WOW! PERFECT! SO, I was not happy with my current service provider especially when I couldn't get immediate service when my air went out. Google reviews for Bell Air Conditioning were all positive so I decided to give them a call. I am SO GLAD I called them. I received immediate service over the weekend. Josh was able to get my 13 year old unit running, but given its age had some great discussion about options. Without any pressure or the typical "Sales Pitch" we were able to come up with the best new unit for my home. The install was set and Josh's advice to cool down the house as much as possible the night before the install was the best! Install started between 6 and 7 am and finished as the high temp of 112 degrees was approaching. The inside of the house never reached 80 degrees!! The install team Joey and Louis were absolutely the best. Perfect mannerisms and professional install. They actually finished the job long before I expected them to. I cannot say enough about this process and what it meant to me as the wife and I are home full time and given the circumstances, this could have been a lot worse. Thank you to the entire team at Bell Air Conditioning. We will definitely be working together in the future.

We received great service. Trane heating and cooling unity was installed the same week we ordered. The installation was done by Dominic and Nick. It was obvious they had been installing for awhile. It went very smooth and quick. The old unit was taken off the roof and the new one installed, along with some repair to the duck work. It was finished by noon. I could not have been happier. Jake made the initial contact and could not have been better. He really knew the equipment and could answer all of my question. They seemed to really want to make sure we were happy.

JJ was very professional and friendly! He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and provided me with the necessary information I needed! Thank you JJ! Update: Very satisfied customer. JJ has now been able to fix 3 of our ACs! 7/7/22 - I originally went through Home Warranty to get my 1st AC unit fixed (but two weeks has gone by now and they still have not come to fix my unit). My first post above was to commend JJ's professionalism, technical knowledge and experience in diagnosing the issue. 7/13/22 - Our 2nd and 3rd units subsequently died due to overwork from the 1st unit being down. JJ was called to come and fix both units (capacitors gave out). Again, JJ was very friendly, professional and thoughtful in explaining what he was doing and gave very purposeful advice on general maintenance. 7/21/22 - In 111-115 AZ heat we couldn't wait any longer for home warranty! We called Bell Air and JJ promptly came to the rescue again to fix the 1st unit and got us back running! Pics of the before and after included here of just the whip & disconnect. A lot of work had to be done but JJ took care of us with the same professionalism and friendliness that's very uncommon these days! Thanks again!

Manuel and Austin were my installers. They did a great job. Left the areas clean of any debris. Manuel explained the thermostat to me. Prior to the job, I had a competing bid, and the manager at Bell matched it, saving me an additional $900. I purchased a Trane 4-ton system, replacing my existing 3.5-ton Ruud system. The sizing was performed by Jashua and my house has never been more comfortable. Thank you Bell, you have a completely satisfied customer.

I became concerned when our 23yr old American Standard heatpump started running upwards of 30 minutes to reach 70°. My husband and I decided we should probably look into a new unit. I called several companies that install Trane units. Jake, from Bell Air Conditioning, came and described several possibilities and answered my many questions. I used his information for the rest of the estimates to come. It came down to 2 companies and Bell AC had the best price for the same unit, Trane 4 ton, 15 seer. We scheduled for the install to be done today, Feb 2nd, 2023. Dominick and Nick were here and waiting for daylight this morning. Very pleasant and efficient young men. They explained what they did, showed me how to use the new thermostat, asked if I had any questions and were cleaned up and gone before noon. I'm extremely impressed with each employee I came in contact with.

