioning. These guys are really good at what they do and at the same time are genuine and good people. Our unit broke down in the middle of summer and due to supply chain problems, the HVAC units were back ordered everywhere. Keith and Ricky understood our problem and repaired our old unit for free and replaced the fan motor on the outside unit while we were waiting for the new unit to arrive. Then their team (Antonio, Damien, Zack, Josue and others) did a great job installing the new unit quickly and keeping us informed at every stage of installation. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is in the market for a new HVAC unit or looking to repair one. These guys offer excellent service at a great price.

Well, the time had come and we started getting AC quotes from local companies. Sure Temp Air Conditioning was recommended by a good friend of ours so we gave them a call. Bottomline: Integrity and Service. SureTemp is my go to Air Conditioning HVAC company. My technician Austin, did a very top notch job in diagnosing, explaining the issue and the resolution and cost. Nobody wants to hear the news about their AC unit in Arizona, but when its not working, by golly you want it evaluated appropriately and fixed right at an appropriate cost. I utilized this company 3x's. From HVAC repair, to service and also at a Buyer's Inspection for a resale home purchase. PROS: 3rd Time using this company. Ease of scheduling, promptness and arrival communications, expertise, professionalism and diligence to review all options of cost from low to high. Their professional integrity to do the job right is visible compared to others. My technician, Austin, takes pride in what he does and knows exactly what he is doing. CONS: Can't really list much as the overall experience was positive each and every time. Thankful for a company that still believes in great customer service, from Justin taking the call, to Austin the technician. Professionalism, expertise, and integrity. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends.

The office was very friendly with scheduling and they do have a $75 diagnostic fee but they waive it if you do the repair that is needed, awesome!! David the technician called me approximately 20-30 min before arrival and then showed up when he said he would. David was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, found the problem within 10-15 minutes after arriving resolved the problem and was gone within a short time after arriving told me about the plan that could save me money in the future with Sure Temp which I took advantage of it’s a great deal. he was A+ The whole experience was A+. I was looking for a family run business that had good references. Steve Vangor showed up on time, and we had a friendly conversation about my AC concerns. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable on AC systems, so it didn't take long to verify that Steve knows his craft. He did a thorough preventive check up on our system - as requested, and found a compacitor just out of allowable tolerance. He offered me the option of just leaving it alone, or performing preventative maintenance and replacing. My final thoughts, honest technician that represents his company well. I purchased the silver maintenance program to keep an eye on the system twice a year. I'm confident I found an honest company.

I needed my heating system checked out for up coming winter season. Steve arrived during quoted time frame. He called in advance to notify us of his ETA. He was very pleasant, introduced himself and got right to work. I had a ton of questions because I wanted to understand what he was doing. He was very patient and answered every question. He showed me the different maintenance items he was checking as well as he activated/simulated the different functions that I should expect. Two issues were identified (one a switch and the other was a capacitor). Neither rendered my equipment inoperable at this time. I asked about cost replacement, etc. There was no pressure or hard sell tactics. He left me with a very detailed quote. With the information provided I'll be able to complete my research and do my diligence before making a final decision. I really feel like a more informed consumer and appreciate the expertise that Steve provided today. That alone puts them at the top of my list.

EDIT: I had my first of two maintenance appointments after the install. I was scheduled between 8:30 and 9:30 and Nicholas arrived about 8:30. He explained what the service included, got to work and showed pics of everything he looked at, the readings he took then emailed the pics and findings to me. It’s the only service company that has provided clear documentation and photos of what they’ve looked at. Still impressed with their customer service and technicians. Chad came out to give me a quote to replace my almost 18 year old unit. He was on time, friendly and provided me with a detailed estimate of what they were going to do. It gave me a lot of confidence in a company that I was going to be spending a lot of money with. Best part was that install was less than a week later. Freddie and Derek arrived before the scheduled time and worked nonstop to replace my 18 year old unit. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up once they were done with the install. It was definitely a good customer service experience. Definitely looking forward to working with them in the future and referring friends and family to them.

