We had Eliel come and service our a/c this morning after it had gone out a couple nights ago. From his first call, his dedication and consideration for his customers needs was apparent. He was even a few minutes early! He quickly diagnosed the issue but checked out what he could to make sure that was it. He was prompt, professional, and polite. He gave great, kind advice on how to better care for our unit to avoid any problems in the future. All in all, I was completely satisfied with the service. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Great service! Called to have my pilot light lit. Greg arrived at the scheduled time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked to ensure there were no Carbon Monoxide leaks around the heater or elsewhere in the house, as well as making sure the wattage is correct. Five out of five, I would use them again!

All services done well in time I was told. Purchase was as easy. My only concern is prior to installing a new unit they get from the manufacturer, if it is possible to test it themselves for potential leaks and good operation prior to installing. Other than that it's a great service company. I will continue to use them in the future 😎

My mom had a busted PVC pipe in her garage the day before Christmas eve. I called around 11:30 AM and they were able to have someone within a few hours. Adriel showed up, assessed a few options, took our choice and fixed it right away. He was super sociable, friendly, and professional. We will definitely call them next time we need plumbing help.

July 20, 2022 Air Control Home Services is a professional team that offered excellent services throughout the entire process. I had two existing mini-split systems which were removed and replaced with two new AC Pro units. To provide access there was an expected repair required to the drywall that was handled by Mike's Drywall which was performed flawlessly. Jeff the representative was quite knowledgeable and coordinated to insure that all the needed services were engaged to accomplish the tasks. Mike M. and Khayman were the installation technicians who performed the installations, pressure testing and quality verifications. They were done superbly and represented the company with professionalism. I am very happy to have chosen a certified and licensed team who were responsive, reliable and timely. I will also mention that I had a few questions regarding the unit's operation which Jamie addressed and took time to explain. Additionally after installation Clint came out to make certain all was good when I had concerns regarding the Relative Humidity. He explained how AC units handle RH especially during our summers and monsoons. This allowed me to set the temperature and fan settings closer to my preferences during those months. This is a business you can depend on to give you the best in class service and products. I highly recommend Air Control Home Services and their staff. Five stars for the entire team! Thank you ACHS! On Aug 24-22 Dustin Hansen showed up to go over some issues with our AC unit, after going over it with a fine tooth comb Dustin explained our options and set the wheels in motion to have a new unit installed, Dustin explained everything and was very professional to work with, Thank You Dustin. On Aug 29-22, Karl and Beau, showed up at 7:00 am, removed the old AC unit, set the new unit in place, wired & plumbed complete, had the new AC running, and was cleaned up and gone by 9:30 am. We arrived at our part time house in Earp to discover no AC. It's been 95°+ over the past couple of weeks and will continue for the next week or so. And since the nights don't cool off much, we needed relief. The first place we called couldn't get to us until the 21st. We called Air Control Home Services after a recommendation from my step-sister. We left a message with the answering service and 10 minutes later, Dustin called back. We explained our situation, and he showed up early the next morning. After lengthy testing and a diagnosis, the AC is basically dead. He was able to schedule a complete replacement and installation for us the next morning. He was also able to get us a temporary fix for the next 24 hours so we could be comfortable. He was up front and completely honest (my father was in the business for over 40 years and my step-sister still is). It's nice to still have honest businesses who aren’t looking to squeeze every penny from you and get the work done in an extremely timely manner.

We called Control Air for a sewer backup issue. They promptly sent out Aaron, one of their plumbing techs, to have a look at the problem. Aaron worked for over 3 hours trying to diagnose the issue using all the tools at his disposal. Aaron finally called Adriel over to help him and together they worked for another 1.5 hours trying to figure out the problem. They were able to find a blockage but were unable to rectify the situation as they could not get the snake through the blockage. They both fully explained the situation and said they didn’t want to risk any damage to the plumbing system by getting their equipment lodged in the sewer system. I was happy with their explanation and their recommendations for further action. Thanks. I’ll call these guys again should the need arise.