Manny told us more details and was clear in his instructions about the thermostat and remote capabilities. They tested everything and we are thrilled with our new system. The company sent me my technician’s photo beside his truck to confirm our appointment this morning. After he rang the doorbell, he stepped back so that I could see & identify him. My tech , Armando, was very interested in giving me professional service. He checked everything with the heating & air conditioning, both inside & outside. He explained what he was doing & answered my questions in terms I could easily follow & understand. Due to the extreme age (27 years) of my current systems, he discussed with me my options to consider going forward. He never made me feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions about replacement. He simply explained that the life of my system is very close to the end. He gave me an estimate of the price range I am looking at to replace the system. He made sure both the heating & air conditioning were both working before he left. He made it a point to wipe his shoes on the mat when coming in from outside. Our air quit cooling on a Sunday morning. We called the company that installed the system. Got an answering service who informed us they would call on Monday despite offering 24/7 service. We are very happy with the new AC, gas heater and thermostat installation today. Manuel and Austin were professional and cleaned up all mess from the tear out/install. The temperature in our house kept getting warmer this afternoon, while temperature outside was still 109! Called the company that initially installed our AC unit. They were busy and weren't able to come look at the AC unit until later the next day! I remembered saving a recommendation about this business from the Next Door app. It was impressive to me that this company came highly recommend by several others that actually had used their services and gave them rave reviews. Unfortunately, many companies today aren't the most reliable, honest, or timely. Didn't think I'd ever have to call them, but today I'm thankful I did! From the initial phone call, leading up to AC diagnostic, to the technician leaving, everything was done in an excellent and professional manner. My husband appreciated the technician's ( JJ) ideas and attempts to trouble shoot problem before doing anything else mechanical with the unit. Tech recommended what needed to be done and helped us get some temporary relief with some cool air. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone for prompt, experienced, and professional services. They were able to help us out at a time when we needed it most! We received great service, no pressure to buy from them. Explained the options to repair and service our old one (that just stopped working again for the fifth time this year) and cost of new system. My husband is disabled and has difficulty breathing when the house is so hot. They showed up the very next morning and had air for us by noon. Did I mention they also went an got a portable air conditioner for him to use till the new one was in. There are not many companies that care about their customers like this. I highly recommend them. I know we will always use them from now on. Thank you so much to all the Bell employees that went out a their way helping us.

We purchased our Trane AC from Bell AC in 2017. We are so glad we did. Not only did we get a better price than anyone else but we have the best ongoing service I could ever expect. They email me every 6 months to remind me the service is due. The technicians are always on time and are professional, kind and respectful! They also have checked our duct work and are honest that it was fine and did not need any repairs. Some companies would like to get the work. Bell AC is honest! I will NEVER use anyone else but Bell AC! We are very happy with them. And grateful we found them 5 years ago!

I called Bell on Sunday afternoon because my A/C was blowing out warm air. They were very nice on the phone and said a technician would be there from 6-9 pm. At 6:15 pm I received a call from Jay that he would arrive shortly. He assessed the problem, calculated the price and then told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. He was very professional, polite and friendly. He had my A/C up and running in approximately 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again as I was extremely satisfied and pleased with the entire experience.

The owner Dan Bell actually repaired my A/C unit before he started Bell Air Conditioning. He was the first one to do a complete inspetion of my unit, outside and in the attic. It saved me about $600. I was fortunate enough to have kept his cell number. Since that first meeting I have used his services. All the techs that have come out provide the same quality work. There was even a mistake made once and they came out within 24 hours to fix no hassel no fuss. I would definitely recommend Bell Air Conditioning to anyone. Great job and congrats on the business!

On my way back to Arizona from being gone for 2 months and wanted to turn the A/C temperature lower before I got home. The temp wouldn't drop so ended up calling Bell and Josh was able to troubleshoot the issue and it was a capacitor that had gone bad. I’m reviewing the tech that came out for my quote. Josh did a great job explaining everything. I’m a career sales guy and Josh didn’t try to sell me. I appreciate that! He recognized that I did my research and only offered his thoughts if I asked him. Again, that’s a genuine interaction. Needless to say, we have the installation on Monday. Hopefully I can add more positive information in the next review of Bell HVAC. Update: 12/26/22 The installer, Manuel, did an amazing job! He was courteous, in-time and professional. He came inside to install new thermo and have an intro on how to use it. Even helped me program it in my phone. The system works great! Josh, came back out to make sure everything is satisfactory. I told him everything seems great, except for a “squeaky” noise. Mind you, this is in the ducts and not his responsibility. Nevertheless, he proved the ducts finding the squeak! He fixed it! I’m very happy with Bell’s staff and their willingness to beyond their scope of responsibility. You’ve gained a new customer!