It sucks when your AC goes out on Friday at the end of business hours. I searched YELP for nearby companies that were open and responded to wknd calls. Sure Temp was the 2nd company I called (1st company didn't answer the phone even though hours listed said they were open). Sure Temp has a 5 star review on YELP and they definitely earned it. They sent a text with a pic of the technician (so you know it's not the killer) letting you know they are on the way. Austin arrived within 1hr of the 4hr estimated wait window (which is fantastic). He was friendly, professional, and courteous. Austin explained everything to me every step of the way and showed me pics of the repair. The pricing was reasonable and after hours fees waived. AC fixed and cooling again. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

Sure Temp sent me picture of tech, David Ross. David also called to let me know time he would arrive. I called to have a part replaced because A/C wasn't working right. David checked unit and stated unit was running fine, didn't need to replace part. He showed me Pictures he took of unit and later he actually noticed filter on A/C was dirty and air flow was blocked. All I needed to do was buy new filter. Now A/C is running colder with new filter. I had forgotten to clean filter. I like that he wasn't trying to have me spend money to replace part but actually explained how unit worked. Very professional and honest. .

Final post-install review: Sure Temp keeps their 5-stars review from me. The entire process - from start to finish - was enjoyable. Our salesperson, Chad, made good on an initial misunderstanding and neither he, the office, nor the install team gave us any grief over the resolution. The entire install team: Antonio, Damien, Josue, Mario, and Nicholas - were kind, courteous, and very mindful to take great care during the entire install process, which took nearly an entire day. They arrived on time and cleaned up all areas in their entirety. Finally, I had to schedule two post-install appointments: 1) to check on the thermostat settings and, 2) to return and install the attic access frame window. Both Daniel and Matt followed through and completed these to satisfaction. We will undoubtedly use the maintenance service offered by Sure Temp and highly recommend them to all who may be in need of A/C and/or heating services. Thank you again to the entire Sure Temp LLC family for a very positive first experience. This is a pre-install review for Sure Temp A/C LLC. The install crew arrived right on time, as scheduled. They took the trouble of unloading all equipment from truck, brought one of two A/C units to our backyard. And, due to miscommunication, we were surprised and shocked to see how large the units we purchased are. The install team was kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and only had one thing to say - you are the customer and we want you to be happy. We called the office and rescheduled a 2nd meeting with sales advisor to get more info on other units and make a decision. My mom's air went out and the end of June and her house was at 99 degrees inside- we called an A/C company that we have always used and they were responsive and came out that night to look at it- the problem was they couldn't fix the A/C and they didn't know when they could get a new unit- nothing was offered like a portable A/C unit etc. Thankfully she was able to stay with us while this was resolved. I called several companies and was super impressed with Sure Temp- they said they would come out the same day, take a look and bring a portable unit to help cool my mom's house down. They came out same day I called with the unit- SUPER Impressed with how responsive, awesome and helpful they were. My mom did need a new unit and they were able to replace it 2 days later!!!!! Ricky from Sure Temp was fantastic. Arrived 10 minutes before the time specified and kept me updated on his arrival time through text. Was very polite and knowledgeable and described to me exactly what was wrong after testing the system. Was up front and honest with what needs to be replaced, pricing, time frame to fix it, and even showed me the old piece that needed to be replaced. The Problem: my NEST system was not getting any power to it and therefore my A/C was not working. It was 98 degrees in my house. Rickey tested the wiring behind the NEST system and found no power, then checked my breaker and found out it was being flipped. He went into the attic and checked the A/C Handler and come to find out the blower motor was no longer working (being 15 years old). Had a new one on his truck and advised me of the total cost and time frame to replace. A/C and NEST system is now working fine and house is cooling which is great considering Arizona summers. Sure Temp is a great company and I highly recommend. If I had to add one negative comment or suggest would be to possibly decrease the price on the products so the company has a better price advantage against others. Was a bit on the high side.

I have to admit it was nerve wracking selecting a company to replace our 3 existing air conditioning units. It was a big job and was quite an investment. I was very impressed with several A/C companies that I received quotes from. I spent a lot of time researching the pros and cons of all the different air conditioning brands. After careful consideration we decided to go with Sure Temp Air Conditioning LLC. I believe we made a great decision and let me explain why. I have never worked with a company where every person was in tune with the rest of the employees. I saw a real respect for one another within the company. The communication between all areas of the company was on point. Each employee completed their job with the attitude that their goal was to have a happy customer after the completion of their specific job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire job. Chad was our technician who gave us a quote for the job. He explained why Trane was the right brand to install in our home and why Sure Temp was the perfect company for the job. He gave us a fair contract price and was instrumental in getting the equipment ordered. He was available any time I had questions. The day of the installment, Damien, Antonio, Josue and an apprentice showed up bright and early. They worked throughout the day, working hard to complete a large job. While completing the job they were respectful of our home placing tarps down across all areas of traffic, opening and closing doors quietly as to not disturb anyone in the home, and working in an efficient knowledgeable manner. I was kept abreast of the status of the job throughout the day. Their goal was to complete the installation in one day and they stayed until this was completed. When they left our air conditioners were up and running, our new thermostats had been demonstrated to us and our home had no signs that they had ever been there. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Keith, and was very impressed with the respect he had for his employees and appreciated his assurance that our job was being completed by some of the best in the industry. I know he had several jobs going that day but he acted like our job was the most important, spending time answering any questions and making sure we were comfortable with the install. The next day I called the office to pay. I was met with a personable employee, Mary, who was expecting my call. Just another example of how excellent communication skills are key when running a business. I have already recommended this company to a few neighbors. I know there are many great companies to choose from but I am very happy with our completed job and I would recommend this company to anyone IN A HEARTBEAT!