I received a text message with a picture of the tech to be arriving the day of my service call. The Tech informed me exactly what was the issue and let me know the office would reach out with a formal quote. They did in-fact just that. They then let me know when the parts would be in and scheduled the next install. From top to bottom to every person I came into contact with the communication and service was world class. They did exactly what they said they would. I did not have to call and check on anything they all were very proactive. Really appreciate people that care about what they do. Air Control Home Services were great to work with! We first had a checkup on our current HVAC unit and he took lots of pictures to show us what it looked like up there. They gave us many options ranging from the cheapest possible thing we could do, to how much a new system would be. Our technician Jason was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all our questions. We decided to go with the new system and just got it installed yesterday and Air Control did a great job! They took our old swamp cooler too and sealed up all the vents for that. We also had a return put into our bedroom and I was expecting a little dust/debris that I would have to clean up after them cutting a hole in the ceiling, but there was nothing! They cleaned everything up and were very professional. It took them about 6 hours from start to finish and they never stopped! I could tell they were very well trained. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

Dustin Hansen is professional, friendly, and was able to come by just 2 hours after I placed a call! The AC unit in my garage failed weeks ago, I tried getting it repaired through my home insurance but that was a PIL to get someone out here. I didn't want to spend another week waiting for them to make time for me so I decided to contact Air Control even if it meant paying out of pocket to get my AC fixed! (I have valuable items such as vintage vinyl records stored in my garage that would crush my heart if they got ruined in the AZ heat) Dustin came by and was able to get my AC started in about an hour and a half. It has been over one week since Adriel from Air Control came by and made many plumbing repairs on our newly purchased home here in LHC. We have been meaning to do a review but had computer issues.........they are fixed, so here goes. If there was a way to give Air Control more than 5 stars I would. I am a retired blue collar tradesman with no tools on hand and a medical condition that limits my former skills. I can really appreciate a highly skilled individual, and Adriel is by all means that. We hired Air Control Home Services first to examine our rooftop AC unit. Clint from Air Control did that quickly and efficiently and then referred us to Adriel at Air Control for our plumbing problems. I gave Adriel a list over the phone, and he emailed a quote which we accepted, and so we scheduled an appointment. Adriel was on time and allowed me to observe the entire time he was working. I watched a seasoned plumbing veteran do the repairs as well as, or better than I could have in the past. He brought out and used special plumbing tools I have never seen. I could not be more pleased and even signed up for Air Control's “Comfort Care” program which has many benefits. I HIGHLY recommend this company because they have expert employees and provide outstanding customer service!

This is a very well run company. They did a complete system replacement and relocated major equipment components from our garage to the attic. It was a challenging endeavor that was turned down by several other companies. Their install crew was first rate. On time, polite, neat and efficient. My Air conditioning went down, it was 120+ degrees, so I called my home warranty company who dispatched Air Control Home Services. The tech came out and looked at my system and determined that my capacitor and compressor both failed and needed to be replace. My system was a 15 year old Ruud 10 seer and the indoor equipment was rusted pretty bad. I couldn't see throwing money at it so it could break again so I asked for a quote on a whole new system. The tech told me about the financing program that Air Control Home Services has with Wells Fargo Bank. 0% interest for 60 months total cost $7334. I said let's get it done. Steve showed up as soon as possible with several boxes and it felt like Christmas. Steve was super friendly and was very professional. He definitely knew what he was doing and had it all set up in a couple hours. I may have talked his ear off. Great guy, great company, very informative, definitely a family oriented business, I would recommend this company to anyone. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful hard working 5 ton Trane. She set up for a service call, ZACH (service tech) came (with in :45 min.) to see why my A/C was not working. ZACH was VERY professional, knowledgeable & plesent (which is hard to find) ! ! ! I normally don't leave reviews, but this is an exception. At this point I'm glad to have my Trane a/c unit repaired. As I was never completely down it wasn't working at peak performance. I called and requested a service tech. They sent one out to diagnose the issue. Bad coil, had a leak. They ordered one and returned when it arrived in couple days. Tech installed with a helper and put unit back on line. It worked well except for the terrible vibration that was felt through out the house. I don't know how suddenly the condenser fan was now out of balance? You could see it from the street below. Tech ordered one, came out about 4 days later to install. Now that my confidence with this unit is somewhat compromised I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will run trouble free for nearly 30 years like the one it replaced. But thank you Johnathan and air control of lhc az.