I had a Trane System installed 10-years ago by another contractor who is no longer in business. Every winter, I had an issue where the system would go into a soft lockout where the heat would not come on, but the blower would run for 1-hour before attempting to restart. Every winter I would call reputable companies to come out and rectify this issue with no results. When I began receiving mailings from Bell Air who was an authorized Trane, I made an appointment. On Jan. 11, 23 Brent Duley/serv. mgr. showed up, I explained the situation, wished him luck and he went to the unit and within a half hour, he returned and told me he fixed the problem. I looked at him with this questionable appearance on my face. He explained the Flame Proving Sensor was in the wrong location. These types of units can get installed in various orientations and the original installer missed this step. And so did everyone else who had looked at this unit. This unit has been performing perfectly since. I was quite happy with Brent and rather disappointed with all the other contractors who missed this simple step.

We installed a ductless AC system in our garage. Got various quotes from companies all over the valley and settled on Bell AC after doing extensive research getting a good impression by their quote/sales personnel that came out. They weren't the cheapest but the system they were offering me versus the systems others were offering was far superior. So, their prices come in kind of middle of the pack. I wanted a quality warrantied system though with a proper installation and they fit the bill. They work with Rogoz Electric in my area who came out first to run the electrical and did a good job. Bell followed up and about 2 weeks later once they got the system in and I had the free time, they installed it in a few hours. I would use them again. The install was very clean, and their estimate process was easy and straight forward. They actually talked me out of a bigger system that would have been quite a bit more. They advised they would still install if it if I wanted but the extra money spent wouldn't quite be worth it and they broke down why. Middle of the road prices, professional employees who seem like they want to be there, and no upsells. That was my experience. They also didn't ask me to leave any reviews. I'm doing this a few months later because it came to mind. So many other places try to throw gift cards at you for reviews and it just seems pretty immoral.

We had a new unit installed about 3 years ago and our old company that we’d used for maintenance kept cancelling appointments after realizing they couldn’t sell us anything. Called Bell Air for yearly maintenance due to the high Google Reviews and they got me in so quick! Brian was awesome, very professional. After using other AC companies in the valley, it was nice to have one where they didn’t try to sell me things or be pushy. Brian noticed that there was something not installed right after we had had our roof redone and ensured it was corrected so that we would not have further roof damage. He also installed the thermostat that was supposed to go with our unit (previous company had tried to get us to let them keep it and installed a different one). The fees are a fair price and we are overall very satisfied with the service. Will definitely use this company again!

Brian gave me a call that he would be early and if I was OK with that of course it was like two hours before my window ! Our old A/C was starting to have difficulty keeping the temperature down, so on recommendation of a neighbor, I scheduled Bell Air for a review and diagnosis. A leaking evaporator coil was the culprit, and with the Goodman already over 11 years old, we decided to replace it with a new Trane unit. Bell A/C scheduled the work just a few days later, and the install technicians Dominic and Nick arrived on time and got right to work. They worked quietly, quickly and efficiently and showed me pictures of the installation in the attic prior to leaving. As far as I can judge this, the work seems excellent quality and I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of both Dominic and Nick. The installation was followed up with a quality check appointment a week later, to make sure everything worked right (and it did.) Lastly, an appointment to fix the trim and repair anything that the installers had to remove in the attic access to get the new unit moved to the attic (it's a small hatch.) That work, too, was excellent and it looks better than it was before. Overall, I'm very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and ultimately value that Bell Air Conditioning offers. By all means, get your three quotes, but be sure to include Bell Air Conditioning.