Our downstairs AC unit suddently stopped operating at ~6pm Fri. By 7pm we were sweating. I tried a couple things to no avail. I called SureTemp at 7am Saturday and left a message. My AC compressor pump went out while I was away for work. My wife had one of the larger, more well known companies come out to diagnose and replace the compressor motor. Unfortunately she was in a tight spot and that company took advantage of her position, charging her double what the local rate for the repair actually was. We decided we wanted a new unit since our unit was 25 years old and on its last leg. I called many companies and ended up getting six estimates. I spoke with Dominick from Sure Temp and explained what I was looking for and he was very helpful. He walked me through the process and explained how Sure Temp only deals in TRANE units and why. Dominick showed up the next day and did a site survey/ estimate with my wife. After all of the estimates we decided to go with Sure Temp. The entire process with Sure Temp was better than anyone could have asked for given the situation. Their price was right, the units they sell are the top of the line, and the professionalism and treatment by all of the employees we spoke with was above and beyond. I will be sure to recommend Sure Temp to everyone I know and look forward to using them again should my second AC unit decide to quit. Do yourself a favor and at least speak with this company before making any decisions.

I want to first say I am not a big review guy. But when I first started looking to replace my central ac I started to call around, it felt like I was at the car dealer getting the bend over routine(you all know that felling). Keith at sure temp has to be the most honest trust worthy business owner I have ever met. His prices are fair and his installers are top notch. When they were done I even went into attic(yes it was hot) to see the quality of work they do. It was clean and flawless. The mechanics were courteous threw the whole process. If you have the opportunity to use these guys you will not be sorry. I can promise you that. I think all these other guys with all the commercials and advertising’s should start wearing ski masks when then come to quote you, they are just thieves,sorry to say. From the moment I called to set up service with Sure Temp I knew the experience was going to be a good one. Friendly, informative and customer centric. Received a text with a picture of our tech and reconfirmed our appt. Justin our tech called before he came to let me know he was on his way. Once here he got right to work. Our last HVAC company was no where competent like Justin. He did a thorough job of seeing how our system was working and saw the only real problem we had was the need for a new capacitor and a loud metal vibration noise which Justin fixed -now quiet as can be! Our last company told us that a ton of things needed to be fixed in the neighborhood of 600+. While Justin was here I asked about their maintenance program and he laid out three options clear and easy to understand breaking out the cost for each. I went with their Gold program it included two more maintenance calls this year. Total cost for the visit was a little over $400. This included the new capacitor, labor, the cost of the visit and the next two maintenance visits. Money well spent and look forward to having Sure Temp / Justin back out. Go with Sure Temp if you're looking for value, competence, friendly, honest and excellent customer service!