I contact the company for an estimate on wall air condition unit for my bedroom.Set an appointment with Jake Sheets to go over the units they offer. 10 years parts warranty. 10 years compressor warranty. 5 years labor warranty. 2 years maintenance agreement. This morning supervisor Chris and technicians Joey and Louis started the installation of the unit after they had first cover the area with plastic and place a runner on the floor working space. My Trane XL is ready to take care of us in the long hot summers here in Phoenix. Thanks again Bell AC. Original Post 2019 I wanted a NEW (16 SEER) air conditioner and gas heating system. My original home had a standard (12 SEER) and was over 12 year old and worked ok but in Phoenix Arizona you need a dependable system to handle the 100 to 114 degree summer heat. I decided on a TRANE XLR16 system installed and backed by BELL AC in Sun City Arizona. It needed to be a dependable system, SEER 16 rating, fair price, locally owned company that would do a great install and be here if anything went wrong. That was BELL AC. Prior to deciding I spent a few weeks researching online and had 5 companies come out and give me quotes. I checked Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well as my local HOA forum contacts. Many hours of research but that is just me and was worth my time in selecting a company and system. BELL AC sent out Caleb who arrived as scheduled. He checked out my system completely. He didn’t know that I already knew what I wanted but I let him do his thing. When all his questions were answered he came out with the exact system I wanted. It was a great price for a TRANE XLR16, 4 ton split system (16 SEER) air conditioner and an 80,000 btu gas heater with 80% burn efficiency. This included a lot of other parts but I wanted the TRANE thermostat XL824 with wi-fi monitoring and control when I am away. I decided at that moment to select BELL AC to do the install and signed on the dotted line and actually started and completed the install the very next day. JJ and crew did a super great installation. They all knew what they needed to do and was efficient in every step of the way. They even arrived with a portable AC to plug in to keep us comfortable while the new unit was down and being installed. Nice touch being the outside temperature was 110 degrees today. Bell AC met everything that I expected from them a lot more. They cleaned up after the install and made sure I was 100% satisfied and understood the new wifi thermostat. Again they clearly went far beyond my expectations. All we can say is thank you to everyone at Bell AC for a great Trane AC system, price, quality install and personal experience. Our AC quit working on a Saturday afternoon when the temps were above 110. Called Bell Air Conditioning and they were able to give us an appointment between 8-11 that evening. At 7:45 it began to storm with thunder, lightening, and wind. Just before 8 the tech called and said he'd be there in 15 minutes. I explained about the weather and he said he'd still come in the hopes that the storm would blow over. No such luck! He immediately called in to their office and made an appointment for 7 am the next morning. JJ was at our home before 7 and we had air again by 7:30. I did much searching these last few weeks & hoping I wasn't too late in getting the best deals on a new Split A/C System. there are many good brands that will do the job just fine. after 15yrs of having just barely enough cool air, it was time to replace the 'ole clanky noise machine. I had 4 companies of estimates with a price spread of roughly $3,000 (yeah, that much). The folks at Bell Air Cond filled my needs (and then some surprisingly) and did so at the best price & warranty for the XR17 model I was deciding on.The Technician Chris was very professional & polite showing me pictures of what my old system had wrong etc etc. I had a few things that were not installed correctly/sizing ducts etc. Seems the 8 or 9 techs (other companies) that have serviced the same old unit for the last 15 yrs and never said a thing (quite irritating). The Tech's Justin & Jeffrey did a great job installing everything and more importantly correcting the prior mentioned issues. 2 nice men as well. The system is running perfect so far. HA! only been 2 days LOL (nothing stops a TRANE) right? ;-) Both men cleaned up their mess very well. It was good day as well as a relief for me with the heat coming. I look forward to our new relationship with Bell Air Conditioning & Trane. EDIT 4/1/22 just had Joshua come out for its yearly inspection and everything is working top notch he was very professional. Polite, professional and very personable. Explain everything that he checked so that I understood what was done. I rely on this company to take care my unit. My appointment time was between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Justin Robison called about 8:15 am and asked if her could come early. I said yes, of course. He did find a small problem during the AC maintenance check up and fixed it. Professional and polite. Brent Duley did my annual heating maintenance checkup in October. He is very polite, personable and efficient. At the time he found some additional cleaning that should be done for my unit to work more efficiently. He came back this morning to do the cleaning. Fast and efficient.

My a/c unit stopped cooling. I placed a call to Bell at 5:45p...they had a technician to my house by 7p. Justin came out and after an hour and extensive review of the system finally found the coil in the attic had a leak. He was not able to fix it that night, but said he would get back on it by 7am the next morning. He called the next morning as promised, the part was not under warranty but they did have it in stock. The scheduling team called me shortly after and by 10:30a Justin was back out to complete the repair. It took several hours due to all the steps necessary, but in less than 24 hours the system was repaired and we were back to being cool. My A/C unit is under five-year warranty. Just before my bi-annual service, one of the zoned areas started acting up, blowing nonstop. I was worried about my electric bill as well as the repair. And now we know we may need to look to replace our unit sooner rather than later. Great job!! #2 We decided to replace our AC system while there was still a good bit of hot weather remaining in the year. A few weeks after they repaired our old system we called them about scheduling a replacement. Jim came over again and we discussed exactly what we wanted. We set-up the instillation for only a couple of days later. On instillation day, Dominic and Milad, arrived on time at 6:30 am and they were were finished installing the air and gas heating systems by 1 pm. They cleaned up the area they were working in and loaded up the old equipment for disposal. Both were very polite and personable young men. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Last Wed nite our HVAC stopped providing heat. After speaking with 6 people, including a supervisor, we waited all day Thurs and from 6:30am to 11:30am Fri for our usual HVAC company to come and give us estimates for both HVAC repair and replacement, we gave up on them. We found Bell Air Conditioning online: BBB accreditation, NATE certification and member of PORA, Sun City West. We called Bell’s office at 11:40am Fri and spoke with a very nice lady to ask for these estimates. 45 minutes later their tech Caleb was here and up on the roof. He gaves estimates and we chose to replace our unit. We signed the contract, he scheduled the installment for Mon, went back to his office and even brought us 2 space heaters, as the temp had really dropped. He was so friendly and knowledgable and thoroughly explained our options and costs for both repair and replacement and wore a face mask. Yesterday, Dominic, Wes, and Nate were here early and by 11:30am our new Trane HVAC and thermostat were installed. They each wore a mask when interacting with us at our request. They worked quietly, quickly and efficiently. They picked up all debris from their work, and even raked the rock under the ladder and around where the old unit was placed for their disposal of the old unit. Dominic took our payment immediately and at 11:39am we received a paid itemized invoice by email! Thank you for your caring efficient scheduling, interactions and work! Bell is truly a professional company with high work standards!

Bell Air Conditioning AZ has been amazing to work with. Manny and the rest of the staff have been super friendly and responsive. They have been on time for every appointment, cleaning up as they went along for the HVAC install, register updates, and drywall repair from having to open up the air handler location in the attic (it looks better than before!). They helped us weigh all our product vs. cost options that were right for our house. Never was there any pressure to hurry up and make a decision. They were patient and thorough with all of our questions.

About 4 years ago our old AC system stopped cooling in July. Bell came out quickly, made the repair for a reasonable price without trying to upsell us in any way. We were so pleased with their handling of our repair, that there was no thought of calling any other company when 4 years later our system, while still cooling, was struggling on many levels. We decided it was time to replace our 19 year old HVAC system. We described to them an air flow disparity problem between the two floors of our 2 story home that had always existed. We had a very favorable repair experience with Bell Air Conditioning— they were able to schedule and respond to my out of service air conditioner problem, in two hours, after I made the call (yes-on a Saturday morning-I should have called them Friday night, they receive calls 6 AM -10PM—nice). The A/C broke in yesterday afternoon’s 111 degree Phoenix temperature. I called the original installation vendor, but they couldn’t schedule a response, due to the service call volume, until Sunday afternoon, which I couldn’t accept, due to the Phoenix summer heat. My neighbor recommended Bell Air Conditioning. Jimmy, the technician, was early, very good, quite courteous, knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed his job and was a dedicated service technician who wanted the best for his customers. I thought the price of the fix (a capacitor and wire issue) was rationale, considering a weekend with extremely high service volume. Kudos to the entire Bell staff. From my and my neighbor’s experience, I recommend them.

We needed a new AC/Heating system, the old one was struggling to reach and maintain target temperatures. As we have found in the past, Bell AC was quick to respond to our needs. They installed a new system, followed it up by sending someone out to repair any wall and ceiling areas that needed repair and painting, and then after letting it run for a few weeks sent techs out to clean all the air ducts and make sure everything was running well. Their crews are very professional and efficient in their work. We were given a fair price and with our past experiences with Bell AC, we had no concerns about the quality of the work, or that they would stand behind their work.