I was recommended by a friend to Sure Temp Air Conditioning who was impressed with their service and honest work. I had received quotes from other companies but Sure Temp was lesser and with a better brand (Trane) plus no hidden fees. Being a woman i felt the other companies thought I wouldn’t know much about ACs and so didn’t even elaborate on their quotes but rather just threw the amount - like why bother won’t comprehend anyway. I was very delighted with the work Antonio and his team provided today. They installed 2 new HVAC systems, they were prompt, very professional, answered all my questions, kept me updated throughthe day with what they’re doing and the progress of the work. All of them (crew of 5) were wearing masks which i truly appreciated. They placed drop cloths and cardboards on the stairs and work areas. I used Sure Temp back in March for a an AC system tune-up as I have the last several years. This year they warned me that one of the unit at my new house was low on freon again (they just added some less than a year before) and that our system likely had a leak. Because the units are 16 years old, there was a significant leak, that type of freon isn't widely available anymore (and if it is it is crazy expensive), and we have had issues with the unit the last 1.5 years since we moved in, they recommended replacing it soon before we got stuck in the heat. I contacted my home warranty company and they sent a second company out who said no leak, all is well, added freon. Well late May arrived, my house got hot, so home warranty sends another company out. Sure enough, the coil in the attic at a leak and now all the freon was gone. I was going to cost $1900 out of pocket for me to fix. They agreed to buy out the unit and replace it. I called Sure Temp back, explain the situation, and they had someone come out two hours later to inspect everything. They seconded what the home warranty company had said and again recommended replacement apologizing that now we were stuck in the heat as predicted. We decided to replace both our units to allow them to work together more easily and to prevent the same issue when the other unit died. A week later Sure Temp arrived 30 minutes early with two complete teams to install two new units. The teams were very professional and polite, covering my wood floor and stairs to prevent damage as they worked in the attic and closing the door each time they went in and out to preserve the little bit of cool we had left. Everything went great! They even allowed me to get a cashiers check to pay to avoid nearly $600 in credit card fees. That is until two days later when I came home and one of the brand new units was dead. I called Sure Temp back and they sent a rep out the next day. Sure enough one of the units had a factory defect and had already died. The tech began making calls like crazy to get us a new unit, to find a crane (the unit closer to the house died and was now blocked in by the other new unit) to help install, and even to find us a hotel once it was established it would be two more days before a unit could be installed. When we turned down the hotel (since we now had one good unit and traveling with kids/babies is hard), they offered a window AC system instead. Less than 48 hours later out new unit arrived on a Saturday morning at no cost to us. But our luck was poor. The crane company failed to secure the straps on the old unit properly, so as the unit lifted, the strap failed dropping the 8 ton unit on our grills and brick patio. Despite the crane company being at fault, Sure Temp immediately apologized and took responsibility as lead contractor. They cleaned the mess, ordered us brand new grills and cover the same day (even throwing in a BBQ accessory set for our trouble), and began asking what could be done with the brick work (which we had planned to tear out anyway). They took care of it all and said they would handle the crane company privately. Although out road has several bumps with me not taking their recommendation the first time, the factory sending a bad unit, and the crane company not properly securing their load, Sure Temp was there helping and responding every step of the way. I've been very impressed with their communication, their professionalism and accountability, and their overall efficiency and knowledge of their product. In the last 4 months I've had to work with four AC companies due to trying to juggle my home warranty company, and I'd choose to pay out of pocket to work with Sure Temp in the future hands down. And no, I'm not paid to write this review. I''m just a satisfied customer who wished I listened to this reputable company back in March instead of spending two weeks int he heat in May/June.

The technician Steve was very thorough and explained what he was doing and seeing in detail. He noticed the drain pan had some oil in it. I explained how the previous summer we had a coolant leak and another ac service company had recharged and added leak seal along with dye. Steve made the extra effort to trace down where the leak originated from and validate it was not an issue at this time. I will be using Sure Temp in the future and requesting Steve when I do.

The installation team was on time but were not as careful as I would have liked as toward the end of the day they didn't clean up as well as l would have liked. They also left the disconnect box open and left several fuses on the ground. Old HVAC unit and boxes were not picked up until late morning the following day.

Recently replaced two 15 year old AC units by Sure Temp. It was a 2 day job. Antonio and Josue did an excellent job. Clean up was great and install went smoothly. During this pandemic of 2020, they took every precaution possible. They wore shoe covers, gloves and had face coverings when they entered the house. They even built a platform in the attic, creating a path connecting the two units since one of the attic access is directly under a truss. Owner Keith initially came out to discuss what I wanted. He then got up in the attic, was quick and efficient in assessing the job. A quote was provided to me with the best options (not just trying to push one brand over another) over email later on. Didn't try to up-sell me on a bunch of b.s. Fair pricing, great warranty, and prompt/accurate responses over email is why I chose Sure Temp over 4 other companies. Time will tell but my experience up to this point has been excellent. These guys are pros amongst pros.

I can't say anything but positive things about this company and the owner. We recently moved to Arizona and wanted to get ahead of the game and get on the books to service all our HVACs and A/C items as we know how crazy the weather gets. Instead of taking my money off the bat they told me to wait a few months and they would call back because it was too early to do anything inspection wise. They called back exactly when they said to make sure I still wanted things done. We went with them and they were prompt, respectful of both us and our house, and honest. They answered all my questions and gave me quotes for anything I asked for. They didn't push me to get anything I didn't need (actually they talked me down from spending more money because they didn't think it would be worth it). Eventually we decided we wanted two new A/C units (yea, expensive decision we know but it was time), got a second opinion who agreed with everything Sure Temp said but they pushed getting new units and spending more money (Sure Temp didn't as they knew I wasn't sure yet). This solidified I wanted to work with Sure Temp. We called them and the owner actually came out to get us the best quote he could for brand new units and found every deal possible he could. He ended up beating out the other quotes by quite a bit as he knows repeat business is his customer base so treat them right the first time! They installed everything, fixed all the other items, and even fixed things that were an eye sore just because....in two days! The crew was amazing, they cleaned up everything so we didn't even know they did work, and even came out a few days later when I hear a noise that just didn't sound right. No questions asked! Sure Temp just finished installing my new Trane 17 SEER heat pump/air conditioner. My 30 year old work horse that had never broken down was a Trane, too. I started reacing out for information & proposals a few months ago. My friend told me I'd be foolish not to get a proposal from Keith Rozelle, Sure Temp. The other companies I considered offered other manufacturers, one of which I hadn't heard of although their price was attractive. Keith actually spent time in my attic looking at the ducts - the other companies wanted to charge me for that or wait until installation to determine if duct work was required; if there was a need for duct work then I'd be responsible for the added cost at that time. That level of risk made me feel uncomfortable. Keith's price was at the high end of my budget but none of the other systems proposed could come close to the one I purchased. I believe I have excellent value for the price. The cost differential was about 10% but the quality difference was huge. The other proposed systems didn't come close. Plus the option Sure Temp offered for extended labor for the life of the warranty is really good value. The others couldn't come close in this area either. The installers were Tony & Josue - fantastic! Very professional, friendly & efficient with time. They arrived on time, explained what they would do & didn't waste any time. They were very patient with me explaining the system operation & controls. As time goes on, I'll know if I made the right choice. My guess is that I did. So, we had an American Standard heat pump that came with the house which was 14 years old. Last spring, I got a quote from a company that came to our home to do one of those inexpensive tune-ups. He was a nice guy, said our unit was on its last legs and gave me a reasonable quote to replace it. When I told him we were trying to hold off before making that kind of an investment, he said we could probably make it another year without too many problems. Well, just as we got through 2019, the unit stopped heating in the mornings so I called the same company for service but my buddy had moved on. They sent another guy over who charged us $300 and the unit still didn't put out any heat. So, then the dilemma, request another service call for, potentially more money or consider a new purchase? Long story short, I requested some quotations from a number of reputable dealers but one company stood out. I contacted Sure Temp on a Saturday and the owner (Keith) texted me that he would have a tech out on Monday. I texted him Sunday morning to confirm and asked about a financing concern Minutes later, he asked me to call him. On the phone he said he would be over Monday morning. On Monday, he looked at my heat pump, told me it would just be a matter of setting the new unit in place and wiring it in so he could give me a great price. He did and I accepted his offer on the spot. Twenty minutes later, Mary called to get my credit information and a half hour later she called to let me know we had been approved. Our Trane was ordered from the warehouse on Monday, received on Tuesday and installed on Wednesday. Kyle and Damion did a quick and excellent job on installation and by 11:00, we had heat again! I very much appreciate what Keith did for us and would recommend Sure Temp Air to everyone. When we needed to replace our AC units, we decided to go with SureTemp: They used Trane equipment, had excellent prices, and (most importantly) seemed like good people. We’re so glad we did. It’s easy to get a good review when everything goes right, but the real mark of a good company is how they handle challenges. When things went wrong, SureTemp did it right. During installation, SureTemp’s technicians accidentally damaged a small section of our artificial turf. The technicians were great - it was just bad luck. The owner came over immediately and offered to make it right by replacing all of our turf. You can’t really “patch” turf, and he knew that, so he didn’t even suggest it. We selected new turf and SureTemp took care of the rest. Here’s the thing: No matter who you choose, and no matter how good they are, mistakes happen. I’m positive that replacing our turf wiped out any profit SureTemp made on our AC installation, but they did it anyway because it was the right thing to do.