What a great company to replace my entire AC units. We knew we would eventually need to replace our old units and Bell made everything so easy. Caleb came out and put a patch on our old one so we had a working AC while we waited for the fix which was only 2 days later! The repair guys Dominic, Derek, Manny and Sean worked so fast and had my entire system replaced & running in about 6 hours. Our air stopped working at 2:30 so we called Bell Air Conditioning and they said they would have a tech out between 4-7 that night with only a $65 fee which would be rolled into the repairs if we needed them. I got a text at 4:30 that the tech was on the way and he showed up at 5. He checked the air filters first in case it was a quick and cheap fix but our filters were clean. He went out to the AC unit and 5 minutes later brought in the broken part to show me and said he had one on his truck and could replace it. I agreed and he had it all done within 20 minutes or so. He also checked the rest of the AC to make sure it was working right. By 7PM, our house was back down to the normal temperature. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING BELL AC if you have any kind of issue. They are responsive, install quality parts and the price for emergency service appointments are very reasonable......Great to know they are out there during our ridiculous summers!

He was punctual, friendly and outgoing, plus he made sure we didn't have anymore questions for him before he left. Joe Noyes was our technician for the maintenance call and he was very thorough with his assessment of the unit. I was fortunate to get Joe again when my unit acted up a couple of weeks later and he found the issue right away and got my unit running again. Plus, there was no service call charge, since he was just out to look over the unit. He did inform me that the unit would need a part replaced real soon in order to keep it running. Later he called me back after researching my unit to see if any warranties still existed (sadly no). He quoted me a price (parts and labor = out the door) that was reasonable and cost effective. Compared to my experience with other A/C companies that have more advertising exposure, I would recommend Bell Air over those guys any day.

Had Caleb from Bell Air out to give me an estimate for a new heat pump. He was able to add some fantastic upgrades and fixes to ductwork that the other companies failed to point out. His bid was right in line but his attention to detail made it worth going with Bell. Two days later Derek and crew showed up to install the new heat pump. They were on time and professional and courteous and took their time to make sure that all the work was done correctly. It took them all day but as a result I had a very clean install and they made sure that they cleaned up inside and out. I got the run around from the transferred warranty coverage on my home ac/heater system and when finally got the company who originally installed it was told all these outrageous fees just to come out to see why my fan unit for the heater was making such a loud noise. What good is the warranty if you still have to pay for everything. Called Bell Air Conditioning as my sister-in-law referred them and they were able to come out within an hour. Showed me what the system was doing and gave me options for repairs I didn't need now, but may need in the future. I signed up for their 5 yr service plan and got my whole system serviced and the part switched out that was going to need service in the near future all included in the price for the service plan. I recently had an issue with my air conditioning system which was causing an air restriction. I reached out to Bell Air Conditioning based on their reviews. The receptionist I spoke with was extremely polite and professional. She asked for the details of the problem, and booked a service call for the following day with a reasonable (12pm-3pm) time window. Manny, the technician, reached out to me at 11:45am to let me know he was on his way and arrived right at 12pm. He inspected the air handler in the attic and quickly diagnosed the problem as a piece of insulation had detached from the inside of the housing of the air handler and had blocked the airflow. He removed the insulation and everything was fine. I was happy that the fix was simple and was just charged the diagnostic fee. I would absolutely not hesitate to use Bell Air Conditioning in the future.

A/C Technician Josh arrived promptly for a scheduled repair/diagnostic visit for my (suddenly) non-functional rooftop heat pump. I had made it clear to both him and his office I wanted someone to check out the current unit but I am mostly interested in a replacement. Josh found the problem, corrected it, and then wrote up a very fair and detailed replacement estimate. I will still replace the unit (it’s REALLY ancient) but it’s nice to now have the luxury of picking a date that fits my schedule. I found Josh to be both very professional and equally pleasant to deal with. Asked if any of the identification numbers still readable would indicate how old it was, his reply was "ancient". A little humor is always appreciated.

I bought my ac from them and after a number of years it needed a part replaced. They sent out someone who is new on the job today. The young man who helped me out today thought I wouldn’t be covered under any warranty but he decided to check with company policy on this matter anyway. (This young man went the extra distance to verify everything. He found out for me that I was still covered under the type of warranty I paid for at the time I purchased my a/c years ago. As a result, I didn’t owe anything for the new part.) I am so pleased to know that Bell Air Conditioning continues to keep its standards high even when it comes to hiring new workers.