Found this company online as I was looking for an authorized Trane dealer. My AC went out over the weekend while I was out of town and realized when I got home later Sunday night. I sent a message early Monday AM like at 6 and within 10mins I had a response from the owner Keith. Apt was set for 10 that morning and Dominick showed up 30mins early. Best company in the valley for HVAC repair/install. My home warranty company sent Sure Temp 4 years back for a repair and they did an outstanding job to resolve the issue. My York AC units are 23 and 12 years old and things kept failing. On my subsequent service calls to OneGuard, I would specifically request for Sure Temp to come out and they always went above and beyond to make sure the problem is resolved. Eventually the compressor for my 23 years old unit failed this April. Sure Temp came out and recommended us to upgrade. I got stingy and decided to repair as warranty company was paying for it. One month later the condenser failed and I finally decided to upgrade. Sure Temp did work with our warranty company to get us a good chunk towards the upgrade. Keith quoted me such a good price for 4 Ton 16 SEER Trane system, I didn't even bother to get any additional quote. Best part, I got scheduled for next day install. Antonio (Tony) did an outstanding job making sure everything works perfectly. One of the bedrooms doesn't get enough airflow, probably bad ductwork design by the builders. I am looking to Sure Temp to help us resolve that. I am very confident in their workmanship, honesty, knowledge and integrity and won't be looking any further for any AC repair needs or installs (hopefully my other unit last couple more years). Tom was the technician who serviced 2 air conditioner units. If I could give him 10 stars I would.. He was thorough with the inspection of both units. Upon his evaluation of the attic are he did detect a gas leak. He immediately turned off the gas and took pictures of where the leak was so I could share the picture with the company who could fix the gas leak. I would highly recommend Sure Temp Air conditioning and HIGHLY recommend Tom... Thank you for providing GREAT service. :)

We decided we wanted a programmable thermostat, we contacted SureTemp and they gave us quote for the thermostat and the installation. Dominick arrived at the scheduled time and discovered that we had a 2 stage unit which meant that he needed to get a different thermostat that was significantly more expensive, I offered to pay the difference but they said they were going to stay with the original quote which I did not expect them to do. Air Conditioning problems can be serious in the Southwest. If a unit fails it's a crisis. Therefore predatory ”technicians” are common place. However I was very pleased with Sure Temp Air Conditioning . The technician was prompt, professional, showed me the problem, gave an estimate then suggested options. This company restored my faith in humanity and customer service. I certainly am not the only one that has been let down continually by services, products, or contractors. The story goes, you spend your hard earned money, something goes wrong, you call said company to explain the problem, and it falls on deaf ears. I can tell you confidently this will not be the situation with Keith (Owner) and Sure Temp. They 100% stand behind their work and they take a lot of pride in it. My story was a replacement of a 24 year old unit, the refrigerant line was old and went under my concrete slab, upon replacement, it seemed like it would still hold up, they installed with the old line, it ended up not holding up. I called the next morning they came out immediately and identified that the old line was leaking refrigerant. Without question they laid out multiple options of steps forward and ended up running a new line set above my house through my roof. It was EXCEPTIONALLY done in a clean and meticulous manor from Anthony and Josue, who are not only AMAZING HVAC engineers, they are also extremely hard working, kind, and caring people. This was no small job and it easily could have been something they charged us 2-4 thousand additional dollars for, but they didn’t, they decided to just make it right even when it’s highly likely it was not even caused by their install. Keith, Anthony, and Josue with Sure Temp restored my faith in humanity, people do care, people do want to help, people do want to stand behind their product, you just need to find the right people, these are the ones for AC in AZ. This company was so quick to respond, so I scheduled them right away. Justin was very professional and able to quickly identify the problems, while providing a reasonable and honest quoted. We decided to proceed with the repairs and even though it was a rainy day, Justin still managed to climb on the 2nd story of out home and complete the repairs on time as scheduled. We are happy that our air and heating systems are up and running again and ready for a long Arizona summer. We will be calling Sure Temp Air for any of our HVAC needs and will be asking for Justin again.

Tom from Sure Temp has single handedly saved my family from having to pay a ridiculous amount of money for unnecessary services. Before today there have been a total of three A/C companies that have come to my home over the last 5 years. All three of these companies took advantage of the 80+ year old lady who owns the home costing her and us a small fortune. The most recent example is a week ago we had our summer maitainence checkup from a "non-specific" company, who's tech informed us we would need to replace our motor and capacitor, the total for which would cost us over a grand. We wanted a second opinion. Sure Temp and their technician Tom came by today and after looking over the unit assured us that no action was needed as the unit was running perfectly and our motor/capacitor was still great! It felt like having a family friend come check our unit. If you've been undecided about an A/C company then look no further! Thank you Tom and Sure Temp, keep doing what your doing!
